Suit and Tied
Page 6
“It was fun,” Tony said. He’d already shed his suit for his usual jeans and a button-up, short-sleeved shirt.
And sneakers, since they were comfy and they’d be doing a stint volunteering tonight. Being on his feet all day in the boots would be miserable, she was sure.
“I’ll make sure I get everyone’s pictures to them in the next couple of weeks. I’ll just put them on thumb drives for everyone. It’ll make life easier for all of us.”
“Sounds good to me,” he said. “See you guys later. We want to run a few errands before tonight.”
“Thanks, guys.”
She sat back in her chair. Max and Sean already had the backdrop rolled up and were working on taking care of the lights.
Which led her to think about Mal and Kel and wonder how they were really doing. Kel was pretty closed-mouthed about their situation, and Cali didn’t know if that was good or bad. And Cali didn’t want to bother Chelbie. She was also pregnant, and between that and her own commute between LA and Florida with one of her guys, who was a musician and recording an album with Mevi Maynard and Portnoy’s Oyster—another “friend in common” of theirs—Chelbie’s life was completely crazy right now.
At least Essie doesn’t have to move now.
Cali had been dreading the thought of her friend and her guys moving away, since they’d need a larger house with another baby on the way. It was so nice having her right there, just down the street. And now? Now they lived literally next door.
Problem solved.
She’d heard a spanking in progress at one point over on the other side, and Max peeked, smiling when he walked back. “Axel’s finding his groove with Skye,” he told her.
“Good for them,” she said. She’d been worried about them, at first.
That’s why the three of them put in all the hours they did volunteering—for example, because Tilly and Landry had basically helped save Skye and Axel’s relationship by mentoring him. Hell, the people Cali had met through Venture and the Suncoast Society munch group had helped her when she needed help most, and she’d ended up living with Max and Sean as a result.
Leah. She literally wouldn’t have survived losing Kaden without everyone rallying around her, and Seth.
This was why Cali wanted to pay it forward, help the club thrive and continue. Because it was serving the community. Hopefully, what they did now would outlive them and continue on, serving others. Helping others find where they belonged in this non-vanilla galaxy they were currently spinning around in.
Once they had all their gear packed, and had returned the borrowed equipment, they headed on over to Sigalo’s to have dinner with the gang. Someone else would be opening tonight, giving those of them who’d be back a needed breather today.
“That went well,” Max noted as he drove.
Cali had opted to take the backseat. “I think so. Lot of work ahead of me, but got some amazing shots.” The ones with Abbey and Gilo, in particular, stood out, with him holding the leash, one of them looking into each other’s eyes while she lay on the floor.
Although the ones with Cris and Landry were pretty damn hot, too.
Hell, all the different partners she’d shot today had at least one really good, haawwt picture between them.
Her guys were definitely at the top of the list of hawwtness, but then again, she was biased.
“Why don’t you guys wear suits more often for me? You could’ve put your suits back on.”
She saw them exchange a glance. Sean’s TV announcer voice kicked in. “Looks like we’ve just found the next contestant for the latest installment of Switchy Negotiations! Come on down!”
She giggled. “Jackass.”
“Hey, you married us, lady,” he playfully shot back. “Soooo who’s really the jackass, huh?”
“I’m still going with you. I didn’t try to light you on fire and accidentally end you up in the hospital via cat bite.”
Max slowly shook his head, smiling at her in the rearview mirror. “I warned you we’d never live that one down,” he told Sean.
* * * *
Sean didn’t give a shit what they ended up doing tonight as long as he was on the menu and didn’t have to take care of himself. Between watching Landry and Cris together, and then Gilo and Abbey, not to mention the posing and everything…
He had a raging case of blue balls and he wanted help with them.
Wasn’t as fun rubbing one out all by himself when he had two damn spouses to help out.
You know what? Fuck it. I’m getting car sex.
