Whatever You Do

by Stephanie Smith

To all my family and friends. I know I’ve been the worst friend this year. I’ve missed your calls, forgotten to text you back and even cancelled plans. I promise in 2015 and I’m going to be better. (Pinky Swear)

Lauren McKellar, my super magical editor. Seriously, what would I do without you? You’ll probably cringe when reading this because I didn’t have time to have you look at it! LOL You are such a special person Lauren and I’m so glad you’re on my team. What started as a professional relationship has turned into a wonderful friendship. I can’t tell you enough what your support means to me. Encouraging me and calming me down when I’m having a self doubting, mental breakdown. LOL I can’t wait to continue on this journey with you! Love ya lady!!

My beautiful beta readers. This story would not be what it is today without all of you. Telling me what wasn’t working and giving me the tools to make it better. I couldn’t do any of this without you girlies and I love you to bits.

Kristine Barakat (Glass Paper Ink Book Blog), I love you, I love you, I love you! You have become to mean something so special to me and the friendship we have built during this book means the world to me. You are so special lady and I can’t wait for more BIG hugs in the Gold Coast, no matter how uncomfortable it makes you (Insert funny hugging meme here). Larissa Johnston, again, for being awake at all crazy hours like me and helping me with all my middle of the night crises. Jennifer Tovar, (Gypsy Heart Editing), for all your words of encouragement and praise. And of course, for the HUGE box of US treats you sent! Shawnté Borris, (Author), what do I say? You keep me real. Your honesty means the world to me and I know it probably hurts you more than it does me, but I’ve come to rely on it. I hope you’ll agree to Try Again with me! (hehe See what I did there?)

Denise Fackler Van Plew, Louise Da-Nobrega, Courtney Chebat (Now we are both 30! Boo), Laura Barcenas (My sick and twisted meme BFF), Gwendolyn Crute (Gwen The Book Diva), and Louise Evans. I can’t thank you ladies enough for your thoughtful and honest feedback. It’s such an honor to have someone care as much as you do about your story! Love you ladies!

My A is for F*cking Awesome girls. I was so honoured when invited to be a part of your special group. I actually text the Hubster, ‘OMG I just got an official FB message to hang with the cool kids’! LOL I try to keep it really cool in there, but deep down I’m in awe and fangirl a little every time one of you comments to me. LOL I have read all your work and admire you all so much. You girls are the best driving force for me and I strive to be just like you when I grow up!

Between The Sheets Promotions and Natalie, for organising my Cover Reveal, Release Day Blitz and Blog Tour. Thank you for answering all my stupid questions and letting me annoy you with emails constantly over the past few months.

To all the readers and bloggers who read, reviewed, shared teasers and links, and sent kind words of encouragement. I don’t have the words for how grateful I am and for how much it means to me. You guys make the world go round and it still surprises me when you all offer your support and services for little old me!! xo

As always, last and most importantly, my wonderful husband. Josh, I always find this part the hardest. How do I put into words what you mean to me and how much you have shaped me as a person.

I would have nothing without you. We joke about it all the time and you love to tease me, but at the end of the day it’s true.

Not only material things but all the things that really matter. Love, friendship, trust, companionship and support. Our two beautiful girls who worship their Daddy.

You make me a better person, Josh and I love you. It’s as simple as that, and I’ll keep loving you until the end of time!!
