With one hand between her shoulder blades and the other cupping her bottom, he lowered her to the bed, following her down and plunging into her with a speed and forcefulness that stunned her.

The pillow muffled his groan as he wrapped himself around her as though she would try to escape. Lifting his head, Ian stilled, holding himself deep inside her. His eyes remained watchful and filled with hunger and emotion as he stared down at her, not moving at all except to caress her cheek.

“Serena, you can’t walk away from this now. I can’t let you.”

Reaching up, Serena cupped his jaw, her eyes brimming with tears. “Damn it, Ian. This is crazy and you know it.”

Ian grinned, a flash of wicked intent. “In case you haven’t noticed, I live for crazy.”

Her laughter ended on a gasp when Ian began to move inside her.

With a hand at the small of her back, he lifted her to meet his thrusts. “Crazy. Wild.”

Lifting her arms to wrap them around his neck, Serena pulled his face to hers, smiling inwardly when he took control of their kiss as soon as his lips touched hers.

Digging her heels into his tight butt, she cried out as he took her, each thrust deep and sure, cries he swallowed as his kiss deepened. She swallowed the groans that seemed to come from deep within him, meeting them with her own cries as he lifted his head to lay completely over her.

She couldn’t breathe. She couldn’t think. She could only hold on and let her lover take her on a journey that never failed to thrill her.

She felt so small under him, but even now his tenderness made it impossible to fear him.

He made her feel special. Desired. Adored.

She clawed at him, desperate to be closer, desperate to imprint herself onto his soul so that she would always be a part of him.

A fine sheet of perspiration covered her as Ian rolled to his back, taking her with him, only to roll her back again. Their feverish lovemaking had them both breathing heavily, but through it, he never hurt her at all.

“Christ, I can’t get enough of you. I always want more.” His gritty tone excited her even more, as did the desperation in his touch.

She never wanted him to forget her, or to forget what they had together.

Only time would tell what they would be together.

She had to face the fact that walking away was no longer an option for her. She couldn’t deny herself the chance to be with them.

  To feel.

  To live.

The passion inside her couldn’t be denied, each stroke of his cock bringing her orgasm closer and closer.

She couldn’t stop clenching on his cock, crying out against his chest at the full, stretched feeling.

Her nipples tingled, each brush of his chest over them sending jolts of pleasure to her slit, increasing the pleasure until she thought she would die of it.

  “Ian.”

The tingling became stronger, the pressure inside her building with every stroke of his cock. Between one thrust and the next, she came, clamping down on his cock as the pleasure inside her crested, tossing her into a world where nothing but hunger and satisfaction existed.

A strange and exciting world where she didn’t have to be alone.

Holding her close, Ian thrust deep, his big body shuddering over hers.

For several minutes, she lay beneath him, holding him close and listening to his breathing as she fought to get her own back under control.

She felt safe in his arms, secure and warm in his hold as the tremors gradually eased. She didn’t have the energy to object or even open her eyes when he rolled to his back, taking her with him.

Lying draped over him, her head pillowed on his chest, she smiled when she suddenly felt a third hand rubbing her back.

  “I wondered where you were.”

  Alastair laughed softly.

“It didn’t look like you were thinking about me at all, unless that scream and those hoarse cries coming from you were an attempt to call out for me.”

Her embarrassment grew when Ian chuckled beneath her, the deep rumble from his chest somehow soothing. Lifting her head from Ian’s chest took a tremendous amount of effort, but she managed it, turning to look over her shoulder. Meeting Alastair’s amused gaze, she couldn’t help but see the possessiveness and need swirling in his golden eyes.

  “I’m sorry. It’s—”

Bending to kiss her shoulder, Alastair shook his head. “Don’t.” With a sigh, he straightened, running his hand over her bottom.

“I have a feeling that jealousy could be a real issue between us if we let it. We can’t let it.”

Ian stiffened, sitting up with her on his lap, his cock still inside her.

