  "ODION!"

My back arched and Odion pressed his forehead against my shoulder and growled loudly as he thrust one last time.

  "CELESTIA!"

His body stilled, and I felt his hot load fill me, shot after shot. He released my hands, but I was too weak to move, my body still trembling from the intensity of that orgasm.

It took me a moment before I could unhook my legs from Odion's waist, but he remained deep inside me as we both continued to catch our breath.

I opened my eyes and saw Odion's watery ones. I sat up slightly and used one hand to support myself and lifted the other to press against his cheek.

"You're okay. You are safe right here with me, your Blessed Love. You didn't hurt me," I whispered to him and he slowly nodded.

I gave him a tender kiss and hooked my arm around his neck before lifting the other to give him a tight hug.

He wrapped his arms around my lower waist and held my weight, holding me tightly against him as he quietly cried.

I knew it would take time to heal those open wounds he hid so well from the outside world, but I wouldn't leave his side. I'd help him heal and we had all the time in the world.

Odion was mine, and I wouldn't let his past destroy his beautiful soul.

"I miss Momo. The house is too quiet," I mumbled.

Moving the black stool I'd been using as a temporary ladder to the wall just below the window, I sat down and used the ledge of the window to rest my elbows.

Once comfortable, I began to swing my legs up and down while I stared at Odion who was pulling a shirt out of his drawer.

"You sound like a mom," Odion replied, and I noticed the slight grin on his lips.

He lifted his arms to slide the black shirt on and I couldn't help but pout my lips in disappointment.

Not by his comment, but for him hiding his glorious body under his plain black shirt.

  "I do not," I whined.

He arched an eyebrow at me and looked so playful at that moment that I couldn't help but blush and look away.

  "Okay, maybe a little."

Odion and I had spent the remaining four days before the final week of preparations alone.

Everyone else was busy setting everything up so it would be perfect and since Momo was having a good time with Arielle who was doing "Mommy" duties and Aaron was doing a full sweep around the Dark World, Odion and I were allowed to relax.

It was the perfect chance for me to get to know little bits about Odion. I'd yet to get him to sing, but I did find out he used to play the piano when he was small and would tease Orion about it since he was horrible at it.

In only three days, I could see a big difference in Odion.

He was still shy and tried to avoid certain subjects he was uncomfortable with, but when he did talk about things he enjoyed, his whole expression would light up and he wouldn't try as much to hide what made him happy.

The morning we'd had sex, both of us had cuddled and talked for a long time after. It wasn't anything regarding the torture he'd experienced with his "teacher," but how he'd arrived in the Dark World.

He explained how Esme had essentially raised him and helped him through his struggles. She wasn't an expert, and at times, he pushed her away and said really mean things he regretted, but she never fell for his rebellious actions.

Momo helped him a lot too. Having her to hold at night helped with a lot of the nightmares, but he had insomnia for long periods of times.

It was why he always looked tired.

We talked until I was dozing off, and when I woke up, he was fast asleep. I didn't move until I literally would have peed the bed, but he didn't even stir.

The remaining two nights, he'd slept straight through. He said it could have been because I was cuddling him. I was simply happy that he was sleeping well.

It was now Monday, and we were heading back to the Light World. Weirdly enough, I was going to miss the Dark World.

It really grew on me, and I'd gotten used to the dark side of everything. It wasn't scary anymore, even outside with its pitch blackness.

The purple flames did help when you wanted to walk around and explore which was what we did yesterday.

I wished we had time to visit one of the cities Odion said was close by, but that would be for another visit.

The final week of preparations would be intense and need our 100% focus.

Odion walked over to where I continued to swing my legs that didn't reach the floor. He glanced at my thighs, and a grin formed on his lips as his lilac eyes softened.

"Does the second mark still hurt?" he questioned.

I was wearing black shorts that would go under the fluffy shirt Odion had made with my dark purple v neck shirt, but they were short enough to show both his blessed marks, one on each thigh.

