Addi shifted her eyes to Sam, watching her out of the corner of her eye. “I don’t know, aren’t you two supposed to be Sam’s dates?”

“Sweetness, she said that she doesn’t dance, but for us to have a good time, so let’s do what the woman says.” Adelle headed for the dance floor alone.

“Oh, um, okay.” Addison allowed the blonde to pull her out onto the floor. Karissa smiled as she and Adelle posted up in front and behind of Addison as the beat dropped to something a bit faster. The redhead blushed and allowed the women to dance with her.

Downing a Jack, Sam took a step towards the dance floor, watching Addison dance. The young woman moved sensually with the beat, though a bit uncomfortably. The F1 driver stared at the trio long enough that Nick came over to talk with her.

“Sam,” Nick hissed bringing a fresh bottle of iced Jack Daniels into the VIP area along with his own pink Champagne. “Stop staring!”

“Have you ever seen anyone lovelier?” Sam wrenched herself around to go sit back in the chair. She tossed back another glass, knowing she was going to need a lot to get through the night.

“You, for one. When you behave yourself, you are quite the lady.” Nick smiled, pouring her a Jack and Coke now. “You need to slow down, Sam. I think when the club closes; Addison may want to spend some time alone with you.” He laughed, but stopped when he saw the three girls dancing. Addison let Adelle slide her hand down her arm while Karissa slid her arm around her waist. “Well then, never mind.”

Growling, Sam tossed back the drink that he had just brought her and motioned for a waiter to bring her another. She wanted to walk up to the dance floor and snatch Addison to her body and dance the night away, but she couldn’t. Shaking her head, she looked away.

“Oh no.” Nick gulped when he spotted someone he knew Sam didn’t want to see. Becca, Sam’s former fling, was staring across the dance floor, her glare aimed directly at Addison. When she saw Nick watching her, she waved.

“Oh no, what?” Sam’s head whipped around so fast, she was dizzy for a moment.

“Becca,” Nick stated simply, but the model was gone before he could point her out to Sam. At the same time, Addison slid her body down the front of Adele’s, but kept Karissa with her as they dipped to the floor.

“Oh Good Lord! Is she trying to give me a heart attack?” Sam stood up and stared at the trio again for a moment, before she started scanning the crowd for Becca. “Are you sure it was her?”

“I’d know that nasty smile anywhere,” Nick stated quietly. “Just hope she doesn’t make a scene.”

Addison finally ended her dance, fanning her face with her clutch. Smiling at the two women, she begged a rest and left to use the ladies room.

Quickly walking over to Karissa, Sam asked her to go with Addison. She didn’t want the young woman to be alone if she didn’t have to be.

Karissa smiled and nodded before following Addison into the bathroom, but was surprised when a towering redheaded blocked her way right when Addison shut the bathroom door. The tall woman smiled. “I’ll take care of Addison, sweetie, why don’t you run back to Sam?”

Karissa eyed the redhead warily, but nodded her head and as soon as the door was closed behind the model, she took off to tell Sam.

Once Addison was finished with her business, she opened her stall door. She washed her hands quickly, but before she could dry them, she felt herself spun around hard and slammed into the mirror. Shocked, she didn’t scream, but let out a startled gasp.

Becca held her by her biceps, her grip deceptively strong. “So you are Addison McCloud? You’re much cuter up close.” Becca let her go and leaned back to survey the redhead.

“Y-y-y-you’re Becca...right?” Addison whispered, nervous. She rubbed her arms, trying to get the blood flowing again.

“Actually sweetheart, it’s Rebecca. Rebecca Fontaine. Only Sam can call me Becca.” The model smiled nastily as she leaned back against a stall door. “And she called me that a lot. You know, I can’t figure out why Sam would drop me for you. It’s not like you could please her.”

Addison wanted to tell the woman that Sam probably loved her by now, and that Becca wasn’t capable of that sort of feeling, but she stayed quiet.

“Sam needs a real woman, someone that can fight, fuck, and drink. Someone that’s a grown up, not some little kid like you,” Becca continued. “But I’m sure when she pops that cherry of yours; she’ll get all the use of out you that she can before moving onto the next one.”

Addison couldn’t stand to hear anymore, shoving past the model, she tried to open the door, but was only grabbed by her hair and thrown back hard into the stall door. “You’ll leave when I say you can,” Becca snarled.

