“What?”
“Yes, I was coming here to tell you that, I’ve got the office set up virtually, Chelle and the others will be here, the shows are all booked for the summer. We’ll have to re-think this after the tour but…well anyway, yes!”
He swept her up in a hug and spun her around, kissed her on the lips, and put her back down. He turned and walked to the center of the stage and stood in the spotlight. Turning for a moment, before the curtain lifted he mouthed “thank you”, then he turned to face his fans.
