“Den-no-stop!” But it was too late. The pressure in her stomach broke and she was gone. Fluids poured out of her, soaking him. She screamed as her body convulsed, but she just kept peeing. And the fact that he didn’t stop stroking her, made it even worse. She lost all function of speech and even her damn eyesight.

“Oh, shit!” Denzel’s release was right at his tip. He pulled out quickly, grunting loudly, as he spurted his release all over Charm’s round ass. He held himself up above her, still breathing hard, as his body had tremors from the exquisite pleasure.

“Denzel, get off,” Charm groaned. He lifted himself off her back away. She stood and looked at the mess of her release on the bed sheets.

“I told you to stop,” she said, shaking her head. She covered her face as if she was embarrassed.

“What you embarrassed about?” Denzel asked, taking her hands from her face.

“I peed everywhere!” She exclaimed. Denzel smiled, then began laughing.

“Oh, baby girl.” He kissed her forehead. “That wasn’t pee,” he said. “You just squirted.”

“No, I-” Denzel stopped her by turning her around. He reached for a towel and wiped her ass off. Then he turned her around and made her sit on the bed.

  “Lay back,” he ordered.

“What?” Denzel pushed her to lay back and opened her legs. He leaned down and swiped his tongue across her clit. She jumped, but Denzel held her down and continued to suck away at her folds.

“Mhmm,” he groaned. “Don’t taste like pee.” While he worked his tongue back and forth on her clit, he made sure to turn his eyes up at her, so he could look at her. Their eyes connected as the pleasure blossomed over her face.

“That was just cum,” Denzel spoke.

“Shush,” Charm whispered. She forced his head down into her sweet pussy. That was is cue to shut up and keep eating. And so he did. He sucked and twirled his tongue all over her pussy, until she was screaming and coming into his mouth. Then her body went limp. Denzel stood and looked down at her. Her eyes were glazed over.

“I’m never waking you up for sex again,” she said, hazily. Denzel chuckled.

“That’s what happens. I’m gonna go take a shower. My dick is sticky. Wanna join me?”

“If you’re holding me up,” she breathed. Denzel easily picked her up.

“That’s no problem,” he said, as he carried her to the bathroom.

  Chapter Eight

Denzel popped up from bed when he heard the awful sound of someone retching. He looked next to him and the bed was empty. After his shower with Charm, he’d changed the sheets and they’d crawled back into bed together. They’d watched some early morning TV, but then, soon after, they’d fallen asleep again. He didn’t even know what time it was, but the sun was well up and shining through the bedroom window. He jumped out of bed, tripping over the sheets as he rushed to the bathroom. As he expected, Charm was leaning over the toilet, emptying her stomach of its contents.

“Baby girl, what the fuck?” Denzel went over to her as she flushed the toilet. He helped her up.

  “I’m fine,” she replied.

“Don’t give me that bullshit,” he snapped. She went over to the sink so she could wash her mouth out. Denzel stood there watching her as she brushed her teeth.

“Quit scowling,” Charm said, as she put a warm towel to her face. “I had too much food for dinner. And then the sex. I guess this is my body’s response to that.”

“Do you need to see a doctor?” He asked, brushing a stray hair from her face. “I’ll take you to urgent care, I don’t-”

“Relax,” Charm chuckled. “I’m fine. I promise. I just need some tea.”

“I’ll make it for you,” Denzel offered. “You should have told me you didn’t feel well. Waking up to hear you throwing up like that scared me.”

“I’m sorry,” she smiled. “I didn’t want to wake you up…. Again.”

To his word, Denzel made her a big cup of tea and toasted some bread for her. It immediately made her feel better, but she was yearning for some actual food. Denzel hadn’t eaten anything, so after her cup of tea, she got up so she could make him something to eat.

“Hey, Denny, can you get my phone from the bedroom? I have a whole bunch of messages regarding the company that’s been unread. I hope the word hasn’t gotten out that they’re trying to pin this crime on me.”

