Hawk's Choice (Infernal Sons MC Book 3)
Page 11
“Steven is mine,” I growl.
“I’ll take the big one,” Trigger adds. “Hopefully he gives me a better fight than Brick.”
Knowing that my man is only feet from me, and below me, has my hand itching to shed blood and get him back.
With a grin on my face, I wait until we’re all in position, and I fucking attack.
Within seconds, we have both men restrained.
“What’s going on?” Steven asks.
“Uhm,” William mutters, nervously. “These are the Infernal Sons, Steve. And, the one behind you is Hawk. Phoenix’s Hawk.”
Steven stiffens. I can’t see his face but based on Bear’s reaction, it was just what I wanted.
“That’s right, Uncle Steven,” I whisper. “Your time is up.”
He laughs. “No, biker. His time was up, long ago,” he glances at the loose dirt.
Knowing that I don’t have time to deal with Steven’s shit, I point my Glock at his head and fire one bullet into his skull. He’s dead before he hits the ground. And, I have zero remorse. Absolutely. None.
I don’t stick around to see what Trigger does with William. But I know Trig enough to know that I’ll be happy with the outcome.
Bear and I race to the truck and grab the shovels.
“Don’t believe him, Hawk,” pants Bear as he digs as fast as he can. “Have faith that we’ll get to him in time.”
I want to believe with everything I am that Phoenix is okay, but my mind won’t stop replaying Steven’s words. His time was up, long ago.
I dig faster.
Trigger joins us and starts shoveling dirt away with his hands. It isn’t long before we hit something solid. Throwing down our shovels, we join Trig on our knees and start pushing the dirt aside.
“It’s a fucking coffin,” growls Trig.
I reach down and throw the lid open. And freeze.
Then I do something I haven’t done since I was a little kid.
I pray.
God, please don’t him be dead. Please, give us this chance at a beautiful life. Please, don’t let me have to live without him.
“Hawk, he’s still a little warm,” Bear says. “And he has a pulse. It’s weak, but it’s there.”
After checking to make sure he doesn’t have any physical injuries that could harm him if moved, I grab him up from the coffin, ignoring his soiled pants, and rush to the now-abandoned truck.
Bear rushes to slide my bike in the back while I secure Phoenix. Then, it’s a race to the hospital.
Thirty fucking minutes away.
Chapter Twenty-Six
Slim
I. Feel. Great.
I must have slept for hours. That was the best night's rest I’ve ev…
Shit. I’m dead. It’s the only explanation. I shouldn’t feel this good. I’m locked inside a coffin who knows how far underground.
I refuse to open my eyes. I don’t want to know where the man upstairs sent me. “Well, I do feel great,” I say aloud. “Surely Hell would have the opposite effect.
A deep chuckle fills the room. It sounds almost familiar, but not quite right.
“Hell hath no fury like an Infernal Rider’s ol’man who will stop at nothing to get back the person he loves.”
“Bear,” I whisper. “Did you die too?”
He laughs again. “Open your eyes, Slim,” Angel Bear says. “You aren’t dead.”
I shake my head and refuse to open my eyes. I’m not ready to see Bear with Angel wings. Or demon horns. A tail?
“Do you have a demon tail?” I ask the dead Bear. “I think you would look better with a demon makeover. But I don’t think you’re evil enough.”
A different laugh reaches my ears.
“What’s happened to Slim?” Angel Chains asks.
“He thinks he and I are dead,” Angel Bear answers. “And now, probably you, too.”
“Open your eyes, Slim,” Angel Chains says. “You’ll see that we’re fine.”
“Answer me this first,” I ask my dead friends. “Are we in heaven or hell?”
“Hell, definitely hell.”
“Oh no, Trigger, too?”
“He is so fucking high,” Angel Chains laughs.
Oh, we’re high. Must be in heaven. Knowing that Trigger will use his newfound lightning abilities to smite any newcomers, I fall asleep.

“And when you’re ready, we can start filling out the paperwork. We will need to build an extra room or two. You’re going to need an office. I think we should put the nursery next to our room. Oh, Ma stopped by again. She’s really worried. I tried to explain to her that everything is fine now. We’re just waiting for you to wake up so we can go home. But you know Ma. She made you some chicken noodle soup. I took it home for you.
