Trapped in Your Storm

  “I know you can.”

Nolan released Elliot and sat back down, pulling his chair closer. He gripped Elliot’s chin. “Then what are you afraid of?”

Elliot grabbed Nolan’s hand, letting the warm press of flesh calm him. “I don’t have a problem with giving up control in general,” he said, struggling to be honest with Nolan, and himself. “But with you I…it’s almost too much. Like you already own me and it’s exhilarating how much I need this, but the fact that I do need it is kind of freaking me out. I’m sorry, Nolan. I want to accept I have no control over this. I want to be okay with it. So I’m sorry. But you know me. You knew what you were taking on. I’m difficult.” He grinned, trying to lighten the mood.

Nolan’s eyes softened. He slowly got up and wrapped his arms around Elliot, lifting him and setting him down on the dining table. “Lie back.”

“Oh shit. We’re planning to eat on this table, remember?”

Nolan shoved Elliot’s chest and forced him onto his back. “We can eat someplace else,” he said, tugging open Elliot’s jeans. “First we need to get you used to giving yourself over to me.” Nolan tugged Elliot’s jeans down, his briefs going with them. He pulled them off Elliot’s feet and tossed them aside.

“Oh shit, you’re gonna…” Elliot’s back bowed and he hissed when Nolan’s hot wet mouth engulfed his erection. “Shit. You’re gonna do that.”

Nolan tugged Elliot’s legs up and his mouth slid off his cock, then he began tonguing his balls. “I’m gonna do this,” he whispered, then licked a line up Elliot’s crack, making him jump. “And this.” The tongue trailed over his balls and licked up his shaft. “And this.”

Elliot groaned when Nolan took his cock in again, sucking him to the back of his throat. Lying on the fancy dining table, staring up at a chandelier, naked to the air from the waist down, Elliot experienced a rush of pure wanton abandon. He closed his eyes and kneaded Nolan’s head, growing hard as a rock while Nolan sucked him, tongue sliding up and down, fingers gripping his thighs.

Just let go. Give yourself over. It’s Nolan.

That’s when he realized his hesitation was unfounded. He trusted Nolan more than anyone in the world, always had. He was trapped in this crazy storm of desire and need but he was in safe hands. Nolan would be there to catch him as he fell.

But it wasn’t trust that had him panting and writhing and making soft, high-pitched sounds as he bucked his hips, greedily fucking the mouth that ate at him. It was the sensation of this big strong man holding him down, focused only on Elliot’s pleasure, making Elliot succumb to him and sucking his panic and doubts out with each draw of his wet mouth.

Elliot let go of everything and released his control into Nolan’s mouth, ecstasy pulsing through him as he arched his back and shouted his orgasm, the cry echoing off the high ceiling. Nolan’s mouth softened as he swallowed every drop, lifting Elliot’s legs and tugging him into his face.

Elliot’s body twisted as his climax peaked, pulsing pleasure everywhere until he lost sense of time and space. He was barely aware when Nolan released him, setting his bare ass down on the cool table, but he was keenly aware of one thing. That was the best fucking orgasm of my entire life.

Nolan leaned over his body and kissed him. “You okay?” He smiled.

Elliot laughed as he let out a hard breath. “Can’t talk yet.”

Nolan kissed him again, then eased back. He dropped Elliot’s jeans down on the table beside him. “Go wait in the living room. We can watch the sunset while we eat. Sound good?”

Elliot sat up and grabbed Nolan’s arm, pulling him in. “Sounds romantic,” he said, kissing him softly. “And perfect.”

Floating on his back in the warm pool, Elliot stared up at the stars through the glass dome. The pool room was at the rear of the house, the view nothing but thick forest. Nolan swam over and grabbed Elliot’s foot, sucking his toes.

“Hey!” Elliot tucked his legs and dove on Nolan, wrapping his arms around his neck. “Don’t touch the feet.”

“I love your feet,” Nolan said, nibbling Elliot’s neck. They were both naked, and the slick softness of Nolan’s body stirred Elliot’s cock.

  “Shut up, Nolan.”

Nolan snickered and bit Elliot’s earlobe. “Love your ears.”

Elliot smiled, closing his eyes as they bobbed in the blue water. “Shut up.”

“Love your hair,” Nolan said, fingers caressing Elliot’s wet head.

  Elliot sighed, enjoying the sensation.

