Ares

“Then I would like a list of men who would be interested in…. working for me.” She gave him a cloying smile. Lea felt sick. She could guess what ‘working for her’ meant.
The woman’s an idiot. Ran across her mind. Lea felt she could almost feel Ares’ anger directed at the woman.
“Let me be clear ….. Councilwoman.” He told her harshly. “We are a race of warriors. We track and hunt for what we want. We do nothing lightly and when we commit, it is everything. A female who has a Cyborg male, will never want for anything. In your case, none of my men will come near you. None will work with you. None, will give you their cock to hold, to lick, to suck, to wrap your tongue around and taste their cum. None will rip the clothes from your body, eager to feel your naked skin. None will demand to suckle at your breasts or with your legs wrapped around their head, your juices with their mouths. None will pull you open to them, let you ride their hand while he pumps hard and fast inside you, stroking your clit, to make you come. None will dominate your cunt for hours, with their mouth, hands and cock, and fuck you until you scream out your release time and time again, and none, will keep going, until he is satisfied he has pleasured you enough, ramming his cock deep inside you, until you scream your release for the fifth or sixth time. That, is the Cyborg way and you will never know it.
“You smell of a male. I and every male under my command can smell it. Our senses are heightened. We can scent and track for miles if needed. The scent you carry is tainted, with fear and hopelessness. The male that fucked you, did so believing he had no choice. We know that scent only too well. We were once abused in such a way. You will free this male or we will kill you and free him. Either way works for us.”
Lea sat forward. Her entire body on fire. She had never heard anything so …….. tempting and then, so disgusting. She was so turned on, just by his words it was shocking. Had there been any privacy, she had no doubt she would have taken him aside and demanded he show her everything he’d just told her. Her clit and virginal muscles clenched just thinking about it. The last bit he’d said pierced the erotic cloud swarming her. “You know the male is being abused?” She asked. Jamia started protesting. Lea turned to her. “Shut the fuck up before I kill you here and now.”
“I am. Its our way.” Ares told her. Lea nodded. And watched as he breathed in the air. His eyes flared. “Soon.” He told her. Lea could feel herself drowning in her own need.
“Sarafina,” she called out quickly. “Councilwoman Jamia is under arrest for the unlawful detainment of a male. I want her home searched. The male released and brought to my house and treated kindly. He is to have every curtesy and depending on what we discover when you question him, it will determine what happens to you.” She told Jamia. “Take her away.”
Sarafina came forward with a Cyborg who aided in securing the Councilwoman. Lea stood. “I thank you for that information. Although I have interviewed the male, he did not tell me he was in an abusive relationship. I feared it was but had no evidence until now. I believe Captain, it would be prudent if you joined me returning to the compound today rather than tomorrow. We will hold a public meeting and clear this up immediately. Break camp. We go home.”
Chapter Three
Lea had never been so glad to see the village walls. She’d pushed for home with some urgency. Sarafina had rode ahead with several of her people to investigate the information given to them from Ares on Jamia’s husband. That meant news of what had happened would have already spread. Her people would be ready for a public meeting and she wanted this done. They were only ever called when something happened to affect the entire community. In calling one, they would know this was important and with news of visitors, they would be eager to know. As Lea dismounted and handed her horse off, she saw Sarafina waiting for her with the Council. She strode over to meet them.
“The information Ares gave us is true.” Sarafina told her. There were shocked faces and gasps from Council members.
“Her husband was held as a prisoner?” Lea asked, she wanted no mistake. Sarafina nodded.
“The woman she killed, was a love match. Jamia used verbal and physical abuse to ensure his compliance. She offered him death as the only alternative. He says, she made it clear to him that no one would believe him, that even in interview, should he denounce her, he would be killed as her husband.” Lea shook her head in disbelief. What a bitch, thought Lea.
Lea looked at each of her Council. “You all know what that means. It’s against our laws to subjugate another. It is not who we are. Thinking you are above the law is a disease we have to stamp out.” Lea stepped forward. “I don’t know how far this infection goes, but I will, and they will know what it means to break our laws.” She noticed a couple of the females looked anxious. She hoped that wasn’t a sign of things to come.
“This plays right into your hands.” Lysen told her. Lea knew her to be one of Jamia’s supporters. Lea was close to striking out. Her anger at finding this after everything they had endured, topped off. Only her need for diplomacy, to keep her people together, in the face of so much change held her back.
“You telling me that you agree with this behaviour? That you have been complicit with it?” Lea demanded. Lysen paled.
“I knew nothing of this.” She told her.
“Really, and yet,” Lea told her, “we all know you were a frequent visitor to her home. A number of you were.” All the Council members were now looking at each other and Lysen. “In fact, anyone who visited her home on anything other than official business is now suspect and will be investigated as will her staff. If I find anyone, and I do mean anyone,” she looked around at them. “Allowed this to go on, I will personally, make sure my point is made.”
“My oath, I knew nothing of this.” Lysen told her vehemently.
