His Crime

Page 22

by Debra Kayn

Her hips tilted with each stroke from him. He thrust in deeper. She wrapped one leg around his ass and pressed the inside of her thigh against his hip. He kissed her neck, her jaw, and took her hand from clutching the blanket and entwined his fingers with hers. Pinning her to the bed, he sank down to his forearms.

He captured her mouth, thrusting deep and slow until her hips jerked and she gasped against his tongue. He ground himself into her tight pussy, the pressure and warmth better than any ride he'd taken.

Her legs tightened around his ass and she came, wrapped tight around him. Always so easy to get his woman off, he basked in all she gave. He swore on his freedom, the only place he wanted to stay was between Christina's legs, held in her arms.

Without leaving her body, he bowed his back and lowered his head to her nipple. Her hips jerked, and he smiled around the tight bud contrasting against his tongue. She'd keep going as long as he continued. Whether he took her fast, slow, hard, soft, she continued to give until he lost control.

He sucked, pulling off her breast with an indulgent pop. She moaned and he ingested the sound. She tipped her chin and he stroked her deep. Once with his tongue. Once with his cock. Sucked deeper into her body, he bucked against her, his balls tightened in pleasure.

She caught his lower lip between her teeth, holding him in place. Fucking powerful.

She had him. He'd never leave her.

He slammed his cock into her, over and over, staking his claim.

She belonged to him. Only him.

Her teeth retracted and then it was all soft lips and tongue, licking, nibbling, tasting. She worked him over exactly the way he liked it. The exact way he'd taught her. She was his in a way most men never experienced or appreciated. From day one, she'd grown and he became more demanding, until finally he relied on her.

He pushed his tongue back into her mouth and kissed her deep and long before raising his head. She moved her hands, wrapped her arms around his neck, and locked her feet behind his thighs. Every night in prison, he'd laid awake thinking about her. When he was free, he craved the moment when she forgot about the blanket she used to wrap herself in for warmth, safety, shelter, and instead wrapped herself around him.

Trusting him to take care of her.

Relying on him to love her.

Nobody ever stayed with him, until Christina. She accepted the good and the bad about him without judgment.

Only she ever made him feel good. Loved.

The base of his spine tingled. His cock filled with pressure, so intense, he lost control. His hips unconsciously pumped erratically, taking and giving. Her nails dug into his back. He plunged and lost himself, vaguely aware of her humming his name over the constricting waves of her pussy squeezing him with her second release.

Hot and exhausted, he rolled to his side, taking her with him. She cuddled against his chest, refusing to let go of him. Content to stay right where he lay, he kissed the top of her head and closed his eyes.

The breeze from the open window brushed his bare back, cooling his skin. In a couple of hours, he needed to make the extortion pick-up to keep his men safe for another week. The payoff from Blues, Reds, and Los Li continued to work to Moroad's advantage. The club oversaw every gang in prison for the immediate time. His men thrived and the added security let them build a life on the outside. Meese, Ring, Willy joined the other handful of Moroad members at the mine. Jacko, Kev, Paul, Rash ran a small chop shop at an abandoned mining mill deep in the Bitterroot Mountains whenever they found some spare time from partying. Bear, Johnson, and Mister dabbled in the underground poker tournaments to keep them out of trouble. Gunner and Stache protected their president, and he relied on them to keep him alive.

Merk floated around to whoever needed him, not settling, or fitting in. He kept to himself, much like he did while incarcerated. Cam wrapped Christina's hair around his finger. Merk never stepped forward and talked with Jeremy about his mom. Occasionally he caught something in Merk's face that made him believe Merk wished for a different outcome with the kid, but as soon as he thought he'd figured out Merk's motive, it was gone.

The rest of the members on the outside protected each other and stayed ahead of the threats. That's all he could ask for from a group of felons.

"Are you falling asleep?" Christina whispered.

He slid his hand down to her ass and yawned. "No."

"You should eat something before you have to leave." She pushed up on her elbow. "There's left over roast beef. Does a sandwich and potato salad sound good?"

He kissed her. "Having you again sounds better."

She laughed and rolled away from him. He stretched out to grab her wrist, but she escaped.

He growled. "Don't make me use the lock on the door."

She grabbed her clothes, blew him a kiss full of attitude, and walked out of the room. He flopped onto his back and breathed deeply. His obsessive need to make sure she stayed with him always present; he sat up and got dressed.

