Protecting You

He’d been so focused on what he’d been doing to Kristien, Drew had neglected to remember Kristien was an active partner in this game. The plug in his own ass started to move in and out, swirl to the sides, roll around, then press in again. Instantly his balls drew up hard and tight, and he could feel the precum gathering in the head of his cock again.

Desperately Drew widened his legs, easing the pressure on his equipment. But Kristien wasn’t playing by the same rules. “Oomph!” Drew was suddenly flat on his back, and Kristien was climbing aboard in the traditional sixty-nine position. “Hey, what about your butt plug? It’s not in yet.”

“Too slow. Too bad, so sad.”

“No fair.” Drew concentrated quickly, added some more lube to the plug in his hand, grabbed hold of Kristien’s ass, and inserted the plug. That done, he looked at the truly delicious dick right about level with his mouth. “Pure temptation,” he murmured.

  “Same goes.”

It was hard to know what to do first. Should he suck Kristien deep into his mouth or maybe lick the shaft? Perhaps he should start with Kristien’s balls and work up the shaft that way? Once again Kristien took the lead and swallowed Drew’s cock, gargling around it, the musical reverberations doing wicked, wicked things to Drew’s cockhead.

It took every bit of Drew’s control not to climax right then. He managed to restrain himself until the urgency withdrew a little, and then he sucked first one, then the other of Kristien’s balls into his mouth. Their bodies were quite tangled, each of them partly over the other, partly on his side, so they could reach the relevant parts of the other’s anatomy.

“Ya know this’d be much easier if we went one at a time,” Drew mumbled around Kristien’s balls.

“Yeah, but where’s the challenge, then? Besides, how good does it feel to have a cock in your mouth when your ass is stuffed full?”

“You’ve definitely got a point there,” Drew replied and licked a long swipe up the pulsing vein of Kristien’s cock.

Without talking, they worked as a team, first one, then the other licking, sucking, and nibbling at cocks and balls or swiping a tongue around a bellybutton or along the seam between leg and torso. All the while, Drew’s cock got harder and harder, until he could hardly believe he hadn’t imploded.

Drew wiggled Kristien’s butt plug, sliding it in and out and wobbling it from side to side, while his other hand stroked Kris’s cock in a steady, rhythmic stroke. Already Kristien’s precum was on his fingers, so he knew his lover was close to coming. Just as Drew was about to move and take Kristien fully into his mouth, Kristien preempted the action, swallowing Drew’s cock deep and gargling once again.

“Shit!” Drew screamed and came, his cock exploding in Kristien’s mouth. Frantically, he stroked Kristien’s shaft with a fast, tight grip, twisting his hand on every second or third stroke. Drew’s own cock was still pumping out his seed as he felt the splash of cum on his hands and knew Kristien had joined him in release. They both kept pumping a little longer before untangling their bodies and lying with their heads on the same pillow.

  “Wow,” he gasped.

“Well, we proved it could be done,” replied Kristien.

  “Hell yes.”

  Chapter Three

AJ sat on the sand, her legs crossed and her body upright but relaxed. Focusing her gaze on the far horizon where the blue water met the deeper blue of the sky, she opened her senses to the paranormal world and asked, “Am I doing the right thing, inviting Drew and Kristien here? Should I spend time alone with them, or is that being unfair to Kristien?”

She cleared her mind and waited for an answer. She sat totally still for the longest time, waiting for a response, until a tiny, warm body clambered onto her lap, dragging a toy and saying, “Da. Da.”

“Hello, John.” She hugged the baby. “You’re getting quite mobile. It’s not safe to leave you sitting on a rug anymore, is it?”

“Da.” The baby handed her the toy, his chubby fist firmly grabbing an aquamarine ball on a string of shapes.

“Yes, that’s a promise from your daddy. The aquamarine proves he is always looking after you.” AJ struggled to keep the tears from her eyes at the thought that this precious baby would never meet his father.

But the infant ignored her, thrusting the toy into her hands and patting an emerald shape.

“Is that emerald Drew? Are you telling me Drew and I will be together at last?”

