Kristen seems to sense what’s coming, and she wraps her lips around the head of my throbbing cock. She squeezes the base as it comes. With another growl, I punch the wall of my shower and close my eyes as tightly as I can.

I explode inside her mouth and feel her swallow every drop of cum.

I gulp hard as I open my eyes, but the world is a giant haze—and it’s not because the water of the shower is in my eyes.

Kristen has the look of a cat that just managed to sneak away an entire carton of cream as her lips pucker against the tip of my cock for a kiss. She licks her lips as she gazes up at me, and I pull her up so that I can kiss that look off her face.

Her arms wrap around my neck, and my hands grab the back of her thighs. She giggles playfully as I lift her up and into my chest. I back out of the shower—what I want can’t take place in our current situation.

It’s tricky maneuvering, but I know every room in this house like the back of my hand. I set her down on the vanity, and she lets out a small gasp as the cool marble top touches her exposed ass.

Our lips part, and I lick down her body, following the droplets of water as they cascade over her curves. I stop at her hard nipples long enough to take them into my mouth and pull on them with my fingers. Her fingers glide through my wet hair as she moans approvingly at the attention her stiffened buds are receiving.

“So, is this the part where you fuck me on the counter?” she coos in a husky, lustful voice.

“You’d like that, wouldn’t you? I bet that’s what you were fantasizing about. My cock…buried to the hilt inside you.”

I feel the smirk on my face widen as she bites down on her lip, and nods her head in affirmation.

It’s an enticing thought, one I’m almost inclined to deliver. But there’s something that I’m just dying to know…

I waste no time moving further down her body and taking her clit into my mouth. She lets out another gasp that blends with a throaty moan, and her fingers grasp at my scalp as I give it a firm suck.

Next, I move my tongue down slowly between the folds of her wet pussy, and I find myself savoring her honeyed taste. But it’s not enough to sate me, not in the least.

I slide one of her legs over my shoulder, then I slip my fingers inside her. Slowly, at first, but then I thrust them deep into her. She lets out another gasping moan—exactly as I intended.

My tongue slides back up and flicks at the underside of her clit before I wrap my moistened lips back around her swollen clit. With each exacting thrust, I twist my fingers and suck on her clit in the same feverish tempo.

“Oh…fu…fuck,” she manages to say as she pulls at my hair between her fingers. “Don’t…don’t fucking…stop. Right there.”

Oh, I’ve got no plans of stopping anytime soon, Kristen.

My tongue lashes out at her clit, and she yanks forcibly on my hair. Her head lolls back, and she lets out a ragged whimper as I feel her clench around my fingers.

Then she lets out a scream as she finally explodes, and I smile triumphantly, feeling a hot surge of wetness around my fingers and dripping down my chin. Her nearly pulling out my hair does nothing to deter the final licks and flicks of my tongue—not until I’ve had my fill.

I stand up from her legs and grin as she struggles to catch her breath. I slip my fingers into my mouth and lick her clean from them. I savor her sweet taste and find it’s a craving I never knew I had until now.

My smile grows wide in triumph, and at the satisfaction of finally learning the answer to my burning question…

“What are you grinning about?” she asks, having regained some semblance of composure.

  “Oh, nothing…”

Except that the rest of you does taste just as good as I expected.

  Chapter 12

  Kristen

Jesus fucking Christ. Apparently, fucking Leo was exactly everything I thought it would be.

He played perfectly into my fantasy—being wild and unhinged and uncaring about what I said that I wanted. He used me, just like I thought—fantasized—that he might.

Except, instead of taking me and completely owning my body even after we’ve both come, Leo shrinks away. Once the haze of coming wears off, he apparently comes to his senses and turns off the water.

I hold my arms over myself, at least pretending to have some decency as Leo steps out of the tub and then hands me a fluffy towel. I step out after him, and he makes room for me on the mat. But then, I turn around as I begin to dry myself off.

If he feels guilty for looking at me, then I just won’t give him the option.

I know that his mind must be in overdrive. I know he’s been fantasizing about sleeping with me ever since he saw me from across the dining room at the wedding. Now that I’m here, in his house, with apparently no ability to leave, he’s got every opportunity.

Unless he actually listens the next time I say no.

Even though I’m not looking at Leo, I swear I can feel his eyes on me as though they’re about to burn a hole right through my skin. With the absence of rushing water and a lack of moaning to fill the air, the silence drums against the two of us until I can’t take it anymore.

“Well?” I turn my head to look at him over my shoulder, and Leo’s toweling off his hair.

For a second, he pretends not to look at me, but then he turns towards me as I also pat myself dry.

“Kristen, I’m sorry.” He sighs heavily and runs a hand through his hair now that he’s finished drying it. His fingers split through the dark curls and make him look purposefully, perfectly, disheveled.

Huh. Apparently his hair is just like that naturally.

Somehow, his apology does little to soothe me. If anything, it just adds insult to injury. I know what people think of me—that because I’m a party girl, I must also throw myself at every guy I meet.

  But it’s not true.

