He’d always had a thing for her, and time hadn’t dimmed any of that. If anything, he found her more alluring now. She still wore her reddish-brown hair long and straight, and her eyes were just as green as he remembered them. All the trauma she’d gone through hadn’t changed her beautiful smile, and obviously hadn’t tainted the kindness he remembered.

How could a woman endure such humiliation and come out unscathed? He longed to discuss a true BDSM relationship with her further, making sure she understood that what Clay had put her through wasn’t even close to it, but he also suspected on some level she already knew that. He didn’t even mind that Rey was along for the ride. He and Rey had been best friends since the two could walk, and it wouldn’t seem right to be alone with Mattie right now.

“What do you think Bruce and Babs are doing?” asked Rey. “Should we go and see?”

“Leave them alone,” said Felipe. “Would you want someone walking in on you every half hour if you were having sex?”

Mattie pointed toward the screen, where the female and male lead had just had that happen to them, courtesy of the male lead’s best friend. “Yeah. See? They don’t look very happy about being interrupted.”

Both men laughed. “He should join them,” said Felipe. Then he held his breath while he watched her face.

She didn’t glance at him or Rey. Her gaze was glued to the TV screen. “I don’t know. Do we know if she wants to have sex with her boyfriend’s best friend?”

“Well, of course I mean he should join them if she wants it. And if the boyfriend is okay with it, too. Of course.” Idiot! When would he learn to stop thinking with his dick? Felipe shoved a handful of popcorn into his mouth. Maybe that would help him keep quiet.

“Sure, as long as it’s consensual, he should join them,” she said. “They’d be having a lot more fun than they are now.”

The male and female leads were currently arguing with each other, while the best friend looked on with a stupid grin on his face.

“That’s true,” said Rey, giving Felipe a quick glance over Mattie’s head. “Maybe she hates him? The friend, I mean.”

Mattie shook her head. “No way. Look at her face. She wants them both.”

He and Rey exchanged a surprised look. Felipe ate more popcorn, then sneaked a quick glance toward Mattie as the triad on the screen tried unsuccessfully to make the audience believe the woman was angry about both men being there.

“See?” Mattie pointed again. “She wants him, too. This writing is so transparent.”

Felipe swallowed his popcorn. “Do you think they’ll do it? I’ve never seen this movie.”

She shrugged. “I hope so. Otherwise this is just a silly filler scene.”

Felipe had to bite back a moan. “Would you ever do that?”

Now, she finally glanced toward him, and he nearly came at the look on her face. It was a combination of longing and confusion. Was it possible she held feelings for them that went beyond friendship? He’d entertained hope in that direction before, but it had been a long, long time since those days in high school.

They were all well past the teenage angst years, and she’d been through hell and back. How could he ask her such a thing? He couldn’t. Not after all she’d confessed to them tonight. All he could do was wait until she decided to say something. And if he was wrong about what he glimpsed in her beautiful eyes, at least he’d be no worse off than he was right now.

  * * * *

Mattie realized if she’d been waiting for a sign to let these two know how much time she’d spent fantasizing about them, this was definitely it. Not only had Felipe given her the perfect opening, but he looked so hopeful that she was sure he’d grab her any second now and beg her to fuck them both.

The rational part of her mind that still functioned reminded her that she was nowhere near ready for something like this. The other part told the rational piece to take a very long walk, preferably along the beach so it could get swallowed up by the incoming tide. She had to say something. Felipe was waiting, and she felt Rey’s eyes boring into her back.

  “Depends on the men.”

Chicken. Talk about taking the coward’s way out.

  “Can you elaborate?”

Rey’s voice held a note of authority, but not anger. She turned to look into his eyes and caught the same emotion on his face as she had on Felipe’s. The three goofballs in the movie were finally about to get it on. Had the men chosen this movie on purpose? No. They’d all said they hadn’t seen it before and she had no reason to doubt their word. It was the Universe, telling her to stop hiding from life and from these two men.

Every emotion she’d suppressed for years bubbled back up as she switched her gaze from Rey’s face to Felipe’s. These men weren’t Clay. They’d been her friends for a long time, and were still two of the kindest, most charming men she’d ever met. They’d never hurt her. She knew that as certainly as she knew the lust she felt right now was real. It was true.

She didn’t understand how she could feel it, but she did, nonetheless. Wasn’t it time to give it another chance? There weren’t two other men on this island she’d ever consider this with. She knew that, as well. It had always been these two, and they were here now, waiting for her answer.

“You two. I’d do it with you two.” Her voice came out breathy, but really… how could she help that? She could barely think right now.

They exchanged a glance over her head, filled with incredulity and uncertainty. It melted her heart that two big, strong Doms had just been reduced to the mental state of teenage boys who’d never had sex before. They weren’t certain what to do, and she found that so endearing that she knew she’d have to direct this. At least for a while. But she also understood where their uncertainty came from. They didn’t want to hurt her or scare her, and she loved them both for it.

Mattie turned off the TV because the grating voice of the female lead was getting on her nerves and ruining the mood. Plus, her character was an idiot. This wasn’t complicated. Not if you had lusted after and dreamed about the two men most of your life.

