  DENA HANKINS (denahankins.net) writes aboard her boat, preferably in a quiet anchorage. Previously a sex educator, she writes erotica and romances spanning the queer alphabet. Her novels—Lysistrata Cove, Heart of the Liliko’i, and Blue Water Dreams—are erotic romance with queer and trans leads.

  THEDA HUDSON’s steamy erotica presses the boundaries of sex in Best Lesbian Erotica 2011 & 2015, Best Lesbian Romance 2011 & 2012, Best Women’s Erotica of the Year, Volume 1, and her contemporary erotic fairy-tale novel, Dyke Valiant.

  VICTORIA JANSSEN’s (victoriajanssen.com) The Duke and the Pirate Queen is set in the same universe as her first novel, The Duchess, Her Maid, The Groom and Their Lover, which might be the only Harlequin featuring a sex scene with eunuchs.

  ANNABETH LEONG (Twitter @AnnabethLeong) is frequently confused about her sexuality but enjoys searching for answers. She is the author of Untouched and the short-story collection Liquid Longing, and the editor of MakerSex: Erotic Stories of Geeks, Hackers, and DIY Projects.

  CARA PATTERSON is a Scottish writer who has been writing since she learned her letters. She has a particular weakness for historical fiction and continues her love-hate relationship with in-depth international historical research.

  JANELLE RESTON (janellereston.com) is a pansexual powerhouse who loves watching the X-Files and making sexual innuendos. Her erotica and romances have appeared in numerous anthologies. She lives in a northern lake town with her partner and their black cats.

  AMANDA RODRIGUEZ is a queer, first-generation Cuban-American and an environmental activist living in North Carolina. She holds an MFA from Queens University in Charlotte. Her writing can be found in Germ Magazine, Pine Mountain Sand & Gravel, Mud Season Review, Rigorous, and Stoneboat Literary Journal.

  PASCAL SCOTT is the pseudonym of a Decatur, Georgia– based writer whose work has appeared in Harrington Lesbian Literary Quarterly; Thunder of War, Lightning of Desire; Through the Hourglass: Lesbian Historical Romance; Order Up: A Menu of Lesbian Romance and Erotica; and Unspeakably Erotic: Lesbian Kink. Her first novel, Hard Limits, was recently published by Blackout Books.

  A. D. SONG is a femme dyke who can be found in her natural habitat of used bookstores and bakeries. She is a writer, an artist, and a professional tease. Her inspirations include her community, kink, and one particular whip-wielding butch.

  ANNA WATSON queers the suburbs west of Boston and loves to take part in a good anthology like this one, or Me and My Boi, Best Lesbian Erotica 2015, No Safewords, Sometimes She Lets Me, and their ilk. A recent venture is Laz-E-Femme Press.
