Brewer (Dead Souls MC Book 3)

I would miss everything about us, and everything that hadn’t happened to us yet.
“Go faster. Don’t stop. Brewer. Yes. Oh my gosh.”
Her whispered pleas coached me onward as my hips pounded into hers. I felt her tits jumping against me as my face fell to her neck. I nibbled on her skin. Kissed her cheek. Lined the shell of her ear with my tongue until she was nothing but a whimpering, sweating mess against me. Her juices dripped down my balls. Her pussy clamped around me with its wanton heat. Her fingers curled into the backs of my hands as my toes curled deeply into my shoes, trying to steady my movements as my body readied for her explosion.
I wasn’t ready to come yet.
I wasn’t ready to give into her yet.
“Brewer! Shit!”
I encompassed her lips with mine to swallow the rest of her sounds as she released. Her body stilled and her legs pulled me closer. Shoved my cock deeper. Her pussy fluttered around me, sucking me into her body until I could go no further. I’d never been held so tightly. I’d never been needed so much. I grunted into her skin, forcing my orgasm to stay at bay as she unraveled against me. Makenna shook. Gasped. Wiggled against my body until she collapsed into my grasp.
She caved into me and I caught her in my arms, pulling her away from the wall of her home. Her juices dripped down my thighs, coating me in her mark. Makenna clung to me. Her nails dug into my skin as I stumbled backwards, proving to her I could hold her up even at my weakest. Even when I wanted to fall to my knees and pour myself into her.
I hoped it would cement the fact that she was safe with me, no matter what it took.
“Take me upstairs,” she said with a whisper.
I furrowed my brow as my cock jumped at the prospect. Then she lifted her head from my shoulder and looked straight into my eyes.
“Take me upstairs, Brewer.”
“You want me inside your home?” I asked.
She grinned before she kissed me, allowing me another taste of her sweetness before a giggle fell from her lips and into mine.
“You’re already inside me,” she said. “Why not in my bed, too?”
Chapter 20
Makenna
We fell to my bed as giggles left my lips. I had to do my best to keep quiet so we wouldn’t wake Ana, but he felt too good. He had walked me up the stairs with his cock still buried within me, and I felt empty when he slipped away from me. He stripped from his clothes as he walked to the door, shutting it and locking it just in case Ana woke up. I stood to my knees and stripped myself down, casting my sweaty clothes to the floor. I was unable to keep my cool any longer. My body was aching for more of him. I watched him turn around in the darkness, illuminated by only the dim light streaming through my bedroom window.
Then he stalked towards me, those amber eyes looking devious as sharp shadows played upon his chiseled face.
He crawled onto the bed with his thick dick hanging between his legs. His lips dipped to my thighs as I laid back, sighing and stretched to guide his lips where I wanted them to be. He kissed up my inner thigh, shivering my skin and forcing my hands to curl up in my comforter.
My bed would smell like him for days.
His tongue lapped up my slit and wasted no time in finding what it wanted. I bit down onto my lower lip, trying to keep myself as quiet as possible. I moaned. Whimpered. Groaned as his tongue circled along my throbbing clit. I bucked into him. I reached down and gathered his hair between my fingers as my legs were tossed over his shoulders. His hands pinned my hips down, rendering me motionless against his strength.
I shook with a fury just trying to keep my noises at bay.
I drew in a shaky breath as I started approaching that precipice, but I didn’t want it to be over. So, I ripped Brewer up by his hair and crashed his lips against mine. I felt him furrow his brow, almost as if he was frustrated at my actions. I smiled into his kiss, giggling at how angry he must’ve been.
But me having the upper hand didn’t last long.
He rolled us over until I was on top, but his hands quickly began to turn me around. I had no idea what he was doing, but my mind was at a dead standstill. It wasn’t until my legs straddled his face and my mouth hovered over his cock that I understood what he wanted. And the idea shook me to my core. I’d never done something like this before. I’d always wanted to try, but I never knew how to initiate it.