So, to have Leo look so fucking guilty about kissing me, and going down on me…cuts me in a place that I didn’t know existed. The orgasm he gave me was harder than any other I’d ever given myself. I enjoyed it.

  But he didn’t.

“I mean it, I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have done that to you…I came rushing up the stairs because I heard you scream and when I saw you I just…” He sighs. “I couldn’t help myself.”

I turn my head away and let him stare at my ass as I use the towel to dry my hair.

“But I shouldn’t have done it. I don’t want to be that guy. I don’t want you to think that because of what happened at the auction, that you’re obligated to have sex with me. I do want you, but that’s not why I did it.”

I look at him over my shoulder again and raise an eyebrow.

“I know I’m not obligated to fuck you, or let you fuck me. Even if that had been the reason you ‘bought’ me,” I snap.

“You’re right, and I want you to know that I won’t take you like that ever again.”

Now, I turn around and look at him. I can’t really work it out—Leo stands there, shifting his gaze from me to the floor, to the torn shower curtain and then to the last few drops of water as they drip down the drain.

I cross my arms and tilt my head to the side. My gaze on Leo’s face is unwavering. I want him to look at me. Where’s the wit of the man from the wedding or the sparks that I felt outside of the warehouse?

“Even if I want you to?”

  “What?”

He turns to look at me, his dark eyes locking into mine.

“What if I beg you to take me, to fuck me and make me yours? Would you do it then?”

  “Well that’s different—”

“Not that much,” I interrupt him, not caring if it pisses him off.

“Yes, it is, that’s you asking for it.”

“Who says I wasn’t asking for it now?”

“You told me that you weren’t fingering yourself at the thought of me. I shouldn’t have kissed you anyway.”

“But if I wasn’t into it, I could have said no,
I could have pushed you away. If I’d told you to stop, you would have listened, right?”

  “Of course, I—”

“Then, get over yourself!” I say, putting one hand on my hip. “Don’t act like I wasn’t also part of what just happened, that I didn’t also choose for it to continue.”

  “But—”

“And, anyway, doesn’t this basically solve all your problems?”

“No!” Leo’s voice raises again, and then I see it—that spark.

There’s the dominant man who’s not afraid to take what he wants; all I need is to poke at him for a little bit.

  “Why not?”

“Because I should never have put you in that position in the first place,” he snaps and takes a step towards the door. “Now that I have, there’re twelve new problems in it’s place.”

“So, sleeping with me is a problem?” I ask, following him out the door.

  “No!”

  “Then what?”

Leo walks through the hallway and into his bedroom, pulling open drawers and rummaging through them.

“Given that we only met a couple of hours ago and how I technically just ‘bought’ you at an auction, can’t you see how me then sleeping with you right away might be a little bit of a problem?”

I cross my arms and fall quiet for a bit.

Okay, so Leo has a point.

But it’s not like one mind-blowing orgasm is going to brainwash me into thinking that he only wants me for sex. Any man is lucky to be with a girl like me, and Leo is a change of pace from the guys I’m usually around.

For starters, he actually seems to care about me.

So, we stand in silence for a bit as Leo takes out a pair of grey sweatpants and a t-shirt from inside his wardrobe. From a small drawer in the corner, he pulls out a pair of lacy panties.

Not quite the neon pink g-string that I was expecting. Not that I’m complaining.

“So, do you want me to change here or…?”

Leo looks at me, still flicking through his wardrobe. “If you want.”

  “Fine.”

I turn my back on him again, though I know he can see all of me in the reflection of the mirror. I drop the towel to the floor around my feet and dress myself in his clothes. He’s neglected to give me a bra, but I doubt he’ll have one in my size.

While I’m dressing, Leo does the same. I watch him through the mirror as he pulls out a dress shirt and suit pants. I see him hang a jacket over the door, and I cock my eyebrow.

  “Where are you going?”

“I’ve got plans,” Leo says noncommittally, “and I can’t break them.”

  “What about me?”

  “You’ll have to stay put.”

He looks at me through my reflection in the mirror as he buttons up his shirt.

  “What?”

“You heard me. Stay put. Do whatever: watch Netflix, order pizza or Chinese food or whatever. You could tear up all my pillows and destroy my bedroom if you feel like it…just don’t leave. You can’t do that.”

“Wow, so I really am a prisoner.”

  “No.”

  “So, I can leave?”

  “No.”

I turn to face him, tilting my head to the side slightly. “Exactly.”

“Look, don’t make this difficult, Kristen. After I get back tonight, I’ll figure something out about what I’m gonna do with you. Trust me, I don’t really want you here any longer than you have to be either.”

  I laugh dryly. “You’re such a charmer.”

“Oh, and one more thing…” Leo fastens cufflinks through his sleeves and doesn’t look at me. “There’s a door by the stairs. You might have missed it. But whatever happens, don’t touch it.”

“Why, is it your secret sex dungeon? Are you scared to show me how kinky you really are?”

“No. It doesn’t matter what it is. Just don’t touch it. Don’t even go near it. Don’t even think about it—”

“Yeah, yeah, I get it. Don’t touch this super-secret, super not-suspicious door under the stairs, or else you’ll kill me.”