"It didn't necessarily hurt. More like it was really sensitive," I admitted, lowering my eyes to the right thigh. "I think it’s fine now."

Odion reached out and trailed his finger along the mark and I shivered at his touch.

"Still sensitive," I mumbled, but Odion merely smirked and leaned forward till our lips barely touched.

"Seeing my blessed mark on you makes me really happy."

His husky voice made me lick my bottom lip. "Me too."

He closed the distance between us and I lifted my right hand to press against his left cheek.

  "Bibibibibibi."

We broke the kiss and turned toward the door that was still closed.

"Huh? I swear I heard Momo," I mumbled.

Odion tilted his head slightly and sighed.

"You did." He turned back to give me one quick kiss. He stepped away and headed to the door while I slipped off the stool and fixed my ponytail as I stared curiously at the door. My ears picked up on a sigh that definitely wasn't Odion's.

  "BiBo?"

"We're hiding. I wanna see if they're making out. No, better yet? Odion would take every advantage he had with his alone time. I have hope in him that he'll move to next base. Then I can be his best man and get cake."

  "Bibibibibibi."

"I'll share my cake with you."

I almost snickered at the conversation. Odion reached for the doorknob but looked back at me, revealing his amused expression.

He opened the door and a tall man stood at the doorway, holding Momo in his hands.

My eyes fluttered a few times and I gawked at the person.

  Holy Darkness...

"BIBO!" Momo wiggled out of the stranger's hold, my guess was Aaron, and completely ignored Odion who watched her run straight to me.

  "Bibibibi!"

"I missed you too, Momo. How was your time with Arielle and the others?" I smiled and crouched down to hug her.

As I lifted her up she sang happily, and I brought her close to my face so she could press her forehead against mine.

  "Bibo Bibo."

"Aww, you missed me?" I clarified, but I knew in my gut that was what she'd said.

  "Bibibibi."

"Wow, Odion. Your own familiar didn't even acknowledge you. Must hurt."

  "Fuck off, cake stealer."

"Who said I stole your non-existent cake?'

"I heard you. You can't have my cake. It's mine."

"You have such a sweet tooth. I swear if you add one more sugar in your coffee, I'll die from diabetes."

"You aren't even the one drinking it."

"Well, it'll transfer to me because I'm your best friend and will take the fall for you."

  "Go fall somewhere else."

"What kind of harsh Dark Rider are you? You're supposed to be thanking me!"

"You did nothing but spy. Don't think I didn't know you were there."

"Just imagine you didn't sense me and I let you have alone time! I could have come back early."

"Ya right! You probably got lost and shit."

Momo and I both stared at them as they continued to argue, and it literally reminded me of how Finn and Hunter would fight.

; "I wonder if they even listen to themselves as they argue," I mused.

"Bibo," Momo replied, wondering the same.

The two of them stopped and blushed.

"See? Always embarrassing me in front of new people."

"You're the weird one." Odion huffed and glanced at Momo. "Welcome back, Momo."

Momo blinked and began to wiggle out of my hold. I decided to save her the waddling trip and walked over to the two men and handed Momo to Odion.

"BiBo!" Momo snuggled against Odion and began talking in long sentences.

"I'm glad you liked it there. Hmm." Odion lifted Momo up for a second and pouted his lips. I followed his gaze and noticed something different.

"Did Momo get bigger? Or is it just me?" I asked.

"A bit. She's definitely taller," Odion noted.

"Didn't you send her to chill with those familiars? Her growth could have started back up again from being around them more often. You said there was a phoenix who's like her familiar mom," the stranger suggested.

  "True," Odion replied.

"You mean my familiar, Arielle," I clarified, and the stranger stared right into my eyes.

"Ah, yes. I got the info from Esme and saw her once. Haven't seen a phoenix-hybrid befo..." He trailed off and reached out to my hair.

I frowned and felt him poke at my ponytail.

"What are you doing?" I asked. "And Odion, you didn't introduce him."

