I gripped her hips, stilling her and thrusting in measured strokes, angling my tip to hit that gorgeous bundles of nerves buried inside her while my pelvis grinded against the hot bud of her clit. Her muscles exploded in a frenzy, tensing and contracting before my own orgasm pummeled through me with hers. My vision darkened, and my eyes swam with only her. Her hair, her lips, her smile, her skin—her.

“Fuck, I love you. I love you so much, kitten.” I gritted my teeth, the waves of my release as close to touching heaven as I’d ever been.

“Mmm…” she hummed, every breath heaving her beautiful tits before she crushed herself against me. She nuzzled into my neck as my cock finally emptied, my balls humming with the sweet release only she could provide. “I love you too, English.”

I growled, flipping her over on her side. My cock slid out of her hot pussy before I was attacking her neck with my tongue.

“I could go again, kitten. I could love you all night just like this.” I slipped a hand down her body, fingering her beautifully swollen clit before moving down to the seam of her pussy lips. “There it is, kitten.” I slipped my fingers through our cum then spread it over her lips, around her clit, over the sensitive flesh of her sweet-scented mound. “You like my cum deep inside you, where it belongs?”

Her pink lips pursed, and she purred, “Yesssss.”

“That’s it. Show me how much you like it. Let me hear.”

My fingertips sped up, and her hips lifted off the bed, thighs spread. My cock pounded before my palm landed three swift, flat smacks over her cunt. She panted, her nipples hardened before she kneaded the flesh of her tit, begging me for more.

  More.

  God, I loved more.

“Such a gorgeous little whore for me, aren’t you, kitten?” I landed four more slaps, cupping her pussy when the last one landed. I sank two long fingers past her entrance and hooked them sharply. “I want your cum, kitten. Cum all over my hand and let me hear it.”

Her hips thrust violently, one hand in her hair as her teeth clamped down on her lower lip.

“You’re stunning when I’m inside you.” I massaged her clit with my thumb, applying pressure before landing one last slap then pinching softly before she came in a wave of pleasure all over my hand.

  “God, God, God, Mason….”

I slid my hand, wet with her cum, up her body and slipped two digits past her lips. Her tongue swirled around my fingers as though they were the best lolly she’d ever tasted.

“Love tasting you and me together?”

“Mmm…” she hummed around my fingers, nipping at the fingertips as I slowly withdrew them.

I thrust them into my own mouth. “Sweetest taste on earth.”

A slow, love-drunk smile crawled up her lips before her eyes fell closed and she tucked herself under my arm.

“No time for sleep yet, pretty girl. I want you naked in a bathtub.”

“Wait,” she breathed dreamily. “The pie.”

I placed a kiss on the tip of her nose. “I’ll run the bath then go pull the pie out of the oven. Don’t think twice about it.”

I stood, lifting her from the floor and loving the way her arms draped around my neck on instinct. Making her happy was what made me happy. End of.

“I can’t wait to see you in a fluffy white dress,” I whispered as I walked her into my en suite. I flipped the water on and let the soaking tub fill. “Walking down the aisle to me…” I eased her into the warm water, loving the way the water pooled around her curves and pinked up her creamy flesh. “Without knickers.”

That seemed to rouse her from her sexy, sated haze. Her eyes finally landed on mine, her mouth ticking up in a tiny grin. “If you had it your way, I’d never own another pair of panties again.”

“I already threw them all out. I’m surprised you haven’t noticed yet.”

“Mason!” She splashed me. Her lips popped open, eyebrows nearly in her hairline.

I laughed, thinking she was the most adorable thing I’d ever seen. “God, I love you.”

  THIRTEEN

  Everly - One Month Later

I sucked in a slow breath, peering at my reflection. Rich, dark ringlets fell in a cascade over my shoulder. Lips a soft shade of pink, sparkling shades of violet swept across my lids.

  I was unrecognizable.

It was a dream that this dress even fit over my hips. I turned, taking in my profile, shocked out how good my curves actually looked. Who knew wedding dresses could be so flattering?

