I rode him faster now as I lost control of myself. I couldn’t go slow any longer, and I had a rising sensation of deep pleasure within the pit of my stomach, waves rising from my pussy, which was throbbing as I took him deep inside me, again and again.

He grunted every time I took him deep inside me, his face frowning as he looked into my eyes, his expression serious, as he concentrated on me.

I put my hands back onto his shoulders and clawed at him as waves of pleasure begins to build within me. Both his hands were grabbing my butt, guiding his cock into me. He thrust his hips up to meet my pussy, thighs slapping against me in a regular rhythm.

He hesitated, groaning as he slowed every so slightly. I could see him trying to resist the desperate animal urge he had to come inside me.

  “Abi, we should...” He moaned.

“Don’t stop, Charlie. Fuck me.” I said, and I leant down to kiss him, biting his lip as he started to fuck me harder from underneath me. I grabbed his biceps, feeling the solid muscle bunch and tense.

He had lost all self control and was thrusting into me wildly, moaning into my mouth as his tongue desperately caressed mine.

I didn’t think it possible but the pleasure increased as his cock filled me again and again, and I gyrated with a steady rhythm to match his thrusting. My mind went blank as the tingling sensation filled my senses, running from my feet, to my pussy, to my breasts, and to my head.

I screamed, unashamed in my pleasure as I came, the orgasm trembling through me. I convulsed as waves of pure ecstasy rolled over me.

“Fuck, Charlie. I’m coming!” I managed to gasp through the overwhelming ecstasy, the pleasure almost too much.

He had lost all self control at my words, and was fucking me faster and harder. A moment later I felt his cock convulse within me, feeling his orgasm as he came inside me. I squealed again with pleasure. He grunted with each convulsion, eyes on mine as he orgasmed.

I was amazed a second wave of pleasure came over me, and I bit his shoulder in an attempt to stop myself from screaming out again. His orgasm finished with one final thrust deep into me. I gasped, looking down at him. I couldn't move. My knees felt weak, and the pleasure was still swimming in my head, rolling around my body like electricity.

“Fuck, Abi. You’re amazing,” he panted.

I nodded at him, unable to speak as the pleasure started to fade.

“So are you. Damn, Charlie. I’m not letting you leave this bed for a week.”

I felt a big hand at the small of my back as he drew me towards him, kissing me gently and brushing my hair back over a shoulder. He looked up at me, expression serious. I could still feel him hard inside me.

“I’m not going anywhere Abi. I’m yours, now.”

  Chapter 10

  Charlie

A few months after I’d taken down Mickey O’Neill and his gang, I’d been promoted to Lieutenant, following my boss’ retirement. I had mixed emotions, I was happy to be promoted, but sad at the same time to lose the guy I had been able to count on when things were at their worst, and he’d given the freedom and support I’d needed to get my job done.

There was a huge party in the office on the Friday, following a long and heartfelt speech from my Lieutenant. He’d called me up unannounced, and asked me to say a few words. I was surprised that I spoke with ease in front of the detectives who were left following the arrest and dishonourable discharge of the corrupt detectives. Eyes were fixed on me with respect, hanging on every word.

I knew I was gonna make a good Lieutenant now the department was clean. I could recruit some new detectives. My detectives. Guys I’d vetted, and train them into a mold similar to mine. The streets were gonna be a lot safer now, I knew.

My promotion wasn’t official until Frank had left the office. So we drank, laughed and told stories, reminiscing over old times. Frank’s wife had come into the office for the party, and Abi was at my side as we chatted away.

Marlene was much nicer than the image Frank had painted for me, and I guessed his complaining about her was mainly from exasperation and possibly his sense of humour. She invited us over for a barbeque on the Sunday. It would give Frank a day to recover, she had said, laughing good naturedly. We happily accepted. It was good to know I could call on my old boss for advice, and he said I could call him any time.

We went to the bar across the road after the party died down and guys starting making their excuses, Abi, Frank, Marlene and I, and a few of the other detectives who didn’t have young kids. Danny joined us a little later, and I was pleased to see him fully recovered from the beating he’d got. Even Rick made an appearance, and he was due to start back at work in a week or two. Under my command.

We drank, talked and laughed into the early hours. Eventually we left, reluctantly. Abi and I walked slowly back to her place, arms linked. I sighed, still amazed at how good her presence felt by my side. Her hips swayed as she walked, and she looked up at me contentedly.

“Congratulations, Lieutenant. Sir.” She frowned seriously, and saluted sarcastically. We both laughed loudly.

“That’s enough of that. Or I’ll have to get the handcuffs out again, ma’am.” I smiled, and felt a stirring at the thought.

