Some days she regretted inviting that Sammy guy to her house to cook his shit, but they needed the money. What she didn’t need and hadn’t expected, was for her mother to hop into bed with the slimy creep.
Now every morning as soon as she woke up she left the house. Well not right away. She usually laid in her bed too mortified by the sounds coming out of her parents’ room to move.
It’s not like she’s a prude, far from it. But the sounds of her mom fucking a low life degenerate always brought home the fact of their existence. The fact that they’d gone from the higher echelons of society, to the very bottom.
But it’s once they were done and headed into the once luxury kitchen to start cooking up that foul smelling shit that she’d have to leave. That and the fact that five minutes alone in Sammy’s presence was more than she could stomach.
The way he leers at her didn’t need interpretation the pig. Just thinking about it made her skin crawl…”Hey!” She tried looking up at the person who’d wrapped their arm around her head with a hand over her mouth.
To anyone looking they’d see two people playing around, rough housing, with one holding the other in a playful headlock. In reality, Annabelle had walked up behind her and wrapped her hand around her head, covering her mouth and nose as she dragged her off towards the trees.
She didn’t let go until they were well hidden from anyone who may pass by. Lisa stepped back in surprise when her assailant pulled the hoody back and she saw that it was her old nemesis.
“You…” She barely got the word out before she took a fist to the face, right across the mouth. And after that there was nothing but constant blows to her face and head. She never had a chance to fight back, not that she was ever any match for the other girl.
Annabelle, once she saw blood decided she’d had enough. And while Lisa laid in the dirt wiping her nose with tears and blood running down her face, leaned over and said, “that’s called a Memphis beat down bitch!”
“I’ll have you arrested, you’re not gonna get away with this.” The words were a bit warbled but Annabelle understood all the same. “Who’s gonna believe you. Why would Mrs. Chase Worthington stoop so low?”
Those words cut Lisa deeper than the wounds on her face. “Right now I’m at home with my son in my beautiful home. Why would I come all the way over here to attack someone like you? See ya!” And with that she walked away. A chapter closed.

Chase was on pins and needles. He expected any minute that the cops would be at the door to tell her about her mother being arrested and why. He’d left work early when he got the call. He felt almost guilty since Annabelle seemed happier than she had in days.
Not that she’d been sad, but there seemed to be something different. She was back to her old spunky self, so much so that he’d had to remind her they couldn’t do anything in the bedroom for a while when she danced up against him; tormenting his poor deprived cock.
When the doorbell rang, although he was expecting it he was tempted not to answer. Annabelle beat him to it. She answered the door expecting her mother or sister in law or hell, even Em or dad, but almost pissed herself when she saw the two cops standing there. That bitch!
“Can I help you?”
“Are you Mrs. Annabelle Winthrop?” Annabelle fought back tears and hoped Chase didn’t wring her neck as she nodded.
“May we come in?” Chase came up behind her and wrapped his arm around her waist.
They stepped back, inviting them in and headed for the sitting room where Chase sat her down while the three men stayed standing. Annabelle was trying to get her words together when one of the officers started talking.
It took her a few seconds to follow the thread of what he was saying. She jumped up from her seat with her mouth hanging open. “What did you just say?” She blinked and looked at Chase who moved to her side to wrap his arm around her shoulder and pull her in.
She listened as they told her about the charges against her mother and felt numb. “So this is it huh.” She really hates me, she thought. Annabelle wished she could cry. The tears were there, but there was a lump in her throat that wouldn’t let them escape.
“Chase you handle it, I’m going to get the baby.” Her son was fast asleep in his crib, but she needed to see his little face, to reassure herself that he was okay, even though there was such evil in the world as to want him dead.
Chase needn’t have worried. Ms. Scacci may have gotten away with threatening her daughter’s life, but the moment Annabelle heard of the other woman’s plans for her son she was as good as dead to her.
Chase, after the cops had gone, was thanking his lucky stars. Annabelle had taken it far better than he expected, though he still kept his eye on her just in case. He did take a moment to go into the bathroom and look himself in the mirror.
He’d been steeped in this vengeance game so long, he didn’t want to lose himself. Once this was over he’d go back to being the fair minded happy go lucky guy he always was. But there’re just some things a man has to do in this world through no fault of his own. Now he turned his mind to other things.
It was a week later and Lisa was still steaming mad. Her face had yet to go back to its normal state, she had a chipped tooth, a yellow eye, and the bitch had even pulled out a good chunk of her hair.
When she’d gone home that day after the fight in the park her mother had taken one look at her and screamed. “Who did this to you?”
“It was that Annabelle bitch, call the police.” Lisa’s mom, Nancy, had wrung her hands at that one.
“Um…I don’t think we can.”
“Why not?” Lisa yelled before touching her sore mouth in pain. “Ouch!” Her mother just looked around the kitchen where they stood and Lisa felt anger and frustration boil in her chest.