A tap at the door pulled me from my thoughts of all things white and gauzy.

  “He’s back,” my mother whispered.

My grin deepened. I couldn’t wait to see him. Forget the hoopla of this whole day, forget friends and family flying in from all over the world to see Mason and me exchange vows. I didn’t want all of that. I just wanted the man. His arms caging me in his embrace, his scent pulling me in, driving me wild.

  “Let him in.”

“He’s not supposed to see you!” My mother’s shrill voice nearly punctured my eardrums.

I placed a kiss on her cheek. “I’m all ready, Mama. Go sit outside.” I placed a kiss on her cheek.

  “Everly…”

“I’m his now. If he wants me, I’ll never say no.”

“I don’t know what you got up to over here. I thought the English were supposed to be stuffy and formal. He’s…” She shook her head.

“He’s perfect.” I smiled, moving her toward the door of my old bedroom. The one I’d moved into then promptly been moved right out of when I first came to Kingsley Manor.

And now here we were. The day of American Thanksgiving and our wedding day.

When we’d considered on which day to get married, Thanksgiving had felt like the perfect choice, not only because we could bring my parents over to Kingsley for the holidays, but because we wanted to give thanks. Falling in love with Mason was the most beautiful gift of my life. It only seemed right to exchange our vows on a day dedicated to being grateful.

  I am so, so grateful.

“Mornin’, Mrs. Grayson,” Mason said with a charming smile he’d reserved just for my mother.

“I don’t know what to think of you.” My mother’s eyes took in his cocky smile as it only grew cockier.

“I think Everly got her irresistible beauty from her mum.” Mason stepped over the threshold, eyes finally landing on mine as my mother exited the room. “Christ.”

A breath of air whooshed from his lungs before he crossed the space between us.

He tucked his head into my shoulder, his lips dragging slowly up my skin. “You look edible. I want to throw this dress over my head and bury my tongue in your—”

“Shh!” I hissed, placing a finger over his lips. “It’s our wedding day!”

Mason caught my finger between his teeth. He fisted the silky fabric of my skirt and inched it up my thighs, fingertips making contact with my heated skin. “I thought you liked my filthy mouth, kitten. Don’t deny me one of the only things that keeps my heart beating.”

“English…” My head swam when his fingers made contact with my pussy.

“No knickers?” One finger slid between my soaked lips and sank deep inside me.

I arched, clutching at his shoulders as his teeth trailed up my neck. “I’ve heard they only get in the way.” I rocked my hips as his thumb swept around the bud of my clit.

“Mmm… wise one whoever said that. I can’t wait to see you walk down the aisle with that sweet blush on your cheeks, knowing I put it there.”

My legs began to shake, my spine tingling with slow waves of release before he added another finger and sped up his movements. A ragged moan fell from my lips before his mouth covered mine and he swallowed every last breath I had.

“Seeing you cum makes me the happiest man alive,” he murmured, his lips trailing down my neck. He sucked at the hollow of my throat. “You ready for the big walk, kitten?”

I nodded, unable to form words as his strong ar
ms still held me against him. Thank God, because my knees didn’t feel strong enough to carry me anywhere. “You may need to carry me.”

“That’s not a problem.” He hoisted me into his arms, grinning before he carried me straight out of the room.

I giggled as we walked down the hallway, the warm, rich scents of the holidays filling every nook and cranny of the house. Hundreds of yards of garland decorated every floor, the banisters twinkled with festive lights, and the doorways were hung with massive wreaths. And our Christmas tree. The four of us had taken the time to set it up last weekend, all eighteen feet of it. While Mason had pushed to get married as soon as possible, I’d wanted an English Christmas theme. Savannah had shrieked happily when she’d found out Christmas would last nearly all of December this year, and I remembered her dancing throughout the house to the holiday tunes.

“Thank you, Mason.” I placed a kiss on his lips once he’d placed me on my feet at the end of the hallway.

His forehead rested against mine, eyes shimmering with emotion. “Thank you, baby. Thank you for bringing me to life.”

