Wrist Shot

“See me what? You’re not making any sense.”
She smiled and exhaled a long breath. “Think back to the other day. The bedroom door was open, and you watched me get myself off. I don’t mind you saw me. In fact, once the embarrassment wore off, it turns me on. I want to watch you touch yourself.”
“Get the fuck out. You’re serious?” His brows reached his hairline.
“Yup.” She twirled her hair around her finger, waiting for him to comply. “Every minute you waste talking is another minute in the penalty box. You’re already at three. I suggest you whip it out and get to it.” Sylvie leaned closer, making sure he could see down her shirt. “You know if you don’t follow through it only gets worse. I could make you masturbate someplace much more public.”
“This is such a bad idea.” He squirmed on the bench. “People might come in at any time.”
“You better get a move on then.” She scooted closer to him.
Martin closed his eyes and lowered his sweat pants. “It’s bloody cold in here,” he said, covering his cock with his hand.
“I already know your cock is impressive. A little cold won’t do you any harm. Plus, it will warm quickly with some friction.”
He pulled out his rock, hard cock and stroked the shaft. It was pink and perfectly straight. “This is what you want to see?”
She wanted to see him come. But she wanted to participate. Only she’d wait until the right time to make her next wish. “Yes.” Her voice was breathless as she watched his fingers glide over the plump head.
“Does it make you wet, watching me do this?” His hand moved faster.
She’d never been so wet in her life. No porn in the world compared to seeing him like this. “Did it make you hard, when you watched me?”
“Like a rock. I was so fucking hard I had to rub one out in my car. I can’t stop thinking about your body and the way is arches when you come. So perfect.”
She liked his reaction and what he’d done about it. “You’re awfully hard right now. What are you thinking about?”
“You don’t want to know. How many minutes left?”
It took every ounce of self-control she had not to reach inside her panties and finger herself. “Yes, I do… want to know what’s on your mind. And you’ve got another minute.”
“I’m imagining your hand wrapped about my cock right now.”
She reached over and placed her hand over his. “Like this?” He hissed as her skin made contact with his dick. It was so smooth. He moved his hand from underneath and placed it over hers. They tightened her grip around his shaft. She liked how it filled her hand. “Is this okay? Show me what you like; what you want.”
“Fuck, yes!” He screamed when she squeezed harder and rubbed her thumb over the tip. Then he grabbed her hair and smashed his lips against hers. This kiss was hard and all him. She didn’t ask for it, but she was glad he hadn’t stopped this from happening. She increased the speed, following his lead.
Way more than a minute went by before they heard voices inside the rink. He stopped his hand and kissing her. “We can’t do this any more. Someone is coming.”
“We’re not stopping until someone comes. That person is you.” She kept her hand pumping.
“They could walk in here any second and I’m not making a mess inside here. Besides, my time is up.”
She wasn’t ready for their time to be over. Not yet, not until he came. “Then come in my mouth. There won’t be a mess that way.” She’d had another idea for that wish, but she couldn’t let this moment end like this. Anti-climactic.
“You don’t mean that.” He stiffened more when she lowered her head, breathing over his crown.
“I wish you’d let me.” She licked the tip, and he groaned.
He wrapped her hair around his fist. “Do it. Suck it until I come.” He lifted his hips as she covered him with her mouth.
She circled her tongue around him. He tasted better than she imagined; clean, fresh and way too much to take. It had been a while since she’d done this, but the movements came back to her. She bobbed her head, taking him in and out. He moaned each time she hollowed her cheeks, and he hit the back of her throat. She repeated those actions again and again.
The voices got louder, and she doubled her efforts. There was a high likelihood whoever had arrived was now on the ice. Not that she could see them from her vantage point.
His breathing became more labored. She ran her hands over his thighs and the muscles clenched. She could tell he was close. He held her face and thrust more of himself down her throat. She gagged but didn’t stop.
He pulled her hair as he stilled. “I’m going to… Right. Fucking. Now!” He exploded all over her tongue. The salty mixture coated her mouth as it slid down her throat. He shivered, and she swallowed every drop of his release.
She sucked until he had nothing left and the pulsing stopped. “Was that okay?”
Martin looked down at her with a smile so big, a piece of her broken heart shifted back into place. “Um, amazing. I… I’m not sure what to say about what just happened.”
She sat up and noticed there were three players on the ice. “Don’t say anything. Let’s get out of here, before those guys guess what we’ve been up to.”
They laughed, and he helped her to her feet. He hugged her and planted a kiss on top of her head. Her plan was working. A little too well.
Martin was letting his guard down. Which was a good thing, only she had to let hers down in the process. She was supposed to get him to agree to a fling. That’s all she wanted. Sex with no strings attached. That was the plan, but somehow between his smile and his coming in her mouth, the feelings were growing deeper.
He took her hand and opened the penalty box door. As she gazed into his eyes, Sylvie knew she was in trouble. They couldn’t erase what had happened. As it was, his musky taste would forever be imbedded in her brain. The feel of his cock in her hand and in her mouth, wouldn’t be forgotten. She liked it too much, and she wanted to do that again. She wanted it all. More kissing and more fooling around. Everything.
