From This Moment

What the fuck!
“Are you mad?”
“Jake, you’re the boy so it will be better coming from you.” Anna grins.
“It was your idea.” I return her grin.
“Oh, whatever.” She turns and drags a chuckling Beth with her. “We’ll see you at the house for our own celebration of their wedding.”
“We’ll be there.” Elise slips her hand inside my shirt and caresses over my stomach.
“That was sweet.” Lifting my shirt, Elise kisses my quivering stomach. “You’re hot when you’re being sweet.” She kisses my slowly rising dick through the denim. “I think . . .”
I grab her arms, pulling her up to my mouth, and seal her lips with mine before she has a chance of opening my zipper.
“I’m taking you out to lunch.” I nibble down her neck. “Then we’re going to purchase a large bed.” I squeeze her bottom, pulling her in to feel the bulge behind my zipper. “We’re going to choose one in stock and we’re going to pay a fortune to get it delivered today and put up.” I grind against her and watch as her eyes go dreamy. “And then I’m going to make love to you all night in our home, on our new bed.”
“Mmm. I love the sound of that.”
“I love you, babe.”
Then without another word, I release her, and making sure she’s steady on her feet, I drag her out the door.
Chapter 35
Rona
Waking up on my wedding day with my groom asleep on his side beside me feels wonderful and fills my stomach with butterflies.
We’ve been here, on an island in the Maldives, for a week so far, having the most amazing time. In fact, I didn’t think it was possible to fall even more in love with Cade, but I have. He’s my other half. I’m complete.
During our week here, we have been strolling up and down the six kilometers of coastline. We’ve been swimming in the ocean daily, and I absolutely love the parasailing. Although, I think Cade nearly had a coronary watching me up there.
But the highlight up until this morning has been the sunset trip. We visited a deserted island surrounded by the Indian Ocean and the coral reefs. Cade took me snorkeling in the lovely, warm sea and we saw lots of colorful marine life. In fact, we even saw a turtle, which surprised me.
The evening meal was served on the beach before we headed back to the resort. It was a lovely romantic evening.
I climb out of bed slowly, so as not to disturb Cade, and head to my suitcase to remove the small package I’d bought before leaving Jackson Hole.
Checking that Cade is still asleep, I walk into the bathroom, then lock the door before quietly unwrapping the package.
According to the instructions I should have the result in a few minutes. So getting down to business, I pee on the stick and keep my fingers crossed.
My period is eight days late and I’ve never been late in my life before. I’m really hoping that I’m pregnant with Cade’s child. I only hope he’ll be as happy as I will be.
Closing my eyes and taking a deep breath, I turn the stick over before opening my eyes.
Oh my god. Oh my god.
Pregnant!
Shit, do I rush in and tell Cade or wait until we’re married?
Tell him now.
Taking another deep breath, trying not to let my excitement show, I walk back toward the bed. I look over to Cade, who’s lying on his side, wide-awake, propped on an elbow and staring at me with deep love and affection.
“Come back to bed. I just want to hold you.”
“That would be nice.” I climb back into bed and into Cade’s arms.
Tell him now.
“Cade?”
“Yes?”
“You know how we haven’t been using birth control?” At this he stills and tilts my chin up to look into my eyes.
I see all his love for me, which gives me the courage I need to tell him. “I’m pregnant. We’re going to have a baby.”
Silence. He presses his forehead against mine, and whispers, “Thank you. I love you. You’ve made me the happiest guy in the world today, not only are you going to become my wife, but we are going to have a baby, too.” He closes his eyes and when he opens them, they seem to be swimming in tears.
“Are you really all right with me being pregnant?” I try to hold back my own tears of joy.
“Oh, sweetheart, I’m more than all right. I just hope it’s a little girl who looks just like her mama.”
I’m crying openly now so Cade pulls me into his arms, stroking my back. “I’m so happy Cade, and I feel as though I’m dreaming.”
“If we’re dreaming then I don’t want to wake up.”
“I’m so excited I could burst. Rona Matthews. I like the sound of that.”
“Not as much as I do.” Cade kisses me.
Cade
I’m going to be a dad again and this time it’s with Rona. The woman I love with all my heart.
Standing under the wedding pergola, decorated with hundreds of fresh flowers, my stomach is in a tight knot awaiting Rona’s arrival.
I haven’t seen her since this morning when she was whisked away by two of the resort staff, taking her for the full ‘bride to be’ treatments. Whatever they are.
Before we left Jackson Hole, I’d asked Rona what she wanted me to wear today. She chose white linen trousers with a granddad style linen shirt in pale green. To match my eyes, she said. I’ve had a bit of trouble getting the flower for my buttonhole to stay put because I’m not wearing a blazer, but providing I don’t make any sudden movements, it shouldn’t be a problem.
Looking back toward the entrance of the pergola, I see a vision in white, offering me a nervous smile.
I’m so lucky. She looks amazing.
Walking toward me, I can’t take my eyes from her. She’s wearing a long white dress, fitted to her curves, its loose neck falling between her breasts.
Around her throat she’s wearing the diamond teardrop pendant I purchased from the jewelers in Dubai, along with matching earrings.