  “I won’t kill you.”

“No, you’ll just come back and ravish me in your secret kinky sex dungeon.”

Leo’s eyes narrow at me as he steps forward. He towers over me for a minute, with a dark look in his eyes.

“You know, Kristen? You’re really pushing your luck right now.” His eyes dart a look at his watch, and he shakes his head. “I have to go. I’ll be back after midnight.”

Then, Leo pushes past me and walks out of the bedroom. I listen to his footsteps go down the stairs, and then the front door slams.

  I’m alone.

  Chapter 13

  Leo

The music thumping relentlessly off the walls isn’t clearing my head like I expected it to.

For that matter, neither are the naked women dancing to it.

I made a fucking mistake tonight—more than one, come to think of it—and I can’t seem to shake the fact.

As if throwing all that money away and effectively traipsing a weakness around in front of Lawson weren’t bad enough; now, I’ve gone and complicated things with Kristen.

Truly, this day has been one hell of an impressive screw up. With my luck, it’ll only get worse from here.

I toss back the remnants of my scotch, raising the glass in the air at the nearest waitress as soon as it’s drained.

It’s either my third or fourth since arriving. Frankly, I’ve still got a long way to go if I plan on drowning out the nagging voices in my head.

“Get you another?” the waitress asks, her tits bouncing as she approaches.

I just nod, not really in the mood for the theatrics tonight.

Lucky for me, she’s the sort that can take a hint. She grabs my glass with a smile, turning to leave. I don’t even bother to watch her go.

How the fuck am I gonna fix this mess?

It’s this thought above all others that’s really unnerving me. I can accept my decisions over the last few hours, knowing that there were reasons behind most—if not all—of them.

The thing I don’t understand, though, is exactly what to do now.

I’ve still got Lawson to deal with, dangerous and conniving as the bastard is, just waiting for me to go ahead and drop the ball on his latest plan.

I’m currently down over a million dollars.

I’ve got Kristen tucked away in my apartment, stubborn and brave in ways that I still can’t quite understand—and not for a lack of trying. And as if that weren’t bad enough, I’ve still got the taste of her on my lips. A taste that, somehow, is managing to do more for me than every dancer in this place combined.

And things were so simple when I woke up this morning.

The waitress reappears with my scotch, and I slip her a fifty before she can speak.

“Anything else?” she asks, raising an eyebrow at her tip.

  “Nope.”

Still looking unconvinced, she turns to go.

I’d gladly pay twice that to not have her hanging around, so I consider it a bargain. Silence—duly bought and desperately needed. Well, not silence per se, but lack of conversation, which is good enough for me.

  “Leo!”

  Fuck.

I turn towards the greeting, immediately spotting Benny amid the mass of swarming buddies. And here I thought I had more time before he showed.

“Hey man!” he calls, crossing over to me. “There you are.”

I finish my new drink in a single gulp. “Here I am.”

He laughs. “I’d ask what’s with the long face, but I’d probably be depressed, too, if I just spent over a million on some prissy virgin.”

“Oh, good,” I quip sarcastically, “you’ve heard.” It’s all I can seem to muster right about now.

“No, shit, I’ve heard. Fucking lunacy like that is worth repeating.”

  “Don’t start, Benny.”

“Don’t start what, thinking straight? Tell you what, I’l
l stop right now if you start, man.”

I can’t help but laugh at that; he does have a point, after all. What the fuck am I doing?

“At least tell me you’ve had a chance to break her in,” he says, taking the seat across from me.

The laughter dies in my throat. “Enough, Benny.”

“Oh! Hit a bit of a soft spot, huh? So, I take that as a yes then.”

  “Fuck you.”

He leans in closer, setting his elbows on the table, and studying my face as if there are answers to be found there.

“Oh. Maybe not, then. Something happened though, right?”

Well, I’ll be damned. Maybe there are some answers there after all. “Just drop it, okay?”

He throws his hands up dramatically. “Come on, Leo, you’ve gotta give me something here!”

I groan, running a hand idly through my hair. “All I know, right now, is that I need to figure out what the fuck to do with her.”

“Now that I can help with! Just say the word, man. I’d be happy to take her off your hands.”

  “Benny…”

“What? One of us ought to get some use out of her. You can’t just ignore the poor thing.”

“Hilarious. Now shut the fuck up.”

He laughs too loudly at his own stupid joke before waving down the waitress from earlier.

I listen to him order, pulling out my phone to check the time. “Actually,” I cut into his flirting, “cancel that.”

  “What, why?”

I hold my phone up for his inspection. “Time to go.”

  He groans but doesn’t argue.

After all, Benny might talk a lot of shit, but he’s as reliable as they come. Especially when it’s Lawson he has a meeting with.

“Lead the way,” he instructs irritably.

It’s a bit of a stretch to the docks, but this time of night, it doesn’t take too long to reach them. Ten minutes finds me pulling into our usual parking spot. Another five, and we’re approaching Lawson himself.

He grins as he lays eyes on us, whispering something into the ear of whatever young girl is currently hanging on his arm.
