Linc

“That’s the way it is, huh?” Naunet smirked.
“Yes.”
Naunet glanced up, then waved with her fingers. Linc glanced over to see who she was waving at. Chaya glared at Naunet, then turned to get onto the ride. Naunet snuggled against his frame and put her hands on his shoulder, propping her chin on them as she looked at him. The devilish sparkle in her gaze made him groan.
“You’re not leaving, are you?”
“Nope. I want to get to know this woman to whom you belong. And her son,” Naunet said cheerfully.
“Be nice,” Linc warned.
“I’m always nice. You’re the one who is all broody and arrogant.” Naunet sounded innocent.
“Yeah. I so believe that one.” He snorted.
“You need to think of me as Iona, so you get it right when you introduce me.”
“Iona it is.”
“Introduce me to your friend, Linc.” Chaya’s tone was cold.
‘Oh…she’s possessive,’ Iona said in his thoughts.
‘Behave,’ He replied in kind, shielding it from Chaya.
“Chaya and Danny, this is Iona—”
“His family,” Iona interrupted.
Linc looked at her sharply.
‘Hey, we’re yin and yang to each other in the Ogdoad. So we are like family.’
He glanced back at Chaya and saw the relief on her face.
She smiled at Iona. “Why didn’t you tell me your sister was visiting? You could have brought us here another time,” Chaya said.
“Oh, no—he was so looking forward to hanging out with you and your son. Do you mind if I go on some rides with Danny? You can go with Linc,” Iona said.
“We can all go together if you want,” Chaya said cautiously.
“Oh…silly me. I should have realised. You don’t know me, so of course you wouldn’t trust me alone with your son. You will in time. For now, let’s all go together.” Iona patted Chaya on the arm.
Chaya looked bemused as she said, “We’ll have to take the bears back to the car. And do you have a ticket?”
“Oh, we did that already. And I do.” Iona shook her wrist, showing her unlimited ride bracelet. He knew it hadn’t been there before.
Linc felt the tickle of power and when he glanced out of the corner of his eye he saw the bears disappear.
Chaya turned to him. “I could swear they were here a minute ago,” she muttered.
“Let’s go on some rides.” Linc turned her around, glaring at Iona.
Iona smiled widely, then winked and returned her attention to Danny. “Are you ready to go on some rides with Auntie Iona?”
“You’re not my aunt,” Danny said.
“Not your real one. But you can think of me as that,” Iona said as she led him away.
Linc steered Chaya after them. As they strolled, Iona and Danny debated which rides they would go on. Linc raised his eyebrow as Iona took Danny’s hand and started to skip along with him. He wondered what the other gods and goddesses would think if they could see her.
“Your sister is a little nutty.” Chaya chuckled.
“Yeah. But she has a good heart.” He glanced at Chaya. She was watching Danny and Iona.
Chaya glanced back at him, then slapped him on the ass. “Move it. I want a say on which rides.” She joined Iona and Danny.
They all skipped in front of him. Chuckling, he sauntered behind them.
“I like your sister,” Chaya said.
“She liked you, too,” Linc replied.
Chaya rested her head against his chest. They were watching the TV as they waited for dinner to be ready.
“It’s nice of her to cook us dinner,” Chaya said.
“Let’s wait and see if she can actually cook,” Linc said.
“She can’t cook?” Chaya frowned.
“Last time I saw her she couldn’t even boil water.” He stifled a yelp as a blast of power laced across his back.
Linc glared at Iona. She was standing with her hands on her hips in the kitchen doorway.
“Auntie Iona, I think the rice is ready.” Danny came into view.
He had taken to calling Iona ‘Auntie’ sometime during their fun-filled day.
“It is. Come on, sweetie, let’s get dinner on the table, so that some people can eat their words.” Iona’s tone was venomous. She returned to the kitchen.
“Oh…your sister is pissed. You’ll have to make it up to her.” Chaya slapped him on the chest.
“We’ll see how it tastes,” Linc said.
He jerked up, dodging another blast of power. Chaya glanced at him in confusion but when he hugged her she leaned against him.
