Cabin Fever

“I don’t have all the players for the team.” Rhonda smirked.
“What do you mean? You’re not talking about Sean and Patrick? They’re my friends and co-workers. That would never do.”
Damn! She needed to stop thinking of them in bed with her. The thought of them both naked soaked her panties.
What would it really be like with two men? What would it really be like with Sean and Patrick? Reading about it wasn’t good enough anymore. She obsessed about it now.
Pulling into the parking lot of Bloomies, Sandra’s attention was snagged by a statement of Rhonda’s. “Huh?”
“I asked, if you ever wondered what it would be like with one of them giving you oral sex while the other was sucking your….”
Groan.

Sandra couldn’t have been more wrong about being distracted, despite the great sale at Bloomies. For some reason, everything she considered reminded her of the guys. How did a pair of sunglasses remind her of Patrick? Oh, yeah. She’d bought him a pair by Versace for his birthday last year. He’d looked so cool in them.
Looked being the operative word. He’d lost them three weeks later. Not unusual. Patrick could be a bit forgetful. He probably left them at a restaurant. Lucky patron or waiter.
“So what are the studs doing today?” Rhonda asked.
“Huh? Oh, getting ready for Monday.”
“All work and no play. Speaking of play….”
“Don’t even go there,” Sandra checked the price on a pair of jeans.
“Okay, okay. All I’m saying is that you have a perfect opportunity here. Show them the article and discuss it with them. Make a joke out of it, if you’re afraid they might think you’re serious.”
“Are you nuts? We’re talking straight, testosterone filled men. That’s like waving a red flag in front of a bull.”
“Okay, okay. Only a suggestion. But one can dream.” Rhonda flashed her a big, cheesy grin.

Sean and Patrick went to Boot Camp, despite their plans to the contrary. Two clients needed emergency workouts, making their Saturday shot for the moment.
Patrick had his client dripping with sweat on the chin press bar when he noticed his buddy wasn’t really into it today. Sean barked orders to a man doing push-ups. But instead of being in his face like a real drill sergeant, he leaned against one of the weight machines, arms folded over his chest, counting out the reps.
Something distracted him.
Patrick told his charge to take ten. The man greeted the reprieve with a grunt of gratitude.
“What’s on your mind there, buddy?” Patrick approached his friend.
Sean stopped counting and glanced over at him. “What do you mean?”
“Man, you’re a million miles away.”
“Okay, that’s enough,” Sean told the man, now in a pool of sweat on the mat. “Do a five-minute cool down on the tread.”
Once the client staggered off, Sean motioned for Patrick to follow him into his office and shut the door. He pointed to the seat in front of his desk.
“Oh, this must be serious.” Patrick leaned back in the chair.
“It is. I think I figured out a way to get this ménage thing off the ground, without scaring the bejesus out of Sandra.” Sean plopped into his seat behind the desk.
Patrick tossed Sean’s massive rubber band ball in the air. “Really? I take it you have a plan.”
“I heard from my Uncle Travis this morning.”
“Really? Don’t tell me, a new deal on a car…that belongs to the mob again.”
Sean laughed. His Uncle Travis could be a bit shady, and they always managed to get caught up in his drama. “No mob cars this time. He’s doing well. In fact, he’s retiring. That’s why he called.”
“Retiring? Is that code for the Witness Protection Program?”
They both chuckled.
“No, nothing like that. He has a cabin in the Rockies. He wants me to go up there and check it out. He mentioned if I liked it, he’d give me the grant deed. He plans on retiring to the Poconos.”
“He is a thrill seeker, that Travis.” Patrick laughed. “But what does this have to do with Sandra?”
“I figure all three of us can go up there and get better acquainted.” Sean flashed a devilish smile.
“Ahhh.”
“We acquired two new trainers, and they’re good enough. I don’t see why we can’t take a few weeks off. We have at least a month coming to us anyway. Instead of jetting off somewhere like we usually do, we could use the time to check out the place…together.”
