Tessa and the Warden Page 4

by Veatch, Elizabeth A.

Tessa thought about it for a few minutes and decided that she would do what she always did when she was forced to talk about it.

“Ok. What do you want to know?”

“What was your Mom like? I know she passed away, but I would like to know. If it isn’t too hard to talk about.”

Tessa again tensed. It was sickening to her to even have to talk about her Mother.

“She was just like every other Mother. We played, went shopping together, had girl make overs, you know the usual stuff.”

“What is your favorite memory of her?”

“This one Christmas. She had made a promise to me. Things were going to be perfect. She held me in her lap as I opened Christmas presents. When we were finished, we went in to the kitchen and made homemade peanut butter cookies. I remember that day like it was yesterday.”

  “Sounds wonderful.”

  “It was.”

  “What about your Father?”

“He worked a lot. He was gone all of the time. I didn’t really see much of him.”

That was when Tessa felt the warden stiffen against her. He stood and began dressing quickly.

  “What’s wrong?”

“I know about your history damn it. I have been completely honest with you. I don’t have time for bullshit games. If you didn’t want to talk about it, you should have just said that. Get dressed.”

Tessa stood, feeling the tears sting her eyes. She wouldn’t do it. She wouldn’t ever cry in front of a man. Not like that. She dressed quickly and then without saying a word, made her way back to her cell.

She plopped down on her cot and let the tears flow as she hid her eyes in her pillow. She didn’t want him to be able to see her tears, not even on camera.

“Tessa? Are you ok?” Jessica called out from the cell door. During the day, the doors were left open for the inmates to come and go from chores. Of course, this week, Tessa hadn’t had to do any of them.

  “Yes.” She bit out.

“It doesn’t sound like you’re ok.”

Tessa felt the cot shift, as Jessica sat down on the side of it. She moved the pillow from her head and saw the look of shock on Jessica’s face.

“What the hell happened to you? Did the warden do that?”

“No. No. He didn’t. One of the guards did. But it doesn’t matter. He took care of it. It won’t happen again.”

  “Oh. Why are you crying?”

Tessa drew a deep breath. “Because he wanted me to talk about my parents. I couldn’t. So I made up a story about them.”

“I see. Everyone has skeletons in their closets. Hell I have several.”

“Not like mine.” Tess wiped the tear running down her cheek.

“You won’t know until you tell me about yours.” Jessica reached over and smoothed away the lock of hair that had fallen over Tessa’s eyes.

Tessa looked over at Jessica. She was too young to be in here. She didn’t deserve to be in here. Poor thing. She had just gotten mixed up in the wrong crowd.

“Are you going to tell me about it?” Jessica wasn’t pushing Tessa to talk about it, just simply telling her, there would be no judging from her.

“If I tell you, you can’t look at me differently now. That is the worst part. I don’t like the looks that I get.”

  “Ok, I promise I won’t.”

Tessa went on to talk about the demons and the skeletons. Everything was completely one hundred percent honest. Tessa even felt a bit relieved when Jessica kept to her word. She didn’t give off the appearance of feeling sorry for Tessa. Just the shocked look, which was understandable.

  “So, now you know.”

“So what you’re really saying is when I get out of here, I can move in with you and mooch off of you.”

They both started laughing. “Absolutely. That is completely what I am saying.” Tessa knew that Jessica was trying to ease the tension that Tessa felt and Tessa was thankful for that.

“So, I gotta go. Some of us don’t get out of chores. I still have four loads of laundry to do before lunch.” Jessica stood to go.

“Wait, I’m coming with you. I don’t think I will be spending the day doing paperwork today.”

They finished laundry quickly, then made their way to the court yard. Tessa thought about everything that she had said. She also thought about how she would feel if she had found out he had been lying to her. She had to make things right. She had to go to him and tell him why she couldn’t tell him.

  Chapter Eight

“Tessa.” The warden opened the door. “You wanted to see me.” He held the door open the same as he always had. She rubbed against him as she walked in, hoping to see a small smile, but she didn’t. He looked irritated, mad even.

“I wanted to say I’m sorry.”

She watched as he made his way to the other side of his desk. He sat and started going through a massive pile of paperwork.

“You don’t have to say you’re sorry. I have pulled a few strings and as soon as you’re ready, you can go. You will need to gather up your belongings and go through exit. Have a nice life Tessa.”

He never lifted his eyes to her. He stared at the paper he held in front of him. Tessa could tell he wasn’t reading it as his eyes stayed fixated on one spot.

“The first time my mom hit me, I spilled her glass of vodka. Apparently she didn’t have anymore. That was it. At the time I didn’t understand that she was an alcoholic. She back handed me so hard, I flew across the room and split my head open on the wall. When my mom saw that I was bleeding, she came running. Apologizing. She started crying and told me how sorry she was. She also told me that I couldn’t tell anyone or they would take me away from her. I received seven stitches that day.”

She watched as his eyes came to hers. She dropped hers quickly not wanting to see it. That look.