“Dinner is ready,” Iona said sweetly.
Linc stood, pulling Chaya up with him. He led her into the kitchen and wiggled his fingers at Iona as they passed her. She hissed then rubbed her arm. Linc bared his teeth and Iona stomped to the stove. Linc smirked.
After holding the chair out for Chaya, he took a seat next to her. Danny put a plate in front of him then walked away. Iona put one in front of Chaya and the other empty seat next to her. From the portion size, Linc supposed it was Danny’s. Iona returned to the stove as Danny came back and put bottles of soda and juice on the table. Linc slid them into the centre as Danny took his seat. Iona returned and set her plate down and sat. Chaya said grace. Moments later they were eating and Linc was pleasantly surprised that it tasted so good.
‘Eat your words, buddy boy.’ Iona sounded smug.
Linc inclined his head.
“This is delicious, Iona. Thanks for making dinner. I’m glad you found everything so easily,” Chaya said.
“My little helper showed me where everything was.” Iona ruffled Danny’s hair.
“Auntie Iona…” Danny squirmed in his chair.
Iona started to eat again, then suddenly she paused and clapped her hands together. “Chaya I’m treating you to a spa day tomorrow. No arguments. Linc can watch Danny.”
Chaya shook her head. “I couldn’t.”
“No arguments,” Iona said.
Chaya bit her lip, undecided, looking at Linc.
“I can watch Danny,” he confirmed.
Iona leant forward. “See, then it’s settled. Spa day tomorrow.”
“Okay, let’s go!”
“Cool. Now tell me about yourself.”
Linc watched them fondly as he ate. Iona had Chaya and Danny laughing and chatting all about themselves.
‘You need to tell her who you are—soon.’ Iona’s voice in his mind sobered him.
Linc put his fork down. He knew she was right but what they had was too new for any great big reveals. He’d tell her soon.
Chapter Six
“Are you going to tell her?” Iona demanded abruptly.
“Soon.” Linc straightened his tie and smoothed his suit.
“You’ve been saying that for months,” Iona said sternly.
Linc crossed his arms over his chest. “I’ll tell her when I think she needs to know.”
“That arrogance will get you in trouble.” Iona glared, then picked up her bag and stalked to the door.
“Thanks for watching Danny,” Linc said stiffly.
“I like the kid.” Iona waved it off.
She slammed the door behind her. Linc waved his hand, stopping the plates from falling off the wall. He levitated them back onto the wall and straightened them. He glanced around his home. After Iona had come for her visit, he had decided to actually get a house they could use. One he could bring Chaya and Danny to.
They had both spent lots of time in his house and he in theirs over the last four months. They had all gone out often, too, to various things. Bowling, movies, fairs and so on. He’d had some romantic evenings alone with Chaya, as well as heated sex. They still hadn’t made it to a bed or spent the night together. He knew that Chaya was unsure about leaving Danny with the sitter for that long. When Iona had offered to watch Danny overnight, he’d been shocked but pleased. So had Chaya. Now
that the night was finally here he wanted everything to be perfect.
“What is wrong with you? It will be nothing less.” Linc nodded decisively and picked up his woman.
At the thought, a fierce thrill filled him. Chaya was his and he was enjoying every moment of it. Linc enjoyed the power of his Cadillac Escalade as it started and he drove to Chaya’s house, getting out when he arrived and striding up the drive. Before he could ring the bell, she opened the door. Linc’s breath caught at the vision that was Chaya.
The pale yellow, spaghetti strap dress hugged her bosom, cascading down her lush curves to the floor. The colour offset her smooth, mocha skin. A diamond, butterfly-shaped clip rested in her tapered, pixie-cut hair.
“Mom,” Danny said.
Chaya turned. Linc gulped at the naked expanse of back. The straps of her dress were around her arms only, leaving the rest of her back bare. The cloth started just at her waist, flowing over her butt. Chaya leant down to Danny and Linc whimpered at the glimpse of dark, honeyed thighs as the slits almost to her ass on either side of her dress shifted. The open-toed heels were the same colour as her dress.
