Seriously, I have prayed enough, my neighbours 30 kilometers away can testify to that. I have tried out several gymnastic positions to get answers through the doorway. Aaaarrrggghh! I am frustrated and that is an understatement.
Why am I the only one that leaps into the ocean of wrong relationships? I put time, resources, courage, strength and care, yet people take my love for granted. I poured out myself, I gave my all to keep them going, but it is always a fruitless merry-go-round.
Many times, I have found the spouse I desire, but chance and time never made them become mine. If wishes were horses, beggars wouldn’t just ride, they would fly.

First thing first, swim out and get bitten! Float a bit and get some air!
After your long conversations with Worry and Prayer, there are naked secrets on the line that makes all this very useful and practical. This is where the real deal is.
See, the baby never becomes a full grown adult by staying forever in the womb; the amateur swimmer will not drown if he can bend some fresh air into his nostrils, just above the water.
If you’d transformed all the ingenious words that you’ve heard, all the beautiful films you’ve seen, putting together all the experiences of the places you’ve visited, compiling all the contacts of the people you’ve met, the wealth of the communities in which you live into tangible reality, you would have been far ahead in anything you’ve always desired.
For the fox-hunting questions that you’ve howled above, I have decided again to give you a complete template to start turning all your intangible assets into tangible results right now. The more you ask the better. The better questions you ask, the faster your answers. The faster you ask the right person, the sweeter.
Right now, place your hands on my shoulder, get on my back, lean your chest forward at angle 75, let your head gently rest on the base of my neck, now pull your legs forwards, use them to clamp my thighs, tightly and firmly, let’s go for a ride.
Let’s take our first trip to the home of the hormiga.
I know you’ve been there a few times, but we have to go together this time for you to learn and act out what you’ve stubbornly refused to learn.
The hormiga are the ants, they began their life journey on the earth billion of years ago. I can share with you the detailed history of these guys, but for now let’s quickly drill into the wood and cut into pieces the metals.
In your last journey to the hormiga, you told us 5 things about them, let me remind you right away:
1. The hormiga are capable of carrying objects 50times their own body weight with their mouth.
How?? How will that small guy carry objects 50times its body size? In fact, the hormiga doesn’t go around whining and whinging about its stature, rather he understands his inner potential and translated it into outward vats of possibilities.
I’d love to shoot this cork of challenge through your core that, if you have a vision, a project, a business idea or innovation that is not at least 50% beyond you and doesn’t scare you, then you must be smaller in size and mind than the hormiga.
2. Certain hormiga species defend their competitors in exchange for food and shelter.
If the hormiga know so well about charter and synergistic association, I believe our lives, our businesses and firms must defend the cause of those we are competing with, to be able to create new terrains.
3. The hormiga lived alongside the largest known creature more than 130 million years ago.
Really?
Yeah, scientists have confirmed this. Know that though those creatures are all now extinct, yet this frail and feeble hormiga made a plan (for generations yet unborn) on paper that still keeps running even after 130 million years? Their family is still alive till now.
My dear reader, can you please show me one of your plans that can run for at least 10% of 130 million years? Won’t you please become a hormiga now?
4. The hormiga started farming long before most men, they began their agricultural ventures about 50 million years before man thought of raising their own crops.
Can we please stop complaining about the bad and corrupt government? For democracy says you and I are the government. Please, don’t expect what might never happen, start that business, complete that write-up, feed that hungry soul, bring up that innovation, I am interested and waiting to see your exploits turn around our world.
5. Some hormiga form ‘super-communities’, massive communities of hormiga can stretch over thousands of miles. In fact, individual communities that make up a super-community often freely exchange workers and tools and the largest super-community extends for over 2.5 sq.km containing 45,000 interconnected nests, over 300 million workers and more than 1 million different tools.
Whao! You must be kidding me? No, not at all, I am ‘adulting’ you and challenging you to become a hormiga and attract more and more hormiga
Stop hoarding that idea you’ve got, choose out the minds that are willing to walk into new terrains, join symbiotically to them and start making boundless strides.

Fash, I decided to share that journey with you again. Now, I want to walk you through how to turn this journey to useful resource for your practical living. I want to break down all the invisible walls that get you stuck; I want to give a permanent chase to the dogs that trigger your fear.
Great! From this journey, you know vision is important, without any magnifying glass you know planning is essential. For all these to make sense, I will give you a model called LATA.
See, Fash, I have used the LATA Model all year round, then I gave this tool out to my 12-year old son and he went out single-handedly and leveraged on this model to tutor college lecturer and professors. So, it can work for you and for any of your friends looking for ways to turn their intangible asset into tangible results.
The LATA Model is Listening, Ask, Thinking and Acting.
This model works for sustainable solutions in any business, for making empowered conversations, for building relationships to designing programs and leading projects.
So for example, to start up a business, people do a market survey—that is LISTENING! They want to find out who has a challenge that they have the capacity and skill set to solve. They want to familiarize themselves with the market trends. You’ve got to watch and listen, looking out for what people are talking about already.
Then, after identifying a few people with peculiar challenges, the next thing is to ASK. Why? To find out the root, to know the texture of the ground on which these challenges fall. To check if what was heard is really true. It’s about getting to the sweetest part of the soup at the bottom of the pot; it is about questioning what vein helps us to fart.
The information gathered from listening and asking, is leveraged upon to THINK through solutions, to figure out the design, the feel, the weight, the delivery, the engagement channel and so on. It helps us tailor the right toothpaste to the worst mouth odour.
Then, get the job done – ACT it out!

Fash, you are aware that this model is more practical than theoretical, so you are free to send out the template I prepared for you that makes it easy to anyone to listen to themselves and turn their skill into action or listen to the market and deliver a solution to them.
The only challenging part of this model is that it isn’t magic and it will never work by itself unless you engage it. You have to master the ropes because it applies to every area of your life. You have to float to jump out, then gradually walk and eventually fly.
