Tripp in Love

by Tressie Lockwood

She smiled up at him. How she loved this man. He was strong and sweet, and his answer had been just right. Not that she wasn’t nervous about where they would go in this relationship, but she was willing to go all the way with him. To think all this time, she’d been fighting her feelings, and Tripp had been busy falling for her. “Okay.”

They kissed once more, and then leaning on his chest, she pulled her clothes on and slipped into her shoes. Tripp rearranged his uniform, tucked in his shirt, and zipped his pants. Together they walked back outside.

“So later?” she said at the side of the squad car.”

He smacked her on the ass. “Definitely. Wait for me?”

  “Always.”

  Epilogue

Pain shot through Toya’s head, and she rubbed her temple while searching the medicine cabinet for drugs. Whose idea was this, she wondered as she looked into her sleep-deprived eyes. If she wasn’t careful, bags would begin to appear on a permanent basis and she’d look much older than her years. While she stood there, her gaze wandered down to her belly, and she bit back a sob. Still protruding even though the twins were four months old. Whyyyy! Who would want to see me in a thong now?

The bathroom door opened without a knock, and she averted her face to hide her tears. “Damn, can’t you knock for once, Tripp?”

She waited for him to get onto her about language in front of the babies, but he pulled her into his arms. He wasn’t holding one of their daughters. In fact, the bedroom behind him was noticeably quiet. She sighed in relief. Evie and Temperance were the tiny loves of her life, but they were exhausting, and although she’d moved out of the city down here to be close to Tripp, work was suffering more because of lack of rest than anything else.

“Baby, I couldn’t wait to see you this morning and to hold you,” he said, and it sounded genuine to her jaded mind.

She pushed at his chest, still solid as a rock where she was softer than a baby’s bottom in all the wrong places. He didn’t let go. “There’s nothing to see,” she grumbled.

He rubbed her ass. Along with turning her on, it reminded her of the ampleness she’d failed to work off. “There’s this. And this.”

His hand roamed around to the warmth between her legs. “Don’t,” she murmured.

“I still want you, Toya.” He lifted her chin. “You don’t think you’re beautiful, but I do. After three years together, I still love you and still can’t get enough of you. I miss the confident seductress that used to tease me until I felt like coming in my boxers.”

“The seductress is fat now. She’s retired.”

He stepped back and let her go. Toya couldn’t help feeling abandoned. For the first time, she realized he was in his uniform. He had started back to work a month ago after taking time off to be with her and their daughters. So far it had been hectic. In the middle of striking out on her own in the design world, she’d gotten pregnant. Not a good time, but they had both had baby fever, and there was no denying it at the time. She didn’t regret having her little ones, but sometimes it was hard.

“The seductress has more curves to love,” he corrected. “But I understand you’re tired. I don’t want to be selfish.”

Toya didn’t miss the hard-on in his pants. She’d been denying him a lot, not just with sex. Tripp had been asking her to marry him, and she’d said no every time. He should be the one afraid, but here he was throwing himself and his heart at her. I should be ashamed. He’s the perfect man. He takes care of the babies, even in the middle of the night. I love him so much.

Thinking of how wonderful her man was, her head began to clear of pain. He wanted her. That couldn’t be denied, and he’d seen her naked with stretch marks and all. “Are you due in soon?”

“An hour or so I guess.” He didn’t seem to recognize the significance of her question. His head bent, he was busy trying to get his cock to calm down.

Toya licked her lips. She unbelted the silky robe he’d given her to make her feel sexy and let it slide over her shoulders and down to the floor. Without a stitch on underneath, she waited for him to notice. His breath caught in his throat and eyes widened. There was no hope for the erection. Toya reached out to stroke it. “Officer, would you like to arrest me for indecent exposure?”

Tripp hoisted her over his shoulder. He spanked her once on the ass and then delved fingers into her already wet pussy. She whined in pleasure. He was still strong as an ox even though she was heavier.

He carried her into the bedroom and laid her on the bed. Toya couldn’t help looking toward the cribs where her babies slept, but Tripp turned her face back to him. “Now, let me show you what a sexy woman I think you are, Toya.”

Her heart pounded as he stripped. She took in his hard, sexy body, the tan lines around his upper thighs from wearing shorts so often this past summer. His abs were rippled muscle, and his shoulders broad. She peered up to his face and sniffled because in all her glory, she knew her body wasn’t as hot as it once had been, but the lust in her lover’s eyes hadn’t faded one ounce.

Toya gave him a teasing grin and began playing with her nipples. She raised a knee and tilted her head to the side. “Well, lover, are you going to keep me waiting?” A slight spread of her legs revealed her wetness, and Tripp was gone.

He fell down between her legs and dragged her by the thighs up to his hungry mouth. Toya cried out when he began licking at her folds. He delved his tongue deep inside and moaned so that the vibration tickled her clit.

“Tripp.” She writhed under his onslaught, but he didn’t stay down there long. He climbed up over her, and Toya trembled at his heavy weight crushing her into the mattress. He didn’t pause a second but pushed his big cock deep into her pussy. She cried out and wrapped her legs around his waist. He pumped so fast she grew light-headed, but then he pulled out, unhooked her legs and shoved her knees up to her chest.

“You denied me a long time, baby.” His eyes were so dark, they didn’t even appear blue anymore. She shivered at the fierceness in both his tone and his actions, but he gentled somewhat as he pushed into her ass.

“I-I’m s-sorry.” Her body was not her own. She belonged to Tripp, and they both knew it.

His strokes were slow and calculated. Toya lay at his mercy. He pinched her clit, and a shudder rocked her body. “You know what I want to hear, don’t you?”

  “Yes.”

  “Tell me, my love.”

“I’m yours, Tripp. I promise I won’t deny you again.”

His hand skimmed up her thigh, and he played with her nipple, pinching and rolling it between his thumb and forefinger. An orgasm exploded over her body, and she muffled her cries in the pillow.

“Again,” he whispered. “Play with yourself for me.”

While he thrust into her ass, she rubbed her clit. The swollen bud tingled with each touch, and she watched her lover stare at her. Spasms of bliss rolled through her core, and each time they did, her lips parted and her eyelids lowered. Tripp seemed transfixed to her expressions. She arched, pushing her breasts toward him. They were big and heavy, but he loved them too. The man looked like he had died and gone to heaven. How could she have thought he wouldn’t want her?

Tripp gasped and groaned. He laid a heavy hand on her belly and pushed deep inside of her. He held himself stiff in place, and she felt hot come spill into her passage. Tripp pulled out, and Toya sat up with her back facing him. His arms came around her waist, and he drew her to his chest.

Toya nuzzled into the area at the base of his neck and chest. “Tripp?”

  “Hm?”

“I was thinking.” She chewed her lip.

  “Go on.”

She held up her bare hand and grinned at him. “My finger looks really naked.”

Tripp almost squeezed the life out of her. “Are you sure, baby? You’ll be my wife?”

“Yes, I will. And I promise to wait for you every day. I love you, Tripp, with all my heart.”

“And I love you, Toya. I’ll always find
you sexy. You’re the woman of my dreams.”

She sighed in complete contentment and didn’t bulk once when one infant cry led to another.