Her hair has been curled and hangs down her back with the front swept up from her face, and jeweled clips holding it in place.
There is only one word to describe her. Stunning.
Rona
Walking toward Cade, he looks agitated until he turns around and spots me. Then, he goes completely relaxed and I see his eyes fill with love and excitement.
He looks so handsome in his linen shirt and trousers.
Now, standing in front of Cade, Lalaina, the wedding planner for the resort, takes my orchid bouquet and lays it on a table, allowing Cade to take hold of my hands, kissing my knuckles. “You look stunning.”
I smile. “You don’t look so bad yourself.”
Clearing his throat as he waits for us to turn toward him, the Master of Ceremonies begins our wedding vows.
Before I know it, we are exchanging our rings. Cade bought my wedding band at the same time as my engagement ring. He’d forgotten to buy himself one, so we’d taken a trip to the jewelers in Dubai to correct that.
As he slides the band on my finger, looking into my eyes he says, “Rona, wear this ring as a sign of our faithful love. In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.”
Then it’s my turn. I slip his ring in place and say, “Cade, wear this ring as a sign of our faithful love. In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.”
Then the Master of Ceremonies says, “Cade and Rona, you have exchanged vows and rings, and consented to marry in the presence of this company. By the authority vested in me, I pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride.”
“At last!”
Stepping in close to me, Cade wraps his arms around me. “Hello, Mrs. Matthews.” Smiling, he presses his lips to mine. Opening my mouth to him, he tastes me and I move even closer, my arms around his neck, only to have the Master of Ceremonies coughing again.
We pull apart laughing, before signing the marriage license and thanking ev
eryone for making this day perfect.
Lalaina comes over, leading us to the golf buggy, decorated with flowers for the ceremony.
We’re heading back to our villa where we’re going to eat a meal we have already ordered, along with a cream, strawberry and chocolate meringue concoction I ordered instead of a wedding cake.
Cade
“Mrs. Matthews, Mrs. Rona Matthews,” Rona’s whispers to herself.
I laugh. “Do you like your new name, sweetheart?”
“Oh, yes.”
“And I love Mrs. Cade Matthews.” I grin at the look on Rona’s face, as she hadn’t thought of that one.
“My wife.”
“Wow, this is amazing. Can we have a party when Jake and Elise get back from their honeymoon? Along with Anna, Beth and their families, to celebrate our wedding?”
“I think that can be arranged.”
“Before we eat, let’s see if we can get Jake on Skype. I want the girls to see me in my wedding finery.”
“All right, how are you feeling?” I smooth my hand over her stomach.
“I feel like the luckiest woman alive right now. I have a husband whom I love with all my heart and I’m pregnant with his child. What more could I want?”
Arriving back at our villa, I tell Lalaina to give us fifteen minutes, before they start to serve us our wedding dinner.
After calling Jake to tell him to log on to Skype, we finally connect to not just Jake, but Elise, Anna, Beth, their husbands and kids as well. This brings tears to Rona’s eyes and I feel myself getting all choked up.
“Looking at your faces, does this mean congratulations are in order?” Jake asks, grinning with his arms wrapped around Elise.
“I’m now officially Mrs. Cade Matthews,” Rona announces, flashing her hand for all to see. Pulling her back into me, I steal a quick kiss, which has everyone cheering from home.
“Is everyone all right back there?” I ask.
“Everything is fine, Dad. Don’t worry about anything. We have it covered. Just enjoy your time with Rona.”
“Hiya, Rona. I’ve been telling Honey Bee about you getting married. She misses you,” says Gaby.
“I’ll be home in a week. Perhaps when I get back you’d like to go riding with me and your grandpa?”
“Yeah! Yes please.” Gaby dances around.
“Oh, by the way, ladies, I went shopping in Dubai. Lingerie! Do I need to say more?” Rona teases my daughters and Elise.
“Shit, it’s not like the,” Jake coughs, “dress, is it?”
“Jake, whatever do you mean?” We both laugh now. “There is even less material to what I’m bringing back for the three ladies. In fact, I refused to let your father in the shop with me. I thought it might be too much for him with me buying things for his daughters and daughter-in-law.”
“Oh my God, guys. You better stock up on condoms,” Jake whispers, so that the kids don’t overhear him.
“All right, we’re going to go and eat now, but we’ll see you all in a week.” I try to bring the conversation to an end.
“Hang on Dad. We have something to tell you,” Anna says.
“Go ahead.”
Is Jake blushing?
Anna takes a deep breath. “We realize that Rona is, um, younger than you and that she might want children.” At this my heart starts beating wildly. What the hell is coming next? I chance a glance at Rona, hoping that what my children say won’t upset her as she’s already pregnant.
Taking hold of Rona’s hand and linking our fingers together, I say, “Go ahead, Anna, it’s okay.” I try to keep my voice calm.
“Okay, well what we want to say is, well it’s like this . . .”
“Shit, Anna just spit it out will you?” Jake snaps, frustration clear on his face.
“What she’s trying to say Dad, is that, if Rona wants children, then that’s fine with us,” Jake tells us.