Lea ignored her and addressed the rest of the Council. “The punishment in this matter is clear. Those in agreement?” All hands raised. She turned to Lysen as did the others. She had her hand raised.
“We need to take the podium and inform the people.” She told them heading inside the gates. The Council followed her. Lea walked across the ground to the raised area, set up for important meetings and celebrations. Lea’s mind flooded with memories of being a child. Of the parties they had held here. There had been too few celebrations these days. Another symptom of their way of life dying she realised sadly. It fleeted across her mind if they had survived another five years or so, would she, have been as desperate to do what Jamia had? She instantly dismissed it. That wasn’t who she was, and she knew it. She took her seat the Councillors around her, as Ares and three of his men came through the gate. Her guards looked to her. She gave a nod and they were allowed in.
Ares walked straight to her, walked up onto the platform, standing behind her. His men behind him. His message was clear. They stood together. There were plenty of shocked and curious faces in the crowd. Ares held his place. He knew for many of these females it was the first time, they had seen any outside males and none of them, would have seen Cyborgs before. They were so much more, he had no wish to scare anyone. This was his mate. She was leader of her people. No matter the cost, Ares reasoned, his place now, was by her side and they all needed to know that.
Lea gave a nod to Sarafina and she stepped forward and addressed the crowd. She told them they had information that was important for the growth of the community and of their guests standing with their Principia but first, they had a judgement to declare. Sarafina told the crowd of the information received from their guest and confirmed by Jamia’s husband. There were many gasps in the crowd and Jamia was brought forward to stand with the Council. Lea looked to Leonis. The Councils judge. He stood and stepped forward. Now in his twilight years and one of the few men left, she knew he found his task a challenge, but Lea would never consider removing him. His voice was clear and to the point.
“Councilwoman Jamia. You have been charged and investigated for slavery and the unlawful killing of the woman Freidricka to wh
om, your husband was in a love match. Evidence provided from your own home, convicts you. In accordance with our laws, such behaviour is a death sentence.” Jamia was led away sobbing, telling everyone she was sorry. Lea knew poison would be her end.
“We will be investigating all those who may have had knowledge of this heinous act and they will be tried accordingly. Jordaina you are second of that house. Do you take the Council position, until your people can vote?” Lea called out.
A woman stepped forward. “I do.” Lea gave a nod then stood to face a shocked audience.
“I know many of you are as shocked as I am. We must look forward. All of you know of our troubles over the last 80 years or so. The raids, the death of our males and our dwindling population. We all know how hard it has been, to see a future with only a female population and we have fought hard, to keep any hope of this future alive. In some ways, I understand the pressure Councilwoman Jamia was under in wanting a chance at that future, but nothing, forgives that behaviour.” She looked around the crowd meeting eyes to make her point.
“Our last battle with the pirates was our most devastating.” She told them honestly. “Several factions had banded together in their goal of taking over this land and us. We were victorious, but it came at a heavy price. A price, that see’s us dwindling in population and our ability to survive diminishes further. And then, from an Empire newly created in the death throes of Earth Corp, who have crimes to answer for, including like us, leaving people stranded, vulnerable to die. A lifeline appears. The Cyborg Empire comes to us and offers, trade, friendship, security and resources. The pirate ships in space around our planet have been taken out by them, sovereign buoys now exist to warn people away from our planet and our community credited with their monetary worth. We will use that to re-build.” Cheers greeted that information.
“From this, we can travel and trade. We can expand our horizons. People can come here in honesty and we can travel the stars if we so wish. Our horses are a valuable commodity to others and now, we have the resources to create new opportunities for our people. We have wonderful land here. Land that can offer futures to people who have none. We can encourage others to join us. Upgrade our communications and our electronic equipment. Secure better engines, better energy sources, better medical advances and weapons to defend ourselves. In addition, the Empire is asking for permission to have a base here. To form links with this community and offers us better security.”
“I know,” she nodded at the people in front of her, “this will be welcome news to many, if not all of us and there is no doubt,” she smiled at the women in front of her, then nodded over her shoulder, “the Empire are stunning male specimens.” There was a lot of laughter and nudging around the ground and it broke up the tension as she’d hoped. Lea put her hands out and asked for calm. “However, I urge caution. Every one of us, needs to understand these people. They are a different race from us. Have different beliefs and way of life. They have different expectations and behaviours. It is true, there may be an opportunity for some of us to find a partner with these people. How much or how little, we integrate with each other, is yet to be decided, and all of us need a voice in that. To explain things, their Captain, is here to speak with us.” Lea turned to Ares and gave him a nod to step forward. As he did, she returned to her seat.
Ares took centre stage and looked at the people in front on him. They were mainly all female. A handful of men were pitted between them, most old and damaged. This community, he realised was dying. Their arrival was only just in time.
“Thank you Principia.” He half turned to acknowledge her then turned back to face the people again. “Earth Corp may have seeded this part of the Universe, but they left us and you, to fend for ourselves. Their crimes, are extensive. They are responsible for the deaths of thousands and several worlds, and we are making sure they answer for that.” He noticed many of the women nod.
