Additionally, I want to give a shout out to Bette Hansen and Gina Meier for helping me with some last-minute naming issues when I couldn’t come up with anything myself. Bette and Gina are a couple of my super readers, all of whom I’m so thankful for.

And last, this book would never have gotten fully baked at all if not for my developmental editor, Krista Stroever. I’m so sorry you had to put so much effort into helping with this one—and I’m doubly apologetic that you had to spend your birthday rereading this book!—but I’m also quite pleased with the result. Thank you for all your help.