The baby pushed the toy at her again, this time his hand clasping an amber cube.

“Okay, I understand. You just want to play.” AJ placed the baby on the sand between her knees and scooped a hole in the sand, letting him dig in it and watch the light breeze blow it away. But something about the amber cube niggled at her subconscious. If the aquamarine signified John, and the emerald Drew, what was the amber cube? Surely it wasn’t her?

While the baby happily explored the little pile of sand, AJ cupped her hand around the amber cube. She closed her eyes again and waited for images to wash through her, but the only picture she had was of Drew’s bright green eyes and Kristien’s hazel ones. “That can’t be right. I’ve already promised not to hurt Kristien.”

“I told you we ought to buy him a spade to dig the sand with,” said Edmund.

“I’m pretty sure he won’t be able to dig for a while yet,” replied Mavis.

“Yes, but he’ll have fun making a mess.”

AJ opened her eyes. The rest of the family moved into the shade where AJ was sitting and the baby was supposed to be napping, and soon everyone was settled on a large rug and planning the rest of the day. But AJ wasn’t really listening. She’d had the distinct impression lately that her psychic abilities were increasing, becoming more demanding. Yet in this area, they were useless. She wasn’t getting a clear message at all. Well, no use worrying about it, she told herself, deliberately forcing her mind back into the general conversation.

John crawled across to Edmund. Gradually, a feeling of restlessness came over AJ. She needed to be up and moving. It was possible for a good swimmer to swim out and around the boulders of the curving, rocky promontory at the north end of the beach and then into a small, sheltered, sandy cove. Her gaze kept returning to those rocks. She was at home in the water and in need of a good workout. Abruptly, she stood up. “I’m going to swim into the next bay. I’ll likely be gone an hour or so.”

“Do you want me to come with you?” asked Edmund, who was also a competent swimmer.

“No, thank you. I’ll be fine. I just want the exercise.”

  “Okay.”

  “Take care.”

AJ dropped her sunhat and sarong onto her towel before walking slowly down to the water. She didn’t know why she felt so restless, unless it was all the waiting for Drew to realize he was her soul mate. But something was definitely niggling at her brain, and a good, long swim, especially one where she needed to concentrate, would free her subconscious to work on its problems while the rest of her mind dealt with more immediate issues.

AJ walked until the water was past her knees and then dived shallowly into the water and set out in a fast breaststroke to the sandbar. It was about two hundred yards off-shore and a good marker for her to turn north. As the water started to lighten in color, indicating it was getting shallower again, she turned, following the sandbar to the end of the beach.

It was very rocky at the north end of the beach, so AJ floated over the sandbar into the deeper water but stayed close to the sandbar as powerboats, water-skiers, and jet-skiers often drove up and down in this area. She floated for a few minutes, plotting the rest of her course, wanting to stay deeper than the rocks and come in on an angle to the sheltered little cove.

Ten minutes later, AJ walked up the empty beach to a large flat rock and sat on it to rest and dry off in the sun. She ran her fingers through her tangled, dark curls, wishing she had a hairbrush with her and maybe some hair conditioner as well, and then laughed at the idea of going swimming with hair-care produc
ts.

Again and again her gaze was drawn to one particular area of the rock wall, so, sighing, she got up off her rock and walked over the sand to the wall. When she saw how easy the cliff would have been to climb—if she’d had shoes!—she laughed out loud. First she was wishing for hair conditioner and a hairbrush, then shoes. She was incorrigible.

AJ stayed on the sand, getting a good idea of the cliff and the best way to climb it, and then wandered along the beach, looking at pebbles, shells, and bits of driftwood, thoroughly enjoying the peace and silence of being alone.

In fact, it was difficult to tell she was only yards from a popular tourist beach. The rock wall cut off all the sounds, and only the occasional boat passing by broke the silence and emptiness of the tiny bay. “I’ll come back tomorrow, wearing plastic shoes,” she promised, then remembered Drew and Kristien were arriving in the morning. Well, more likely around lunchtime. “In that case, I’ll come here early in the morning so I’ve got time to explore here and to go back and shower and get dressed properly before they arrive.”