“We can’t have the cops coming here and besides, that Dr. Worthington said if we came anywhere near his family again he’d make sure we suffer.” She looked towards the windows that looked out onto the stately street where the Worthington home stood.
Lisa had flown into her room in a rage, destroying what few luxuries she had left from her days as a southern belle. She felt humiliated even though no one had seen what happened, and she was sure that was only a precaution on Annabelle’s part.
It didn’t matter who saw, she knew and Annabelle knew, and she just couldn’t live with that. And now a week later she was still no closer to coming up with a solution.
She’d thought of asking Sammy for help. From past conversations she knew the guy still had a hard on for the trailer park bitch. She thought if she played her cards right she could get him to exact revenge, but when he hinted at what he wanted as payment she’d had to rethink that. Now she was thinking that sleeping with him once or twice might be worth it.
She was just about to head out the door for her morning escape. Though she was no longer going back to that park, she’d found somewhere else to spend the few hours she had to away from home.
There were no friends to call, no one to hang out with. That was another thing that was bugging her. All those people she used to lord it over now thought they were above her. She couldn’t wait until she got back on her feet and made them all pay.
She heard someone on the other side of the door just as she reached out to open it and jumped back in surprise when it was kicked open. “Police, get down on the floor and put your hands behind your head.”
She dropped to the floor in fright as feet ran past her, it sounded like a whole horde. She felt bile rise in her throat as the consequences of what this meant hit her full in the face.
They were brought home even more when she felt the cold steel of the cuffs snap around her wrists as tears fell. Her pleas of innocence fell on deaf ears as they put her in the back of one car while hauling her mother and Sammy off to two others. This time she felt the eyes of their neighbors watching from behind window curtains. Her defeat was complete.
“Babe, I have to run out for an hour or so, you
need anything?” Annabelle looked up from the book she was reading at Chase’s words. She lifted her mouth for the kiss he leaned in for. “No thanks!”
She didn’t ask where he was going, and he didn’t offer that information as he looked in on his son before heading out the door. He’d just received the call he’d been waiting for and was on his way downtown to put the finishing touches on this farce.
It was finally over, all of it. Ms. Scacci was going away for a long time for trying to hire a hit man to kill her daughter and grandson, and now he had no doubt that Lisa, her mother and Sammy were going to be going away for a long time now too.
He’d have settled for each of them six feet deep, but this was the next best thing. Detective Ambrose met him at the door to the precinct. “We gotta make this quick, they’re about to lawyer up. Which one do you want first?”
“Him!” Was all Chase said as he followed the detective down the hallway with the closed doors. The station house was bustling, crime in the city is always on the rise.
Sammy looked up when the door opened and squinted at the stranger who walked in. The guy looked familiar but he couldn’t place him. “Who are you?” Chase didn’t answer as he pulled his phone from his pocket.
He pulled up the recording of the fight and walked over to the other man. “Is this you?” Sammy watched the screen and saw his own face. He recognized the day as he heard his own voice coming through the speakers.
‘Whoa this shit is gonna make me rich, I’m live streaming this shit.’ Chase pressed the rewind button and once again Sammy heard his own voice, and about the same time remembered where he’d seen the other man before.
‘That’s right, she did our boy Tim dirty too. Go on home girl, when you’re done we’ll take turns on her out back in the alley ain’t that right Dirk?’
“What do you want?” Sammy was beginning to see where he’d gone wrong.
“Nothing, I’ve already got it. I heard you could get eight to thirty years and I’m going to see that you get the full ride. Not only for this, but for the day you and your friend Dirk chased her down the street.”
Chase turned and left as the other man screamed impotent threats at his back. He had one more stop and then he was done.
Lisa was already seeing the rest of her life go down the drain. She’d been sitting here for almost an hour and no lawyer yet. She was going to have to use a public defender of all things, how will she live down the shame?
She looked up as the door opened and almost fell out of her chair when Chase walked in. Chase was taken aback by the fading bruises on her face. He hadn’t heard that she’d been in a dustup.
“What do you want? Come to finish what your wife started? You two really deserve each other. I have nothing to say to you.”
“What’s this about my wife?”
“As if you didn’t know. She did this to me.”
Lisa pointed to her face, and wished in that moment she could threaten him with pressing charges unless he helped her, but she knew it was no use. “What are you doing here anyway?”
Chase was still trying to figure out how his sneak of a wife had escaped his notice long enough to run off and do that much damage to this twit. “I just came to tell you we’re even now.”
“What are you talking about?”
‘This, your being here. It was all me.”
“You? But why?”
“You can’t be that stupid. Because you hit my wife. Because you tried to harm my son.”
Lisa had never seen such a look of cold disdain on anyone’s face. And though she’d long given up on her pipe dream of she and him becoming an item, his words still hurt.
