Lucky Between the Sheets: An Anthology of Stories that Get to the Point

“Aghh!” The startled cry jumped out of me as Marrok swiveled his hips, moving against a bundle of nerves that threatened to undo me. He stilled, and when I panted, managing to control myself, he stroked my ass with approval before continuing.
“Good job, love. Now take Fenrir into your delectable mouth.”
I swallowed, wondering if he would fit. I glanced up at Fen.
“Don’t worry, Lucky. Do only what you’re comfortable with.”
I nodded, but still hesitated. I’d never thought I’d want to take a man in my mouth. But Fen and Rawlins had both seemed to thoroughly enjoy oral sex, and I wanted to know. I wanted to reciprocate.
Marrok smacked my ass with a swift strike, and I jerked. “Wha—?”
“Do I have to ask again?”
In any other situation, I would have decked anyone who thought to tell me my business, but the deep rumble in Marrok’s voice and the gentle caress of his other hand on my hip, had my insides pooling at the thought of being punished by him.
Who knew?
Smiling, I brought my face down to Fen’s erection and darted my tongue out, no longer able to resist taking a taste for myself.
He groaned, collapsing back onto his elbows. “Lucky…”
I licked him again, as Marrok started moving more slowly behind me. He tasted like musk and salt and cream, and feeling daring, I opened my mouth fully and took his tip inside. Fen’s hands on my shoulders began to shake, and a strangled cry came from him as I swirled my tongue around him.
Marrok’s fingers dug into my hips, and his pace stuttered. He growled, and then went wild, thrusting so hard that I rocked forward, taking more of Fen into my mouth at the same time.
Oh my!
I hummed my pleasure at having both of them in me at the same time, and suddenly, everything clicked. Fen thrust up as Marrok retreated, and I sucked, hollowing my cheeks. Taking him deeper, I swallowed as he neared the back of my throat, and Marrok thrust hard again, shooting warning sparks through me once more.
I moaned, the only sound I could really make around Fen’s shaft, and Marrok and Fen both growled in response.
Once…
Twice…
Three times...Marrok slammed into me, his breath hitching and my insides quivering with the need for release.
“Come for us, love.”
Marrok’s command was my pleasure. I shattered around him, and Fen pulled away from me, coming all over my breasts as he too found release. Hot spurts of his essence covered me as wracking spasms worked through me.
I just managed to keep myself from collapsing, when Marrok roared, and climaxed wildly inside of me, reigniting my orgasm, and making me scream out until my throat was raw.
Tattooed arms wrapped around me from behind, pulling me securely into Marrok’s chest as our breathing synched, pant by desperate pant. Sweat made him slick, and he was somehow still hard within me.
Holding me tight, he began to rock us, his hips dipping in and out gently, stroking me towards another release while he whispered words I didn’t understand in my ear. Fen watched, reclining in front of us, stroking himself as he too grew hard again. The amber in his eyes glinted, and the sweet, slow torture that was once again building within me had just as much to do with the man before me as the one within me.
Tingles spread from where Marrok and I were joined, and though I was about ready to fall over unconscious, I rocked my hips with him, taking us both to the precipice. Marrok’s lips left my ear, and when he clamped his teeth over my neck, where both Rawlins and Fen had suckled, I came undone in his arms, whimpering my release and finally letting go into oblivion.

I awoke to the sunlight streaming in from my window, aching just about everywhere. Stretching slowly, new muscles, hardly ever used before, made themselves known.
Was it just another dream?
My bed held only me, but the smell Fen, Marrok, and sex lingered on my sheets. I smiled up at the dust motes, dancing in the golden rays of morning, and took a moment to relive my favorite parts of the night before.
Transcendence. Lust. Pleasure.
Possibly more?
An unfamiliar, deep hum drifted in from my living room, and I paused, straining to hear. Were the guys still here?
I frowned. With the hormones finally cleared from my mind, I had questions.
How had Fen and Marrok known where I lived? And how had Marrok known Fen was here before being let in?
Had they tag-teamed before? It didn’t seem like it, but they were both so incredibly comfortable with what had happened.
Was this a one-off, or could I look forward to it happening again?
I sat up, ignoring the ache between my legs, and reached for my robe. If they were still here, I was going to demand answers.
