  Ingredients:

  Salad "Useful"

  Ingredients:

  Cabbage Brussels 100 g

  Green beans - 50 g

  Fresh carrots - 50 g

  Preparation:

  Grilled pepper

  Ingredients:

  Preparation:

  Squash pancakes in the oven

  Ingredients:

  Young courgettes - 2 pcs.

  Flour, whole grains - 2 tbsp.

  Preparation:

  Preparation:

  If there is no ready infusion of stevia, we will prepare the infusion of stevia in a hurry: just fill 2 filter bags of stevia with 300 ml of boiling water and leave to infuse for at least 15-20 minutes (the longer, the sweeter it will turn out).

  Wash well and put blueberries on a paper towel to dry it. At this time, we make a dough for pancakes from rye flour:

  Mix in a bowl of cottage cheese, infusion of stevia and egg. In another bowl, mix the flour and salt. We connect the contents of both bowls and mix the mixture thoroughly.

  Buckwheat vermicelli with champignons and pickled cucumbers

  Ingredients:

  Vermicelli buckwheat - 200g

  Champignons - 4-5pcs

  Pickled cucumber -1pcs or 5-6 pickled gherkins

  Preparation:

  Add soy sauce and salt. You can add 3-4 spoons of marinade from a jar of cucumbers. Add the buckwheat vermicelli, gently mix, warm all together for several minutes.

  Roasted grapefruit

  Ingredients:

  grapefruit - 1 pc

  honey - 1 tea. (remember that with diabetes of mild and moderate severity of honey per day, one tea spoon is allowed 2-3 times)

  cinnamon - to taste

  Preparation:

  Cut the grapefruit in half. With a thin knife, hold and try to separate the pulp from the peel. In this case, the lower part of the pulp of grapefruit should remain untouched. Apply a sharp knife deep cuts in the form of a grating, trying not to damage the skin. Sprinkle each half with cinnamon and put honey on the cinnamon. Put both halves on a baking tray.

  Bake for 15 - 20 minutes. at 150 C. If the day of preparation of this, let's say straightforward, a simple dish, you have the remainder of the norm of butter, then safely put it on the halves of grapefruits before baking. Get a more delicate taste and a wonderful creamy aftertaste.

  Frozen strawberry dessert

  Ingredients:

  Strawberries - 0,5 kg

  Infusion of stevia frozen - 8 cubes (recipe)

  Preparation:

  Strawberries we will sort out, wash, we will discuss on a napkin. Cubes of stevia infusion wrapped in a linen napkin and crushed with a kitchen hammer to the state of large crumbs. Put the ice crumb into the mixer, mix it, gradually add strawberries and then - lemon juice, again we mix everything. Let's try, if it turns out not sweet enough, we'll add more cubes of frozen stevia infusion. Blend the mixture into the kremanki (or in some form) and place it in the freezer for 1.5 hours. Every 20 minutes the mixture must be mixed, so as not to result in a monolithic piece of ice. Strawberry dessert with stevia can and does not freeze, but there is just so, or, for example, with a curd. To prepare a similar dessert with stevia, you can use other berries.

  Schnitzel chopped from squid with onions

  Ingredients:

  squid - 400-450 g

  egg - 1 piece

  onion-turnip - 1 piece

  onion, dill, parsley

  bread crumbs - 25g

  onion, dill, parsley

  salt, pepper - to taste

  Preparation:

  early salad with honeysuckle

  Ingredients:

  cauliflower - 500-600g

  honeysuckle - 3-4 tbsp.

  Preparation:

  Wash cauliflower, divide into inflorescences, put in a large saucepan with salted cold water and leave for 15 minutes.

  Inflorescences, transfer to boiling, salted water. Cook for 5-7 minutes. (If you do not like the smell when cooking cabbage, then you can put a few peas in a pan of sweet pepper or a little lemon juice, or both.)

  Remove the cabbage from the pan and cool it. Stretch the honeysuckle berries with a fork and add a little water (spoons 2-3). Add the obtained mass to the cabbage, gently mix and leave to marinate for about 10 minutes. Grind the cucumber and lettuce leaves (I already bought a shredded salad). Add to cabbage, salt, pour over, sprinkle with greens. Immediately, until all the vitamins are in place, submit to the table.

  Meat Zrazy

  Ingredients:

  Minced meat (pork and beef in half) - 500 g

  Flour amaranth - 1,5-2 tbsp.

  Ketchup - 1 tbsp.

  Egg - 2 pcs.

  Green onions - small bunch

  Butter for frying

  Pepper

  Salt

  Preparation:

  1.Svarim hard-boiled eggs. Let's cool it. We refine. If this is done with a fork, the mass turns out to be more lush and airy. We chop the green onion and lightly remember the tolik. We mix the onions and egg mass. Filling for meat cold is ready.

  2.Farsh, amaranth flour and ketchup thoroughly mix. Salt, pepper. If the mass is too steep, then you can add a little water.

  3. Divide the resulting mass into 8-10 equal parts and form the balls. We take the ball and put it on the board as a flat cake, 0.7-1.0 cm thick.