If she succeeded, and they ended up having sex, it would be difficult to pretend they hadn’t crossed that line and go back to being platonic. Messing around with your best friend was a slippery slope. There were no maps or rules to follow. She had to trust her gut. That scared her because she’d been wrong before. She still had the shattered pieces of her heart to show for it. There was no room for mistakes.
“Montagne, Ivarsson and Smith what the hell are you guys doing here so early on our only day off?” Martin’s voice rang out over the rink, catching the attention of the men skating.
“I thought I saw someone. What were you doing in the sin bin?” Nicolas held up his hands. “Never mind, don’t tell me. Nice to see you again Sylvie.”
Her cheeks burned, and she wiped her face, making sure there was no evidence left behind. “Hi. We… I was taking off my skates.” She held them up.
“Guess we’re not the only ones who believed last night’s game sucked big time.” Theo Montagne adjusted his glove. “It’s too bad we missed you guys. Are you willing to stick around or have you got places to go?”
Martin looked at her. “We—”
“Have plans and can’t. We already changed, but another time,” Sylvie answered.
Cameron Smith nodded. His boy next door dimples flashed as he smiled. “Yeah, Thomas said you’re a decent hockey player and that you’re only in the city for a short time. It’s cool you came out so early to cheer him on. I wish I had friends that dedicated to helping me succeed.”
Ivarsson tapped his arm. “You’ve got us. This team sticks together and helps each other.”
“Best team in the league.” Martin beamed as he spoke.
She was so proud of him. Guilt pricked at the back of her head. Sex and all her stupid plans could wait. Hockey came first. “If you want to stay, we can. I don’t mind.”
“Really?” He leaned over and whispered in her
ear. “Don’t you have a full day of wishes for me to grant? More naughty games to play.” His voice seduced her senses. Her self-esteem took a giant leap forward. He wanted to keep playing her silly games.
“Being with your team is more important. This will earn me one more wish. Wouldn’t you agree?” She winked.
“Your wish is my command.” He kissed her on the cheek and smacked her ass before running off the ice to suit up. The kiss didn’t tell the world they were together, but it was still a kiss. She considered their trip to the rink a success. Foreplay and hockey went together so nicely.
CHAPTER TEN
P laying hockey with NHL professionals was intimidating and fun as hell. Sylvie couldn’t remember the last time she laughed so much. Those guys were a riot. Watching Martin stop puck after puck, reminded her how much talent he had. He deserved his spot on the team.
By the time they got off the ice, her muscles and feet ached. Everyone had something to do, and they went their separate ways. Theo had promised his girlfriend, Carly, he’d meet her for lunch on campus. Nico had a tux fitting and Cameron had a nap to take. That left her alone in the car with a freshly showered Martin.
They hadn’t talked about their earlier escapades and the confidence she had before waned. He smelled so good and she was still sweating from their workout. She flipped through the radio stations, thankful for something to do with her hands. She settled on a rock song and the music filled the silence.
“I’m starving. Do you want to grab a bite to eat?” Martin asked as they stopped at a red light.
She fidgeted in her seat. “Yeah, that sounds good.” What they’d done before the practice lingered in the forefront of her mind. The last thing she’d put in her mouth was him and heat flooded her face. If he noticed, Martin didn’t mention it.
The restaurant he picked seemed trendy with a modern ambiance and a neutral color palette. “Have you been here before?” She asked as they followed the host past the open kitchen area. They were seated by a large stone fireplace. It provided extra warmth and a touch of coziness to the space.
“A few times. They have a good cob salad.” He laughed when her expression turned grim. “They also make a good burger.” He reached out and grabbed her hand.
She looked at their joined fingers and smiled. It was the first time he’d touched her since they left the rink. “I’m not a fan of rabbit food.”
“I know.” He didn’t let go of her hand as he spoke. “How’s your mom? She came to the game with Bruno the last time I played in Montreal.”
It took her mother a long time to get over her father’s departure, but Bruno brought her out of her shell. He was an amazing step-father. “That was very nice of you to send them tickets. You know they’ll still love you even if you don’t give them free seats, right?”
“I like having them in the stands, along with my family. The only person missing was you. Are you happy you came to see me?”
Sylvie was more than happy. “Winnipeg—”
The waiter interrupted and took their orders. A cob salad for the man in training and a bacon cheddar burger with fries for her. She laughed when she saw poutine on the menu. Outside of Quebec, poutine wasn’t the same.
“Does any place in this city make a good poutine?”
“No. There’s two places that come close to decent, but nothing like back home. They don’t use the right curds and sauce. Slapping shredded cheese and gravy over fries isn’t poutine. I don’t bother trying.”
“That’s kind of what I thought. Oh, did I tell you I ran into your sister, Eveline, at le depaneur before I left?”
“I didn’t know she was back from gallivanting in Mexico. That girl can’t sit still. How’s she doing?”
“Great. There was a man with her. Rodriguez something or other.” At the time seeing the happy couple had been too much, and she’d politely excused herself. “I was in a hurry, so we didn’t chat long, but she introduced me to her leading man; her words. She said they’re only visiting for a short while before they travel across Canada. She wants to show him her country. I assumed they’d be stopping here to see you.”