Out in the living room, the front door opened letting in the loud music from outside. Jeremy tossed his gloves on the table in the foyer and yelled, "Christina?"

"I'm in the kitchen," Christina shouted back.

Jeremy stayed in the foyer. "Where's Cam?"

"Look around and pay attention to your surroundings and you'd see where I am." Cam approached his son. "Only paying attention to yourself can get you shot."

"Yeah, well, I'm in a hurry." Jeremy pulled his T-shirt away from his stomach and wiped his face. "Am I going with you on pickup tonight?"

"It's your week." Cam picked up his boots and sat down in the chair.

"That's what I thought." Jeremy lifted his arm, smelled his armpit, and said, "I'll be back in time to leave with you."

"Where are you going?" Cam shoved his foot in his boot.

Jeremy backed toward the door and grinned. "Lola's house."

"Wait." Christina walked into Cam's view and stood in the foyer, wiping her hands off on a dishtowel. "I thought you and Tiff worked everything out."

Jeremy shrugged in a non-committal answer Cam recognized. The kid was young and not ready to settle down.

Christina's shoulders drooped. "Do you want to eat first?"

"Nah. I'm good." Jeremy left the house.

Cam walked over to Christina. "Let him have room to grow up."

  "He's old enough to—"

  Bang.

Cam grabbed Christina and pushed her down to the floor. Covering her body, he kept his hand on her back. "Stay down and stay inside."

She nodded, staring over her shoulder at him in fear. He pushed to his feet, grabbed the pistol out of the back of his jeans, and threw the door open. Using the doorframe for cover, he entered the porch with his pistol cocked and ready.

The music cut off and silence filled the yard. Cam pointed the gun, tracking his gaze around the yard, and settled on Gunner and Jacko holding Tiff to the ground. A pistol lay two feet away from her pinned hand.

"I swear, Jeremy Aldridge, next time I pull the trigger I won't miss," Tiff yelled, struggling against the arms holding her.

Cam put away his pistol and looked to his left where Jeremy stood on the porch, his arms folded across his chest, his narrowed gaze pinned to his on-and-off-again girlfriend. Cam shook his head in amusement. No wonder Jeremy headed to Lola's house to hide out.

"Next time she shoots at my house, she's going to end up dead," Cam said.

Jeremy never took his gaze off Tiff. "She's just mad."

Cam pulled out a cigarette, lit the end, and inhaled deeply, trying to remember what it was like to be young and stupid. Jeremy never talked with him about his girl problems, preferring to handle it himself.

"You created that mess laying out in the yard, clean it up." Cam sat down in his rocker. "There's going to be hell to pay when Christina notices Tiff shot out her favorite flowerpot and made a mess on her porch."

Jeremy blew out his breath and muttered, "Women."

  Cam chuckled
to himself and took a drag off his smoke. A few more years and Jeremy would have a better handle on the women he kept in his life, and it couldn't come soon enough.

"Cam? Is it safe?" Christina asked behind him.

"Yeah, baby. Nobody is going to die today," Cam answered.

For the moment, he had everything under control. His woman happy. His son busy. His club satisfied. Hell, things were getting too comfortable around here. In his experience that meant trouble was right around the corner. He flicked off the coal of his smoke and dropped the butt of the cigarette in the can of sand Christina kept on the porch. Whatever happened, he'd be ready. He had a family to protect and a club thirsty to remain free.

Book 4, Moroad MC series. Merk's story!

  Dear Readers –

Thank you for taking a chance with an unconventional romance hero. Everyone deserves love and to be wanted. Like Christina, I hope you can always see the good in something bad.

Family isn't always about blood, it's about who wants you. When someone goes out of his/her way to claim you, we should hold on and never let him/her go. It's really quite simple. Being wanted, truly wanted, trumps saying the words I love you.

What's next for readers? Well, I have good news! The Moroad Motorcycle Club series is not finished. There are more books in the series. Merk gets his story next, and you'll be happy to know he gets his happily-ever-after in one book. Though, I'll warn you now, his story is no less complicated than Cam's story...or conventional. I'm writing about felons who are bikers, and you'll have to open your minds up to thinking outside the box. Yes, I'll be messing with your heads.

While you wait, feel free to stop by my website at www.debrakayn.com and click on the bonus material. Since I've set my Bantorus MC series and Moroad MC series in my hometown, I have pictures of places and locations that are included in the books.