I felt his fingers part my pussy folds before his hands gripped my ass cheeks, then he pulled me to him in a desperate attempt to devour me whole.
I opened my mouth and moaned, unable to contain my excitement. But the second he had the opportunity, he shoved my mouth full of his cock. I tasted myself on him as I gagged on his girth, feeling him inch to the back of my throat. My hands planted next to his thighs. I watched his muscles tremble as my throat closed around him. My legs shook as he pulled my pussy closer to his lips, his tongue dipping in and out of my entrance.
“Oh, Brewer,” I said.
“Don’t talk with your mouth full,” he said into my skin.
He kissed my thigh as I giggled around his thickness, then he popped my ass cheek to teach me a lesson.
And oh, it was a lesson I adored.
I hollowed out my cheeks and sucked him as hard as I could. I swirled my tongue around his tip, watching his feet flex and curl with pleasure. My body shook as his tongue explored my depths. He sucked my clit between his lips and it quaked my entire form. I lost myself in the feeling. In the taste of his precome and the feeling of his tongue and the grip of his hands against my skin.
He moaned between my legs and I felt myself pop, bucking against him as my throat relaxed.
“Yes, Makenna. That’s it. Don’t stop. Shit.”
Hearing him beg like that--hearing a big, bad, motorcycle man beg me the way he did--was too much. My eyes rolled into the back of my head and I spiraled, my pussy leaking onto his face. His hands massaged my ass cheeks as I shook, pouring arousal onto his skin. He lapped me deep, causing my toes to curl as colors sizzled in my vision.
I sucked him down as far as I could take him and I felt him still.
Grunt.
Thrust.
And soon, his salted essence was leaking down my throat.
I massaged his pulsing cock with my tongue. I curled my hands into the sheets of my bed. My eyes rolled into the back of my head as I swallowed him down, filling my stomach with him. I collapsed, weak from my second orgasm as my nose relaxed against his balls. Thread after thread pumped down my throat, his head falling back to the pillow as he panted for air.
I watched his toes curl before his cock finally stopped throbbing, but I was too weak to move.
Too weak to pull himself from my throat.
I felt him roll us over until I was seated on my side. Then, he slowly inched his way from my throat. Strings of spit and come fell from my lips, leaking down onto the bed below me. He pulled at me. Tugged at me. Grunted and murmured, until I was in his arms. I trembled against his naked muscles, feeling his light sheen of sweat coat my skin.
We nestled underneath the covers without a care in the world as to what came next.
“I’m going to miss you, Makenna.”
My body was so heavy that I wasn’t sure if I’d heard him right. My eyes fell closed and my body instantly relaxed around him. He was going to miss me? Surely, I’d heard him wrong. But sleep was around the corner and I felt safer and more relaxed than I had in years, and I wasn’t going to pass up the opportunity to fall asleep in his arms.
I woke up to the smells of bacon and biscuits wafting through the house. I stretched in my bed, feeling the warmth that percolated through the entity of my sheets. Who was cooking? Had someone slept with me last night?
I sat up as the sheet fell from my naked body, and the smell of sex that swirled around my head brought memories crashing back to my system.
“Brewer!”
I heard Ana giggling downstairs as a smile crossed my cheeks. He stayed with me last night. And by
the smell of it, he was cooking breakfast. I slid from bed and cleaned myself up, then threw on some clothes before I walked downstairs.
I saw him setting Ana up at the table with some milk and a biscuit along with scrambled eggs and an apple.
“Morning,” he said.
He looked up at me with that cheeky little grin and it made my blush.
“Good morning,” I said.
“Sleep well?”
I blushed and shook my head as I walked over to the fridge.
“Coffee?” he asked.
I turned around and saw the mug in his hand. Already made up and steaming from its heat.
“Thank you,” I said. “But you didn’t have to do any of this.”
