Barón became the leader of the agency five years after the first visit to the island. As the leader of the agency, Barón became aware that asteroids had been coming close to the earth since the year 2026 and the agency that been secretly destroying them; their number had been increasing year by year. As a result, all the mighty projects of the agency had been funded by the wealthiest people of the world. In order to avoid impulsive reactionary responses from citizens, Barón kept the agency a secret from everyone. Not everyone was ready to know that America had become the innocent hostage of the agency who had control over all the functiomatons. Not everyone had the spirit to climb up the latter of knowledge. Many needed help to climb up. In this way, for the rest of his life, Barón had the opportunity to chase technology infidels and gladly locked up to purify their souls—they did not allow the others to see clearly the sanctity of technology.