I nodded, a few happy tears creeping down my cheeks.

“None of that now.” Mason caught the drips with the pad of his thumb. “We’ve got a wedding to get to.”

  I sniffed, smiling vibrantly.

He gestured to the door. “You first, wife.”

“Not yet I’m not,” I teased.

“Not for another five minutes or so, but I like how it sounds on you.” He winked, landing a soft smack on my ass. “Why do you think I put a rush on your visa papers?”

I shook my head, thankful once again that I’d found this beautiful, cheeky man.

Mason held a hand at my back as we ascended the narrow staircase that led to the roof of Kingsley Manor. When I swung the top door wide open, the scene took my breath away.

Fifty of our closest friends had gathered on the rooftop of the house. Elegant white chairs were set in rows with one short aisle dusted in red rose petals. Mason had had outdoor heaters set up around the roof, keeping our guests warm without detracting from the landscape, which was lit up in a blaze of yellow and orange as far as the eyes could see.

“Meet you up there,” Mason said before striding right up the aisle.

All eyes were on my strong, dominant Englishman. Elegant violin music started, and the guests stood. I wiped away a tear when Savannah came around a corner, her blush-pink dress with yards of tulle tied at her waist. A basket of pink rose petals sat in her arms.

She beamed at me. “You look pretty, Mummy.” She beamed up at me.

“Oh, Savannah, you look pretty too, baby.” I brushed a curl off her forehead and placed a kiss on the tip of her nose.

She smiled then spun on her patent shoes and did a sweet curtsy to the guests before making her way up the aisle.

“Ready, darlin’?” my daddy said beside me, hooking my arm with his.

I blinked fresh tears away as I looked at him. “I’m so ready, Daddy.”

“Good, good.” He patted my arm then paused to pinch his nose, a gesture he’d been doing when he got teary since I was a child. My softhearted daddy. “I think someone’s waitin’ on you up there.”

I nodded, my gaze swinging across the faces of our guests overlooking the entire rolling estate of Kingsley. “I’ve been waiting on him too.”

The music changed, the familiar notes of Pachelbel’s “Canon in D Major” floating on the autumn breeze. Mason’s eyes locked with mine, his eyes radiating something warm that heated my stomach.

His lips parted, and he mouthed, “I love you, kitten.”

Heat flamed up my chest, coloring my cheeks as I thought about where those devilish lips had been just minutes ago. I mouthed back, “Love you more, English.”

  EPILOGUE

  Everly - One Month Later

  “Have a good day, kitten?”

I grinned, loving the way his accent wrapped around that word. I’d never get sick of it, never get sick of him asking about me, caring about me, loving me.

Winter had set in fiercely at Kingsley, but Savannah and I had had such fun baking sweets and singing Christmas songs at the top of our lungs we’d hardly noticed.

“This house has never had so much Christmas spirit.” He nipped at my naked shoulder, our bodies melded together after he’d devoured me body and soul.

Our lovemaking was as often and frantic as ever, maybe even more so. Adding his name to mine had seemed to light something inside him, as though he could finally well and truly believe I wasn’t leaving.

“I had the best day.” I snuggled deeper into his body, the warmth from the wood fire in the fireplace heating my skin even more than Mason. “I can’t believe you rented me a storefront in the village to open my own bakery. You are a man of so many surprises, Mason Kingsley.”

He hummed, hands whispering across my skin in erotic touches. “Well, you know how I am about keeping you on your toes…”

“I do.” I placed a playful kiss on his lips. “But there’s one more present I have to give you.”

  “Oh?”

He grinned when I popped up and stalked across the cool floor of our bedroom to pull something from the top drawer of a side table. I took a moment to finger the grosgrain bow that held the box shut. Hopes, dreams, and love contained in such a small promise.

“You okay?” He was behind me, pulling me against his chest, his arms wrapped around my waist.

I settled into his neck, breathing in his intoxicating natural scent before I turned. “I’m perfect.” I held the box out to him.