“This is crazy.” He smiled, hugging Serena when she gasped and sat up. “But, I’m not about to give you up. Look, I’ll fly home today, and the two of you can rest up and start back tomorrow.”

He shared a look with his brother. “We’re each going to have to spend some time alone with her, as well as time together.” Reaching up, he cupped a breast, watching her face as he toyed with a sensitized nipple, and smiling when she arched toward him, her pussy clenching on his cock.

He gripped her chin, his eyes steady on hers. “We’ll work it out. We’ll fight. We’ll have to learn to adjust. No secrets. No lies.”

Serena nodded. “I still think this is crazy. I’m keeping my house here, though, and coming back whenever I want to get away. I’m used to being on my own. I like it.”

Moving to sit beside her, Alastair took her hand in his. “We have a big house, with a lot of rooms. When you need some time alone, we’ll respect that. Keep your place here if you want. We don’t want to own you, Serena.”

His eyes gentled as he lifted her hand to his lips. “We just want to be a part of your life and we want you to be a part of ours.”

Serena eyed them both steadily, a little shaken by their serious and watchful expressions. “I won’t be a part of an orgy. If you’re going to sleep with other women—”

Both men were already shaking their heads, but Alastair spoke first. “Honesty and faithfulness are the only rules, Serena.”

Lifting her from Ian’s lap, he ignored his brother’s curse and snagged the sheet from the bed, throwing it over her before striding out to the deck. Lowering himself to the large swing, he settled her on his lap. “Trust is going to take time for all of us. Getting used to your abilities is going to take time. Living together is going to be an adjustment for all of us.” Pushing her hair back from her face, he smiled down at her. “But it’s going to be a hell of a lot of fun.”

Serena didn’t know if her trembling came from the pleasure still humming through her veins, or nervousness at the prospect of living with them for as long as whatever existed between them lasted, but she was suddenly excited about her future, her fingers itching to hold a paintbrush again.

Grinning impishly felt good. “So, do we get to go after the jewelry thief?”

Frowning, Alastair glanced at Ian as his brother approached and sat next to them, smiling as Ian took Serena’s feet into his large hands. “She thinks he’s good looking.”

A sense of déjà vu hit her as yet another of her visions became reality.

Ian nodded once, reaching under the sheet to slide a hand up her leg to her thigh, his eyes narrowing in warning.

“She can look all she wants, but if she touches, she still might find herself facedown over my lap.”

Startled at the sharp jab of lust that shot to her slit, Serena smiled. “Don’t tell me you’re the jealous type.”

Alastair smiled that slow, mischievous grin that she’d already learned to be wary of, but his eyes held a hint of icy steel. “I’ll kill any man who touches you.”

Lowering the sheet, he toyed with a nipple, smiling in satisfaction when she cried out and writhed on his lap. “We’ll keep you so satisfied, you won’t even think about looking at another man.”

Serena’s breath caught at the hunger and erot
ic intent in his eyes. “Alastair!”

Alastair’s slow grin made her clit throb. “Allow me to demonstrate.”

Serena woke to the sounds of the ocean and the slow, steady sound of Alastair’s heart beating.

She’d fallen asleep right after he’d taken her, and she was shocked to see that it had gotten dark outside. Warm and languorous, she stretched, frowning when her stomach growled.

Alastair slid his hand up her back. “I wondered if you’d sleep all night. Ready to eat something?”

With a slight movement, he rolled her on top of him, his cock pressing insistently at her belly.

“I have a feeling I’m going to need my energy.”

“Hmm.” Propping her chin on her fist, she tried to make out his features in the dark. “Do you really think this will work?”

Frowning at the sudden sharpening of his eyes, Serena shook her head. “I’m serious. Think about it. Do you really think what you and I are proposing has any chance of working?”

  “Yes.”

He stood, taking her with him, holding on to her until she steadied herself. “Ian left hours ago. He went to get a few groceries before he did.”

Pulling her robe around herself, she followed him to the kitchen, blinking when he switched on the overhead light.