“Not gonna tell me to shut up?”

“I will in a minute. Feels too good right now.”

Nolan rubbed the back of Elliot’s scalp, thumbs kneading his neck muscles. “You want me to give you a massage?”

“No.” Elliot clung to Nolan’s shoulders, eyes closed.

“No?” Nolan kissed Elliot quick on the lips. “It’ll feel good, I promise.”

“So will getting fucked by you.” Elliot smiled when he felt Nolan’s cock swell against his belly. “Someone likes that idea.”

“Oh I love that idea.” Nolan laughed, then his eyes went soft and serious. “Elliot. I know you usually…”

Elliot smirked and raised his eyebrows. “Usually what?”

Nolan chuckled. “You know what I’m gonna say.”

  “That I usually top?”

Nolan nodded. “One of the side-effects of knowing you for ten years. I just want to make sure you know we can switch it up. I’m down for anything with you.”

Elliot chuckled. “You want to know what I really want?”

Nolan turned them in the water, smiling. “What do you really want?”

Elliot kicked his legs, moving Nolan against the side of the pool. He let his feet touch bottom then took Nolan’s face in his hands. “First, I want to go get in that big bed upstairs.”

“I like where this is going.”

“Then I want to feel what it’s like to have you take me the way you really want me. To show me how you want me to touch you. How you want us to fuck. When I’m not drunk and trying to coerce you. When it’s your choice. I want you to touch me any way you want and let me feel all the lust you have for me.”

A breath shivered out of Nolan, and Elliot ran his palms over his wet dark hair.

  “That sound good to you?”

Nolan nodded, pupils dark and wide. “I don’t just lust you, though. I love you, too.”

Elliot kissed Nolan, eating his tongue. Nolan’s hands gripped his ass and held him close. Breaking the kiss, Elliot whispered, “I want to feel your love, too. And give you mine in return.”

Nolan’s eyes closed. “Please say it, Elliot.”

Elliot pressed his forehead against Nolan’s. “I’ve loved you for years, Nolan. And now I’m falling in love with you. And savoring every minute of it.”

Nolan grinned, a breathy laugh leaving his lips. “I’m falling in love with you too.” His eyes opened and he laughed again. “How the fuck did we get here?”

Elliot shook his head. “I don’t know.”

“I feel like we found buried treasure or something.”

“We did.” Elliot chuckled. “And we’re keeping it all for ourselves.”

  Chapter Twenty

“Just keep it slow,” Nolan whispered. “I want this to last.”

It was dark in the spacious, luxuriant bedroom at Quint’s house, but skylights built into the high ceiling let the moonlight in, and it bathed Elliot’s body in a soft glow so Nolan could see every inch of his naked flesh. Sitting up in the middle of the mattress, Nolan held Elliot’s ass in his hands while Elliot rode him, straddling his hips.

Elliot’s lips were parted, eyes looking darker than usual as they watched Nolan’s face, arms wrapped around his back. Their lips were close enough to feel each other’s breath, but they didn’t kiss, just kept eye contact while Elliot slid up and down on Nolan’s cock. A slight smile curved Elliot’s lips. “My leg strength is still good,” he said. “I
can go harder if you want.”

Nolan caressed Elliot’s bare back, feeling every muscle beneath his soft skin. “No way. You feel so good already I’ll come too fast. I just want to look at you and feel this as long as possible.”

“Me too.” Elliot’s hands drifted off Nolan’s back and grabbed his head, pulling him in for a kiss.

Nolan lost himself in Elliot’s tongue, inhaling the scent of him as they kissed, palms gliding down his back again and grabbing his ass. He let his right hand drift around and find Elliot’s cock, pleased it was stiff and upright. He played with the head, swiping his thumb over it then making a fist around it.

Elliot broke the kiss with a gasp as he pushed his cock through Nolan’s fist. “Thought you wanted this to last,” he whispered.

“I do. But staring at your naked body in the moonlight and having access to this…” He squeezed Elliot’s cock tighter, and Elliot thrust into it. “Watching you get turned on. God…” Nolan’s hips lifted, driving himself into hot, gripping heat when Elliot began fucking his fist harder, head thrown back. Actually feeling Elliot’s arousal spike while he let him fuck his fist, watching him throw his head back as the sensation caught him, it was driving Nolan crazy.

