Not a Word

“God, Niall, this feels so good. This, with you. I want this forever.”

He picks his moments to declare his undying affection. Granted, this is a time to say something so incredibly passionate that it blows my socks off, but I can’t reply. Not verbally, anyway. My mouth just won’t form the words. Sometimes I hate having a stutter because I want to tell him I feel the same. I will, but at a time when I’m not in such emotional turmoil.

Right now, all I can do is hold him tighter, kiss him longer, breathe his name like a sigh.

“Niall,” he cries out, his rhythm faltering as he draws close to climax.

I’m close too. I contract around him, hooking my ankles behind his back.

God, oh god. He grabs my cock, holding me up with just one hand. His strength is such a turn-on. His fingers are warm, gentle. It only takes two strokes and I’m coming.

“Zak, shit.” I arch my back. He buries his face in my neck, snapping his hips three more times before shuddering, his cry muffled in my shoulder.

“I love you, Niall,” he whispers, covering my face with breathless kisses as he pulls out gently. “I love you so much.”

  “I l-l-love you too, d-d-darling.”

Zak gasps, wrapping his arms around me and picking me up to swing me around. I laugh helplessly, knowing it’s useless to try and get him to stop.

“This Christmas is gonna be the best one ever, Niall, I promise you.” He finally lowers me back onto the bench and hands me my pyjama pants.

We’re a bit of a mess, mostly because of me. That won’t take too much effort to clean up. Just a shower and some clean clothes and we’ll be set for the day.

“C-Christmas T-Tree shopping?” I ask in my usual efficient way of getting straight to the point because it takes too long otherwise.

Zak’s beautiful face breaks out into a broad grin and he nods. “You bet.” He glances down, and Zen, who has waited patiently in his little fur-lined basket while we indulged our animal instincts. “Waddya say, Zen?” the dog’s ears twitch at the sound of his name. “Are we gonna get Niall the biggest ass Christmas Tree or what?”

Zen barks, a short sharp reply.

Well, I think I’d better rearrange the furniture in the living room and hope that’s all it will take to fit the tree in.

  The End

  About Dawn Sister

Dawn is from the North East of England. Her life is spent juggling. The juggling balls are: children, husband, work (occasionally), voluntary work, professional knitting (notice she doesn’t class this as work), and writing. When she has time she actually sleeps.

The whole point of writing for Dawn is just to get it all off her chest and out of her head. If she doesn’t write it down then she ends up having long conversations with the characters out loud and her husband thinks she’s crazy.