That he’d chosen Annabelle, had gone to such lengths as he explained to her how he’d set the whole thing in motion, was the final insult. She didn’t even have the strength to yell any of what she was thinking as he walked out the door. She was well and truly beaten.
Chase forgot about her as soon as his feet hit the pavement outside. His little sneak was in for an ass whipping when he got home. He tried to remember if she’d been hurt any time in the last week or so and couldn’t think of anything.
Then he recalled the day she’d been so exceedingly happy and grinned as he started up his car. He still had the Aston but he’d since bought a family sedan to add to the truck he also owned. The little sports car wasn’t big enough to fit his little family.
He walked in the door and went in search of her, finding her in the rocking chair in the nursery where she was feeding their son. “Hey slugger, I’m back.” Annabelle looked up sharply but his face gave nothing away.
There’s no way he could know. But why was he calling her that out of the blue? Chase didn’t say a word as he leaned down and kissed her.
Epilogue
“Ssh, you’ll wake the kids.” Chase covered his wife’s mouth with his hand as he stroked into her again. No matter how often or how many years had gone by, he never could get enough of her. In fact, his hunger for her has only grown stronger with time and he wouldn’t have it any other way.
“Should I cum inside you?” They were still playing fast and loose with contraception, never having really given them a try. Sometimes he remembered to pull out and would come on her stomach or sometimes he’d cum on her ass and in the small of her back if he was taking her from behind.
There were even times when she was fast enough to take him in her mouth and suck him off. But mostly, he’d end up cumming inside her, because it was his favorite place to spend his seed.
That’s how they’d ended up with a houseful of kids. And though he was in love with his little family and couldn’t imagine life without them, these times, late at night, when the rest of the house was asleep and it was just the two of them, were still his favorite.
They’d had three kids in their first four years of marriage, all while she kept up with her classes and graduated pre-med before going on to med school. Another child was born her third year in medical school, making it four children in seven years and they’d both decided that was enough.
But there was just one thing missing from the young Worthington family, a girl. All those babies were boys, boys who looked like their daddy no less. Funny enough it was Chase who longed for a little princess to spoil, and since they still didn’t like the idea of using protection, it had been left up to nature to decide.
And that’s how they ended up with the last one, born only six months ago. Now they had a complete set. Chase had got his little angel and wouldn’t you know it? She was her mother’s spitting image.
His parents had moved into some Country Club Bedroom community for the over fifty crowd, leaving Chase part of his inheritance early, namely the family home that has always been passed down to the eldest son from generation to generation.
And his dad, Dr. Worthington was training Annabelle to take over his practice which was still downstairs once she finished her residency. And Chase’s business has been doing better than fine.
They couldn’t have done it though, without the help of their two nannies, the chef, the housekeeper, and the three maids she oversaw. With all those hands and eyes around, the couple had plenty of ease in which to do the things they love.
Not that they didn’t spend as much time as they possibly could with their kids, they were both hands-on parents, especially Annabelle, who’d been raised without the love of a mother or the comfort and support of a father.
But every once in a while they liked to sneak away for some one on one time, and one of their favorite places to go, was down by the gazebo on the backyard lake, where Chase had bought two new swans to join the ones that were once his mother’s, because they were now more than twenty years old.
It was there, where they were married, that Chase liked to have her on warm spring nights and cooler summer evenings when they could sneak away for their nightly star gazing rituals, which have remained one of their favorite things to do.
Since it was well enough away from the house that
they wouldn’t be interrupted, their nights spent down there always ended with him inside her.
Now they were alone in their bed well into the night, everything quiet outside, the sultry heat beating against the bedroom windows while they made love.
“Yes, cum in me.” Annabelle loved this, loved having her man cum inside her, the thrill of not knowing if she’d get pregnant this time or not, always leaving her tummy filled with excitement.
It was always the same, whenever they played like this. Even with five children, the thought of getting her pregnant always did it for him and now was no different.
Chase wrapped his arms around her hugging her close as his hips sped up and she tightened around him in that way she has that drives him mad.
“I love you so much.” He brushed the hair back from her face. “My Belle!” Tears filled her eyes as they always do when he gets like this and she gave him back the words. “I love you more.” instead of fighting with her as he sometimes do, about whose love is strongest, Chase covered her lips with his and rocked into her. Once again amazed at how lucky they were to have found each other.
When he pulled back and looked down at her she smiled up at him and ran her hands up and down his chest and around his back as she wrapped her legs around him, pulling him into her.
“Kimmy and Colin will be back tomorrow.”
“Yes I know, I spoke to them earlier.” Kimmy and Colin had been married right out of college but had yet to start a family. The two suffered from severe wanderlust and preferred to spend their time travelling the world.
As a successful writer Colin could work from anywhere, which made that kind of life a breeze. Every once in a while, Kimmy would feel the need to be motherly and she’d nab their kids for a day or two, or in the summer months, they could be gone for as long as two weeks at a time.