So, the doctor said you had something called, Brain Hypoxia. From what I understand, it’s what’s causing your coma. He said that if you ever woke up and made a full recovery, you might have a few new medical conditions. Seizures, some damage to your fine motor skills. Stuff like that. But I promise you, baby, no matter the outcome, I’m staying by your side and we’ll figure it out together.
Rose is very pregnant now. Well, maybe not very, but she is huge. Don’t tell her I told you that. I think it’s because she’s so small and an Allington baby is not. I can’t wait to meet him. You need to wake up soon so that you can meet him as well.
I moved all of your things from your apartment to my…”
“Hawk, why are you talking so much?” I ask.
My voice sounds off. It sounds scratchy and unused.
“Oh my god, Phoenix?”
“In the flesh,” I croak. “Can I have some water? My throat is as dry as Mars.”
“Fuck yea.”
Instead of getting my water, the crazy man kisses all over my face.
“What’s wrong with you?” I manage to say around my dry and scratchy laughter.
“Baby,” he eventually puts a straw against my lips. “You’ve been in a coma for three months now.”
I choke on the small amount of water I swallowed.
“What?” I screech. “Three months?”
“Yeah,” he rakes his hands through his untamed hair. “It’s been the worst three months of my life. I wasn’t sure if you would ever wake up.”
It’s weird. I’ve been sleeping for three months, but all I feel is extremely well-rested.
“Can we go home?” I ask.
Hawk leans down and kisses me softly.
“Nothing would make me happier,” he says against my lips. “I love you, baby.”
A tear trails down my face. He doesn’t give me a chance to respond before he’s rushing out of the room to grab the doctor. But he doesn’t need me to say anything.
He already knows.
Epilogue
Hawk
Life is good.
No, life is fucking great.
Once the doctor checked Phoenix out, he was more than surprised that he was doing so well. He was expecting a few underlying conditions to pop up caused by the lack of oxygen to his brain.
Apparently, Phoenix did all the correct things while buried alive. He remained calm until he was rescued. Preserving as much oxygen in the box as he could.
It saved his life.
He was in a coma for three months. It was the worst three months of my life. The first month, I hardly left the hospital. Then Bear said, “What will your man think when he wakes up and sees you wasting away to nothing?” It snapped me straight and I started going home at nights to eat, bathe and sleep.
He woke up two months ago. He was shocked to see how big Rose had gotten. And to find out that Bella was pregnant, as well. It saddened him that he missed so much. But I just reminded him that he woke up just in time to watch our family grow.
Now, here we sit, back in the hospital, waiting for the news of Rose and her baby boy.
“Do you think everything is okay?” Ink asks.
“It takes a little while
to push something so big out of a vagina hole, Ink,” Phoenix sassily, says.
“You never know,” Ink adds. “Maybe something went wrong and they had to push the baby back in.”
“Ink,” Trigger says, exhausted. “We’ve been here for ten hours and you’ve talked the whole time. Shut. The. Fuck. Up.”
The doors to the delivery room open.
My twin walks right up to me.
“Brother,” Hawk whispers. “I want you to meet a very special someone. This is your nephew, Liam Eagle Allington.”
“Holy fuck,” I whisper in awe. “He’s so perfect, Landon. Congrats, brother.
“Eagle?” Bella asks. “Are you keeping with the family tradition of super awesome middle names?”
Chuckling, Bear says, “You know it, Bella girl.”
Phoenix leans over and kisses Liam’s forehead.
“You don’t know this yet, Eagle,” he whispers. “But your life is going to be so beautiful. It’s going to be filled with so much love. Oh, and I’m going to be your favorite uncle.”
Phoenix stands up straight and I pull him into my arms.
Bear laughs and turns around.
“Brother’s, meet our new Rider.”
We spent the next hour visiting Rose and Little Eagle before heading home.
***Slim***
“I’ve been thinking,” I say. “I want to donate most of my parent’s money.”
Hawk pauses the movie we were watching and looks down at me.
“Where were you thinking of donating it to?” he asks.
I sit up and turn to face him.
