Coming Full Circle

“Fuck us, Chase, fuck us both.” She stared directly at him as she spoke.

Alex urged him on also. “Harder, faster.”

He wanted to say something, but words wouldn’t suffice. It was so good. All he could do was move. He wanted it to last forever, but he could see Jasmine was close and taking him and Alex with her. She was holding onto the headboard as if it were a lifeline. “I’m…I need…”

“Come for us, Jasmine. Let go and fly.”

Alex and he were moving as if they were one, pistoning their hips and rushing toward their own releases.

“Oh God,” Jasmine cried out, her head tossing back and forth on the pillow as her orgasm hit.

“Christ.” Alex’s expletive and his ass clamping on his cock were the only indications Chase needed to know the other man had followed Jasmine in her release. Thankfully, Alex held himself upright as Chase thrust into him.

“Take it, take me,” Chase demanded, as he surrendered to the onslaught of pleasure, grinding his hips into Alex. Tremors shook his body and with a heaving breath, he came hard. He continued to thrust, wringing every drop of come from his body until he was spent. He knew he couldn’t collapse onto Alex as was his habit. Instead, he pulled out of Alex’s body and moved away from the two of them, dropping onto the bed in an exhausted heap.

Alex freed himself from Jasmine and rolled over onto his back. The room was silent except for the sounds of their labored breathing. Chase could feel his heartbeat galloping, but had never felt better in his life. It was a momentary reprieve, of course. The real world would interfere eventually. But for now he wanted to savor the moment.

Pushing up on his elbow, he stared at Jasmine. Her eyes were closed, but a small, satisfied smile graced her lips. Chase tucked a stray hair behind her ear and smiled down at her. “How are you feeling?”

“Unbelievable.” Her smile widened, even though she still hadn’t opened her eyes. “This weekend has been the most amazing experience of my life.”

“Ours too.” Chase spoke for both him and Alex, but he didn’t need to ask the other man if the statement were true. In this situation, he could pretty much guarantee Alex’s opinion as well.

“Without a doubt,” Alex added his weary agreement. Then with a heavy sigh, he pushed himself off the bed and headed into the bathroom.

Jasmine opened her eyes to look up at Chase. “Where did Alex go?”

Chase could hear the sound of water running in the background. “Cleaning up.”

“Hmm, I suppose I should get up.”

“No rush.” Chase leaned down to kiss her lightly. “Besides, if I know Alex, he’ll be rejoining us soon.”

  “Oh yeah?”

“He’s not a morning person. Given the chance, he’ll stay in bed for as long as possible.”

“You two talking about me?” Alex walked back into the bedroom and tossed a wet cloth toward Chase, who caught it one handed. He quickly cleaned himself and dropped the cloth on the bedside table. Chase knew he might regret it later, but right now he didn’t want to take the time to move. He looked over and noticed Alex had pressed another cloth between Jasmine’s thighs, cleaning her too. Then, with as little care as Chase had, Alex tossed the used cloth over his shoulder off the side of the bed. Crawling onto the bed, Alex curled himself around Jasmine’s back and wrapped his arm around her. Then gripping Chase’s biceps, Alex cuddled them all closer together.

  “Nothing bad, I assure you.”

“Uh, huh. Just remember. If you’re both very, very nice to me I’ll fix you brunch.”

“Oooh, a bribe.” Jasmine stroked her fingers over Chase’s chest. “Before I fall for it though, tell me, how are his cooking skills?”

Glancing over her shoulder at a smiling Alex, Chase grinned. “As good as his fucking skills.”

  “When’s brunch?”

Jasmine gave a sigh of satisfaction. Alex had prepared bacon, eggs and pancakes, and she’d eaten some of everything. “I can’t believe I ate so much.” She patted her stomach ruefully. “I’m going to gain five pounds from this brunch alone.”

Alex frowned. “Please, you more than worked off any calories in the last twenty-four hours.”

