  Directions:

  Beat butter on high speed in an electric mixer for 5 minutes. Add cream cheese and whip for another 2 to 3 minutes. Add vanilla, lemon and orange juice, plus zest and sift in powdered sugar one cup at a time until blended and creamy. Spread immediately on cooled cake. Top with candied ginger pieces.

  Doughnut Latte

  Andy’s up to new tricks at the espresso bar. Pair his morning latte with your favorite jelly doughnut and sink into sugar heaven.

  Ingredients:

  Good quality dark espresso

  2 % milk

  1 teaspoon white chocolate syrup

  1 teaspoon vanilla syrup

  1 teaspoon raspberry syrup

  ½ teaspoon cinnamon

  Directions:

  Prepare espresso and steam milk. Mix syrups and spices together in the bottom of a cup. Once milk is steamed, pour into the cup and stir together. Pour over espresso. Top with a dusting of cinnamon.
