Thorn’s arm tightened around me. His powerful leg lifted and he drove his military boot into Brett’s stomach. It sent him flying across the room.
“Brett!” I screamed, then I felt myself sag against the intense insane wall of strength behind me that was Thornton Darko. The room begin to slide away from me, and back again. I kept struggling up his body, only to have my legs wobble and turn to mush, and I slid back down the vile thing again.
Thorn grunted and thrust his plain obscene erection against my ass. “Feel what happens when you rub your beguiling ass all over me like that Elena,” his silky lips tickled my ear as he informed me of this. “Me and my boner like it very much.”
“Fuck you! What is happening?” I asked thickly. “Why am I? Oh?” I stumbled forward, and his large arm caught me around the waist.
“Everything is going to be all right love,” he reassured softly. A gentleness throbbed beneath the wildness and meanness I heard in his voice. For some reason, it gave my demented heart hope.
He pulled me onto his motorbike, forcing me to face him, and peeled up his mask a moment to burn a kiss upon my heavy fat eyelids, as he kicked the beast beneath us to life. Brett was a pinkish blur of a head as we roared out of the Church.
“Yes,” he repeated. “Everything is going to be all right as long as you want me.”
“And if I don’t?” I asked thickly.
“Don’t what?”
He held me tighter against him. So close. Closer than I thought possible. It felt like he was trying to pull me through his skin. My hot cheek was crushed to his chest. I felt his ugly heart pulse against it.
“Want you?” I slurred. “You never ever have really answered that question.”
“You ask an impossible question love, that’s why. I cannot answer, what reality cannot comprehend.”
Thorn sighed, and it sounded so sad, like the deepest, most impossible, ache.
“Because you will always want me.”
