  “Couldn’t get a flight out…so I’ll be home tomorrow.”

He knew she would be sad. “Aww okay.”

“I’ll call you before I board. I’m going to check out some artists until then.”

She never asked him questions about what he had going on. He was now starting to realize that they rarely conversed about anything other than the damn wedding. What did they talk about or have in common before he proposed? He knew for sure that she wasn’t concerned with him. Not his dreams. His business. Goals. Nothing.

  “Okay, I love you.”

Juice hated how it never bothered him until right now.

  “Yeah…love you too.”

She didn’t even think to ask him why he kept checking artists out nor did she know he wanted to start his own label.

They ended the call and he sighed deeply, before stepping on the sidewalk and walking around the corner to the front of the establishment.

Tia stuck her hand in the air and he spotted her immediately.

Not being able to contain his smile as he approached their table.

“I had to lie and say that Mahogany was supposed to be on the way.”

He wasn’t tripping. “I do that all the time,” he kept it real with her.

  “Everything good?”

He nodded his head, “Yeah…is the food gon’ come out fast since she is coming?”

Tia chortled, “I’m sure it is.”

A few people noticed him. He saw the questioning look on their faces, but he kept his focus on the beautiful woman before him.

Tia was free. It was obvious considering the airy look in her eyes.

  “You like living here?”

She nodded her head, “Yeah, I do. I love my job. I’m getting involved with the community too, your mom would be proud,” she winked her eye.

“Last time you talked to her?”

  Tia was ashamed to say.

  “You should go see her.”

That was a good idea. “I’m going to do that…seriously.”

“I’ll send you out there, y’all can go to the spa and shopping…shit y’all used to do,” he loved their relationship at one point.

“Does she and your fiancée get along?” Tia asked, nosily.

Juice told her, “They’re cordial. I’ll leave it at that.”

It told her everything she needed to know. Ma Dukes wasn’t fucking with her.

Tia smiled, “Hey, can’t compete where you don’t compare.”

“Y’all are two totally different people.”

  “Less of a headache?”

  He almost hollered, “HELL YEAH!”

“Hey, if your girl ain’t stressing you out, she don’t love you,” Tia used to preach that to him, constantly. By the time she would start the sentence, Juice would finish the statement for her.

He had to stop and think about it before answering, “If you say so,” was all he said back in response.

Their food arrived, they said grace on their own and dived in. Eating in silence since they both were starving.

“What’s been up with you? Fill me in.”

She started up a conversation after she took a few bites of her food.

Juice wiped his mouth. “Still working, we’ve been touring like crazy. But…I’m thinking about making this my last year. I been low key training her brother to take my position.”

Tia was shocked to hear that. “Really?”

“Yeah…I want to start my own label.”

The smile on her face was priceless. This was what she always wanted for him.

“Juice,” that was all she could say. Her happiness in this moment motivated him.

“You think I should do it?”

“Yes, you’ve learned a lot. This is the perfect time for it. OMG, boy congrats!”

Juice felt comfortable telling her his plans for the label. It was also his first time verbally speaking about it with anyone so that was a relief.

Two hours later, the restaurant was getting ready to close and Tia ended up taking a notebook out her purse and was taking notes for him.

“I’m going to type these up and send ‘em to you,” she promised.

  They stood to leave.

“We still going to get my car washed?”

She didn’t want their day to end. It felt like old times.

  “Yeah, give me your keys.”

He used to tell her all the time, “I don’t know who the hell taught you how to drive.”

“Juice, I’ve gotten better,” she said defensively.

  “I’ll find out another time.”

He opened her door and helped her in, something he didn’t used to do but did every time when he was with Faaizah.

“Where do you go to get it washed?”

  “Whatever I see,” she laughed.

He shook his head. “This was an expensive vehicle, you gotta take care of it.”

  “I do.”

She really wanted something new but was waiting until she could put a nice amount on the down payment.

“You need to get that damn watch cleaned too,” he shook his head at her.

Tia rolled her eyes, “Okay daddy. Run it all down.”

He smirked, “Oh, I’m still daddy?”

She ignored him along with the incoming Facetime call from Coop.

Juice saw her press the red button on her phone but didn’t comment on it. He never asked questions that he didn’t want the answers to. Handling the truth was hard, especially when he knew he didn’t have any room or right to question if she was dating or not. When he asked her the first time a few weeks ago, she had shut his question down, completely.

They drove to the nearest car wash and he played her a few of the artists that he was thinking about adding to his roster.

“I like…all of ‘em,” she told him.

  “Me too!”

They’d always shared the same taste in music. Pretty much everything, honestly.

After her truck was clean and shining like brand fucking new. He asked her, “What’s next?”

Tia shrugged her shoulders. “I don’t know.

“What do you normally do on Sundays?”

Tia looked at him sheepishly. “Not much about me has changed.”

He looked at her with tight eyes. “Say less.”