"Oh… right." Odion held Momo with one hand as he reached out to slap the stranger's arm. "Stop poking her hair tie without permission," he growled.

"Oh, you're all defensive already. Did you two bond?"

We both blushed and Momo began to sing. The stranger chuckled and crossed his arms. "I deserve a best friend award."

"I hate you. Don't come to my wedding," Odion grumbled.

"Oh don't be like that. Save me a piece of cake." The stranger cleared his throat and turned back to me.

"Can I ask a quick question?"

  "Sure," I replied.

"Where'd you get that hair tie?"

"Huh? Momo got it from Hunter," I replied earnestly.

  "Bibo!" Momo replied.

"It smells like Aaron?" Odion tilted his head in confusion.

The man smirked, and I finally saw the resemblance.

"No way… you're not..." I trailed off as he took a step back to bow to me.

"Aaron McGinty, Guardian of the Dark World. It's an honor to meet the future Heir and Odion's girlfriend."

  "CELESTIA, BRUUUU!"

"Ah! Wait, Arielle, I have Momo, umph!"

  "Bibibibibibi."

I groaned but began to laugh with Momo as we both looked up at Arielle who looked as happy as ever.

  "You're finally back."

"Yes, but we can't delay," I reminded her, leaning up to kiss her nose. "And I missed you, my amazing familiar. You did an excellent job."

Arielle blushed and beamed a wide smile. "Yeah, Bru! I got praised by my Mistress."

She got off me and picked up Momo. "Momo! Mommy Arielle missed you. Let's go annoy Axel before the others come."

By the time I got up, Arielle was long gone with Momo in her arms, the two of them singing away.

Wow. She really is into taking care of Momo.

"Celestia." I turned to see my mother and all four of my dads. I couldn't contain my excitement. I took a quick glance at Odion who nodded in encouragement and I raced towards them.

My mom stepped forward and I crashed into her. "Mom! I'm back."

She immediately broke into sobs, holding me nice and tight in a hug. "My brave, sweet daughter."

"Don't cry, Mom." I continued to hug her and whispered. "Thank you for asking for me."

That just made her cry harder, and I let my own tears fall.

I had to tell her now, especially with how unpredictable the next week was going to be. Now that I was back, I was putting everyone at risk, even though Odion was cloaking my energy the best he could.

The sooner we got this over and done with the better, but from this moment onward, every action counted towards the final outcome of this battle.

After my moment with Mom, I moved onto my dads. Each of them looked relieved as I hugged them. They each praised me for my strength, knowledge, patience, and open-mindedness, right before Harrison started saying how I got all those skills from him, which led to the four of them to arguing and Mother having to scold them.

Clearly, I'd gotten all those genes from her. Or that’s what she told them.

Once they had settled their little dispute, Mother instructed that I'd meet them in the battle room to get me fitted for a different set of armor.

My old armor wouldn't be a good match now that I also carried dark magic and would need to be altered. Esme recommended the change and would be able to help with some of the pieces and let Momo bring them up to add to the final ensemble.

They soon left me alone and the guys finally arrived.

"Celestia!" Caio and Cairus cheered together and were the first to tackle me.

"Caio! Cairus! I missed you guys. Did you race here?" I giggled and watched them pull back to catch their breaths.

  "Maybe," they both replied.

"They did. See, can't even be romantic and kiss Celestia after not seeing her for almost a month. I thought I was gonna die."

I grinned at Finn who reached my side and immediately wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed me.

"Where did he get the sudden confidence from?" Theo sighed.

"Please. He was crying every night, soaking his damn pillow. I had to do laundry every day," Hunter muttered, and I snickered, breaking the kiss as Finn groaned.

"Hunter! You're making me look totally uncool dammit!" Finn huffed. He turned back to me and gave me one quick peck on my lips.

"I'll bother you when we get inside. I'm gonna punch Hunter for making me look like a fool. I missed you, Cutie Pie."