He laughed. “Sounds like my sister. Except, the last three times I spoke with her she never once mentioned a guy. This is the first I’ve heard of a Canadian trek. I will have to video chat with her later and—”
“Leave her alone. You’re overprotective and mean to all her boyfriends. You have a way of intimidating people, which is why your big sister had to run away to find love.”
He squeezed her hand. “I’m a nice guy, and I’ve been nothing but cool with her boyfriends.”
“Ha! You challenged her prom date to a duel with guns. Oh, and there’s the guy who had the motorcycle who couldn’t drive away because you hid his keys. You’re horrible to both of your sister’s boyfriends, but worse with Eveline.”
They both laughed, recalling all the crazy antics he’d done. “They were water guns, and I didn’t mean to make him look like he'd pissed himself. Someone bumped my arm, and I missed his face. And the motorcycle wasn’t safe. No way she could ride away with that loser. Besides, that one was all my dad’s idea. If the badass had been smart enough to follow simple instructions, he would have found the keys fast. It wasn’t my fault he couldn’t read a treasure map, and it ended up taking him half the night.”
“Actually, it was your fault. The map you made was in English and he didn’t speak a word let alone read it. Don’t get me wrong, I laughed my ass off watching him search your backyard, but poor Eve. She was livid. I imagine you’re still messing with their love lives from miles away.”
“I try, but it’s a lot harder to scare men away over the phone. Dad’s had to pick up the slack.”
“You’re so much like him.” Sylvie admired Mr. Thomas for being a present father and pushing his kids to follow their dreams. He was a practical joker, but such a caring man. He’d coached the woman’s hockey team she’d played on the year her father took off. Because of him she’d been able to keep playing.
“Thanks. I take that as a compliment because my dad is the best.”
“He is, and I meant it as one. Your dad has always had a special place in my heart. He’s been like a second dad and I’m lucky Bruno came along too. Your dad kept me in love with hockey and Bruno introduced me to writing code. It’s because of him, I turned into a huge nerd. Designing websites and keeping up with technology is work I love doing, and I get paid well.”
“I think you’re amazing and not in the least bit nerdy. Not many twenty-two-year-olds run their own successful business. You’ve always had a fire and determination that blows me away. When you want something, you go after it. Kind of like me with hockey. I hope you never change.” His eyes sparkled as he spoke.
“Thank you. You’re not so bad yourself.” She wanted to say more, but the food arrived and they both dug in.
The food was good, but the company was better. They reminisced about old times and shared stories of things that had happened since they’d last seen each other. Mostly, Martin talked because Sylvie had been hiding in her apartment for months. He spoke of his teammates, the upcoming trade deadline and their chances of winning the Stanley Cup. She listened and loved how passionate he was about everything.
“Are you ready to head back home?” He asked, placing his napkin on the table.
“That sounds like a good idea.” Getting him alone and naked sounded even better. Throughout lunch, he’d found reasons to touch her hand and each time a jolt of desire shot straight between her legs. “What should we do when we get there?”
His eyes turned sultry. “You have two wishes left and if the next two are anything like the first two, we should probably be alone. I’m also hoping you’ll grant me one wish for treating you to lunch.”
“Hmm… I must think about that. Can I decide later?”
“Sylvie, ma belle, your wish is my command. Will you tell me what’s next?”
She stood up and put on her coat. “Let’s get
home and then I’ll tell you.”
He paid the bill and drove like a mad man to the condo. If there had been cops out, he surely would have received a ticket. It made her smile to see he was as eager as her for the next wish. Once they entered the condo and removed their coats, Sylvie wasn’t sure how to proceed. The other wishes had been in the heat of the moment, but blurting out she wanted sex seemed crass.
“I had fun today. Your teammates are great and Nico gave me Caroline’s number. I’ll probably call her the next time you hit the road.” She paced across the room putting needed distance between them. It was hard to think with his scent surrounding her. She leaned against the floor to ceiling window, hoping the coldness from outside would cool her down.
“That won’t be today.” He sauntered towards her like a minx. “What should we do with the rest of the day?”
She closed her eyes and exhaled. When she opened them again, he stood directly in front of her. “Are you game for fulfilling another wish?”
“That all depends whether you’ve given me a wish of my own or not.” He caged her between his arms.
“Since you’ve been good so far, I’ll give you a wish, but only after you grant my next one.” Her eyes focused on his and she found it difficult to catch her breath.
“Only good? Hmm.” His nose touched hers as he licked his lips. “What can I do to get upgraded from good?”
The inch that separated them was maddening. He kept his hands on the window and his mouth hovered over the corner of her lips. His breath warmed her skin. He ran his nose against her cheek and along her jaw, driving her insane. She craved his touch like a heroin addict needing a fix.
“Are you waiting for me to tell you what to do?” She placed her hands on his hips, pulling him closer.
He stopped before their bodies touched. His hot breath tickled the sensitive spot by her ear. “Yes. What’s your wish?”
“I promised it wouldn’t be a kiss. So, I wish you’d touch me. Everywhere. And let me touch you.”