Stepping out into my living room, I froze.
They were here, but they weren’t alone.
Fen, Marrok, Lowe, and Rawlins were standing together in my living room, shirtless, with their heads bowed and their hands on each other’s shoulders. Fen intoned something that sounded like a cross between a chant and a growl, and the others responded with what sounded like the same thing. He did it again, only louder, and it was almost as if the air were shimmering around him— like the heat over the pavement on a hot day. They responded, and the shimmer expanded to encompass all four of them.
Fen held himself like someone who was used to being in charge, and the others shifted slightly, as though drawn to his authority. He growled something else, snapping his head up and meeting my eyes.
I gasped. They were amber, but not like his usual color. Light radiated from them, like nothing I’d ever seen before. It was beautiful and eerie, and I stumbled back a step at the sheer alien-ness of it. The other three turned their heads in unison, nailing me with identical gazes, and my knees trembled.
Marrok’s blue, Rawlins’ deep chocolate so dark they were almost black, and Lowe’s honey...they all glowed.
“Lucky.”
Fen’s voice wrapped around me like a physical force, pulling me forward even as my legs threatened to give out.
The other three repeated my name. “Lucky.”
The shimmering expanded, stroking my skin with feather-like kisses, and a haze lowered in my mind. I was there, but my thoughts were slow to form, and I moved closer...this time of my own volition.
Fen touched a finger to my chin. “Lucky.”
I sucked in a gasp as he elicited a spark of heat in my core with his voice alone. “W-what are you people?”
Marrok stroked a hand down my arm and pulled my hand to his lips. “We are Alphas.”
Lowe mirrored his movement on my other side. “We are yours.”
Rawlins wrapped his arms around me from behind, completing the circle, and lowered his lips to my ear. “We are wolves.”
The haze shimmered vibrantly, and at once, all four of their faces blurred, a wolf superimposing over their features.
It was too much.
I gasped for air, shaking my head violently. The shimmer pulsed power through me, and my vision dimmed. Fen’s piercing gaze speared into me, and my eyes rolled back, unconsciousness claiming me.
* * *
I came-to sitting on the floor of my living room. Rawlins was still wrapped around me, and the other three were in the same places, though now all sitting on the floor with me.
“Lucky.” Fen’s voice still caressed me, but the power seemed to have pulled back some.
I looked at him, and he smiled that crooked smile that first captured my interest.
“You need to understand, that we would never harm you.” He took my hand from Marrok and stroked the back of my knuckles gently. “The world is bigger than you knew.”
Rawlins nuzzled my hair, and Lowe handed me a glass of water while Fen continued. “The four of us are the North American Alphas.” Marrok snorted under his breath, and Fen shook his head. “Well, Lowe, Rawlins and myself are. Marrok is something different.”
<
br /> Questioning, I glanced to my left, but Rok shook his head. “He will get to that in a minute.”
I returned my attention to Fen as I sipped at the water.
“Lowe runs the Pacific Northwest Pack, Rawlins the Roanoke Pack, and I am Alpha of the Woodline pack, as well as the Fenrir of all wolves.”
I blinked, not really sure what to say. Logic screamed that they were nuts, and I needed to run, but I saw it with my own eyes. They were different. Supernaturally different.
I stared, needing more information.
“The Fenrir to the wolves is much like the Dalai Lama to humans. I was found as a pup, and taken from my family when I was just a week old to begin my training.”
I furrowed my brow. Even though living with momma was trying, at least I still had a family...sort of. “That doesn’t sound right, taking a kid from their parents.”
Fen smiled warmly, dispelling my concern. “It’s not just an honorary title, Lucky. It’s who I am. My spirit is the reincarnated Fenrir of legend. I hold the memories of our people in my mind, and am considered the religious leader for all wolves, as well as the Alpha of my pack.”
I turned my head to Marrok, remembering his and Fen’s laughter from the night before. “So it really was a religious experience?”
He nodded, a smile sparking in his deep blue eyes, and I looked back to Fen, who shared the expression. “It truly was, Lucky, but more than you yet realize.”
The others shifted closer, their knees practically touching me, and I raised my eyebrows. “Do tell?”