“I’m picking up what you’re putting down, my friend.” Patrick stood up and went to the door. “Now, how are you going to convince Miss Workaholic?”
“That won’t be a problem,” Sean said. “The local mall just opened a new Roberto Cavalli store.”
“Cavalli. I’ll go pack.”
Chapter Five
Hours later, Sandra arrived back at her house, with Rhonda in tow. They’d shopped until they dropped, had dinner, found their second wind, and done more shopping. All this, without any mention of the guys.
“Let’s see the goods,” Sandra said, retrieving her loot from the trunk. She hadn’t meant to spend so much. But contrary to Rhonda’s observation, Bloomies did have a great sale, and not due to going out of business.
They went into the house and plopped on the couch.
“Twenty-seven hundred,” Sandra blurted.
“Seventeen hundred,” Rhonda replied.
“It seems I always out-spend you.”
“You have a weakness for accessories. They’re small, but they add up.” Rhonda headed for the kitchen. “You got anything other than health drinks?”
“Light tea.”
“That will have to do, I guess. What time is it?”
“Eight-fifteen.”
“Oh, girl! I better head for home. My nieces are having a sleepover.” She took a quick sip of tea.
“Kiss them for me. I’ll check with you later.” Sandra followed her toward the foyer. The doorbell rang. “Who is it?”
“Sean and Patrick.”
Rhonda turned around and gave her a cheese-eating grin.
“Don’t say it.” She pointed a finger at her friend for emphasis then opened the door. And there they stood, two of the most stunning men who ever walked the planet. Both dressed in jeans and tight-fitting Polo shirts, they were too much for the senses!
“Hey, Rhonda.” Patrick headed straight toward the couch.
“Hi Sean. Hi, Patrick. So what brings you guys here, besides basking in the lovely company of our friend.” Rhonda shook Sandra’s shoulders playfully.
Sandra wanted to kill.
“Actually, we came by to discuss vacation plans with Sandra.” Sean headed for the kitchen.
“Vacation plans? When did you make those?”
“Well, that’s what we wanted to talk to you about.” Patrick said.
“Oh. Well, let me go.” Rhonda gathered her bags again. “Talk to you later.”
Sandra pushed her out the door and returned her attention to the boys. “Now what’s this about a vacation?”
“Sean heard from his Uncle Travis.”
“Did they find a body in the trunk of his car?”
“No,” Sean laughed. “He’s retiring. Going to the Poconos. That’s where the vacation comes in.”
“You guys are going to the Poconos?” Sandra scrunched up her nose.
“No way. My uncle’s going to the Poconos. But, he has a little cabin in the Rockies that he wants me to visit. If I like it, he’ll transfer the deed to me.”
“Wow!”
“Wow, is right. So Patrick and I were thinking. We haven’t been on vacation in a while, and this would be a perfect time. It’s the middle of winter. Might fit in some skiing. Three weeks would be perfect to unwind.”
“You two on skis? I shudder to think.” Sandra laughed. “Oh that’s right you bought some years ago. Would
pay to see that. Man, I’m gonna miss you. I’ll be bored. No one to mess with.”
This would be the first time in seven years they’d spent any length of time apart. And she would miss them. But one good thing would come from this. They would be out of sight and hopefully out of mind for a good while. In that time, she would put her head on straight and return to thinking of them in the platonic sense and not as two sex machines.
Rhonda’s last statement before going into the store had Sandra fantasizing all over again about the three of them. In fact, she’d been a little annoyed, with Rhonda staying as long as she did. So hot and horny, she’d wanted to hook up with her old reliable, battery-operated friend again.
Patrick, channel surfing, scooted down on the couch, legs wide open for the world to see. Sandra wiped the sweat from her brow. Despite the chilly weather outside, she became warm and downright hot between her legs. She spied Sean out of the corner of her eye. He stared at her intensely.
He’d caught her ogling his best friend. But instead of looking upset, he winked and sat on a nearby stool. “Taking a mental measurement?”