His eyes went wide before he fingered the ribbon. I held his gorgeous gaze. “Merry Christmas, Mason.”

He took his time pulling the ribbon from the box then lifting the lid and peeling back the tissue paper. I sucked in a breath, waiting. It seemed as though we’d spent so much of our lives waiting.

  Not anymore.

“Everly?” His eyes darted up to mine. “Really?”

I nodded, a smile breaking across my face. “Really.”

“Kitten.” He tossed the box on the bed, opened his arms wide, and pulled me into him. “I can’t believe it. I can’t believe it’s true.”

My tears soaked his shirt before he picked me up and laid me out on our king-sized bed, then he proceeded to kiss up and down my torso. His tongue darted into my navel before his palms splayed across my belly.

His eyes, dark with emotion, caught mine. “We made a baby?”

“Yeah.” I grinned, swiping at more tears painting my cheeks. “I took three tests. I didn’t believe it, couldn’t believe it.” I kissed his lips, unable to keep myself from touching him. “Mrs. Potts made me a doctor’s appointment in town... they confirmed it, Mason. I didn’t know it was possible for me to... get pregnant. We made a baby.”

His beautiful eyes held mine, intense love and adoration looking back at me. “You’re incredible.” He kissed me slowly, his hands on my face, his tongue soft and probing.

His hands pushed in my hair, his head tucked into my neck. “I love you so much, my beautiful American girl.”

  SECOND EPILOGUE

  Everly - Five Years Later

“Eden!” I called at the top of my lungs. Silence greeted me before I ducked my head out the back door. “Savannah!”

“What’s wrong?” Mason’s heavy palms came to rest on my shoulders as he planted a kiss at the nape of my neck.

“I think our kids have been replaced with wild animals, that’s what.” I turned and draped my hands around his neck, soaking up the calming effect he always seemed to have on me.

“Let them run. They’re kids. Plus I could use a little alone time with my wife.” He nipped at my lips, thrusting his hips against my body.

“I wish we had time.” I ran a hand down the front of his pants. “But I have to get to the bakery in twenty minutes.”

“I can make that work.” Mason hiked my thighs around his hips, pushing my back against the wall and attacking my
skin with his lips. “I like making babies with you.”

“Mason,” I whispered, thinking more baby-making was exactly what we both needed right now.

“Ewww! Mummy and Daddy are kissing!” Eden, our wild and rambunctious four-year-old, ran in, halted, then darted back outside. “Savannah!”

“Shh!” Savannah hushed her little sister. “Daddy said he’d give us ten quid to leave him and Mum alone.”

“But I’m bored!” Eden huffed. “Can we wake Olivia up from her nap?”

  “No!” Mason and I shouted.

We rushed around the corner to keep the troublemakers from waking their baby sister.

“We can’t wake Olivia, honey. She’s only two. She still needs a nap during the day so she doesn't get cranky.” I curled a lock of her dark chocolate hair behind Eden’s ear.

“But I get cranky when I don’t have anyone to play with!” She crossed her arms and pushed out her bottom lip.

“She gets that from you.” Mason laughed, winking at Savannah.

I shook my head, unable to keep a grin from turning up my face. “At least I don’t bribe our children.”

“It was for a good cause.” He shrugged, slapping a tenner into Savannah’s hand.

Ten. Savannah was ten. I still couldn't believe it.

I’d been in England for almost six years, and already I felt as though I’d lived an entire lifetime with this family I loved so dearly. Our little miracles.

Mason ruffled our middle daughter’s dark hair. “Tell you what, let Olivia sleep for a while longer, then once Mummy leaves, we’ll wake her up and go to the stables. Wanna go for a ride today?”

Her eyes, glowing with admiration and love, turned up toward him. “That sounds fun!” Eden grinned then launched herself into Mason’s arms and planted kisses all over his cheeks. “You’re the best, Daddy!”

“You’re my favorite four-year-old. All of my girls”—he pulled Savannah under his arm while planting a kiss on my cheek—“I don’t know what I’d do without you.”
