Six lets out a barking laugh. “He’s turning thirteen. I’m sure he’ll be off somewhere doing his own thing while all the adults mingle.”
I let out a deep breath. “Fine. We will tell them tonight.” My reply earns me smirk. The smirk I love so much.
He makes his way into the bathroom and sits on the floor beside the tub. “I can’t wait.” He kisses the silver band on my ring finger. “You’ll officially be mine.”
“I’ve always been yours,” I coo.