“When the crimes against us were made public, Earth Corp had no choice but to release us. We took what they gave us and headed to the stars. Many of us, they hid or sold off and we hunt, track the stars to find them. During our search, we came to the rescue of a Space Station. It was under attack as you were. We cleared the station of the pirates who had taken it and under Salvage Intergalactic Law, because of Earth Corp negligence, that Station is now ours. The people who survived the attack, live and work with us. Others have travelled the stars to join us. We have re-built the community and along the way, we have created good trade routes with other communities. Contracted with other worlds for resources and goods, offered security to those people and defended our right to exist. You are one of six worlds Earth Corp seeded that we know of, there could be more. Finding your information, sent us on a search for you. This world, boarders our space.
“As we expanded, so did our bases on new worlds. Your Principia is right. We are Cyborg, not human males. There are significant differences. For one, we are bigger, stronger and have technology imbedded within us. We do not function like humans. We have Nano’s that help fix our injuries and we have computer’s that affect our thinking and thought processes. We do not lie. We find it has no logic and what has no logic, is of no value to us. We are also governed by our DNA. Cyborgs are only attracted to females.” He let that sink in.
“We are not attracted to the young or those covered by a male already. We are able to scent a male on a female. Our senses are heightened, as are our hearing and eyesight. Scent cannot lie, and we can also interpret your emotions through your scent. It makes it impossible for humans to lie to us. So please, do not try.
“We are a dominant species. Processive. Aggressive. Demanding. We are trackers, hunters, and will pursue anything, that we want or need. Until recently, we thought that relationships with females were not possible for us. That our creation and history, prevented us from being able to have such a future. And then our leader met his mate, and everything changed for our nation. We share neuro pathways with our brothers and emotions and feelings were shared. It triggered our DNA responses throughout the fleet, and our ability to recognise our mates kicked in.” Ares could see the hope in many of the females faces. But, he knew, many of those looking hopeful, might not find mates within the Cyborg Empire. He did not know how it worked, just that for some, it did.
“We are a protective race.” He continued. “So whether you are a mate or not, we will protect all those that are vulnerable, on our worlds. If you are on one of our worlds, we will protect you. If we are lucky enough to find a mate in this Universe, she is precious to us. We do not share mates. Do not change mates. There is one and only one, in the billions of females out there for each of us. Finding one is very rare. Our experience tells us, this is how it is. We do not want anyone else in that special bond. Many of us will wait a life time for that chance encounter and still, may not be lucky enough to find one. It is the seeing, scenting or meeting of that special female, that triggers the response in each of us. It is nothing she does that creates it. No special formula or action. It is a biological response that’s for life. We do not ‘date’ females to find a mate like humans. We know instinctively and will be honest about it. There is no point in pursuing us. We are likely to be annoyed not pleased. And not every Cyborg will have a mate here or anywhere else.” Ares looked at them making sure his words were being heard.
“However, it is possible that some of you, might be compatible mates and our males will find you of you are. A female who is a possible mate has a choice. We would do anything to secure that future, but we will not do so, at the cost of the female. If she does not wish a mate, her decision is honoured, often at a cost to the Cyborg. It is unlikely he will imprint on another. Some of you may think that you can change a Cyborgs mind. As human men are apt to do. I warn you, that will not work and is likely to anger the Cyborg. Equally, do not try to get between a Cyborg and his mate. That would not be wise and could end badly.” Again he paused to make sure his words were understood.
“We wish to co
-exist with you. Help this community thrive. We will bring others here and would like a base here. Offer trade. Protect this land if needed. In exchange, we will up grade your equipment, re-stock you on weapons, seeds, materials, offer travel to our other colonies or provide you with transport to other places. Your community has resources already set up from the sale of the pirate ships to the Empire. How you use that is up to your Principia. This is an offer of free trade. A chance of a better life. We do not enslave worlds or impose our beliefs on them. The choice, will always be yours.” Ares moved back to behind Emmilea.
She stood. “Each of us needs to consider this offer. Please make your feelings known to the head of your house. The Council will sit again in two days to discuss the outcome. Thank you all.” Lea walked off the platform and headed to her house. She sensed Ares and his men behind her. She guessed she’d have visitors for a while. Movement caught her eye. The med beds being brought into the community, bringing the victims of the pirate raids. Lea changed direction and headed over. She spoke to each one as they were carried passed her. 6. They’d found six. They’d been lucky, thought Lea. Her attention grabbed by her cousin, Faithney. Reluctant to touch her while she was sleeping Lea looked to her mother who was walking along side her. “She was badly damaged. Mentally, I do not know.” Her mother told her.
Lea stopped and watched the procession move off to their medical centre. She knew her mother would do what she could to help them. “Physically they are healed.” Ares told her reaching her side. “The med beds did their job. Because of their injuries, we thought it best to waken a couple of them here, where it’s familiar.” Lea gave a nod and noticed the Cyborg escort sticking to her cousin’s side.
