ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Devon Hartford spent most of his life in Southern California frequenting many of the locations in Stepbrother Obsessed. Devon is an artist and musician, and drew upon his experiences with both while writing his previous romance series The Story of Samantha Smith and The Story of Victory Payne.