“I know,” he said.
“Yummy, Mom!” Ana exclaimed.
“Good breakfast?” I asked.
“The best. He should cook every morning.”
“Thanks,” I said flatly.
Brewer threw his head back and laughed as he stood at the stove, his arms flexing with his every movement. I leaned against the counter as he scrambled up some more eggs, then he made me a plate and handed it to me. Eggs, a biscuit, and bacon. With the best cup of coffee I’d had in months.
Years, even.
“Are you going to stay and eat with us?” I asked.
“Unfortunately, I got to get to work,” he said.
I nodded as I set the plate down onto the counter.
“Will you be careful?” I asked.
His eyes hardened on me as his back straightened out.
“As careful as I can be,” he said.
“Where do you work?” Ana asked.
I whipped my gaze over to her as Brewer turned off the stove.
“I work as a mechanic on a lot of big trucks.”
“In a store?” Ana asked.
“Sort of. It’s a shop. It’s called Skinned and Skulled Mechanic shop.”
“Skinned and Skulled?” I asked.
He shrugged as a grin spread across my lips.
“Sometimes big trucks get trapped out in the woods, so I have to go rescue them,” he said.
“So, you’re a hero,” my daughter said.
“Not sure if I’d call it that,” he said.
Brewer began cleaning up the dishes, unaware of the awe in my daughter’s eyes. Ana was getting attached, and I wondered if that was a good thing. I watched him at the sink as Ana continued to eat, humming and moaning over how good the food was. The truth was, I was getting attached as well. I enjoyed his presence. Enjoyed our conversation. Enjoyed how he made me feel. But I wondered if I had made the wrong decision by entertaining him last night. By allowing him to sleep with me in bed. By allowing this interaction with my daughter.
I just wasn’t sure.
“Just put them in the sink. I can get them later,” I said.
“I made the mess, I clean it up,” Brewer said.
“Well, you cooked. So technically, I clean.”
He looked back at me with that playful grin on his cheeks before he dropped the dishes into the sink.
“If you insist,” he said. “But I do need to get going.”
I nodded to Ana and he turned around, taking in the way her face scrunched up.
“Come here, you,” he said as he walked over to her.
He picked my daughter up into his arms and held me close.
“I wanted to play,” Ana said with a sniffle.
“Then when I get back from work, we’ll play if it’s okay with your mother,” he said.
“What will we play?” she asked.
Her soft cries broke my heart.
“We can read,” Brewer said. “And play tag outside. Maybe you and I could cook dinner for Mom one night. How does that sound?”
“Will you stay for dinner?” Ana asked.
“I will stay for dinner. You have my word,” he said.
I watched my daughter wrap her arms tightly around his neck and it filled me with so much joy. But that nagging voice in the back of my mind had me worried.
Gang. Gang. Gun. Gang. Bike. Gang. Danger. Gang.
It was like the pulse of a horror movie, and it kept me on high alert. Brewer sat Ana down into her seat so she could continue eating before he looked back at me. There was a foreign look in his eye. Something disarming. A mixture between hesitation and confusion that was lined with an emotion I couldn’t place.
Fear?
Guilt?
Sorrow?
None of those seemed quite right, but they were the only ones I could come up with.
But him wrapping his arms around me broke my trance.
His embrace was strong and his touch hot. And something inside of me told me to cling to him as tightly as I could. I didn’t know where the inclination was coming from, but it worried me. What I thought I heard him whisper last night and with the way he was acting, I started convincing myself that I hadn’t been dreaming. That he had actually said he was going to miss me.
But that didn’t make sense.
Was he going somewhere?
“I’ll see you soon,” he said.
“I’m looking forward to it,” I said.
Then he set me down and strode out of our kitchen without so much as looking back. And the brick that sank in my gut grew to fill my entire body.
Something was wrong.
I just knew it.