“Oh no, please don’t. That would be simply awful, Charlie.” She giggled.

I looked down at her, and kissed her on the top of her head.

“You didn’t drink much tonight. Everything ok babe?” I asked with concern. She’d been sick this morning before heading to work, and I was worried she was ill.

“I’m fine, Charlie. Honest. Just been feeling a bit sick today, that’s all.” I nodded, the raucous laughter from the group at the bar still ringing in my ears. I smiled contentedly.

We made our lazy way back to Abi’s. I’d moved in soon after Mickey’s arrest. Abi had insisted, and I was glad to be out of my small apartment. We were looking for somewhere big, on the nice side of town. I could afford a decent mortgage, and Abi brought in good money from her jobs, though she’d cut down her shifts at the bar somewhat since we’d begun to share our finances.

Things were good, and we were happy. Abi had kept hinting about something, and I guessed it was kids. That or marriage, or both. My gut twisted nervously at the thought. For some reason, I didn’t get scared when someone pointed a gun at me. But the thought of being a Dad scared the shit out of me.

She’d insisted on moving to a bigger house as soon as we found one, settling down. Somewhere near the school, in a safe area of town. I smiled to myself.

Well, most places are safe, now. Much safer. And if they ain’t they sure will be when Lieutenant Charlie Storm get his best men on the case.

I’d talked Danny into agreeing to go for detective. Neither of them knew it yet, but I was gonna pair him with Rick. They’d make an awesome pair, and I couldn’t wait to get them working for me. They wouldn’t take any shit, and they talk to me straight. Wouldn’t bullshit me.

I squeezed Abi as we approached the house, sighing with pleasure at the feel of her shapely body. She patted me firmly on the butt, and ruffled the back of my neck tenderly.

“Now get that door open. And get upstairs on that bed. That’s an order.” I leant in to kiss her passionately as she opened the door, hand fumbling with the lock.

  Abi

I ROLLED OVER, HAND resting on Charlie’s chest as he dozed contentedly, his chest rising and falling gently. The cover was completely off of him, and I ogled his naked body shamelessly. I still found him incredibly attractive, and I squeezed his biceps, dirty thoughts entering my mind.

I looked down at his cock, flaccid but long at his thigh. I felt a stirring of pleasure, a heat rising within me.

I could wake him up quite easily...

I decided to let him sleep for a while longer before jumping on him. Though the desire was strong, and I felt my face flushing at the thought.

We had fucked like rabbits since he’d got me home safe, and couldn’t get enough of each other. I was taken
away by his appetite for sex, and I wasn’t complaining. After such a long abstinence, I knew it was healthy for the both of us.

I felt a twinge in my stomach, and nausea rose. I lurched upright, heading for the bathroom.

I sudden realisation come over me as I stared in the mirror, washing my face. My hand froze.

  No, can’t be.

Excitement and nervousness rose within me, and a slight feeling of panic.

Well, only one way to find out.

I took a pregnancy test from the drawer under the sink and took a deep breath before using it, locking the door in case Charlie rose to see what I was doing.

I placed the test on the counter, pacing nervously, reading and re-reading the instruction manual. I waited for what I guess was enough time for the results to be showing. I sighed with relief as I saw the result.

LATER THAT DAY CHARLIE and I were sitting at my kitchen table, a big lunch finished on the table in front of us. Charlie patted his belly contentedly. A smile crossed my face as I stared at him, love in my eyes. He smiled back, a huge grin spreading across his. handsome face.

I rose to go to the fridge, grabbing a cold beer for Charlie. He exhaled a big lungful of air.

“Had enough of that last night. Might wait until tomorrow,” he said, shaking his head.

“Open it. Drink some.” He frowned at me, cracking open the can and taking a big swig.

“I’ve got something to tell you, baby.” His face froze with shock. Dread spread across his features. I took a big breath, exhaling slowly.

  “I’m pregnant, Charlie.”

He nearly spat the beer out on the plate in front of him. Eyes wide with panic as he looked up at me.

“Wha... what? How... I mean how do you know?” His unassailable confidence had vanished, and for once I saw fear in his eyes. But then he started to smile nervously at me.

“Pregnant. Wow. Ok, that’s good. Isn’t it?” I laughed at him, and went over to sit on his lap.

“Yup. ‘Fraid so, Charlie. I mean, you did it to me. So it’s your fault, really.” I poked him in the chest.

“Well, I didn’t hear you complaining!” We both laughed, though Charlie was still in shock.

“Wonder if it's a boy or girl? Shit, we need a bigger house, Abi. We...”