Chaya straightened. “Thanks, Iona,” she said.
Linc dragged his gaze from Chaya’s rump and glanced at Iona. She smirked. He shrugged, grinning.
Chaya turned to him and sauntered up to him. “You ready?”
“Yes,” Linc said.
He took her coat off the rack and held it out for her. Chaya slid her hands into the sleeves and Linc lifted them onto her shoulders, running his fingers along the pulse in her throat. Chaya shivered, making a soft whimpering sound. Linc turned her and buttoned her up. Her lids were lowered over her eyes. Slowly, she raised them. The combination of brown and dark gold of her gaze held promises for later.
“Have a nice night, Danny,” Linc said.
“See you Mr Linc.” Danny hugged his lower legs.
Linc ruffled his hair and Danny joined Iona.
“Be good.” Iona smiled.
“I will be.” Linc led Chaya out into the night.
After seating her in his SUV, he jogged around to the driver’s side and got in. Seconds later, he had them on their way. He laced his fingers with Chaya’s as he drove.
“Sexy lady.” Linc kissed her fingers.
Chaya shivered. Linc put their joined hands on the seat and enjoyed the comfortable silence as he drove.
Once they’d parked, Linc reached for his door handle, but Chaya stopped him with a touch on his arm. He looked at her.
“I’m really hungry Linc.” Her voice was a decadent whisper.
“We’ll have dinner in a moment.”
Chaya leaned closer. “I don’t want food. I want you.”
Linc growled and kissed her. Chaya moaned and suckled his tongue, hands gripping the nape of his neck. He pulled back.
“Inside now.”
Chaya glanced out of the windshield and sputtered. “Weren’t we just in front of the restaurant?”
“Do you really want to discuss that now?” Linc asked.
This wasn’t the time to explain that he had used his powers to move them to the front of his house. He could have taken them straight to bed, but supposed that would have been too obvious.
Chaya looked at him and shook her head. “No, take me inside.”
Linc exited and walked rapidly to her door to help her out, then ushered her quickly inside and up the stairs to his room. He removed her coat, flinging it away before shrugging out of his coat and discarding that, too. Stepping up to Chaya, he smoothed his palms down her shoulders. The scent of Acacia filled his nose and he inhaled deeply, his cock getting even harder.
“This is for you,” Linc whispered.
He materialised a necklace into his hand, letting it trail along her shoulder. Chaya looked startled. Linc raised the gold Hugs and Kisses chain with a cartouche pendant made of melded yellow gold and platinum. In the centre were diamond hieroglyph symbols. He put it over her head.
“It’s like your tattoo. What does it mean?”
“It’s my name.”
The cartouche rested in the valley between her breasts. Linc traced the symbols with his finger. A fierce feeling filled him. He kissed her, picking her up, and Chaya moaned and locked her legs around him. Linc lowered her to the bed. With a thought, he undressed them both and donned a condom. He thrust into her as her back hit the bed. Chaya wrenched away from his kiss.
“When did we undress?”
“Do you really want to talk about this now?” He punctuated each word with a thrust.
“No… God… Take me…” Chaya moaned brokenly.
Linc obeyed her command, stroking into her; lost himself in taking her.
Chaya gripped his shoulders as he powered into her, pushing his blunt heat into her wetness. Tightening around him, she ran her hands up his shoulders then over the back of his head. She stroked his tattoo. Linc shuddered. Chaya chuckled wantonly. It was the button that drove him wild. Linc increased his thrusts, moving faster and faster inside her.
Arching, she gasped and locked her legs around his hips. Linc spread his legs, changing the angle of each downward stroke. Moaning, she gripped him more tightly, shivering at the harshness as he took her. Linc grunted, pumping into her. His cock rubbed her inner walls. He curled his arms under her shoulders, holding her for his taking. Each of his thrusts filled her. Wetness flooded out of her.
Linc leant down and licked along the base of her throat. He bit down. Chaya hissed at the sting of his teeth against her pulse. He continued to bite down as he moved. Chaya gripped his neck and rocked against his erection. Clamping down on his cock, she moaned wildly as he groaned against her skin. Her release slammed into her as his cock pulsed.