His mouth attacked Elliot’s exposed neck, sucking and biting and rocking his body on his lap, fucking him and stroking his cock, the sound of labored breathing in the silence, the scent of sex and pine needles…Nolan wished there were a way to freeze this moment, just linger in this perfection forever.

Elliot felt heavy and solid and so there on top of him, yet so soft and hot and smooth everywhere Nolan touched him. Nolan continued to stroke Elliot’s cock, the action now tethered to the strength Elliot used to glide up and down on him. As Nolan stroked harder, Elliot rode him harder, and the pleasure was becoming blinding. When he began hearing soft moans from Elliot’s lips just before his own name whispered in reverence, he nearly blew it and came. “Nolan…”

“Yes, I’m here. Won’t let you go.”

  “I’m sorry…think I’m gonna come.”

“Just let it happen, Elliot.” Nolan’s stomach trembled, muscles straining as he worked to keep the rhythm just right, plunging his cock into Elliot’s ass, fist working his cock.

Elliot’s head fell forward and he grabbed Nolan’s face, rising on his knees and slapping down harder. Nolan’s cock twitched just at the wild look in Elliot’s eyes, but when he whispered, “Come inside me, Nolan,” before shooting his load and coating Nolan’s fist, it was all over.

He didn’t even have to move, just held tight to Elliot and let the vise of pulsing heat riding his cock bring him, jolt after jolt of pleasure wracking his body as he came deep inside Elliot’s body.

“Fuck,” Elliot huffed as he slumped into Nolan. “Didn’t think I could come that hard a second time today.”

Nolan smoothed his hands up Elliot’s sweaty back then wrapped his arms around him, holding tight as he waited for his heart to stop pounding in his throat. Emotions so powerful he couldn’t voice them rendered him motionless, simply clinging to Elliot’s warm, silky body like a lifeline.

Elliot held onto Nolan, rocking slightly, the movement no longer sexual, just a comforting lullaby. “I better get cleaned up.”

  “Okay.”

Elliot eased back and lifted Nolan’s chin with his fingers. “Are you all right?”

“Yeah.” Nolan smiled. “A little overwhelmed is all.”

Elliot’s lips pursed in a grin and his thumb stroked Nolan’s chin. “Me too. Not quite the same as picking up some horny villager, is it?”

“No.” Nolan let out a breathy laugh. “Not the same at all.”

“I knew it would be this intense with you,” Elliot said softly. “I knew it had to be. Didn’t you?”

“Yeah.” Nolan chuckled. “No. I don’t know.”

“Have I fucked you senseless?” Elliot grinned. “You’re kind of babbling.”

Nolan smiled. “Go get cleaned up. I’m not gonna regain my senses with you sitting naked on top of me.”

“Fair enough.” Elliot kissed him quick on lips.

Elliot left him to use the bathroom and Nolan fell back onto the mattress. “Holy shit,” he whispered, wiping his sweaty hair off his forehead.

As soon as he’d begun having sexual feelings toward Elliot he knew he’d likely fall in love with him if he followed through. What he hadn’t anticipated was the sex being this exciting, for every touch and moan from Elliot to overwhelm him this way. That watching Elliot come as Nolan spilled himself into his body would be such a powerful experience.

You wanted this. You went after it. You got it. Now accept that you’re fucking toast because of it.

A chuckle bubbled out of Nolan just as Elliot stepped back into the bedroom. He tossed Nolan a towel. “What’s so funny?”

Nolan shook his head as he wiped himself down with the towel. “Nothing. Just happy.”

“Good.” Elliot climbed back into bed and snuggled into Nolan’s shoulder. “It’s still pretty early but I’m exhausted.”

“Understandable.” Nolan turned his head on the pillow, stroking Elliot’s hair, taking the opportunity to study his face.

Eyes closed, cheeks still pink from the sex, Elliot looked more peaceful than Nolan had ever seen him. Despite the start of sandy-blond beard stubble where he’d need to shave and a somewhat serious ‘I need to sleep’ scowl, Nolan couldn’t help finding it amusing how sweet and childlike Elliot looked.

Elliot was such a force of nature most of the time, armed with a machine gun full of barbs and biting comments for everyone, it was easy to overlook that even at age thirty-five, he was just damn cute. In his resting state he softened, and Nolan was suddenly keenly aware he was getting to see a side of Elliot he never had after all these years, and it had less to do with the sudden onset of sexual relations and more to do with this simple relaxation—Elliot with his guard down, resting his head on Nolan, vulnerable and trusting. “How you feeling?” Nolan whispered.