Her plans decided and feeling more settled and less itchy in her skin, AJ walked into the water and swam back to the main beach.

  ****

AJ had intended to slip out of the house first thing in the morning, before anyone else was awake. Her plan was totally derailed, however. First, she didn’t wake up until after seven. And then, by the time she’d showered and dressed, Utah had cooked breakfast.

“How many eggs do you want, AJ?” he asked, waving a spatula.

“I shouldn’t eat. I’m going to swim around the point again.”

“AJ, you don’t believe that old wives’ tale about not swimming for an hour after you eat, do you? No one has fallen for that story since the sixties!”

“It’s a demanding swim. There’s no sense in being stupid about it.”

“Seriously, AJ. I can’t believe you just said that. No one under the age of eighty believes that story anymore,” Edmund said, grabbing a large can of orange juice from the refrigerator and putting it on the table with a handful of glasses.

“Come on. A couple of eggs, a slice of whole-wheat toast, some strips of bacon, and you’ll be ready to swim a marathon,” Utah urged.

AJ was hungry and allowed herself to be persuaded. Besides, she didn’t really believe she’d get a cramp if she swam after eating. There’d been plenty of times when, as a child, she’d ignored her mom’s instructions and swum, and never once had she felt even the slightest hint of a cramp.

Consequently, it was almost nine by the time she left her towel and sarong on the Rocky Point Beach and began to swim around the rocks. She was wearing her plastic shoes, and it felt really weird to be swimming with them on, but at least she knew she could safely walk on the rocks when she rounded the promontory.

She also reassured herself, by calculating that since it was a four-hour drive from the city to the beach, it was most unlikely Drew and Kristien would arrive before noon, and quite possibly not before one or even two o’clock. So she had plenty of time to explore.

Once again, she felt the lure of the special section of the cliffs. It was almost as if the rock walls themselves were calling to her, insisting she come closer and touch them. She walked out of the water and straight to the section she’d mentally traced the day before. Her hands and feet automatically found the places to rest, and she climbed steadily up the cliff to the area demanding her attention.

As she’d half expected, the darker area was a cave entry, and AJ ducked her head and walked in, wishing this time she’d brought a flashlight with her. Listen to me! If I brought everything I thought I might want, the thing I really would need to bring would be a truck to carry it all.

AJ stood perfectly still until her eyes adjusted from the bright sunlight outside to the dim light of the cave. When she was sure she could see well enough not to fall over on the rough, rock-and-sand floor, AJ turned to the right and walked straight to the back wall. She knelt at a stalagmite-type formation and rested her hand on the point. It seemed almost warm, which was strange, as very little sunshine penetrated this far into the cave. Now that she was so close, she could see a hollow behind the stalagmite. Without thought, she reached into the gap and felt a pile of stones. Cautiously, she grabbed a handful and pulled them out.

Three rocks were in her clenched palm. The first was almost pure black, the dark color of her own hair and eyes. The second was a speckled rock with a deep green flash of emerald in the heart of it. The third one was a mottled brown. Slowly she turned it in her hands, and a stray ray of sunlight caught a shard of amber, which glowed brightly.

“Amber, like the baby’s toy,” she said softly.

“The amber represents Kristien,” said a deep voice behind her.

“What the fuck?” AJ screamed, jumping up and almost tripping over her feet in her haste.

Drew closed the gap between them and caught her in his arms.

“The onyx is you. The emerald is Drew, and the amber is me,” said Kristien, who was standing in the cave opening, his head bent since he was almost too tall to fit through standing upright.

“We were waiting for you to work out yourself that we three are meant to be together. It looks like the stones have told you,” Drew said.

  “I….”

“For a perceptive, psychic woman, you were mighty slow to get the message,” said Drew and kissed her gently.

“Aquamarine and emerald are both types of beryl. But amber is fossilized tree resin. Although it is the color of Kristien’s eyes.”