  5. The dish for diabetics is ready. Garnish can be served with Brussels sprouts.

  Eggplants with meat under nut sauce in pots

  Ingredients:

  300 g of beef

  2-3 eggplant

  60-80 g walnuts (peeled)

  Black pepper powder

  Green parsley and cilantro

  Preparation:

  Eggplant cut in half. Salt and leave for 30 minutes to drive out the bitterness. (Imported aubergines, which are sold not in season, do not bitter, as well as our greenhouse products, so they can be cooked immediately). It's good to wash the eggplants well. It's good to dry it with a paper towel. Cut the eggplant into cubes. Strain in flour. To eggplant soaked as little as possible, fry them on a fairly strong fire, stirring constantly. Eggplants should be in one layer. If the frying pan is not large enough, then fry in a few tricks. Salt. Meat washed, cleaned of films, cut fat.

  Dry with a paper towel. Cut into cubes with a border about 1 cm.

  Spice up. Strain in flour. Transfer the meat to the frying pan so that the pieces do not touch each other, otherwise the pieces will stick together, the meat will separate the juice and not brown. You'll have to fry in several receptions. To fry meat on strongly warmed up oil on a strong fire approximately 2-3 minutes, all the time stirring.

  Salt. Nuts with salt and garlic grind in a blender (you can grind with a mortar). Add the pepper and lemon juice. Dilute with water to a consistency of liquid sour cream. Fold eggplant and meat in 2 pots. Pour the nut sauce. Cover the pot with lids. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees (the pots, so that they do not crack, put in a cold oven).

  Serve eggplant with meat under a nut sauce right in the pots.

  When serving, sprinkle with parsley and cilantro.

  Cauliflower salad with sprat

  Ingredients:

  Cabbage color - 500 g

  Spicy salted sprat - 5-7 pieces.

  Black olives - 40 g

  Olives - 40 g

  Capers - 10 pcs.

  Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp.

  Basil - 2-3 sprigs

  Pepper

  Salt

  Preparation:

  First, prepare the dressing for the salad: mix the vegetable oil, basil, chopped finely, vinegar, salt and pepper. Wash cauliflower, divide into inflorescences, put in a large saucepan with salted cold water and leave for 15 minutes. Stir the cauliflower inflorescence into boiling, slightly (!) Salted water. (If you do not like the smell when boiling cabbage, then you can put a few peas in a pan of sweet pepper or a little lemon juice, or both). Cook until done.

  Cool it down. Pour the cauliflower with a dressing and leave to marinate for 30 minutes. Peel the peel from the bones and finely chop. Olives and olives cut into rings. Put sprat, olives, olives and capers in cauliflower and gently mix.

  Boiled cod with mushroom sauce

  Ingredients:

  Cod fillet - 800g

  Champignons - 500g

  Milk - 250g

  Preparation:

  Rinse the cod and rinse. Cut into large pieces. In a large saucepan pour the milk and water, salt. You need to take three times more water than milk. Put the pieces of fish in the same pan. Bring to a boil on a SLOW (!) Fire. After boiling, turn off the fire.

  Cover the pan with a lid and leave for 10 minutes. Pieces of fish put in a colander - let the broth drain. Preparation of sauce for boiled cod fillets:

  Champignons finely chopped. Fry the mushrooms in oil, adding 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Salt and pepper. Add sour cream to the mushrooms and in 2-3 minutes - wine. Stir. Remove from heat. On a dish lay out pieces of boiled cod fillets and fill with mushroom sauce. Decorate with lemon.

  Cabbage and carrot snack

  Ingredients:

  White cabbage young - 5 leaves

  Carrots - 200 g.

  Garlic - 8 cloves

  Small cucumbers - 6-8 pieces.

  Onion-turnip - 3 pcs.

  Dill - 1 umbrella.

  Horseradish 2-3 leaves

  Preparation:

  Leave the cabbage leaves in boiling, unsalted water for 5 minutes. Throw in a colander, let the water drain and cabbage cool. Carrots grate on a large grater and mix with chopped garlic (2 cloves). Turn the carrot with garlic into the cabbage leaves: first we make a tube, and then from the ends we fill the ends of the tubes inside. On the bottom of a suitable form (or pots), put chopped dill and chopped garlic (5 cloves).

  We lay cabbage tubes, with garlic between them - cucumbers. We sprinkle onions with onion rings. We cover with horseradish leaves.

  Appetizer with pickled cucumbers

  Fill brine so that the brine covers the leaves of horseradish. A brine per 1 liter of water is as follows:

  Salt - 1-1.5 tbsp. l.

  bay leaf - 1-2 pcs.

  pepper fragrant - 3-4 pcs.

  cloves - 3

  The dish is ready in 2 days. It turned out an appetizer of cabbage, carrots with pickled cucumbers, or rather with salted cucumbers. When serving, pour with vegetable oil.

We heat the frying pan, lubricate it with oil only once before baking the first pancake. And bake, bake apple pancakes. Products from rice flour are prepared longer and at a lower temperature than from wheat flour, so the process of baking these rice pans with apples will be longer than we are used to. Pancakes are more or less acidic depending on the acid of the apples, and sugar or some other sweetener is not added.

  Ingredients:
