Directions:
Peel the mango and chop it.
Chop the bell peppers.
Put the pork fillet in the slow cooker and add water.

Meanwhile, place the chopped mango and bell peppers in the blender.
Add paprika, ground black pepper, cilantro, oregano, olive oil, cream, and tomato paste.

When the pork fillet is cooked – strain the water and shred the meat.

Chop the pork shoulder.

Add the sweet beef broth mixture.
Add the sliced onion and garlic.

Directions:

Add the chopped onion and simmer it until it is golden brown.

Put the uncooked meatballs in the slow cooker and close the lid.