When they arrived at Sigalo’s, Sean tapped Max’s arm. “Hey, park all the way in back.”
“Why? There’s plenty of parking closer.”
“Just do it. Please?”
Looking a little irritated, Max did.
“Leave it running,” Sean asked.
“Why?”
“For the AC.”
“Again, why?”
“Watch out, babe.” Sean unfastened his seat belt and yanked on the handle to recline the seat, then started working on his belt.
“Ahhh,” she said. “Someone wants a blow job.”
“Please?” Sean whined. “I don’t give a shit which one of you, but I’m miserable. I’m really fucking horny after what we were doing all day.”
“Hey,” Max said. “You’re not the only one.”
“Fine, then let Cali be the lookout, and you blow me, and I’ll blow you.”
“Hey, who’s going to blow me?” she griped. “I worked my ass off today.”
Max unfastened his seat belt, too. “I don’t care which of us does,” he said as he started working on his belt, “but if we’re going to have extremely reckless and possibly felonious car sex, can we please do it fast? I want lasagna.”
“Fine,” she huffed, looking around. “Hurry it up.”
Max leaned in, and Sean grabbed his head and went to town fucking his mouth. They hadn’t had car sex like this in a long time, since before Cali, and he was glad he could finally enjoy it again.
Something else their ex had ruined for him, that having Cali in their lives had helped heal inside him.
Max’s skilled mouth immediately went to work on Sean’s cock, sucking and licking, bobbing up and down.
Cali reached over and scratched Sean’s head for him, just the way he liked. “Make it fast, buddy. Should’ve said something before we left the club.”
“We were running short on time. I didn’t want someone walking in on us.”
Cali laughed. Even Max snorted around Sean’s cock in his mouth.
“Yes,” Cali drawled. “Because car sex is sooooo much safer than behind the locked doors of a windowless BDSM club.”
He tightened his grip on Max’s head and really started fucking his mouth, rocking his hips and setting the pace. “I didn’t say it was logical.”
“And yet you’re an engineer.” She leaned over and kissed him. “Hurry up, babe.”
“Don’t rush me.”
But he didn’t need to worry about that, because from the way Max was sucking him…yeah, it didn’t take long. That was one benefit to all the years they’d been together, knowing each other’s bodies. Sean let out a relieved groan as he held Max’s face pressed against him, his cock deep in his guy’s mouth.
“Fuck, fuck, yeah that’s good. Oooh, thank you.” He finally released Max and slumped back against the seat.
Max kissed him. “Lucky we love you, asshole.”
Sean opened his eyes and looked at Max, spotted his playful smirk. “Life would be boring without me. Admit it.”
“That’s one word for it,” Cali snarked.
Sean sat up and tucked his cock in and got his pants fastened. Cali moved over to the other side of the backseat so Max could recline his seat, and Sean leaned in to reciprocate on the blow job.
“Perfectly good house,” Cali playfully grumbled as Sean swallowed Max’s cock. “Perfectly good BDSM club with the owner giving us permission to have sex there today.
Our friends were having sex. Do we have sex there? No. We have car sex in the parking lot of our favorite Italian restaurant. And Sean, so help me god, if you get us thrown out of Sigalo’s for parking lot car sex, I’ll never forgive you.”
Sean was too busy getting his mouth fucked by Max to look at her, but he blindly reached over and started poking at her, trying to tickle her.
Max swatted him on the head. “Hey. Focus, dude. I gave you a good one.”
True, he did. Sean refocused and started working to get Max off, although he felt himself slipping back into subspace as Max tightened his grip on Sean’s head.
Oh, boy.
Maybe this really was a miscalculation.
Still worth it.
Max’s fingers didn’t just hold Sean’s head in place. He massaged Sean’s scalp, knowing exactly how to trigger him into a quick dive into subspace.
By the time Sean finally swallowed a load of cum from Max’s balls, he knew he was in subspace.