“Lucky, there is a legend among the wolves, of a unifying soul. See, each of us carries the spirit of a wolf inside, and when that wolf meets its mate, it’s for life. Always only one mate per wolf.” His thumb continued to caress my knuckles, calming me as he spoke of things completely foreign to me. “But all four of our wolves claim you as theirs.”
I turned my head abruptly back and forth, locking gazes with each of them for a moment. “All of you?”
Marrok spoke up. “Yes. It is something I never thought to experience.”
Rawlins reached a hand out to pat Marrok on the shoulder.
“I was born to the name Bjarni Asvaldsson sometime in the 12th century.” He paused, seeing if I had anything to interject, but I was effectively speechless. Wolves. Reincarnation. 12th century.
If I believed some, might as well believe it all.
“Shortly after Sigurd the first of Norway died, I was cursed by a rival clan for backing the wrong successor. It was a bloodbath, and the crone of their clan, mired in grief over the loss of her sons, cursed me to always carry the soul of a beast within. It was then that I took the name Marrok, meaning ‘Knight who becomes wolf’.”
I gaped. “You’re telling me you’re over eight hundred years old?” I looked at Fen. “And you’re a reincarnated deity?”
Lowe and Rawlins both laughed as Fen shrugged. Marrok nodded earnestly. “Exactly. I am not Alpha to any pack. It becomes tedious after a few decades. Instead, I roam, helping fledgling Alphas when I can, and often staying out of the business of humans.”
I narrowed my eyes. “Well that explains a few things.” Marrok sighed, but a ghost of a smile quirked up the edges of his lips. “That would mean you were a Viking, doesn’t it?” He nodded, and inside I felt giddy. I’d fucked a Viking last night. What world had I woken in?
Fen cleared his throat, returning my attention to him. “Lucky, the legend, I think it was speaking of you.” His expression went serious, and Rawlins tightened his hold on me, as though afraid I might bolt with whatever I was about to hear. “It speaks of a uniting soul, one who will claim mate of not one, but multiple wolves. The tale tells us that when the uniting soul appears, all wolves will become as one, or they will fall apart, doomed to—”
“Don’t tell her that part yet,” Lowe interjected. “It needs to be her choice, not because of some doomy prophecy.”
I stared at the usually easy-going Lowe while his words rolled in my mind. Slowly, I asked, “What choice?”
Lowe sighed, and Rawlins cleared his throat behind me. “The choice to mate with us all,” he rumbled, vibrating in my body as if he’d spoken through me and not just behind me.
Mate with them all…
My insides clenched.
I remembered my fantasy. All four...mine…
“What exactly does that mean, mate?”
Fen smiled softly, calm exuding. “It means that you would pledge yourself to us, and take us as yours. There is a ceremony that seals the bond, but essentially, it would tie the five of us together forever.”
“Like marriage?” I bit my lips, trying to keep my disdain for the word out of my tone.
Fen’s brow furrowed slightly as he nodded. “Somewhat, yes. But it’s different than human marriage. Our wolves only mate once. There is no divorce for us. You will always be free to leave us, but for us, you’re it.”
I frowned. “I was never that girl that dreamed of her wedding. I don’t really believe in monogamy.”
Lowe took my hand again and asked, “Why?”
Suppressing a shiver, I looked away from his piercing honey eyes. “I’ve never seen it work. The only thing my dad ever gave me was his name and a fiery Latin temper. Momma never really dated after he left us, and I think it might have broken her. It would have been better if she hadn’t believed in ‘the one’. Healthier.”
I could feel the weight of their eyes on me.
“Technically speaking, bonding to the four of us wouldn’t exactly be monogamy, would it?”
I perked up at Fen’s words and found myself tilting my head like Marrok. “Explain?”
He smiled again, warmth rushing over me. “There are four of us. That, in and of itself means it’s not monogamy. Poly, maybe. I’ll have to check.”
Marrok jumped to his feet, startling us all. “I know this one! In my travels, I came across many tribes in the southern hemisphere who lived in family units like this. In modern culture it is referred to as a Harem in reverse.”
I nodded, suddenly liking the idea even more. “A reverse harem?”
Marrok grinned. “Yes, is this more appealing to you?”
He re-took his spot on the floor, and I studied him...all of them, actually. Could I commit myself to them?