“The second time was when I was a little older. She wasn’t home when I got home. There were dirty dishes everywhere and the house was a wreck. I was seven. I thought she would be proud of me if I cleaned everything up. I was wiping off the counters and accidently dropped her bottle of Jack. I quickly cleaned up the mess. When my Mom came home, she was three sheets to the wind. She went looking for it. When I told her what happened, she found one of my father’s belts. I didn’t go to school for a week after that.

“I learned quickly after that. It didn’t matter what I did, at one point or another every day, she was going to hit me for one reason or another. She didn’t apologize for any of it. I couldn’t go to my Dad because he often watched it happen.

“I was twelve the day she died. I remember sitting at her funeral, thanking god that it was over.” Tears ran down her face. The warden stood, walking towards her. She quickly jumped up and moved away.

“Don’t touch me. You wanted to know. Let me get it out.”

He motioned for her to sit on the couch. She watched him for a moment and when he sat in the chair opposite of her, he took her place on the end of the couch.

“It was two weeks after she died the first time he came into my room. First he made it a game. He bought me two baby dolls and we would play with them. Then he started showing me what adults did using the baby dolls.

“A week later was the first time he touched me. He then proceeded to start raping me every single night. When he won the lottery when I was sixteen, I thought it was over. He had women coming and going at all times of the night. For a while that kept him busy. I was just starting to get used to being a teenager. He came into my room again. This time I told him I didn’t want to. He tried to make me. I hit him. He fell back and hit the back of his head on my dresser. He never woke up again. I lived in foster care to two years before I aged out. I had his money, but I also had their scars.” She sniffled back the hiccups she was trying to hide from him.

“Is that what you wanted to hear? Did you want to hear how bad my life really was?”

“No. I wanted to know that you didn’t keep it built up inside of you. I wanted to know t
hat when you left here, you would move on. If that meant you had to talk about it, then so be it. I didn’t know the details behind all of it, but I did know there was something.”

“Well, now you know. I was glad the day my Mother died, and I killed my father. You happy now.”

“No! God damnit! I want you to be happy now. I want you to be able to leave this place and not come back. I want you to move on. Use your past to help others. Turn your tragedy in to something positive. That is what I want.”

  “I can’t do that. I don’t know how.”

  “Bullshit.” His voice was stern.

“Excuse me.” It was the first time she looked up at him.

  “Bullshit.”

“Look, don’t try to sit there and pretend to know what goes on in my fucked up head. It was in the past. There isn’t anything anyone can do about it now.”

“If that is how you feel, I will see you again.”

“The hell if you will. As a matter of fact, I’m out of here. Didn’t you say I could leave now.”

He stared at her for a moment before nodding his head. He didn’t say anything to her when she stomped out of his office.

  Chapter Nine

The doorbell rang, startling Tessa from her sleep. She rubbed her eyes as she turned the knob on the door. She hadn’t expected this.

  “Warden?”

  He smiled. “No. Brock.”

“What are you doing here?” He looked totally different. He wasn’t in his uniform. Instead he wore a pair of light colored jeans and a white t-shirt.

“I wanted to check on you. Can I come in?”

She moved aside, opening the door. This time it was him that rubbed against her. She looked up smiling.

“Would you like something to drink?” She offered as he looked around the entry way.

  “Your place is very nice.”

“Thank You. We like it.” She moved in to the kitchen. She could feel his closeness following her.

  “We?”

  “Jessica and I.”

  “Oh, yeah. Is Jessica around?”

“No, she’s at work. I tried to tell her she didn’t have to work while she went to school, but she is stubborn as hell.”

  “Yes. That she is.”

“She told me about her last week there you know.”

She watched his brow raise. “Did she now?”

“She hated the paperwork.” Tessa was relieved when Jessica had told her about the mounds of paperwork she had done. She had only assumed that the warden made that deal with her as well.

“Yes, well. It paid off. I’m glad she is using that scholarship.” He smiled.

“How did she get that scholarship anyways?” Taylor matched his raised brow.

“Let’s just say, you aren’t the only one with a little money.”

“Uh-huh. That’s what I thought. I’m going to make myself a sandwich and glass of tea, you want to join me.”

  “Sure.”

“Why are you here?” Tessa kept her back to him as she smeared mayo on bread.

“Because I couldn’t get you out of my head.” He came up behind her, wrapping his arms around her waist.

“Really?” She turned looking at him.

“Really.” His mouth came down on hers, crushing her lips. A moan escaped her mouth. He took that opportunity to thrust his tongue into her mouth. Taking what he wanted from her.

She pulled back, gasping for air. “I thought you wanted a sandwich.” She smirked.

“Later. I need you now.” His mouth buried down in to the crook of her neck. His tongue darting in and out of his mouth, like he was going to taste every square inch of her.

Tessa felt her nipples harden, straining against the soft fabric of her bra.

His hands tugged at her shirt, pulling it over her head, he dropped it to the floor. His teeth bit at her nipples as his hands deftly unhooked her bra. His teeth tugged at her nipple before letting go and dropping her bra to the floor.