How embarrassing. She looked around the room for a chair and couldn’t find one. Instead, she settled for the ottoman in the far corner of the room. She crossed her legs and played with the cuffs of her sleeves. She had to do something; otherwise she would be on them or herself for relief. Damn, why did she read that article? Have those thoughts?
Yep, their vacation fit perfectly with her plans. She needed them gone for a while.
As she glared at Sean, the image of him between her legs, licking her pussy nice and slow, played in her mind. Wetness pooled between her thighs. No good.
She shifted her gaze to Patrick. If she had them both, what would he be doing? Sucking her tits, as Rhonda suggested?
Would they do any of those things she’d read in the article? Would they switch up after her first orgasm? Would they tease her? Would one watch while the other had his way with her, then take his turn? Or would they both pleasure her at the same time until she screamed the roof off? Endless possibilities.
Sandra shook her head. The thoughts needed to vacate her head. These are my friends. That phrase would become her mantra. Yes, the sooner they left for the cabin in the Rockies, the quicker she could get hold of herself.
“That’s really what we came over here to talk to you about,” Sean squeezed in beside her on the ottoman. “We want you to come up with us,” he cooed in her ear.
Patrick put the remote down. “Yeah! We think it would be nice to spend some time alone…together. We could all use some rest and relaxation.”
Sandra hadn’t believed in self-combustion—until now. She didn’t want to stand up; there would be a gush of her arousal and she might faint.
So much for out-of-sight, out-of-mind.
Sandra’s face was not very enthusiastic. Confusing. Sean knew she didn’t mind going on vacation with them. They’d gone on plenty of trips together. Granted it had been a while, but nothing in their relationship had changed.
Or has it?
For the past few weeks, sexual tension had invaded their platonic threesome. Jokes, innuendoes, and little remarks had popped up here and there. Also, Sandra had been really concerned about their image together. Then he and Patrick came across that article in her magazine.
But the catalyst that sparked the tension stemmed from an offhanded remark Sandra made one day weeks before. All the locker rooms at the gym were occupied, but they wanted to get their workout on quick, because they were going out to see a show.
Sean had suggested they change in his office. Sandra went into the private bathroom, while he and Patrick remained in the office.
Sandra hollered through the closed door that this would be a great start to a porno movie, especially if she emerged right then with nothing on but her underwear. Then the corny sexy music would come on and all three would start getting busy.
He and Patrick had gaped at each other. Then they stared a hole in the bathroom door. The silence was deafening. In fact, she peeked out to see if they were still there.
It may have been a joke to her, but they’d wanted to implement the idea right then. The trip to The Rockies would straighten things up nicely. They would talk about that article in her magazine and the comment she made, plus share any other secret fantasies they might have.
But more importantly, they would discuss the feelings he and Patrick had for her.
Chapter Six
Patrick peeked into Sandra’s room, as she stuffed more clothes into two open bags. “Over-packing, I see.” He came in sat down on the edge of the bed next to her suitcases.
“No, I like being prepared.” She added a pair of heels to the other three.
“Uh-huh. So, how much skiing do you think you’re going to manage?”
“Depends on the snow. Will it be fresh powder? Soft? Hard? The snowfall can be so unpredictable up there. I checked the weather this past season, and they didn’t have good rainfall. But I’m hoping for at least five days out of the three weeks.”
“You think maybe you can teach me to ski?” Patrick helped her pack some sweaters. “My skis are collecting dust at home. I bought them years ago thinking I was going to try the crazy sport.”
“I didn’t realize you were still interested in skiing.”
“I’ve been watching you for years, and I always felt left out of the ski loop.”
Sandra put down a pair of pants and glanced at him. “Why didn’t you say something? I never—”
“I didn’t want to intrude. I mean, we do share almost everything. I thought maybe that was something you wanted just for you.”
“Nonsense.” She rubbed his shoulder gently. “If you want to learn to ski, I’ll be more than happy to teach you. Besides, I sorta feel strange out there without you guys.”