“What makes you so sure this will work?”

Alastair lifted his head from the refrigerator, tossing several packages of lunchmeat on the table. “Let’s just say, I have a hunch.”

Serena frowned. “A hunch? Are you telling me you can see the future?”

“Nope.” He closed the refrigerator door and snaked a hand under her robe to cup a breast, bending her back over his arm as he teased her nipple. “But, I’ve got other abilities that I’ll be glad to demonstrate as soon as I recharge and take a shower.”

Serena trembled as he untied the belt, lifting it and staring at it thoughtfully. “I thought you already did that.”

Alastair grinned, his eyes full of wicked intent, and just a hint of desperation. “Perhaps I should tie you to the bed while I demonstrate.”

Pressing her thighs together against the sharp surge of lust that never seemed far from the surface, Serena struggled to keep her expression cool. “You wouldn’t dare.”

Alastair smiled, a slow grin filled with wicked intention. “You’ll find, darling, that there’s really very little that I wouldn’t do.”

  * * * *

Hours later, Serena pulled at the belt as yet another orgasm washed over her. “Alastair! No more. No more. I can’t take another.”

Every inch of her body tingled with delight. Every muscle quivered with pleasure, more pleasure than she’d thought she could stand.

Coated with perspiration yet again, she whimpered in her throat as the waves of shimmering heat continued to wash over her, wishing it could last forever.

She knew it had to end, but she also knew there would be plenty more loving to come.

The low light coming from the small table beside her bed created a warm intimacy in the room, one that combined with the warmth in Alastair’s eyes. She blinked back tears as it wrapped around her heart and squeezed.

From above her Alastair grinned and surged deep, his cock pulsing inside her. “Hmmm. I think we’re. Both. Worn. Out.”

Careful to keep most of his weight off of her, he covered her body with his and reached up to untie her.

“I like having you at my mercy. We should do this more often.”

A giggle escaped before she could prevent it, her happiness too big and exciting to contain. “I’d never survive it. Damn it, Alastair. I can’t feel my toes.”

With a soft laugh, he released her hands, tossing the belt aside. “Poor baby. Come here.”

He gathered her against him, and with a hand at her neck, lifted her to him. Sipping at her lips, he stared into her eyes, the love swirling in them both thrilling and terrifying. “I can’t wait to get you home.”

With the sudden realization that he probably saw her own love for him in her eyes, she tried to turn away, but he held her in place, watching her with narrowed eyes.

Smiling, she ran her hands through his hair, remembering the welcoming feel of their house the first time she went there.

“I can’t wait, either, but I still think you’re both crazy.”

“Crazy about you, love, something we’ll talk more about when you’re ready.”

Alarmed that he saw too much, Serena opened her mouth to speak, swallowing her words when he touched a finger to her lips.

Shaking his head, he smiled. “When you’re ready. Let’s get some sleep, darling, so I can take you home.”

Lying in the darkness against him, Serena couldn’t wipe the smile off of her face. With her head pillowed on his shoulder, she breathed in the clean, masculine scent of her lover and cuddled closer.

When a low chuckle rumbled beneath her ear, Serena lifted her head, trying to make out her lover’s features in the darkness. “What?”

Pulling her back down to his chest, Alastair kissed her hair. “Ian misses you.”

Emotion welled up inside her, filling her to bursting. Swallowing the lump in her throat, she nodded. “I miss him, too.”

Blowing out a breath, Serena rubbed her cheek against his chest, loving the feel of his skin against hers.

“I can’t wait to learn how to control my abilities. I could live a normal life.”

Alastair chuckled, a deep rumble beneath her ear. “Darling, we’ll work on your abilities, but I can safely say that our lives together will be anything but normal.”

  Good night, babe.

  “Ian!”

Serena gasped, jolting upright. She looked down at Alastair, who laughed softly and tumbled her onto his chest.

Cupping her breast, he teased her nipple. “No, darling. Normal just isn’t in the cards for us.”
