To my family, thank you for always having my back, for your support and encouragement, and for being there when my life completely changed. I wouldn’t have made it without you. You’re support in my writing journey is precious and cherished.

To Shana Vanterpool, thank you for being a friend and wonderful editor. ABS! You are truly an inspiration and mentor. I love your books, your spirit, and your friendship. Not to mention your good taste in abs. You are amazing. You encouraged me to write a story for Chad, and we did it. Now onward to Evan. You helped me get my story out there. Thank you. Spencer says hi to Bella. (Everyone reading this, if you have not read her work, DO IT!!)

To the girls at Smokin’ Hot Reads Book Blog: Jamie, Krista, and Melissa. You are the best. You showed me the ropes, encouraged me, and are some of the greatest friends I could ever ask for. Krista, I want more dirty ditties (we need to get you published). Love you. Jamie, your friendship and support me more to me than you will ever know. Thank you for inviting me to join the blog. Melissa, thank you for helping me with the learning curve and always encouraging me.

To Melissa, Becca, Becky, Brenda, and Sharon. Thank you for beta reading for me. I couldn’t have done this without you.

To Becky, you have continued to support me, kick my butt when I needed it, and you are the best proofreader a girl could have. Don’t worry, the Viking story is coming.

To Jackie, THANK YOU!! I know you don’t think you do much for me, but you are the best PA in the world. It’s the little things that keep me sane. I’m so glad we found each other and became friends. You are a godsend.

To T.E. Black and T.E. Black Designs, the cover for Redeemed turned into something breathtaking. You surpassed the vision I had for it and made it so much more. And the formatting? Truly beautiful. T, I am forever grateful for all of your support and help!!

To the countless blogs and people that have helped to promote Redeemed, thank you!! Without you, indie authors would get little exposure. You help keep our community growing and spreading. Thank you for getting the word out.

To my high school creative writing teacher, Mrs. Shelton, you always encouraged me to go for my dreams, and I will forever be grateful. Under your guidance, I learned so much about myself and my writing.

To my friends, you are the best. After I got sick, you were there for me, and picked me up when I felt discouraged. You helped me to remember that I was not alone, that you were right there with me.

To Joyce, we have been best friends since we were kids, and I hope we continue to be best friends throughout our life. You have always kept it real with me and told me when I was being an idiot, but with my writing, you did nothing except encourage me. You told me I could do it and when I got frustrated, you listened to me gripe. You have been there from the beginning, and were one of the people who told me I could publish a book back in high school. I finally did it and now this is number three. Can you believe it? I love you.

To the Love Seekers, you’re support means the world. I started my reader group as a place to post what I wanted when I wanted, and it was grown from there. I have found friendships and have fun in that group on a daily basis. Thank you for that, for everything.

To the people in the world who battle autoimmune diseases. We are many and it is a struggle, but you battle it out every day and are my heroes. Keep fighting, and when you can’t fight, lean on your friends. We’ll support you.

To my readers of my books and of my fanfiction, thank you for reading my work and for supporting me. You will forever hold a special place in my heart.

Everyone, thank you for believing in me. Claimed is the next book in the series and should be out later this year. Before that though, I am going to publish my first M/M in June 2017. Look for By the Book in a few months.

  From the author:

I’ve always loved books. Not only creating stories, but reading them as well. Books transport me, and when I was younger, I would run into walls because I refused to put my books down even for a second. Take not, walking while reading is not advised. LOL.

With my books, I dream of sharing my stories with the world. I want others to be transported or to feel the emotions my characters feel. That is my goal. If I can do that for one person, I succeeded.

Getting sick changed me and my life, but it also opened doors that I thought were closed. Today, even though I may not be able to do as much as I once could, I still have my mind, and I can write.