“You guys?”
“I’m not sure if Sean wants to learn to ski, too. I assumed…?”
“I’m sure he’ll jump at the chance.”
“I’ll ask him, then.” She smiled.
Patrick nodded and left the room. He stood in the hallway for a good minute. Maybe Sean had a point. Maybe it wouldn’t be too hard to bring up the topic of a ménage a trois. It did seem natural. She felt lonely out there on the slopes without them—despite the large numbers of skiers to mix and mingle with. Maybe she wouldn’t mind having them around more often.
He felt much better about this vacation. At first, he’d doubted Sean, but now things appeared brighter.
He went downstairs to find his buddy on the phone with Uncle Travis.
“Yeah, man. Now this cabin, is it really paid up? Uh-huh, I see. So why don’t you want it anymore? No, no, we’re leaving tonight. I need to make sure there’s nothing wrong with it. Like, is it sitting on a buried nuclear plant? Okay, then. I’ll call you when we arrive.”
Patrick sat in the recliner. “Ha! That was a good one. Gotta grill him still.”
“Something’s not right. I know it.” Sean rubbed his chin.
“You know Uncle Travis.”
“I see a smile on your face. What were you and Sandra talking about?” Sean gulped down a protein drink.
“Skiing. She offered to teach us.”
“Really?”
Patrick repeated the conversation.
Sean nodded and smiled. “See? I told you there was nothing to worry about. We automatically include each other in everything we do. It’s amazing she hasn’t had us out on the slopes already.”
“That’s fine if we’re talking skiing or going to a movie. Not sex and definitely not a ména—”
“Hey, do you think ten sweaters are too many?” Sandra trotted down the stairs.
“Wha…?” Sean whipped his head around.
“Uh,” Patrick said.
“What’s the matter?” Sandra glanced from one to the other. “What were you two talking about? I hear nothing but crickets now.”
“Nothing. We weren’t talking about anything
, except about the trip,” Sean bared his teeth in a poor semblance of a smile.
“Hmm.” Sandra put her hand on her hip and tapped a foot. Time to defuse the situation.
“Ten sweaters are perfect. In fact, I think you should add a couple more. Maybe some dressy ones, to go with your heels. We might go to a club.” Patrick clapped his hands for emphasis.
“Oh yeah. Good idea. I have just the ones.” Sandra ran back up the stairs.
“Whew! Too close,” Patrick said. “We need to watch it.”
“We won’t say anything on the way there. But once we settle in….wait a minute.” Sean snapped his fingers.
“What?”
“On our way there, we can stop at a drugstore to pick up some snacks and reading material.”
“And?”
“Don’t you see? We’ll pick up that issue of Just for Women. We’ll innocently give it to her saying that we know she reads this….”
“Ahhh. Gotcha. Great idea.” Patrick gave a thumbs up and a wink.
“See, I told you. Nothing to worry about. I have it all under control.”
***
Sandra found two of her dressier sweaters. She tucked them one at a time in her suitcase, closed it, and grabbed several makeup items, including brushes and sponges from the dresser, and finished packing her makeup case.
She needed to think. Curling up on the foot of the bed, she considered her very enlightening conversation with Patrick. He’d never indicated he wanted to ski. But more importantly, she hadn’t known he’d been concerned about intruding in her life.
He was right about one thing; they did share everything. She assumed…. Well, she never wanted to keep the guys out of anything she did. But there had to be limits, right?
Her gaze traveled to the table where the magazine rested. Yes, there were limits.
She would love to share that article with them about the ménage à trois. It was natural fodder. As Rhonda said, she could have made a joke of it. But it wouldn’t have been a laughing matter. Something had changed in the last few weeks. The tension between them could be cut with a knife. The guys seemed to be very careful with their words. That wasn’t like them. They always spoke freely with one another. Some people thought they were too open and honest with each other. But that was the beauty and the glue to their friendship.
