Cynthia’s Demolished Compound, Earth Realm
It had been weeks, yet Conn kept coming back, night after night. Her scent trailed to the next town, but he hadn’t found her there. She’d driven away. As soon as he found any clues, he’d be on the hunt. He’d scented her the night of the explosion. He hadn’t been entirely sure, and then the battle had started. He’d wanted to go to her, but he’d had to complete his mission. It had been too dangerous. He’d been anxious to get it done. Finish it so he could track her.
Alex and her brothers had avoided exile. Obviously his little wolf had as well. He’d told Drake and the others after Dorian’s mating.
So much had happened, but his beast was more focused on finding his little Lykos.
He would find her. She could run, but she wouldn’t be able to hide from him forever. Once he tracked her, found her, she’d never want to leave. His wolf was itching to pin her ass down and claim her. She was his. A gift he was only too happy to claim. He craved a mate of his own. He only had to hunt her down. Thoughts of the chase alone made his dick pulse. He smirked, his poor little female had no idea what was coming for her.