They stopped at the gas station and got tons of junk food that they didn’t need, and Tia shot off the directions to her condo.

  “Is this secure?”

“I haven’t had any problems yet.”

Juice wanted her to move but knew that wasn’t his place to say that, so he remained silent as she led them on the elevator and onto her floor.

  “Welcome,” she said lowly.

He stepped in and checked everything out, giving himself a guided tour like only a nigga would do.

Tia lit a candle to bring a nice smell in and poured all the junk food on the coffee table.

“How High or Friday After Next?” she asked him once he came back into the living room.

He smiled, “Come on now…you already know.”

They sat down, on opposite ends of the couch until Juice yanked her ass closer to him. “Stop playing with me.”

  Tia didn’t protest.

  “You like my house?”

She was now leaning against his chest and looking up at him, his barely-there beard scuffled against her nose.

Unsure of why his opinion mattered to her, but it did. In a way, she wanted him to see that she was living without him. She had made it on her own.

  “Proud of you, T.”

He met her eyes and then bent down and kissed her, passionately. He’d thought about kissing her since they made out last night.

Tia joined in and stuck her tongue damn near down his throat, savoring the taste of a banana Now and Later.

A moan slipped from her lips and that’s when she pulled away.

  “Nah, not this time.”

There would be no caution, yielding or stoppin
g today.

He was going to get what he wanted.

Juice couldn’t wait to feel every inch of her body.

Kiss every part of her flesh and carve out his name on the crevices of her soul. All before he had to board his flight.

Tia looked at him, fear in her eyes. They’d been there before.

Sex was always their forte. It was their Band-Aid. It made everything better for them. It was the solution, the fixer, the answer to all their problems. Until…it couldn’t fix shit. He couldn’t eat her pussy to take the pain away. Couldn’t fuck her good enough to heal her broken heart. That’s when she broke up with him, after sex stopped satisfying her in every aspect of their ordeal. Once he pulled out, she was still mad as fuck at him. Today, on this beautiful sunny afternoon, she would allow him to do what she knew without a doubt he was good at. Real fucking good.

Tia found her way up and in his lap. She wrapped her arms around his neck as he tried to get her dress off.

“Do you know how long it’s been?” she whispered against his brown lips.

He nodded his head. “I still watch our old videos…” he admitted.

Tia gave him a sultry smile before kissing him again. She grinded against his concealed penis, making him even harder than he already was.

Juice was hot and ready like a Little Caesar’s pizza.

  “Bed.”

He didn’t want to fuck her on the couch. He wasn’t a teenager. He wanted to wax that ass in the middle of her bed, on top of her plush comforter.

Tia got up and removed her clothes, leaving only a nude thong on that meshed well with her creamy skin.

He did the same as she turned around and walked to her bedroom.

Juice got up on her, placing kisses on her neck and shoulders until they made it to their destination.

She closed the blinds. He turned the light on.

  “It’s light in here.”

  “Not enough.”

Tia stood near the end of the bed.

  “Lay down,” he commanded.

  “I don’t have any protection.”

Juice wasn’t planning on wearing none anyway.

This was his home. He planned on reminding her of that shit in less than a minute.

Tia saw that he didn’t plan on acknowledging what she’d said, so she said fuck it and laid down.

He came in between her legs and his body was on top of hers. He kissed her then grabbed her right arm and pulled it over her head.

  “What you-”

“Be quiet. Only open your mouth when I tell you to put this dick in it, okay?”

He had never spoken to her like that.

She could only nod her head.

Juice inserted two of his fingers into her bare oasis and stroked the most sensitive pieces of her, making her wetter than she already was.

“Baby…” she whimpered, already disobeying him.

  “You don’t listen.”

He went from her clit and traveled inside of her. It was a slight struggle for him to get off in there which told him mommy was tight.

Juice kissed her once more and sucked on her nipples like a newborn baby while fingering her. He was a master in bed. She was his slave.

  “You miss me?”

That was all he really wanted to know as he made his way down her sexy frame and in between her legs.

  “Tell me baby.”

She nodded her head, “You know I do.”

“Say less,” he muttered as he dove in head first. Slurping and feasting on her pussy like she was his last meal.

  Real fucking tears.

She was actually crying at how good he was making her feel.

Tia bucked against his face. She knew he was covered in her cum.

Her pussy came about four times until he finally came up for air.

Nastily, she kissed him all in his mouth, swapping spit.

Tia wanted him now. The mean girl act was out of the window.

“Come on,” she pulled him back.

As soon as he saw her bed when he gave himself a tour, he knew what he was going to do with her lil’ ass.

  “Stand up.”

  She was confused, “Huh?”

“Stand up, come on.” He gently helped her to her feet. She was scared they were going to hit their heads on the fan, but these were eight feet ceilings.

“Hold on to the headboard,” he instructed.

  “Juice…no, let me ride.”

He wasn’t hearing that shit, he turned her around and placed her hands on the headboard. “Arch your back, you know what to do.”