She took their hands, one on each side, and squeezed them. This time, she didn’t think. She merely let the words pour out.

“Look, I know my past is about as fucked up as it could be. But I have another confession to make. One that has nothing to do with Clay or Alabama. Or Georgia, for that matter. This goes back to grade school. I’ve been half in love with both of you most of my life. By the time we all got to high school, I had fantasies of being with one of you, at least. Sometimes with both of you. And even when I was…when I was off the island, I never forgot them.”

She took a deep breath. “In fact, there were plenty of times those fantasies got me through another day. They were my escape. My way of coping with reality. I retreated into my safe world where sex didn’t hurt, where men didn’t humiliate me or hit me in anger, and where no one followed me around town, or made me account for every penny I spent. Where people trusted me and didn’t use my own words against me to hurt me. Where no one made me feel like a prisoner in my own home, or lorded their money, power, and prestige over my head.”

Mattie didn’t realize she was crying until Rey wiped the tears from her face. She smiled at him with what she hoped was a grateful look in her eyes. “I have no idea what’s going to happen. I don’t even know if I can have a normal relationship with one man, let alone two. But damn it…I want to try. I need to try. Especially since it’s you two. But can you handle that? Can you deal with my messed up head and all the crazy emotions running through it right now? Can you accept the fact that I might freak out tonight, or maybe next week, or perhaps even next year? Are you absolutely sure you want to start down this road at all?”

Rey let go of her hand and sat on the coffee table where she had earlier. He placed one hand on each shoulder and gazed into her eyes with the most sincere look Mattie had ever seen on anyone’s face. “Not only will we willingly deal with it, but we will help you through
this. No matter what it takes. And as for the sex, we will take whatever you can give us. We only want to hold you, Mattie. And be with you. We’ve both waited a long time for this, too.”

  “You have?” she whispered.

“Yes.” Felipe placed a finger under her chin and turned her face gently toward his. “Yes, we have. You’re not the only one who had fantasies all through school. Rey and I both had a thing for you, too.”

“I didn’t know that.” Her heart soared with so much joy she was sure it would sprout wings and fly.

He smiled tenderly. “Well, now you do.”

Mattie held her breath as Felipe leaned closer and kissed her. Fireworks exploded behind her closed eyelids as his tongue teased her lips. She parted them, and then wrapped her arms around his broad shoulders as the most exquisite kiss she’d ever experienced consumed her. The arousal in her body grew and filled every inch of her being until she no longer tried to analyze it or question it. She simply gave into it.

Moans filled the space around her and she didn’t realize at first they came from her. It must have been Rey who swore softly under his breath, and then his hands were on her back, gently stroking up and down her spine. Hands tangled themselves in her hair and she had no clue whose they were, but it hardly mattered. The men were one person in her mind. One beautiful, sexy, charming, tender male who kissed like nothing she’d felt before, and who touched her with lust but not anger.

Felipe released the kiss, gazing at her with nothing short of awe. Rey turned her gently toward him, and then his mouth was on hers. She wrapped her arms around him and pushed closer to his hard, warm body, desperate for the contact from each man. Contact that made her feel safe and protected, not afraid and wishing it would simply end.

Felipe pushed his fingers under her sweater and then stopped, as if unsure if he should keep going. Rey released the kiss and she glanced at Felipe over Rey’s shoulder. “It’s okay.”

The look of relief on his face melted her heart. That he’d asked permission first with that gesture touched her soul. She’d been right about these two. They’d never hurt her.

Mattie took a deep breath and then removed her sweater before she lost her nerve. She glanced from one man to the other, watching the lust on their faces. Was there really any need for words right now?

“Mattie…” Rey’s voice shook, as though he were barely hanging on. “I hate to bring this up, but we have to. Felipe and I have no STDs. Are you…that is…”

“I have none. He always used a condom but I got tested anyway. And I’m on the pill. I have been for years.”

  They exchanged a glance.

“I don’t mind if you don’t use condoms. I hate the damn things.”

Rey nodded. “So do we. Okay. Um…one more thing. I feel like we should give you a safeword. I know it might sound weird to do that for sex, but what if we do something that…I don’t know. Sets off a trigger, I guess?”

“Okay. I think that sounds like a perfect idea.” She had to blink back tears. They were being more careful than she’d dared to hope.

He exhaled as though relieved she’d agreed. “All right. How about red? Easy to remember. We stop immediately and address your concerns.”

“Okay.” She glanced around. “Do you want to stay here or go to my bedroom?”

Felipe stood, and then before she had a chance to do the same, he picked her up in his arms and carried her up the stairs. Mattie blinked back tears a second time. No one had ever done that for her. It was so dominant, but also quite romantic under the circumstances. She didn’t even care that they’d left the half-empty popcorn bowls or glasses of sweet tea on the tables next to the sofa. She’d deal with that in the morning.

Tonight, she belonged to Rey and Felipe, the objects of her unending teenage lust and fantasy world. The two men she’d spent most of her life wanting, and who were here now, about to make love to her. Mattie’s life was about to change, and she couldn’t wait to embrace every precious second of it.

