  Her neck and wrists were adorned with pearls and jewelry. One could tell that she was rich.

  In front of that woman were Han Yutong and her mother.

  Han Yutong’s eyes were opened round and wide, and her face was red with anger.

  Her mother stood next to her, stupefied.

  “Don’t bring me down to your level, Liu woman. I don’t sleep with my boss. I’m an assistant and nothing more. I am innocent.”

  “Hah! You’re innocent? Who will believe you? Doesn’t every assistant sleep with their boss? I’ve seen so many women like you. Are you any different from a prostitute?

  “Oh!” Tang Hao replied. He took a step forward and slapped Liu Yufen’s face.

  Liu Yufen was hit squarely on her cheek.

  Liu Yufen stumbled two steps backward. She was thoroughly stunned.

  Mrs. Han smiled. “Not at all!” She led Tang Hao up the stairs and into the house.

  Mrs. Han brought him a cup of tea.

  “So… what happened?” Mrs. Han asked after hesitating for a while.

  Tang Hao explained the incident to her.

  Chapter 497 - Someone’s Causing Trouble

  Mrs. Han was silent for a long time after she heard the explanation.

  Her expression was rather complicated. A very long while later, she sighed.