“And your rock is onyx, which is different again. It’s chalcedony. But the important link is the emerald. It’s a two-fold kind of stone. The green color comes from the presence of chromium and vanadium, two distinct minerals. It’s a stone that protects you, and our job will be to protect you. And I reckon it’ll take both of us to do that,” said Kristien.

“But you’re gay,” AJ said, choosing to ignore the bit about her needing protection.

“Have you ever watched two men kiss?” asked Kristien.

“Oh yes. It’s one of the hottest things I’ve ever seen.”

“So why wouldn’t I find the thought of you and Drew fucking, hot? Why wouldn’t I want to watch that?”

  “I…. Um….”

“Exactly. Since you’ve found the stones and we’ve found you, I think we should seal our relationship right here, right now,” said Drew.

  “What? You mean fuck? Here?”

“Why not? Like a Boy Scout, I’m always prepared,” said Drew, pulling a couple of condoms out of the zipped pocket of his board shorts.

Kristien walked to the other side of the cave. “There’s a nice clean patch of sand here. Since you’re going to be on the bottom of the pile, AJ, you’d better let us put our swimwear down first. At least we can keep the sand out of your hair and girly bits.”

AJ stood there with her brain working at warp speed. The two of them. Drew and Kristien. Kristien was willing to share Drew with her. Kristien wanted to watch her make love with Drew. What about her? Would she be happy watching Kristien and Drew making love? She remembered the time she’d seen them kiss. Hell yes! That was scorching hot. How much hotter would it be to see them naked?

The two men laid their board shorts on the sand and then each rolled a condom over their cock. Next, Kristien took a tiny tube of lube and spread that over his condom. For a moment she wondered if he had a hairbrush or flashlight in his pocket as well and almost giggled before focusing on the two naked bodies in front of her.

Kristien’s body was long and lean, with soft brown hair across his chest and in a trail down to a very impressive cock.

Drew was darker, his hair color between Kristien’s and hers, his body stockier, stronger-looking, and with muscles in all the places a woman liked to see them. His cock looked very ready for action. And suddenly AJ was too, cream dripping from her core onto her bikini bottoms as she understood that finally, finally, she was going to make love to
her true soul mate—well, both of them. And wasn’t that a difficult idea to get her head around. Two men. She and Kristien sharing Drew. So did that make Kristien her soul mate too? Or were they just joint soul mates of Drew? AJ gave up on the thinking to concentrate on watching the men.

Very gently, Kristien turned her to face himself so Drew could undo her bikini top. As the scrap of fabric dropped to the ground, Drew lowered her onto the board shorts, slid on top of her, and put one arm under her head to cradle her neck.

Drew kissed her lips gently and said, “We’ve been waiting a long time for this. Once we three join together, your powers will get stronger, and we’ll both be needed to protect you. Emeralds are the protection stone. That’s why travelers used to always carry one. But they also enhance psychic powers. It’s going to be exciting to share in that development with you.”

As he spoke, Drew slid inside her, stretching her, filling her, completing her. It felt so very, very good, the culmination of something she’d wanted for so long. Yet she realized it wasn’t enough. Until Kristien entered Drew, the three of them wouldn’t be fully united, wouldn’t be truly one.

The idea that they were a triad was starting to make sense to her. She still didn’t want to think about her psychic abilities causing problems, but her grandmother had coped with it, so AJ assumed she’d be able to deal with it too.

Drew had his knees spread wide, his body pressed to hers, and AJ shivered in delight as she felt Kristien pushing into Drew. It was a surreal moment. She was laying still, Drew’s cock deep in her cunt. Drew was still too, yet she could feel the movement and pressure as Kristien sank deep inside Drew. The concept was so erotically powerful, AJ’s cunt clenched around Drew and cream poured from her.

There was a moment of total stillness, and then Drew and Kristien moved together, sliding out a little before thrusting back inside. AJ’s mind was overwhelmed by the sheer unexpectedness and carnality of what was happening. She was in a cave on a public beach, having sex with two men. And one of those men was someone who she’d loved hopelessly for years, wondering if he’d ever want her.