“I think they’ve been keeping it in tight wraps.” He hurried to the bedroom to get her phone and went back out to her. She had an omelet in the pan, cooking away, when he returned.

“Here, babe,” he said, giving it to her.

“Thanks.” She took the phone, but didn’t look at it. She just placed it on the counter and continued making him his food. They chatted about nothing too serious, as she finished cooking. Then she set a plate in front of him with a stuffed omelet.

“Damn, how many eggs did you use?” He asked.

“A lot,” she smiled. “With tons of cheese and peppers. Eat up.” Compared to his omelet, the one she made herself was tiny. But he figured she didn’t want to upset her stomach again. She sipped on another cup of tea as she ate her omelet. As Denzel ate he couldn’t stop looking at her. She was just so ethereal, doing something so simple as eating. If it wouldn’t have been weird he would have gotten out his sketch book and just started drawing. But then she looked at her phone and a frown immediately replaced her otherwise relaxed expression.

“What’s the matter?” Denzel asked. “Is it something with the company?”

“No, not the company.” She put her phone down and sighed hard before rubbing her eyes.

“I have several messages from Terrell.” Denzel stiffened.

  “Saying what?” Denzel asked.

“Just checking on me,” she shrugged.

“When are you going to serve him the papers?” Denzel asked. He was getting frustrated at just thinking about the man and before that wasn’t the case. But admitted he loved Charm and her feeling the same was making him antsy about her marriage with Terrell. Most of all, he was afraid to lose her to the same man that cheated on her.

“When I get them,” she said. “It costs to get a divorce, you know? I have to pay a fee to get those papers and file the claim. And I don’t think it’s fair to use his money to divorce him.”

“Well, technically, until you do serve him the papers, his money is still your money and your money is his money. But I’ll pay for it Charm.”

“No. I couldn’t ask you to-”

“I may not be a hot shot real estate agent, but I’m not broke either,” Denzel said defensively. Charm didn’t like his tone. It wasn’t what she was used to.

“Now wait a minute,” Charm snapped at him. “The only reason I’m not asking you to pay for it is because it’s unfair. You shouldn’t have to put up money for me to get a divorce. It’s just not right. I’m not that kind of woman, Denzel.”

“Baby, I know you’re not that kind of woman. I’m offering to do it because I’ll do anything to have you.” Charm sighed.

“All I need you to do is support me. And not financially. I’ll get the papers.” Denzel just blew out a deep breath. There wasn’t really much he could say to her. She looked at her phone again.

“I’m gonna go and see him,” she said, lowly. Her statement got the response she figured she would get. Denzel snapped his eyes in her direction.

  “For what?” He gritted.

“I think I owe him a thank you,” She replied. Denzel didn’t respond but she saw the vein under his eye tick.

“He was the one that paid my bail, plus, hired James. Without him, I would probably still be in jail until a trial! I think I can go to him and just thank him.”

“Without him, Charm; me, Brianna, and Jason, were ready to do anything we had to do to get you out. In fact, all three of us was ready to put up our cars for you. So don’t think that Terrell was your only saving grace.” Denzel pushed away from the counter and stood. Before Charm could
stop him, he was already walking back to the bedroom. She stood in the kitchen and shook her head.

“I can’t believe this,” she sighed. They were in love and having a disagreement. She knew their relationship couldn’t be perfect, and this little hiccup proved that they were normal. Plus, they were going to have a lot of hiccups down the road. Especially dealing with Terrell and knowing he wouldn’t go down easy with this divorce.

Charm left the kitchen and went back to the bedroom. Denzel was sitting on the edge of the bed sketching in his pad. She went over to him and peeked down at what he was drawing. Surprisingly, he was starting a portrait of Jason.

  “Why Jason?” Charm questioned.

“He asked me to paint him this elaborate ass portrait of himself. I told him no at first, but his birthday is coming up, so I figured I might as well do it and give it to him as a gift.”

“That’s nice of you,” Charm said. She sat next to him. “I’m sorry for what I said,” Charm told him.

“It’s fine,” he shrugged. Charm grabbed his sketch book from him.