She blushed, but had to agree with him. Their lovemaking had been pretty vigorous and she was already saddened to think this weekend was coming to an end. And whatever this thing among the three of them was, it would now be over. She hoped their friendship continued if nothing else. After all this time apart she couldn’t imagine losing them again. With any luck their activities hadn’t ruined her chances.

Chase chuckled and reached out, tilting her head so she was looking directly at him before lowering his hand. “I can’t believe after everything you’re blushing.”

“Hey, I’m a good girl who was corrupted by a couple of bad, bad boys.”

“I think you enjoyed the corruption.”

She smirked and nodded. “I certainly did.”

“Enough to be corrupted even more?” She turned her head at Alex’s question, her brow furrowed in confusion. He couldn’t mean what she thought. Could he?

“Wha—” She swung her head back to stare at Chase, but he looked as sincere as Alex. This moment was very surreal.

“What Alex is trying to tell you is we had a great weekend.”

“Me too.” She wanted to say more, but suddenly felt tongue tied. For the first time since she’d grown into her own, she was reverting back to high school and keeping her mouth shut to see what they had to say.

“And we don’t want it to end,” Alex continued. “That is, if you’re interested in keeping in touch.”

Keeping in touch. It wasn’t what she had been thinking, after all. Still, their friendship was intact, and she was eternally grateful.

“Of course. I was thinking the same thing.” Swallowing hard, she stood with a smile on her face. “I’m going to go get my stuff together.”

“Um, okay.” Chase looked bemused, as if his mind was suddenly on something else.

Jasmine left the kitchen and headed back to the guest room. Upon entering, she heard the beep beep beep of her cell phone. Picking up the phone she checked her voicemail, knowing it could only be one person. She wasn’t disappointed.

“It’s Stephanie. You know I hate to leave messages, but I’ve called like twenty-two times and you haven’t answered. If I don’t hear back soon I’m going to take extraordinary measures. Don’t ask me what, I haven’t decided yet. Call me.”

Jasmine snorted at the message and dialed Stephanie’s number immediately. She knew better than to take her friend’s threat lightly. There was one ring before she was assaulted by a strident tone.

“Where the hell have you been?”

“I’ve been here, but not near my phone.”

“I see.” Jasmine could practically see Stephanie pursing her lips. “So I suppose they’re your new best friends now.”

“Never, you will always be my best friend.”

“Enough flattery. I want to hear the good stuff.”

Uh oh, she knew what Stephanie was after and she wasn’t sure how she felt about it. On one hand, she wanted to tell her best friend everything that happened this weekend to get her opinion. On the other, for some reason, she felt the need to keep the details to herself, for a while at least.

  “What good stuff?”

“Did you see anything last night? Anything more than you saw before?”

Had she ever. Remembered images flowed through her, Chase’s tight ass, Alex’s cock, their hands stroking over her body. “Yes, I saw…stuff.”

“Stuff. Okay, you saw stuff the other night. But did you actually see them doing it? You know, see them actually having sex.”

See them, no. She couldn’t see anything under Alex. But feel them, oh, hell yeah.

“Look, can we talk about this when I’m home? I have a long drive ahead of me.” Jasmine lifted her suitcase and flipped it open on the bed.

  “No. You. Did. Not.”

&n
bsp; “What?”

  “You slept with them.”

The woman had extraordinary powers, Jasmine knew all too well, but this was above and beyond. “Wha—”

“Don’t deny it. I can tell.”

“You know nothing.” Jasmine planned to bluff her way out of this. She knew, deep down, it was a futile effort, but she was going to try anyway.

“Liar.” Stephanie sighed heavily. “I want to know how things went from you peeping at them through the door to you getting some from two hot gay guys.”

  “Bi-sexual.”

“Ah, ha. I knew it.” Laughter rang through the phone connection. “You are soooo easy.”

“Hey, come on now.” Jasmine started packing away the last few items she had lying around the room.

“I didn’t mean it that way. Although…you haven’t seen these guys in how long and you’re already in bed with them? I hope you used protection.”