“Whoa, slow down Charlie. We’ve got nine months to get that sorted. Don’t worry. Try and relax.” He nodded, mumbling apologetically. I squeezed his shoulder reassuringly.

He looked up at me, eyes looking intensely into mine.

“Guess that means I’ll have to marry you now, right?” His eyes sparkled with humour. I slapped him playfully on the chest.

“Charlie Storm. If that isn’t the best proposal a girl has ever heard, then I don’t know what is! Now, kiss me. And carry me back upstairs. I’ve got something to show you...”

  Chapter One

  Chloe

“For the last time, Chloe, it’s not going to happen. Please, just drop it so we can eat in peace. I’ve had a godawful day, and I just want to drink this wine, eat some junk food, and slump in front of the TV.”

I clenched my fists under the table and glared at him intently, frowning slightly. It’s one of my favourite looks, practiced in the mirror to perfection. Normally it’s quite effective, but today he was having none of it.

“Don’t even try it, sweetheart. I’ve had enough bullshit at work that it’s just not gonna work on me today. I said no, I meant no, that’s the end of it.”

I sighed, somewhat defeatedly. But I wasn’t ready to give up just yet on what had so far been a week long argument, played out in small one or two hourly episodes every evening.

“Dad, I know you don’t like it but I’m not a little girl anymore. All I can see on Instagram are pics of my friends all over the world, and believe me there isn’t a chaperone in sight in any of them. Cocktail bars, pool parties, gorgeous hotels...just young people having fun with no dangerous people nearby!”

I raised my dainty, recently manicured eyebrows and pouted slightly. If this was some random guy I’d just lean forward slightly further than required, showing a hint of cleavage and the suggestion of the large breasts beneath... and the argument would be won there and then.

My Dad looked up from his large glass of wine wistfully, looking almost annoyed that I was distracting him from it.

“Yes, you can’t see the ‘chaperones’ because they’re damn good at staying out of sight! That’s why the good ones cost so damn much! I’m not insisting on this just because I think you’re some special little snowflake, believe me. I have my reasons.”

And here we come to the brick wall again, I thought to myself. We would skirt around why I needed protection without my Dad ever actually answering the question.

“So why do I need a bodyguard then?” I queried. If my Psychology degree had taught me anything at all about body language (which it had, I’d graduated Summa Cum Laude and finished top of my graduating year) it was that my Dad would not be swayed. I didn’t give anything away, but was nearing the end of my patience with the argument and was almost ready to fold.

I’ll make it worth my while when I do though, that’s for damn sure!

He sighed and tore his attention away from the TV for a moment, pinching the bridge of his nose.

“You know I can’t explain, I’ve told you that. I’ve signed confidentiality agreements that would put me in jail if I even told you what sort of fucking paper they were written on.”

He paused to half drain his glass of wine.

Not sure that’s how you’re supposed to drink a $300 bottle of red wine, Dad...

“Look, I’ll tell you what. Let’s make a deal, you and I.”

He sat up into what I called his “business mode”, serious face, slightly raised head and shoulders back, hands crossed in front of him.

“I’ll tell you what I can, which would still get me in trouble. But I could probably talk my way out of it. On
the condition that you will agree to my terms.”

  He smiled.

“Oh, I almost forgot. As a sweetener, I’ll cover all your travel expenses. Not just the flights and accommodation.”

I sat up, eyes widening. This was more to my liking. My Dad was a very rich man, but the money he had put aside for me when I was younger was held in trust in the form of shares in his company, but I couldn’t spend a penny of it until the trust matured in just under two year’s time. And I wanted to go on vacation now.

“Oh, and what’s caused the sudden turn of generosity, Daddy? Did someone slip something in your wine?”

He gave me a sympathetic half-laugh.

“No, Chloe. My company’s share price has risen...rather considerably in the last few days, what with the positive media reaction over the completion of our last contract. Which was front page news, I hasten to add. Oh and the companies are now queuing up to get us to sign more software development contracts, following the news article.”

My Dad still referred to the company as “his”, even though he’d sold the majority stake to a large multinational software and hardware development conglomerate when I was young. The share price had risen sharply, making us billionaires on paper, almost overnight. We were even richer now, it seemed. Not much of that mattered to me though, at least not until my shares matured and I’d have more money than I could ever spend.

At the moment though, I just wanted to enjoy the last few years of my early twenties before I had to worry about buying a house, kids or any of the burdens that would come with either. And by fun I meant luxury travel; partying, sightseeing.

And sex. Not necessarily lots of it, just good sex from a man who knows what he’s doing, not like the small handful I’d experienced casually at college...small being the operative word..