Book 8, Bantorus Motorcycle Club series by Debra Kayn

  Chapter One

In the back of the main room of the Sterling Building, three men shook hands with Kurt, Bantorus MC, Federal Charter's president. Ink rolled his lips over his teeth, uncomfortable with the scene playing out in front of him. Every Saturday for the last month, he'd witnessed the same three men single out and make contact with Kurt.

Usually, the only customers visiting Silver Girls —the only adult entertainment joint in Federal— were miners from the local silver mines. Ink studied the men. Dressed in worn jeans, shirts with the sleeves cut off, and black riding boots; Ink suspected they were bikers looking for a club. However, the serious expression on each man's face and tightly controlled attitude was not a classic sign of eager, willing-to-please, hopeful prospects.

The men's attention focused on Kurt, not the girls dancing or the music blaring in the room. Ink drew his gaze away from the group and found Lilly standing several feet away from the huddle. Anyone else would think the daughter of the president of the mother club in Pitnam was doing her managerial job of watching over the dancers, but he knew differently. Lilly had her nose where it didn't belong and because of his lack of self-control, he couldn't do a damn thing about it.

He'd received his first official warning to stay away from Lilly six months ago when she came to Federal to be closer to him. If anyone caught him touching Lilly again, he'd have his patches stripped and be without a club.

Not that he had any opportunity to be alone with her since Kurt caught him with his hands and mouth on her. Lilly had stopped using every excuse to be around him lately. The most he got out of her was a shrug and the occasional middle finger before she stormed away. The stubborn girl was trying to protect him from getting in trouble.

As a result, he had the biggest case of blue balls ever and lived every day on the verge of kicking someone's ass, because Lilly was the only woman he wanted.

All natural blonde hair down to the top of her perky ass, eyes darker than whiskey and full of emotions, Lilly had the ability to stomp his heart. He leaned back against the wall. His body tense, he expected trouble. Until he found out what Kurt had going down on the side and Lilly was safe, he'd be on guard and protect her.

Because of the warning, there was nothing else he could do, but wait.

It seemed like he'd tried everything to forget about Lilly. He'd voluntarily left Pitnam, home to the Bantorus Motorcycle Club, four years ago and helped Kurt start the charter in Federal, Idaho, to get away from Lilly. His plan backfired. Distance only made Lilly more determined to come after him. She'd packed her bags, told no one she was traveling to the Silver Valley, and arrived with no clue what she was doing to him.

She was hell on two sexy, strong legs, and the sweetest girl who'd ever walked into his life when she was twelve years old and announced she was staying. His chest tightened. Lilly scared the shit out of him.

If anyone got wind that he'd sampled her sweet pussy on more than one occasion, he'd be lying six feet deep. If Lilly's dad, the president of Bantorus MC, even thought that Ink's relationship went back to whe
n Lilly was twelve years old and he was twenty-four years old, Prez would castrate him, and then slowly kill him.

There were things about Lilly he couldn't put into words or excuse. He'd tried. Fuck, he'd tried. He was tired of running away from what he'd always wanted, and there wasn't a damn thing he could do about it.

Cutter, his MC brother, lumbered over to Ink. "Ten more minutes and we'll lock the doors, and get the Silver Girls back to the clubhouse."

"Sounds good, brother." Ink lifted his chin, motioning to the back of the room. "What's up with Kurt and those guys? Have you seen them before?"

"Germ asked me the same thing. He said Prez spent last Saturday night during the show talking to some men he hadn't seen around before." Cutter pulled a handful of sunflower seeds out of his pocket and popped them all into his mouth. "At least we know it's not about Los Li."

  "Right," Ink mumbled.

Thankfully, the U.S. arm of the Mexican mafia who'd continually warred against Bantorus MC over the last thirty years would now spend a lifetime locked behind bars in four different prisons. It'd been a quiet six months over the winter for the club, which let everyone wind down and relax. Ink took the down time to throw himself into working double shift in the warehouse assembling rifles for the militia, and put a good chunk of change in the bank. The added distraction kept him away from Lilly, but not even manual labor kept his mind off her.

The men in question walked away from Kurt and headed toward the backdoor. Ink followed them with his gaze and rested his hand on the butt of his pistol at his hip. The men neither spoke nor looked around at the other customers.

"Something's definitely up," Cutter said, around a jaw full of seeds.

Ink looked back to Kurt and found him gone. Two seconds later, Lilly followed the men's path, her boots moving quickly over the floor and her blonde hair waving in her wake. Ink slapped Cutter in the stomach. "Stay in here and watch over the girls."