Chapter 21
Brewer
“That’s not fucking happening,” Rock said. “I can go in there and you know it.”
“I’m the only one that makes any sense,” I said as I looked at the guys.
“There’s still no reason why I can’t go in there,” Grave said. “It’ll be quick and clean with me.”
“You have a child on the way. You and Knox,” Diesel said. “Neither of you are going in to do this.”
“If you guys really want me to do it, then I will,” Mick said.
“No offense,” Rock said, “but your shooting is shit. There’s a reason you wield a shotgun.”
“It sprays,” Knox said.
“Well my name’s the only name that hasn’t been thrown on the damn table, so there it is,” Mick said.
“And I appreciate it, but we all know I’m the better choice. Rock’s got his technological skills that are needed on this side and Diesel is our President. They’ll smell him coming from two miles away,” I said. “It has to be me. I’ve got the contacts. And I’ve already been putting some things into motion.”
“The fuck does that mean?” Rock asked.
“It means I’ve been tapping into some of my police buddies and pulling some strings,” I said. “You guys interested in hearing them?”
“No. No, I’m fucking not,” Rock said. “This is bullshit, and you’re not doing it. I’m going in, and that’s that.”
“No, you’re not,” I said. “I’m going to need you on this side to tap into the closed-circuit network somehow so you can keep a damn eye on me. All right?”
I bucked up to Rock and we stood there, toe-to-toe. I knew where this was coming from. He didn’t want to see me do this anymore than I wanted to see him do it. But I was the perfect man for the job, given my expertise in the group. And I knew that pissed Rock off even more.
“The fuck you been working on?” he asked.
“I’ve already contacted some officers who owe me favors,” I said as I turned towards the guys. “They’re going to be waiting for me to hit the jail for something, and then the schedule of the guards are going to turn in my favor.”
“You’re going to have all of the guards that are on your side guarding the jail,” Diesel said.
“And Rex. They’ll never know it’s coming,” I said.
“That’s… actually not a bad plan,” Knox said.
“It’s a shit plan,” Rock said.
“We get it. You don’t want to see your buddy in jail. Trust me, I get how you feel,” Grave said. “I want to be the one to take out Rex. But Brewer is set up the best to mak
e this happen, so I say we go for it. We’ll have his back just like we had Knox’s, and we’ll get him out of there.”
“But in order to make this look real, it has to be real,” I said.
“Which is where Monroe comes in,” Knox said.
“What?” Diesel asked.
“I’ve already been talking with her about this shit,” he said. “And here’s her suggestion. She’s already our lawyer, right? So, we get Brewer into some legitimate trouble. A bar fight or some shit. She can defend him in court, get his sentence reduced to a few months, and boom. He’s in jail for a real reason, he’s got guards on his side, and Rex doesn’t fucking stand a chance.”
“Again, not a shit plan,” Grave said.
“Diesel?” I asked.
We all looked over at our leader as he chewed on his lower lip. He looked like shit. Haggard. Tired. All of this was taking a toll on him. For a man who enjoyed settling things the diplomatic way, always having to resort to violence and killing was beginning to wear on him.
That man needed a special kind of woman in his life.
I couldn’t believe I was thinking some shit like that.
“Can you get Monroe on the phone?” Diesel asked. “I want to confirm that plan with her before I put my stamp of approval on it.”
“Yep. Gimme a sec,” Knox said.
He pulled out his phone as Rock turned his gaze towards me.
“I’m going to be watching your every fucking move,” he said.
“I don’t doubt it for a second. Thanks man,” I said.
He nodded before he threw his arms around me and clapped my back. I wasn’t a hugger. I didn’t like them. Hugs hid faces, which meant it was easier for people to lie while engaging in something intimate. But I felt Rock’s tension and I knew he was pissed. Worried for my safety. Our friendship had always been that way. Even when one of us simply got sent to the principal’s office, the other would find a way to creep around and figure out what the hell was going on.