“No, it’s not. Look at me.” He turned and looked at her. “I should have realized how far you’d go to get me out. And it’s not right that I said without Terrell I’d still be locked up. Ever since I split from him, you’ve been my saving grace and I haven’t given you credit for it.”

“Baby, you’ve given me plenty credit. You bless me by allowing me to have your body. And you’ve made me feel something that I’ve been missing in my life.” Charm ran her hands through his locks. She scooted over and climbed onto his lap, straddling him. He put his hands on her ass, holding her securely.

“I know how you feel about Terrell, but still he was the one who did pay my bail, and hired James. And I won’t ever doubt what you’ll do for me Denzel. But I still feel like it’s not right for me to ignore the man that did help me with a tough situation. A situation that he wasn’t obligated to help me with.” Denzel sighed and rested his forehead against hers.

“I know,” He grunted. “I don’t blame you for wanting to thank him. It’s just that-”

“What?” She asked, when she saw his hesitation.

“I’m grateful that you’re out of jail, Charm. But honestly, I felt deficient, because it wasn’t me who could help you. You’ve confided in me and you’ve looked to me to save you from Terrell’s shit, and it just notched my pride down a little to know that he was the one that came to your rescue this time. We all know he wants you back, Charm. And I just had this feeling that you would come to your senses, realizing that I can’t do much for you. But he can.” Charm’s mouth opened as she shook her head. She didn’t realize how insecure he felt. And she never wanted him to feel that way.

“There’s a lot of things Terrell can do for me. But it all has to do with his money,” Charm stated. “I’m a painter for, Pete’s sake. The last thing I care about is loads of money and being bought all the material things in the world, that mean nothing to me. That’s what Terrell did for me. He didn’t care about what made me happy. And that’s where you come in, Denzel. You don’t have to feel deficient. You give me what matters to me most. And that’s what I care about. I’m going to thank Terrell, but that’s it. If he think he’s gonna make his way back to my heart with bailing me out of jail, or trying to throw more money at me, he’s got it all wrong.” She pecked at his lips, trying to drive all his insecurities away.

“It’s not my place to tell you what you can and can’t do anyway,” Denzel said. “So if you wanna see him, you have the right to.”

“Well, you can tell me what I can and can’t do, but it’s still ultimately up to me if I want to listen,” she smiled. “But I want you to come with me.”

“Uh, no,” Denzel stood, keeping her in his arms. “Last time I went there, I wanted to strangle the guy. And I don’t think I can manage being around him right now. He gets under my skin.”

“But I may need you to be my rock again,” Charm said.

“Baby girl, you’re strong as they come. And I honestly think you and him need to have a private talk.”

“Alright then, we will. What will you do in the meantime, until I get back?”

“Well, I think I’ll go to the gallery and work on more material for out art classes and events.”

“Right. We do have some stuff coming up. Thankfully.”

“Go on and get dressed, I’ll drop you to the hospital and go to the gallery.”

“Right. Cops still got my damn car.” Charm shook her head. “This is such bullshit.” Denzel kissed her forehead.

“Don’t worry your pretty little head.” Charm grinded herself against Denzel’s groin.

“Speaking of pretty little heads,” she said. Denzel smiled wickedly at her.

“Last time I checked, there was nothing little about my head.” She wasn’t wearing underwear, thankfully, so he easily maneuvered the crotch of her shorts out of the way while she pulled down the front of his boxer briefs. He lifted her up a little to align her opening with his shaft. She shuddered, as he began stretching her as he filled her up.

“Not small at all,” she gasped, as he continued to plunge into her. He stumbled towards the wall and placed her up against it as his hips began pumping frantically.

“You remember this when you go and see him,” Denzel growled in her ear. “You remember the way I fuck you.” He put his hand around her neck, and squeezed just enough, to get a deep moan out of her.

“The way I make you come,” he gritted. And just as he said that, Charm was exploding around his shaft. Lights flashed behind her closed eyes. She could never forget the way Denzel made her orgasm. Terrell never disappointed when they had sex. But Denzel, there was just something different about the man. And Charm wanted nothing but to keep him in her life.