“I’ve hardly known you all a week. Do wolves usually move this fast?”
Fen shrugged. “When you know, you know.”
I licked my lips as the idea of having all four of them as mine permanently took root. “Does it matter that I’m not a wolf? Does that even work for you people?”
Fen grinned, a decidedly more animalistic look on him. “Our wolves recognize your soul as theirs. After we complete the bonding ceremony, I have faith that a female wolf spirit will find you. You have that feel about you.”
I blinked. I’d have my own wolf?
Rawlins rose, keeping me in his arms, and the others followed, resuming their positions from before I blacked out. “Will you accept us, Lucky?” His deep voice trembled, and I realized that all four of them were standing on the edge of a decision that would dictate their fate. Could I doom them to a life without love?
Something within me shook free, and I realized that magnetism I’d experienced with each of them was more than just lust. I couldn’t imagine never feeling their touches again. I didn’t want to even try.
My spine straightened, and Fen’s eyes sparked with life as he read my decision. “Yes?”
I nodded. “Yes.”
They extended their arms to one another, each of them keeping contact with me as well, and Fen sighed with relief. “Then let us begin.”
* * *
Chanting, touching, singing, and even a dance...the bonding ritual took the better part of the day. As the sun set and twilight twinkled through my windows, the five of us sat on the floor, panting, but more alive than ever. Magic thrummed through me, connecting me with invisible threads to each of my men...my wolves. It was intoxicating.
Marrok looked at me in awe. “I never knew. All this time, I thought the curse had meant I would never find a mate…” his voice trailed off. “But it was you. My wolf was waiting for you.”
The sweetness of his words had tears pooling in my eyes.
“I never thought I’d find someone who made me believe in love.” I locked gazes with each of them, one at a time. “Imagine my surprise when it turned out to be four, not one.”
Rawlins tightened his hold on me. He hadn’t really released me all day. I still knew the least about him, but that was alright. We had the rest of our lives to find out.
Lowe stretched his arms above him, showcasing his trim waist and sparking all kinds of thoughts in me. “What do we do now?” He was looking at Fen, but I was the one to answer.
“Well, I don’t know about wolves, but humans, we have a ritual of our own.”
They turned to me, all four, as I stood, stepping away slightly. “Oh yes. To many, it’s even more important than the wedding itself.”
Rawlins’ chocolate eyes sparked, catching my meaning, and he rose, taking my hand and reaching for Lowe. “Do tell?” The playful laugh in his tone was delicious, and had heat pooling in my lower stomach. I loved his voice.
“We call it the Wedding Night.”
Fen and Marrok rose, understanding flitting through them, and Lowe was the last to get it. He looked at me, then the wolfish lust that was emanating from the other three hit him, and he grinned. “I think I’m going to like learning about this human tradition.”
I couldn’t agree more.
A loud ruckus interrupted us, and I changed my path, heading to the window that overlooked the street instead. A crowd or revelers, dressed...or undressed as it were...in varying shades of green.
“What’s happening?” Marrok glared at the crowd with suspicion, and I laughed, pressing my finger to his brow and smoothing out his frown.
“I almost forgot…” Would wonders never cease? “It’s Saint Patrick’s Day. That must be one of the Pub Crawls.”
I laughed, stepping away from the window with a lighter heart than I’d ever felt. My wolves followed me to the bedroom, where I dropped my robe from my shoulders and beckoned them to join me on the bed. Through our new bond, we moved like a well-choreographed dance. Marrok knelt under my head, cradling me in his lap and suckling at my right breast with his talented mouth. I reached up and flicked his nipple piercing in response, and he grinned against me. Fen knelt beside him, his rigid shaft standing at attention just to my left; I turned my head and took him in my mouth at the same time that his hand moved over my left breast. Rawlins stood to my right, and I grabbed his erection while Lowe lowered himself to my core, lapping at my folds like a cat at cream. Hands moved. Tongues stroked. If not for the bond between us, I’d have had no clue who was doing what. I ran my hand up and down Rawlins’ shaft, and he, in turn, took over stroking my clit while Lowe positioned himself at my entrance. “I can’t wait any longer, Lucky.” He thrust into me in one clean move, and I exploded around him, screaming around Fen’s cock and clenching Rawlins.