Max finally released him and worked to put himself back together. “We still okay?” he asked Cali.
“Yeah.” Her stomach grumbled. She sighed, sounding a little perturbed. “You know what? Fuck it, I need food. You two assholes can sleep in the guest room and I’ll sleep with the nail driver tonight.”
She started to reach for the door, but Sean freaked. “Red.”
Max and Cali both froze.
Sean turned in his seat so he could look at her. “Babe, are you really pissed off?” He honestly couldn’t tell. When she got tired and hangry, even if she wasn’t pissed off, she could come off sounding like that.
Then again, he was no Teletubbie, either, when he was tired and hungry—and horny.
“I’m just…irritated. Why, after a whole day of working my ass off and trying to do something both for our business and for the club, do I still have to be the responsible adult, while you two jokers get blowjobs?”
* * * *
Max studied Cali and decided it was time to pull rank and rein them both in before this seriously went off the rails. “Sean,” he quietly said. “Run inside and please tell the gang we’re going to go home after all. Tell them I’m working on a migraine.”
Cali’s eyes widened. “What? No!”
“Sean,” Max said without taking his eyes off Cali. “Do it.”
“Yes, Sir.” Sean opened the car door and headed off across the parking lot.
“Babe,” he said. “Talk to me.”
She was still staring at him in wide-eyed shock. “We can’t just bail!”
“We have plenty of volunteers tonight. Talk to me, sweetheart.” This was more than her just being hangry and tired.
Ever since her near brush with death for really stupid reasons, sometimes she had little outbursts like this, almost microbursts, gone before he could even register they were something and could pin her down to question her about it.
Not this time. Literally, she couldn’t get away from him.
Well, technically she could, if she opened the car door and got out, but then that would bring about another round of conversations between them.
This was the deal she’d agreed to, her and Sean both—Max would be in charge.
He waited her out, until she finally replied. “I’m just…I’m tired. And hungry. And…” She sighed. “Worried about Mal and Kel. I couldn’t help thinking about them today, since we were borrowing their stuff, and he’s the one who gave me advice on taking the photos. All of that.”
“Ah. So are we okay, and this is just blowback from all of that?”
“Yes. No. I don’t know.” She slumped back in her seat. “I’m tired, and I just want to do a good job for the club. I don’t want to fuck this up.”
“They love you, hon. You’re doing great. Marcia probably wants to steal you from us. Let’s go home, we’ll make Sean cook us dinner, and I’ll put you into a cum and carb coma. How’s that sound?”
Finally, a smile. “Okay. Deal.” Another sigh. “Sorry I blew up.”
“Well, I’m sorry I didn’t stop him with the car sex. There’s a story there, why I went with it, but I’d rather not tell it here, with him on the way back out now.”
“Ah. Her?”
He knew who Cali meant. “Yeah. Her fault.”
Sean made it back to the car. “They said they’re good and hope you feel better.” He turned to look at her over the seat. “I’m sorry, babe. Are we okay?”
She poked him. “Jackass.”
He smiled at her.
“I have a better idea,” she said. “We go home, and instead of Sean cooking dinner, we call in an order and he has to drive back over here to get it.”
“What?”
Max grinned. “I like that idea.”
“But we’re here! Now!”
“Hey, for every action there is an equal and opposite consequence, switchy boy.” Max grinned. “Looks like you’re the next contestant on Switchy Negotiations! Come on down!”
Cali giggled.
“Buckle up, everyone,” Max said. “Your Sir now has a plan. Sean will come back and get take-out for us.”
“No fair. I just wanted to get rid of my blue balls,” Sean griped. “Is that too much to ask?”
Chapter Eight
When Gilo and Abbey returned home after Sigalo’s, he sent her on inside to unlock the house and turn off the alarm while he took care of their things. He couldn’t help but smile as he unloaded their bags from the car to haul everything inside. She was still firmly in girl mode, not even a hint of Ma’am to be seen.
