The spicy wet fragrance of their lovemaking filled the room and Ethan knew he could drown in it. He cherished the pleasure he gave her, watching her breasts shaking with each thrust, hearing the singing moans she made.

  The man in him growled.

Another orgasm jolted through her body as her eyes swelled wide. Gwen held her breath because she hadn’t been ready for another one so soon. Her legs fastened around his buttocks.

Her body trembled, a loud moan of orgasmic fulfillment echoed out of the room. Ethan groaned as he felt himself on the verge of release. His hands gripped her waist.

Finally, unable to hold back any longer, Ethan let out a cry as he trembled violently. Their orgasms joined as one racing through their bodies, their mouths locked together. She grabbed his neck, her tongue surged out to stroke along his before wrenching her mouth from his, her head turned to the side to gulp in savage drafts of air.

Ethan felt his arms shaking from too many things. He moved quickly to the side, falling back and working to level off his breathing. A smile touched his lips when he felt her fingers sliding into his at their sides. Both of them waiting for their heart beats to return to normal.

Gwen closed her eyes, sighing contentedly when she felt him leave the bed for a few minutes, blankets and Ethan returning at the same time.

A purely male warmth spread through him when he rejoined her, his arm immediately around her when she cuddled against him with a sigh.

“Ethan Collier…don’t even think of leaving this bed,” Gwen murmured tiredly. “That was amazing…”

“I’m not going to disagree with that,” he admitted, wide awake and staring at the closed eyes. “Are you alright, Geneviève?”

She smiled softly. “You know…you’re the only one who calls me that…with the proper inflection…”

“I know,” he kissed her forehead. “It suits you. Are you alright?” He repeated gently.

“Absolutely fine,” she breathed, blinking and meeting the concern in his eyes. “Why wouldn’t I be?”

Ethan arched one eyebrow. “This isn’t a regular activity for you…”

“I’ve had sex before,” she mumbled, looking down at the hollow in his throat as the heat rushed to her face. “Okay…once or twice…” she frowned when he put a palm beneath her chin, lifting it until their eyes met. “Alright…once…I wasn’t impressed…but believe me, I am definitely impressed now.”

Ethan couldn’t stop the deep, masculine laughter, his arms tightening around her. “I’ll try to live up to your expectations,” he promised, their kiss deepening and carrying them through the night.

Gwen watched him the next morning, a little sigh making her shiver.

She’d fallen and fallen hard when she finally admitted it to herself.

But it was the season for miracles, she thought with a smile, going off in search of her cousin. There were weekend plans to be concluded and Eloise was excellent about helping out.