His mouth sealed over her other nipple. Her hands tugged at his hair while he bit down, sending a surge of electrical pain and arousal to her clit. He dropped to his knees in front of her. His tongue dipping in and out of her navel as his fingers worked the draw string of her jersey shorts. He pulled her shorts down, then put his muscular biceps to work by gripping her waist and sitting her on the edge of the counter.

His fingers parted her lips. His mouth sealed over her clit. Sucking and licking. He slipped one finger into her pussy, pushing in and out of her as his tongue continued toying with her clit.

  “Oh….” She moaned.

“Don’t come until I tell you to.”

“What?” She gasped. She was almost there. How could she stop it?

She felt her body tighten and she made her way closer to the ecstasy cliff she was about to dive head first over, when he moved his fingers and his mouth.

He was standing in front of her again, tugging her down off the counter, he moved her over to the table. He pushed her abdomen flat on the coolness of the wood.

His finger worked her cunt again while his other hand freed his cock. He lined his massive erection up and thrust balls deep inside of her.

“Fuck!” She screamed out. His thrusting sped up, grinding his pelvis into her.

“You’re so fucking tight.” His words were forced through his gritted teeth.

Tessa felt her orgasm reaching again. “I’m gonna come.”

  “No.”

  “God damnit!” She hissed.

“God. Don’t. Need. A. Damn. He. Can. Walk. On. Water. Baby. Come now!”

The minute he said it, her body writhed beneath him. Her knees went weak. Sweat poured from her body. She could feel her juices squeeze around him.

He thrust one more time and she felt the forceful blow of his come into her. She lay there with her eyes closed. Partly because she couldn’t move and partly because she couldn’t believe that he was there with her.

“I told you they belong to me.” He whispered against her back.

“What now?” Was he always going to want to own them?

  “You call me Brock.”

  Sneak Peak

  Rough Ryder

“What the hell have you guys gotten me into?” Trinket looked around the club. Some women and men had clothes on, others didn’t.

“You haven’t seen anything yet. Just wait till the scenes start. Now, before we go in further, you have to promise me you will not judge this lifestyle, nor will you interrupt any of the scenes.” Amber was stern, laying down the law of the club.

  “Why would we?” Peggy asked.

“I’m just saying. Now, you ladies will need to follow me first to another section of the club where Master Ron will go over the basics with you.”

Trinket stopped. “I’m sorry did I hear you right? Master Ron?” There was no way in hell she would ever call any man master.

“I know what you’re thinking, but trust and believe when I say, you will.” Amber smiled before leading the women into a room to the right. They walked in seeing all the other women seated already.

“Ok, from here on out, no talking unless Master Ron asks you something. Meet me at the bar when you are done.” Amber whispered her advice before leaving.

Trinket sat next to Peggy and Lisa waiting. She couldn’t help but to notice everyone still had their coats on, including her. She felt like she was in school again. A swirl of butterflies began to flutter in her stomach. Her palms were beginning to sweat. Her confusion of her body’s reaction sent her mind into hyper drive.

She didn’t understand what the hell her body was doing. It wasn’t like she was going to actually go through with this. She was here for Lisa. She could walk around, or sit around for one night.

The door opened and in walked Master Ron. Lisa gasped before whispering, “Hello Master Ron.”

Trinket couldn’t do anything but control the giggle that accidently escaped her lips.

Tall, blonde hair pulled back into a tight
pony, bright blue eyes, dimple in his chin, centered below a perfect set of lips. Broad shoulders made him look like a football player, his waist slimming on the way down. The black t-shirt he wore fit snug against his massive chest. Tucked in to a pair of black leather pants that showed off the muscle of his thighs, and bulge of his groin.

Trinket might have been giggling at Lisa but the fact was that, the way this man looked, she would call him Master for the night.

He stood there looking around the room. Glancing at each woman and locking eyes with them momentarily, like he was reading their hidden thoughts.

Trinket watched as one by one, each woman broke eye contact, lowering their head. She didn’t get it. She didn’t understand what their problem was. Just because the man looked like a God didn’t mean anything.

She watched Peggy next, head lowering down. Lisa, lasted longer than what anyone else had, but eventually she did the same, with a smile on her lips. Then his gaze turned to Trinket. In that moment she didn’t understand why any woman would look away. He was gorgeous. His eyes shined, but his facial expression never changed.

If his eyes were supposed to be intimidating, they weren’t. Not to her. Mesmerizing, hypnotizing, beautiful, yes. Everything but intimidating. When his lips twitched into a small smile he was the one that broke eye contact before finally speaking.

“I’m Master Ron. You have just been taught your first lesson. You do not look a Dom in the eye unless he speaking directly to you. If he chooses for you not to, he will let you know.” He turned looking back at Trinket. She couldn’t help the little smile on her lips before tilting her head down.

“Now, next lesson. Everyone stand.” Immediately all stood, except of course Trinket who didn’t rush, but did stand. “Coats off. Whenever you are outside this room, you are to be in appropriate attire.”

And this was the moment Trinket wasn’t looking forward to. She took a deep breath. Slowly with trembling fingers, she undid the tie of her coat, letting it fall open. Her eyes closed. She couldn’t do it. There was no way. She hadn’t been this naked in front of a man, since,,, before.