Then again, unloading everything in a suit without getting anything on his suit was a pain and a half.
Gawd, we have a lot of crap.
Today was a lot of work, and killed a whole day off. But the look on Abbey’s face during the photo shoot was totally worth it.
Even totally worth still wearing this suit, especially how she nearly swooned when he’d walked out of Venture’s bathroom with his hair neatly combed and his shirt buttoned, tie snugged up again, before they headed over to Sigalo’s.
Maybe he’d have to start topping her dressed like this on a regular basis. When going to Venture or one of the private parties, he usually preferred jeans, boots, and a short-sleeved button-up shirt for comfort.
At home, of course, usually naked, because sex was always part of their private play.
But if he could easily drop her into subspace just from wearing a suit?
Worth it.
He loved short-circuiting her brain without even having to lay a finger on her.
Then again, she could do the same thing to him, so fair was fair.
He felt the evil smile take over as another thought hit him.
If he topped her enough while dressed in a suit to make it an automatic reaction for her…
Heh.
Normally, for work, he wore slacks or khakis and a button-up shirt. Sometimes, on Fridays, if he didn’t have to give any interviews, he wore jeans.
But hell, it’d be totally worth it to put on a suit for work just to know he was scrambling Abbey’s brains in the process, leaving her thinking about nothing but what he’d be doing to her when he returned home that evening.
I’m a bad, baaaad man.
His smile widened.
After schlepping all their stuff inside and getting the door locked behind him, he went to check on George.
The Russian tortoise was safely asleep in the little shelter that was part of Tortoise Town and took up a goodly chunk of one end of their lanai. In the time since Abbey first moved in with him, and he’d set up Tortoise Town for her, he’d made many improvements to it and had expanded it from its original size.
Since they had a pool, Gilo was always worried about the tort possibly escaping somehow and ending up falling in and drowning. So he’d added a second, taller fence around the enclosure, portable, but weighed down with cinder blocks, so the persistent tort wouldn’t be able to budge it. And when Gilo realized how vulnerable George could poten
tially be to predators, such as dogs or raccoons, if one decided to come through the screen on the lanai, he added plastic latticework from ground level to four feet up, all the way around.
The added benefit was that it gave them even more privacy when they were actually in the pool than the eight-foot privacy fence surrounding his backyard already gave them.
That was in addition to the kiddie fence he’d had installed around the pool, a rigid style, not just the flexible mesh style he’d had before.
Worth the expense just to see the look on the guy’s face when he’d come out to do the estimate for them and asked if they had kids, and Gilo said no, just George, and pointed to Tortoise Town.
It was easy to take down the extra fence and the pool kiddie fence and put them away if they were hosting a private party, but for those instances, George usually ended up safely snuggled in his backup residence, a kiddie pool they stuck in their bedroom, with towels for him to burrow under, because Gilo didn’t want to risk his safety.
George was Abbey’s baby. Literally. She got him back in college, when the tortoise was little more than a hatchling, and he was now over twenty-three years old. In the time Gilo had been with Abbey, he’d realized how much personality the little guy had. He was an amazing pet. Maybe not a dog or a cat, but in some ways much easier to take care of. Gilo loved bringing George into the house and playing with him, because George would actually come when called, and chase a little golf ball they’d gotten for him, shoving it all over the house, or scrambling after it if they rolled it for him.
The rest of the time, George happily lived on the lanai in Tortoise Town, where he could graze on the fresh grass and plants they grew out there for him, in addition to romaine lettuce and other store-bought greens they fed him.
With all being well in Tortoise Town, Gilo headed for the bedroom. Abbey had already shed her dress that she’d worn after the photo shoot, and he heard her in the bathroom. While she was in there, he rummaged around in one of their bags and found what he wanted—collar, wrist cuffs, and a rattan cane.
Because she’d teased his ass all afternoon and made Sir work too damn hard for it.