“So relaxed,” Elliot mumbled. “Hard to believe after today. And I just decided I need a new mattress at home. This bed is stupidly comfortable. I love this house.”

Nolan continued to stroke his hair. “Go to sleep. We both need it.”

  “Mmm.”

And Nolan needed sleep just as much, the emotional exhaustion of the day making him feel like he’d run a marathon.

He went down so hard and slept so deeply he wasn’t even aware of how long he’d been out when he stirred awake some time later to see Elliot sitting up in bed, checking his phone.

Nolan rubbed his eyes, glancing up at the skylights, which were still dark. “What time is it?” he mumbled. “I feel like I’ve been asleep for days.”

Elliot did a double-take at Nolan, then smiled. “Not days, but definitely hours. Just past four in the morning. Shit, did I wake you up?”

“I don’t know. Doesn’t matter. I feel rested.” He pointed to Elliot’s phone in his hand. “Something wrong?”

“No.” Elliot set the phone on the end table. “Everything’s quiet, actually. I was checking for news about Baz but there’s nothing.”

“That what woke you up? Worrying about Baz?”

“Actually…” Elliot chuckled, scratching his messy head of hair. “My stomach woke me up, I’m fucking starving. That Thai food you made was great but burned off fast.”

Nolan grabbed Elliot and tugged him down onto the mattress, wrapping his arms around him. He pressed his nose into the hair on the side of Elliot’s head, inhaling deeply. “I suppose if I offer to make you breakfast and serve it to you in bed you’ll start ranting about your independence again.”

Elliot was quiet for a moment. “What kind of breakfast?”

Nolan smiled. “Cheese omelets. Orange juice. Some melon slices?”

  “And coffee?”

  “And coffee.”

“I think I’m getting over the whole independence thing suddenly.”

  Rolling o
nto his back, Nolan bellowed with laughter. “I’m really glad to hear that.”

Elliot’s body sidled up next to him again. “So you’ll really bring me food and I just have to lie here?”

Nolan kissed his temple then sat up, swatting his ass over the sheet. “I will. Give me fifteen minutes.”

  Elliot smiled sleepily. “Thank you.”

Nolan got up and found his overnight bag near the door, digging through for lounge pants.

“Nice butt by the way,” Elliot said. “Not sure if I want to grab it or if I’m jealous and should get up and do some squats.”

Chuckling, Nolan tugged his pants on. “Stay in bed. Maybe after breakfast I’ll let you grab it in the shower.”

  “Deal.”

The house was dark when Nolan trotted down the spiral staircase to the first floor, but so peaceful he sighed. Stopping in the big front room, he stared out at the view, the dark, quiet village, with misty mountains beyond. The only sluggish activity was at the brewery down at the bottom of the hill. The door to the loading dock was open and a few workers hauled cases of beer into the back of a big box truck with the Arctic Angel logo on the side. An identical truck pulled slowly out of the lot, low beams cutting through the darkness.

Business as usual, despite housing a wounded alien hybrid in the warehouse. Nolan wondered how Quint had explained to his workers what the big tent with the armed guards was suddenly doing there.

On the way to the kitchen Nolan used one of the downstairs bathrooms, then admired the huge clawfoot bathtub while he washed his hands. The bathroom smelled of cranberry potpourri and was stylishly decorated in red and black. Elliot likes it here, he thought as he dried his hands on a plush towel with embroidered bears on it. If things work out with us, I’m gonna get him a house like this, Ogden and his simplicity be damned.

Once in the kitchen, he turned on the light over the stove and started the coffee, then got out the eggs and cheese and melon. He sliced the melon then made two cheese omelets, sprinkling basil and pepper in as they cooked. He searched around for a tray and found one in the pantry.

As he poured orange juice and plated the food, he realized he felt optimistic. Maybe it was the great sex, maybe just getting a break to be with Elliot, but whatever the reason, he was far less stressed this morning. Nolan had always hated the phrase ‘choose to believe’ as it contradicted itself. You either believed something or you didn’t. But in that moment, he chose to believe that Baz would pull through. That whatever shit-storm had led to his injuries was something that could be resolved. And that their team was strong enough and had the skill to handle whatever came their way.