  Chapter Eight

Mattie was grateful she’d left a light on in her bedroom earlier when she’d come up here to use the bathroom, or Felipe would have carried her into a dark room and he might have fallen. That would have ruined the mood. He carried her to the bed and laid her on it. She started to sit up, but he covered her body with his and kissed her again.

Mattie was lost in a sea of unfamiliar sensations. Kissing Clay with him on top of her had never felt like this, even before their sex life became more torture for her than pleasure. But she didn’t want to think about Clay right now, or ever again, if that were possible. She only wanted to enjoy these two, and give herself to them completely. She was convinced that if she did so, she’d start to heal from the past.

She knew Rey had taken off his clothes, but didn’t have the chance to get a good look at his damn sexy body until he crawled next to her, and Felipe finally moved aside. Mattie smiled, then reached over and traced the Taino tats on Rey’s chest and torso.

“You all have these, don’t you? I heard that from Kai the other day when she called the clinic to let us know a man who had come in for X-rays from a bad accident had his dog in the car, and the dog had been injured, too.”

Felipe grinned as he, too, shed his clothes. “Yeah? And how exactly did you two end up discussing our tats from that conversation?”

“The dog’s name was Taino, and Kai thought it was too adorable, and wondered if the proclivity for having Taino tats extended beyond your two families.”

“We have no fucking clue,” said Rey. “We haven’t looked at all the men on this island naked.”

Mattie laughed, until he pulled her close and kissed her. She melted into his embrace, molding her body against his. Behind her, Felipe unhooked her bra and then pulled off her jeans, panties, socks, and shoes. She took her arms from around Rey long enough for Felipe to remove her bra, and then she closed her eyes and let the sensations wash over her.

She was naked, with two men. Rey and Felipe were both in bed with her, and she wasn’t afraid. In fact, she’d never been more turned-on in her entire life. She wanted to fly, scream with joy, pump her fists in the air, and shout from the rooftops, all at the same time.

Shivers ran up and down her spine, and much to her amazement, her pussy was soaked. That she could even feel arousal after what she’d been through continued to amaze her. It must be these two.

They took turns holding her and kissing her, stroking her hair and back as they did so. Their cocks were rock hard, and she wanted to rub her entire body all over them. Soft moans left her throat as they kissed her, and their moans became louder each minute.

Rey rolled her onto to her back and knelt beside her. Felipe was on her other side, and both men gazed down at her as if they’d found a lost treasure but were afraid to touch it. She reached for them, tracing the tats on each of their chests this time. She wanted to lick them, and the rest of their bodies. They were both so beautiful.

When Felipe reached for her left breast, tentatively, she smiled up at him, offering silent encouragement. He played with it for a few moments before pinching her nipple, not enough to hurt, but rather just enough to force a loud moan from her. He bent his head and sucked gently, and then Rey moved between her legs and parted them.

He stroked her pussy lips and clit, and Mattie arched her hips up toward him. Felipe alternated breasts now, suckling each one as his hands grew rougher on them, but still not to the point of pain. On the contrary, her arousal had now grown to a fevered pitch. When Rey bent his head and licked her soaking-wet slit and tongued her clit, Mattie cried out as a sudden climax overtook her. The only orgasms she’d had for the past few years were the ones she’d been able to give herself, and they’d been nothing like this.

Tears ran down her face as the contractions went on and on. When Rey pushed a finger into her wetness, she wished it was his dick instead. He pulled it out and scooted off the bed, returning in a few seconds with a bottle of lube. Felipe joined Rey
between her legs, and both men now slid a finger into her pussy, after pouring lube on them. That felt much better.

“You’re very tight,” said Felipe. “We don’t want to hurt you.”

“You aren’t hurting me. It’s been a long time, and the last year of our marriage…the sex was always rough and I was usually dry.”

“You might have some scarring in there,” said Rey, quietly. “We’ll be very careful, Mattie. Promise.”

“I know you will,” she whispered.

“Does it hurt now?” he asked. “With the lube?”

  She shook her head.

Rey and Felipe exchanged a smile. “So, I guess all we have to decide is who gets to go first.”

She laughed at Rey’s comment. “Maybe you should flip a coin?”

That quip earned her a laugh from Felipe and an eye roll from Rey. “All right,” he said. “Felipe is older by three months. He can go first.” Rey moved toward her head again, and cupped her face gently. “But that means I get your mouth first.”

He winked, and then watched her face. It seemed as though he were waiting for her reaction, but she didn’t know what to say. None of the oral sex she’d given Clay had been consensual. She’d never actually given a man a blow job because she’d wanted to. She had to tell them that, so she did.

“You don’t have to do it,” said Rey, his expression crestfallen. “I didn’t know. I’m sorry.”

She wanted to die at the look of distress on his face. “No, it’s okay. How could you have known? And I want to try. Honestly, I do.” It was completely ridiculous that a thirty-three-year-old woman had never given a man a real blow job. She had to do this for her own peace of mind. She was tired of living in fear.