“I want to start a new business for the club,” I begin. “A shelter for victims who need a safe place to stay. I’ve been thinking about it a lot. If it wasn’t for the club, there’s no telling what would have happened to me. I could have been killed a long time ago. Now, I know that we can’t house every person on the run, but we can help them. With this money, we can build whatever we want. Buy beds, clothes, furniture, food, blankets, and anything else we might need to help people. We could call it Infernal Haven.”
Hawk smiles then leans down to kiss me.
Sweet man.
“I love this idea, sweet boy,” he tells me. “However, isn’t the name, Infernal Haven, sort of antonymous?”
“Yes,” I agree. “But, that’s why I like it so much. It could have a personal warning. In order to get through the gates of Haven, you have to make it through hell. Get it? Because Haven is a safe place and Infernal is Hell.”
“Ah, yes,” he nods. “I do understand, and I love it. Let’s have a meeting with Bear tomorrow and see what we need to do to get things started.”
Hawk stands and carry’s me to our room.
“What are we doing?” I ask.
“I’m going to make love to you, of course,” he answers.
“Oh,” I lean in and rest my head on his shoulder. “I’m completely okay with that.”
Just when I think it’s going to be a slow and passionate lovemaking session; the caveman tosses me onto the bed.
“Time for a long-overdue punishment, boy,” he says, all acts of softness gone. In its place is pure lust.
Oh boy!
“Lay on your stomach and grab ahold of the bedrails,” he orders.
Without thought, I follow his orders.
A couple of minutes later, he walks back to me and ties my wrists to the bed with a velvet cloth.
Then my ankles.
Holy fuck.
“Do you trust me, sweet boy?” he asks.
“Yes,” I answer with no hesitation.
“Good, I’m going to do many things to this body tonight. If at any point you want me to stop all you have to say is, canoodle.”
I giggle but agree.
Before I finish nodding my head, Hawk lands two hard smacks on my ass.
“Ouch,” I scream.
“That was for going to a club without letting a single soul know where you would be,” he says. “Resulting in you getting hurt.” Smack, smack, smack.
Damn, that hurts.
It’s also making me hard.
Hawk grabs the globes of my ass and spreads my cheeks wide open.
“Someone likes getting his ass spanked, huh?” he teases. “This sexy hole is just begging for my cock.”
I feel his tongue swipe across my hole before pushing inside.
“You taste so fucking good,” he mumbles against my ass. “I will never get enough.”
He grabs my aching cock and gives it a few pumps. But that’s all it takes. I can feel myself about to explode.
Hawk stops everything he’s doing.
“Did I say you could come, sweet boy?” He asks.
Whimpering, I say, “No sir.”
“That’s right. You don’t come until I say. You belong to me. That includes your orgasms.
I do everything I can to stop my orgasm. I think of dead puppies, penis piercings, Breasts and being buried alive.
Phew, that was close.
I hear a cap opening and then cold slick fingers entering my body.
“I’m not going to prepare you very well tonight, love,” Hawk says. “Just enough to not hurt you. I want you to feel the sting of my cock as it enters this tight hole. I want you to feel the sting as I pound inside of you. Last warning, baby. Do you need to say the word?”
“No,” I pant. “But, if you keep talking like that, I’m going to spontaneously combust.”
With no warning, Hawk shoves his cock balls deep into my ass.
Holy fuck that stings.
He doesn’t wait for my body to adjust to his size before he roughly fucks me. I’m helpless. My arms are tied, my legs are restrained. I’m laying flat on my stomach while a beast of a man roughly shows me that he owns me.
And, I love every fucking second of it.
His movements become jerky and he moves faster.
“FUCK,” he yells. “COME, BABY. COME FOR ME.”
My orgasm comes roaring back with a vengeance, and I spurt all over our bed.
“MOTER FUCKER,” Hawk yells before thrusting roughly one last time and coming deep in my ass.
“Dear heaven, tie me up and rough up my ass anytime you want,” I tell him as his sweaty body rests on my back.
Hawk weakly laughs and kisses my shoulder before untying me and cleaning us both up.
“There are so many men in this world, Hawk,” I say later that night. “So many men who are so much sexier, taller, wider, braver. Just…better than me. Why did you choose me?”
I’m rolled to my back with Hawk leaning over me. He leans down, kissing me softly.
“There isn’t a single person, man or woman, alive who holds a candle to you, my love,” he says. “No one ever stood a chance. You were always, and always will be my only choice.