“We know you don’t need our permission, but remembering the ‘birds and the bees’ talk you gave us, we figured we’d get this out of the way and tell you first before you have something to tell us, sort of like a verbal wedding present,” Beth finishes.
I look at Rona and she mouths, ‘yes’ to me.
“Well that’s good, because that’s what’s going to be happening in about eight months’ time,” I announce, with a big grin on my face.
“How did that happen?” Beth asks.
“The usual way. Perhaps we need more practice to refresh your memory,” Mack tells his wife, to everyone’s amusement.

After the Skype call with the Matthews’ clan back in Jackson Hole, we have a lovely meal prepared for us in our villa, followed by coffee and the dessert I’d ordered instead of a wedding cake. The dessert is made up of chocolate dipped meringues, layered with strawberries and cream. It’s delicious and melts in my mouth.
I’ve just showered and I’m now waiting for Cade to join me for our wedding night, while I admire my perfect rings.
Walking up behind me, Cade puts his arms around me and I snuggle into his embrace.
“Come to bed, my wife.”
I smile and let him lead me by the hand over to the bed. Cade pulls the cover down so it’s all ready to climb in.
Undoing the belt of my robe, he removes it and his own, dropping them on the chair next to the bed.
Sitting on the bed, he pulls me between his legs, kissing my stomach as his hands caress my bottom and the back of my legs. “You’re exquisite.”
He pulls me in even closer and wraps his arms around my waist. My hands go into his hair while I massage his scalp, feeling him shiver.
After a minute or two, I move slightly and straddle his legs. With a slight push, he falls backward onto the bed while I move up and straddle his hips.
He has me so wet. This happens every time we’re together.
Leaning over, I lick his nipples, moving up to his collarbone and his neck, and then his ear, nibbling his lobe. He shudders and arches off the bed.
His cock is snug between the folds of my sex, and as I sit up they spread open around his shaft. I slide up and down along him, spreading my wetness all over him, tingling all over with desire for my husband.
Cade grabs hold of my hips and grinds up against me. He’s watching me through heavily lidded eyes so I reach between us and smooth my thumb over the tip of him. He groans. Moving down his length, I take a firmer hold and position him at the opening of my sex. Holding there, I take a deep breath to try and slow down. I realize Cade is as worked up as I am.
“Brace yourself, husband.”
“You’re going to kill me, wife.”
Then I drop down on him. He touches base inside me.
Cade
Shit, I thought I was going to blow when she slammed down onto me. I’m probably two strokes away.
Looking up at the goddess on top of me, I start moving my hips slowly as she rides me.
Holding onto Rona’s hips, I help her to move up and down, and feeling close, I push up into a sitting position. Wrapping her up in my arms, I kiss her with everything I have while still moving inside her.
The loving is slow, and as the passion starts to rise between us, I hold Rona down on me, and grind her against me.
“Oh . . . oh . . . Oh, God, Cade,” Rona moans, throwing her head back, flooding my cock with her release.
Her muscles tightening around me sends me into an orbit of my own. My cum hits against her walls as I release more and more milky cream. The more she grinds on me, the more she’s wringing out of me.
By the time we still, our breathing is uneven and Rona collapses against my chest, wrapping her arms around my neck. I tighten my arms around her waist and keep her connected to me, even as my limp dick starts to slide out of her.
Catching my breath, I lie down with her still in my arms and slip free from her luscious body.
After a few minutes of just holding each other, I tease her, “You have realized that twins run in my family, right?”
She pulls back and meets my gaze. “I know Anna and Jake are twins, but I never gave it a thought.”
“Well, I guess twins are more of a bet for us. Both my parents had a twin.”
“Oh, shit.” She giggles. “I did want maybe two children. I just wasn’t expecting to have them at the same time.”
“I love you, Mrs. Matthews.”
“I love you too, Mr. Matthews.”
Epilogue ~ 7 Months Later
Rona
It’s good to finally be back home with my family.
I really don’t like hospitals and I really, really missed my husband and lying in his arms at night.
It’s also great not being like a beached whale anymore. Cade kept telling me I was gorgeous and he would kiss my stomach all the time, but I was huge.
Our twin sons arrived during the early hours of the morning four days ago and although they were three weeks early, they were healthy birth weights at 5.62lb. and 6.12lb.
Gosh, twin sons, Cody and Travis. They’re non-identical, and they already have their dad and half-brother Jake wrapped around their little fingers.
Sitting on the sofa with my feet up, I smile at Jake and Elise, who are cuddling our bundles of joy. Elise is five months pregnant, also with twins, and she’s the happiest I’ve ever seen her. Well, apart from on their wedding day, which happened about five months back. She was a beautiful bride, and Jake looked so handsome in his dress blues.
Jake, bless him, had been so stressed the night I was in labor before I left for the hospital. Heaven help him when it’s Elise’s turn. I think he’s going to need a lot more support than Cade needed.
Hearing the doorbell chime, I watch as Cade opens the door.
“Rona, how are you?” Grace asks on entering the house with a guy I haven’t seen before. I presume it must be Jason, who she’s been away with this weekend. Grace has been through a lot these past few months, because of the trouble Tom, her brother, and my ex fiancé, Nick caused.