  Chapter Nine

Terrell sat quietly, as the nurse checked his vitals and then cleaned his wound. His chest still burned, but he was honestly ready to go home. The hospital walls in the room where he stayed were getting dreary. He missed his own bed, the food Charm cooked him, and laying with her. Being here, he had a lot of time to think. When was the last time he even held his wife? When was the last time he kissed her deeply?

“Oh, Charm,” Terrell shook his head. The nurse looked up at him.

“You miss your wife?” She asked.

  “More than anything,” he replied.

“Where’s that other woman that’s been here with you?”

“She’s supposed to be getting her ultrasound right now.” That was the only ounce of happiness that sparked in his heart. He was going to have his baby. Even if it was the wrong woman, he was being blessed with something that he’d wanted for a long time.

“I’m sure everything will work out for itself soon. And soon you’ll be out of here too.”

“When will that be?” Terrell questioned. “Besides from the occasional pain, I can deal with everything at home.”

“Yes, but you have to be further monitored for clots and bleeding out.”

  “Look, I don’t want-”

“I see you’re still giving the nurses trouble.” Terrell snapped his head up so hard he felt his neck crack. Standing at the door to the room, Charm looked like she literally, dropped out of Heaven. She was wearing a floral wrap dress that hugged her body. The top dipped elegantly, showing just the right amount of chest. The dress stopped just above her knee and had a split that showed off one of her creamy, glowing thighs. Then to top it off, her makeup was light and bright and she was wearing blocked heels perfect for the dress and it being the afternoon. Destiny would have probably overdone it with stilettos or something, just to show off. But Charm always had style. And she always knew how to look the right part. That’s one of the things that Terrell loved about her. He was never embarrassed to be seen with her out in public, and often time, his own coworkers and friends were jealous he’d had her.

“Charm,” Terrell said. His mouth was so dry he had to reach for his cup of water to get some
fluids in his mouth. But how could he not have that type of reaction, when she was standing at the door looking like a goddess, and he was still cooped up in a hospital bed.

“Hi,” she smiled at him, and it was as if he’d never hurt her in the first place. There wasn’t a lick of hurt in her expression, and he was beginning to hope that maybe she was finally getting over the whole situation.

“Hey, Mrs. Robinson,” the nurse greeted.

“Bradley,” Charm corrected her. Terrell’s heart dropped to his gut. “Ms. Bradley. Or you can just call me Charm, honestly,” Charm shrugged. Clearly, if she was still rejecting his last name, then she wasn’t over the situation.

“Right,” the nurse smiled. “I’ll remember that. But, Terrell isn’t giving that much trouble. Let me get the doctor though so you can have an update on his condition.” She hurried out of the room leaving Charm and Terrell alone.

“I didn’t think you’d come see me,” Terrell said.

“I figured I owed it to you. I really appreciate you sending James to help me and bailing me out. Thank you, Terrell.” Terrell shrugged.

“You’re still my wife Charm. I’d do anything for you.” Charm didn’t want to keep beating a dead horse, so instead of bringing up his infidelities, she just nodded at him.

  “I’m sure,” she responded.

“For a woman that spent a night in jail, you look… You look beautiful,” he said, gazing at her. Charm looked at him, and she wanted to feel the love that they proclaimed to each other when they said their vows, but it just wasn’t there. At least, for her, it wasn’t. Truly, she’d fallen out of love with him.

  “Thank you, Terrell,” she smiled.

“Sit down,” He offered, moving over on the bed so she could sit at the edge. She did just that, facing him.

“I’m glad you’re not afraid to get close to me,” he said. Charm chuckled.

“I was never afraid of you, Terrell. Especially not physically. You haven’t given me a reason to be.” With her sitting close, he could smell her perfume. But it wasn’t the perfume he was used to her wearing. It was a different scent that really gave precedent to the fact that Charm was not the same woman anymore.
