“Just give her some time, Beau. She needs you, too.” My mom pats me on the arm and heads over to her car.
I slide into the driver’s seat of Emmie’s SUV and fasten my seat belt. I glance over my shoulder at Katie and Rhys. Then I look at Emmie sitting next to me wearing a huge grin. She reaches for my hand and slides her fingers between mine.
“Beau,” she mumbles.
“Yeah.”
“I’ve decided not to go to my parents’.” She squeezes my hand. “Katie and I want to go home with you and Rhys.”
Emmie knows how important this day is to me. Being able to leave the hospital with both her and Katie.
“Really?”
“Yes, really. So, take us home, Dad. We want to be with our family.”

Dear Reader,
Thank you for taking a chance on a new author and reading Undeniably His. I love Beau and Emmie’s story so much, and I hope you do too. They took a bad situation and turned it into their happily ever after. Emmie is my hero—she never lets any situation bring her down—no matter what’s thrown her way. Beau is a sweetheart, once you get past his brooding male persona, you realize that he cares deeply for his family. While writing Undeniably His these two made me happy, sad, and angry. About the Author
Emery grew up in Southern Arkansas and has lived most of her adult life in Northern Louisiana. She spends her days working as a Nurse Practitioner in rural health and her nights reading, writing, and occasionally sleeping. She loves real life romance…lots of angst and heartbreak, but always a happy ending.