I want his child.
She pushed the thought away even as it formed. Linc pumped inside her as he continued to come. Aftershocks filled her as she came again and again.
Linc slumped against her and Chaya held him tightly until he shifted, kissing her. Chaya moaned as he moved inside her and his cock went hard again.
Chaya hugged him, closing their lips together. She licked inside his mouth and undulated her hips.
Linc withdrew and whispered against her lips, “I’m going to take you all night.”
* * * *
Grumbling to herself, Chaya walked beside Danny. After last night, all she’d wanted to do was stay at home and rest. But she’d promised him this trip to the skating rink weeks ago. Absently, she listened to Danny talk. She was bummed that Linc hadn’t been able to come with them.
When they reached the rink, Danny quickly put on his skates and stood shifting from leg to leg.
“Go on without me, Danny. I’ll just sit here and wait,” Chaya said.
“Aw, Mom.” Danny pouted.
“Danny,” a voice called.
Danny glanced around. He waved, then turned back to her.
“Bye, Mom.”
“Be back in an hour,” Chaya said.
He nodded and took off. Chaya watched gratefully as he joined some of his friends from his school. Gingerly, she took a seat. She moaned as the hard bench made the soreness of her pussy throb. Standing as quickly as she could, she walked over and leaned on a pillar. She waved as Danny passed by with his friends. Crossing her arms over her chest, Chaya watched him fondly.
Pulling out her pendant, she rubbed it with her thumb as her thoughts drifted to Linc and the night before. The man was insatiable and imaginative. He’d had her in positions she hadn’t ever thought her body would be able to go into. Chaya shivered, remembering his touch on her skin. Shifting she pushed the image away. She’d see him later for dinner. They were going to Danny’s favourite pizza place.
Chaya kept an eye on Danny as he skated. At the time she’d set, he returned and took off his skates and they headed out. They walked out of the rink and down the sidewalk, then Danny ran ahead. He paused at the kerb, turning to see where she was.
Horrified, Chaya watched as a car swerve
d, heading straight for Danny.
“Danny!” she screamed, and ran.
Danny looked confused. He took step towards her. The car bore down on him.
In a blink, Linc appeared between Danny and the car and picked him up. In another millisecond Linc, holding Danny, was in front of her. Chaya stumbled to a stop, gaping at Linc.
“Isn’t it cool Linc came with us? We had such fun.” Danny’s voice drew her attention.
Chaya glanced at him, confused. Linc put him down and Chaya hugged Danny fiercely.
‘I took the memory, so he doesn’t know.’ Linc spoke in her mind.
Now is not the time, Linc Voice.
‘It’s me. Not a voice. I’m really talking to you in your thoughts. Let’s go home and I’ll explain.’
Chaya glanced up sharply. Linc nodded, looking arrogant and unruffled as usual. Danny squirmed, then pushed out of her arms.
“Come on, Mom. None of that mushy stuff.” Danny crossed over to Linc and took his hand. He tugged at him and they started walking towards the car.
Numbly, Chaya followed them. She stared at Linc as he walked with her son, talking to him as if everything was normal.
Linc put Danny in the car, then held the passenger door open for her. Ignoring his offer, she opened the back door and got in beside Danny. Danny looked confused. Chaya wrapped her arms around herself so she wouldn’t grab him. Linc got in and she reached for her keys.
“I’ve got them.” Linc said, holding them up.
But Chaya remembered putting them in her pocket. He hadn’t got close enough to get them. Linc chatted to Danny as he drove, but she turned and looked out of the window. When they arrived, she got out the car and guided Danny into the house. Linc pushed the door open before she could close it behind them.
“We need to talk.” he said.
Chaya narrowed her eyes and followed Danny to the kitchen.
“Auntie Iona!” Danny’s ecstatic cry caught her attention.
Chaya glanced up at Iona standing in her kitchen. Since Iona didn’t have a key and she hadn’t been there when they’d left, she wondered how she’d got into her house.
‘Doors are minor annoyances to us.’ Iona said in her mind.
