  3 eggs

  ½ cup almond flour

  ½ teaspoon allspice, ground

  ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder

  A pinch of nutmeg

  ½ teaspoon baking soda

  2/3 cup ghee, melted

  ½ cup pecans, chopped

  1 cup carrots, grated

  ½ cup raisins

  Directions:

  In a bowl, mix sugar with eggs, almond flour, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, melted ghee, pecans, carrots and raisins, stir well, pour into your Crockpot after you’ve greased it with cooking spray, cover and cook on Low for 4 hours.

  Leave carrot pudding to cool down, slice and serve.

  Chestnut Cream

  Preparation time: 10 minutes

  Cooking time: 3 hours

  Servings: 6

  Ingredients:

  11 ounces coconut sugar

  11 ounces water

  1 and ½ pounds chestnuts, halved and peeled

  Directions:

  In your Crockpot, mix sugar with water and chestnuts, stir, cover and cook on Low for 3 hours.

  Blend using your immersion blender, divide into small cups and serve.

  Enjoy!
