Her eyes widen and she looks around the empty space with a brand-new assessment. “Are you serious?”
“Yes,” I laugh. “Why wouldn’t I be?”
She shakes her head. “Because you love Granite House and it’s your family legacy.”
“I do love Granite House. But I love you more than a house, and I think Evan will be an excellent leader after I’m gone. Besides,” I say, pulling her in to me. “I think the guys are a little tired of hearing me fuck you.”
Predictably, Juno blushes. All this time and she still hasn’t lost that razor thin trigger that makes her cheeks turn pink. And I’ve turned her into a screamer. I know the guys hear us. “We could move from being a couple who terrorize housemates to a couple who terrorize their downstairs neighbors.”
Wrapping her in my arms, her hands start to explore me. We’ve both been so crazed with finals that we’ve fallen into bed and immediately asleep at the end of the day and have barely had a chance to touch each other the past couple of weeks. Which makes my cock very interested in the way her hands are sliding up my back. “What made you think to do this, though?”
“I want to make a home with you,” I say. “I want to weave our lives together so there’s no chance we could be apart. It was time. What do you think?”
She steps away and wanders around the place. Spacious and open plan, it has a lot of natural light and a pretty view of the campus out the large windows. “I think it’s perfect.”

“I’m glad,” I say. “I want everything to be perfect.”
“When can we move in?” she asks, grinning. “This is going to be amazing.”

Juno gasps. “How did you know that I would say yes?”
“Because I know you, pet,” I say, snagging her around the waist while she giggles. “And we can move in any time.”
“So what are we waiting for?” she asks. “We should do it tomorrow.”
“I think we should do it slowly,” I say. “Over a week or so.”
She raises an eyebrow. “Why?”
“Because I have plans for this place while it’s empty.”
Juno is smirking at me, green eyes sparkling. “Am I going to like these plans?”
“I think you are, pet. Because we’re going to make use of every one of these surfaces before we move in. Starting now.”
Her pupils dilate. “Every one?”
“Every one.”
“Wow.”
I walk to the front door, which I left open while I was guiding her through, and I close it. “Clothes off,” I holler.
“Which surface are we using first?” she asks, pulling her dress up over her head.
I grin, stroking my fingers down her cheek. “First, we need to remember who we are,” I say. “And that means I need you on your knees. For practice.”
The breath in Juno’s chest speeds up. She loves practicing, and I love watching her sink to her knees in front of me. Her nipples are already hard, and she’s only wearing her necklace. She’s so goddamn sexy that I stiffen to full hardness before she even has my belt undone.
Reaching down, I lift her chin so that she meets my eyes. “All of me,” I say. “No exceptions.”
She smirks. “Of course not.”
“I love you, pet,” I say, weaving my fingers into her hair.
Juno laughs as I guide her mouth to my cock. “You’d better.”
I raise an eyebrow, and her answering smile is brilliant. “I love you too.”
And together, we start the first day of our new life.