“Of course we did.” Jasmine figured the cat was out of the bag already at this point.

  “So tell me more.”

“No.” Stephanie may have guessed what happened, but in this one circumstance, Jasmine was sticking to her guns. “I meant what I said earlier. I really can’t talk right now. When I’m home we’ll get together and I’ll tell you everything.”

  “Everything?”

  “Yes.”

“I’ll bring the Malibu rum. Be careful driving home.”

“Thanks, I will.” Jasmine ended the connection and threw the phone down on the bed.

She knew she wouldn’t have been able to keep this news from Stephanie forever, but she thought she’d have more time to hug the feelings to herself and savor them. Of course, now that she could give Stephanie all the juicy details, she could get the other woman’s opinion on the situation. Because she was more than confused, quite frankly.

Initially she thought she was okay with this weekend being a one-time event, especially if they were able to maintain a friendship. Then, when Alex started speaking, she suddenly got the sense he was speaking about something more. But at the end there, the conversation seemed to revert back to friendship.

  So why am I disappointed?

Frustrated with the train of her thoughts, she concentrated on the mundane instead. She reviewed her room one last time to make sure she hadn’t left anything. Then she flipped over the lid of her suitcase and zipped it closed. Dragging it off the bed and to the floor, she turned to the door, only to be confronted by two tall pillars of maleness standing in her doorway.

“All packed?” Chase glanced at her suitcase.

Pasting on a fake smile, she nodded. “Yep. Just need to stop by the bathroom and I’m ready to hit the road.”

“We wanted to talk to you, before you left.” Alex gestured toward the bed and she sat down, quickly joined by the two men. “I think I made a mess of our conversation earlier in the kitchen.”

  “No, not at all.”

“Yes, he did.” This from Chase. “We don’t want to be your friends.”

The jolt hit in the middle of her chest and she was shocked she was still sitting upright. The fake smile was still plastered on her face, although she was sure it must be slightly tilted by now.

“Jesus, Chase, you’re worse than I am.”

  “I didn’t mean—”

“Let me.” Alex slipped off the bed and knelt at her feet. “I need to see your face.”

“O-Okay.” Her voice was shaking, but she was pleased she was actually able to speak at this point.

“We want your friendship, of course, but we’re looking for more. This weekend was something special, for all of us, we think.”

Jasmine nodded. She knew for her this weekend was more exceptional than anything she’d ever imagined. And hearing they felt the same way was, in a little way at least, a balm for the blow she received moments earlier.

“And we want to know if you’re interested in continuing this…” Chase waved his hand among the three of them.

She opened her mouth to immediately agree and then slowly closed it again. Before she made a hasty decision she ought to think about this for a minute. Getting involved with two men could cause a lot of complications. Currently she had their friendship and she was confident now, after her brief heart attack moment, it would remain, no matter what her decision. That wouldn’t necessarily be the case if things didn’t work out though. Because in this triad relationship, she was definitely the outsider.

So even though she wanted to take the chance they were offering her, she decided it would be smarter for her to accept friendship only and protect herself. Certain she knew exactly what she was going to say, her heart overruled her mouth. “I want this too.”

“Yes.” Chase leaned in close for a kiss, sweeping his tongue inside to briefly tangle with her own before releasing her.

Alex, on the other hand, was giddy and with a tug, jerked her to the floor, her body draped over his. “When do we see you again?”

Suddenly overwhelmed, Jasmine hoped she made the right decision. “Soon. Very, very soon.”

The two men stood in the doorway watching Jasmine driving away until they could no longer see her car. Alex headed into the office, already thinking about the email he planned to send her. Something a little sexy and suggestive to greet her upon her return home. Clicking on the computer, Alex sat down and leaned his head back, eyes closed, waiting for the email program to power up.

Chase strolled into the room and took a seat in front of his own computer. Alex cocked open an eye, noticing Chase hadn’t turned on his computer, but was instead staring out into the room with a vaguely unfocused look.