He pushed her legs apart and got behind her.

Tia was so fucking scared, she just knew they were going to fall.

He kissed her shoulder. “YOU TRUST ME?”

She did. With her whole life.

Juice entered her slowly, taking his time because this moment used to be a dream. To sex her again…what a blessing. What an honor.

She was a precious jewel. A rare gem.

He had to enter her with caution. She felt that big dick opening her up.

“Oh, my Goddddddddddddd,” she hissed, after he worked her middle and then began fucking her nice and slow. Real fucking nice and slow.

He held onto her waist, encouraging her, “Fuck me back.”

She threw her ass and he caught it. Juice was packing some major heat.

She knew that her legs were going to be noodles when they were done.

And then, once she got a rhythm in this position, the fool had the nerve to cock his leg up on the headboard and really give it to her. Leaving not an inch of himself out of her. He gave her the whole thing.

Tia came profusely. She sprouted nut all over his dick.

They fell backwards onto the bed and she hopped right on and rode Juice like a pony.

He sat up and nibbled on her nipples, smacking her ass every few seconds, commanding her to, “Ride that dick like you used to.”

Pussy was like wine, it got better with time. Especially good pussy. He could fuck her forever and never grow tired.

She finally opened her eyes, looking down at him with pure bliss all over his face.

“YOU FEEL SO GOOD BABY,” he praised her. Juice then stuck his finger in her mouth and she slowed down on riding him and sucked his finger loudly.

  “Where can I cum at?”

Tia lil' greedy ass had no problem eating the dick.

She hopped off his penis and replaced her pussy with her mouth.

Juice howled like a cowboy. Tia didn’t have a gag reflex. He was able to get off in that thang, greeting the back of her throat like, “Daddy’s Home!”

She massaged his balls while her hands and mouth worked together like a team. He came. Hard and loud.

She prayed that Karma wasn’t home.

“Fuck man,” he said as she swallowed his seeds and then licked him up a little more before going into the bathroom to get a hot washcloth.

This was his favorite part of sexing Tia. She cleaned him like a newborn baby.

Wiped him down all the way.

He grabbed her hand when she was done before she could walk off again.

  “I’m sticky,” she whined.

  “I don’t care.”

He pulled her to his lap and she laid on his chest.

Juice kissed her forehead. “Never stopped loving you, Tia.”

She didn’t say anything in response because honestly, her mind was still on the headboard.

He really gave her life today.

They ended up dozing off. Good food plus the dick…they were drained.

When she did wake up, it was only because she heard her name being called and her toe being pulled. She opened her eyes and he was standing over her, fully dressed.

“I need to slide back to the hotel and grab my luggage.”

Tia sat up. “I can take you.”

“Nah, you good. Lay back down. You been knocked out,” his voice was cool. He didn’t tell her that he watch
ed her all night, like a sucker.

It was dark, she couldn’t really see his face. She wanted to see his face.

“Hmmm,” Tia stifled a moan and yawn.

  “I’m about to go.”

  She nodded her head, “K.”

“Let you know when I make it, alright?”

  Tia nodded her head again.

He didn’t kiss her goodbye nor offer a hug.

She didn’t know what to make of what they did, so she closed her eyes until she heard her front door close. She got up to lock the door and then went back to sleep. One thing for sure was that she didn’t regret the moment.

Why don’t you lose yourself for me – Jorja Smith

Porter and Juice didn’t hang out as much as they used to, when did they have the time? Juice was a busy guy….and well, Mr. Bavay used to be. His life had changed tremendously since he started dating Mahogany. He was damn near a stay-at-home dad, his wife brought home the bacon. That was new money though. Porter still had millions stuffed in the baseboards.

Once a hustla, always a hustla.

He and Big Mo were at the bar cracking up about something they saw on YouTube when Juice finally made it.

  “My bad, traffic was hell.”

Moses looked up to Juice and held his hand out for a firm handshake along with greeting him with a genuine smile. Cultivating and maintaining valuable friendships was hard in today’s times. Especially with niggas, they were either hating on you or beefing with you and you didn’t even know it. The brotherhood that he built in college would forever remain solid, that was the highlight of joining a fraternity at your university. Those relationships helped him understand the importance of having quality niggas in your circle. Men like Moses, Pretty Boy P, Ashton, Xavier and even Genesis’ ole salty ass. Juice loved his boys. He knew without a doubt they would be there for him, if needed be.

“What it do, youngin?” Porter was proud of Juice. He didn’t tell him often, but he was truly proud of his come-up and couldn’t wait to see what else he did as he continued with his matriculation.

“Not much, tired as hell. Y’all ordered yet?”

Moses asked, “I thought you was fasting?”

“It’s over. I want to eat.”

He’d been home for about two weeks and was in and out of the studio, the gym and mosque. Faai was in full-swing with the wedding planning, overlooking and ignoring the fact that he specifically told her he wanted to slow it down and wait. He planned on bringing it up again once he got home.