"I missed you too, Lucky Charms." I smiled and gave him another hug. Once he walked back to pester Hunter, Theo strode forward and embraced me.

"Welcome back, Celestia." He whispered against my neck and kissed his blessed mark. I bit my lip hard to hold back my moan.

"You're such a tease," I mumbled. "And I missed you, Theo. You're okay?"

I was referring to his need for blood. Since I wasn't around, he must have been starving. I had gotten Miona to draw some blood before the last trial to make sure if anything happened, Theo would be okay.

"I'm perfectly fine. Thank you for reserving some packs for me." He leaned back to kiss me and I smiled against his lips, kissing him right back.

"Why is everyone getting first dibs before us?" Caio mumbled.

"I know. We were here first," Cairus muttered.

"Because you two were out of breath and would fail at kissing her."

We all turned to Odion who'd answered and just stared at the twins with a bored expression.

Uh oh. How is this gonna go down?

The twins stared at Odion before slowly turning to Orion who walked towards us, leaving Hunter and Finn to their quarreling.

"Welcome back, you two," Orion greeted with a smile. Theo moved out of our embrace and began to look back and forth between Odion, who remained in his spot, and Orion, who stopped in front of me.

I smiled and stepped forward to give him a hug. "Hey, Blessed Love. Sorry for being an ass to you before."

"Hmm. To be honest, it was a bit hot," Orion admitted and hugged me back.

"And you say I'm weird," Odion grumbled and Orion smirked. After giving me a quick kiss, he walked over to his brother and stood in front of him. Odion was glancing at the grass.

"Are you gonna keep being grumpy?"

  "Maybe."

Orion sighed and reached out to ruffle Odion's hair.

"Stop being an ass and give me a hug. I missed you."

"Don't ruin my hair! I combed it perfectly so the others would like me!" Odion huffed and reached out and ruffled Orion's.

Orion groaned. "I fixed mine to make sure I looked perfect for Celestia. You're making mine worse than yours!"

  "Am not!"

  "Are too!"

We all just stared at them as they continued to argue, which was pretty shocking to see. It was like seeing double but one in all white and the other in all black.

"Yup, they're definitely twins." Caio nodded.

"Yup. Look, even their hair length is the same," Cairus pointed out.

"Hmm. Did you notice Odion's eyes are a fraction lighter than Orion's?"

  "I noticed. I think Odion's taller though."

  "Hmm… you're right."

"What are you two doing?" Theo asked.

"Oh. Whenever we see twins, we like to analyze them. It's fun." They spoke in unison which threw us off.

Theo gave me a look and shrugged. "Twins."

Caio smiled and moved to hug me.

"Cutie Pie! We missed you so much. It was utter chaos without you. I've never seen Orion play referee so many times in the span of a month."

Cairus moved to hug me from the back. "Right?! We made a board and had to put stickers on who was being good and bad. It was hilarious. Of course, we got the most stickers."

"You guys fucking cheated and combined your stickers!" Theo pointed out.

  They both shrugged.

  "So? We're technically the same."

  "See? Unfair." Theo sighed dramatically.

I giggled. "Is the house still standing?"

  "Surprisingly," Caio and Cairus replied.

"That's good," I whispered and kissed Caio first. "I missed you, Caio."

"Me too. I'm happy you’re safe, Celestia. You worried all of us," Caio said.

"Worried us a lot. Especially, Finn. Never seen him cry so much in my life," Cairus commented, and I turned slightly to give him a kiss.

"Are those two done arguing?" Theo wondered, and we looked back at Odion and Orion who both had messy hair and were glaring daggers at one another. I rolled my eyes and the Sun twins released me.

I walked over to the arguing brothers and crossed my arms. "Are you two done?"

They both blushed and looked away. "Yes."

"Wow, Odion looks just like Orion." I looked back and saw Finn walking over to us. He reached Orion's side and took a closer look at Odion who began to blush and fidget.