  “Whatcha doing?”

“Uh, nothing.” Chase leaned forward, elbows resting on his knees. “Thinking.”

  “About?”

  “Jasmine, us, everything.”

After all their time together Alex knew Chase was scrutinizing, or over-scrutinizing, as the case may be. Alex was the impulsive one and Chase was the thinker. Which was why they complemented each other. Nevertheless, sometimes his analytical mind drove Alex crazy.

  “Do we need to talk?”

  “Yeah, I think we do.”

The computer beeped, notifying Alex his email program was up and running. He gave a mental sigh, realizing his message to Jasmine would have to wait.

“You haven’t changed your mind, have you?”

Chase was shaking his head before Alex even finished speaking. “No, not at all. Everything happened pretty fast. We never really discussed things in detail.”

“Sure we did, in the kitchen.”

“No, we discussed your disastrous attempt to let her know we were interested and how we could do a better job.”

He has a point. “What details specifically do you think we need to discuss?”

“I know we both want her, but I’m worried about how this is going to work.”

Alex shrugged. “Things seemed to work fine this weekend.”

“This weekend was a fluke. We hadn’t expected things to occur the way they did. Honestly, can you say you thought Jasmine’s visit would lead to this?”

“This specifically, no. But if I’m being honest, I was hoping for something to happen, especially after all our messages back and forth. And you did too.” Alex added the last bit almost defiantly.

Chase opened his mouth and Alex wondered if the other man was going to deny the obvious, but thankfully, he didn’t. “Yeah, I was hoping the attraction we had in high school was still there. But I never expected to feel things so…deeply.”

“I agree with you there.” Alex reached out and stroked his finger along Chase’s bare arm. “It reminded me of the two of us, when we first got together. How wild and free we were, exploring all those new possibilities.”

Chase lifted his head, hot desire burning in his eyes. “Memories.”

Alex laughed. “Okay, back to the issue at hand.”

“Give me an idea of what you think is happening here, with the thre
e of us.”

Alex thought for a moment, past the initial flush of sexual desire. “I think we all have feelings for each other. Obviously you and I are in love and completely committed. But we both admit to having feelings for Jasmine. More than sexual. She’s our friend.”

“Most people don’t fuck their friends.”

“They do if their friend is as hot as she is.”

“Okay, let me put it another way. Where do you see this going?” Chase asked insistently, his eyes filled with worry and doubt. “Are we friends with benefits and that’s it, or is there something more going on here?”

Alex gave Chase an intent look. “Why do I have the feeling there’s something you’re not saying?”

“Maybe there is.” Chase ran his hand through his hair. “What happens if she falls in love with us?”

Since Alex was half in love with her already he welcomed the idea. “Would it be such a bad thing?”

“It could be. What if she fell in love with only one of us?”

“Or she could love us both and we could all be happy.”

“Jasmine’s always been very traditional, despite her bad girl behavior this weekend. Look how long it took her to divorce doofus. She wants kids. Marriage and a normal life isn’t something we can give her. Not as things are now.”

“As things are now? What do you mean?”

“Just what I said. Right now we’re solid. Adding another person into the mix changes things.”

“Why are you sure it will change things for the worse?”

“I’m not. In fact, I hope it doesn’t. I want us to talk about the what ifs and be as prepared as we can be for them.”

“I’m confused here. You told Jasmine you were interested in something more. When I asked you if you had changed your mind, you said no. Why are you suddenly Mr. Doom and Gloom?”

  “I’m not.”

“Certainly sounds that way to me.” Alex cocked a brow. “So you want to explain it to me?”

“I guess I’m being negative to play devil’s advocate a little here. And, maybe I was somewhat concerned we were high on the moment and needed to think about the risks too.”

“Look, if you’re worried having Jasmine in our lives will somehow damage our relationship, then I don’t want to go forward with this.” Alex reached out and took Chase’s hands in his. “I love you. That will never change. Do you understand me?”