The smaller, younger woman cried out and bared her teeth in pain. “It’s impolite to leave before I dismiss you. Or didn’t your daddy teach you that?” Becca smiled as she pressed herself against Addison, pinning her wrists down by her side.

“Don’t touch me!” Addison hissed, finally snapping when she heard Becca make the comment about her father. Shoving the other woman back hard into the mirror, she ran out of the bathroom quickly. Tears streamed down her face as she ignored Nick and everyone around her. Only Sven got through to her, grabbing her gently by the wrist and leading her towards the club door, hurriedly trying to get her out of there before the press saw her. Becca stood in the bathroom doorframe, watching it all with a nasty smile.

Sam strode up and grabbed the model by the bicep, and pushed her back into the bathroom. “What the fuck did you say to her, Bitch?” She pushed the redhead hard against the wall.

Becca smiled as she bounced off the sink hard. “Just the truth, that you need a real woman.” The woman smiled again, reaching out to twist a lock of Sam’s beautiful blonde hair.

Taking a step back, Sam knocked Becca’s hand away. “You have nothing I want. I got what little I needed from you and then cut you lose. Thank goodness I went to the doctor the next day for my shots.”

“I doubt that, you were always ready for more. I remember how you’d love to use me up all night.” Becca laughed. “And I’m sure it’ll be the same for Addison. Excited to be her first? I bet so. Promise me you’ll at least video tape it.”

Sam took a step forward and snarled, “I used you because you were easy and it took me days to get satisfied. You stay away from Addison or I’ll make your life a living hell.”

The model looked livid. “Addison needs to know the truth about you Sam. You use everyone, especially women, to get what you want. That girl is going to end up another one of your playthings. You’ll take her virginity and then move on,” she snarled as her hand swung out and slapped the blonde hard across the face.

Sam didn’t flinch as her head slowly came back around to stare at the model. “You just signed your own death warrant. I will make sure that no one will hire you for the rest of your days.” Slowly the blonde turned on her heel and calmly walked out of the bathroom, pushing her way over to Nick.

“Where’s Addison? I need to go to her.”

“Sven took her back to the hotel, she looked really upset,” Nick whispered in Sam’s ear. “Just stay a bit longer to throw off the press and you can go to her.”

Swearing under her breath, Sam asked her friend, “Would you call her and see if she’s alright please? Tell her that I’ll be there as soon as I can.” She reluctantly headed back over to the VIP section.

Nick dialed Addison again, and again, but she refused to answer. He dialed Sven instead; the bodyguard answered on the first ring. “She is fine...upset, but fine. I ordered her a bottle of Johnny Walker Black. She is drinking it now.” Nick thanked the quiet bodyguard before returning to Sam’s side.

Sam thanked Karissa once she got back and sat down heavily in her chair. She hated that she had to stay here while her girlfriend was crying. Her girlfriend. Sam shook her head in puzzlement, but loved the thought. She had someone that trusted and cared for her because she could. Not because of what S
am could give her.

Nick leaned down to whisper in Sam’s ear, “I talked to Sven because Addison won’t answer any calls. She’s got a bottle of Johnny Walker Black. I suggested she get a massage.”

“She shouldn’t drink...can I go now? I’ll take Karissa back with me to the hotel and you can make sure that she gets to wherever she needs to go. Give her a bonus or something and keep her number. I may need another lawyer in the future.” The blonde stood up, restless to leave.

“Yes, you can go.” Nick motioned to Karissa, who slid her hand into Sam’s and they left the club, quickly getting into the limo. When they arrived at Sam’s hotel, Nick had the limo driver barely slow down. “You two need to be alone and Karissa said she’d go with me to get a Cosmo.” He smiled, letting her out.

Sam smiled her appreciation to him and thanked Karissa once more before she slid out of the car and headed towards the elevator in almost a run. Impatiently waiting for the doors to open, she almost decided to take the stairs, but she was soon standing in front of her hotel room with butterflies in her stomach.

Taking a deep breath, she took her card key, slid it into the lock, and opened the door. The lights in the suite were once again dimmed low, but it was obvious where Addison was. A massage table had been set up along with several candles and Addison had laid herself on the table. She was on her stomach with nothing on but a white sheet barely covering the area from the top of her ass to the bottom of it.

Her long red hair was twisted in a low ponytail at the bottom left side of her head leaving her exquisite back bare. She sat up partly on her crossed elbows, drinking from a tumbler, the glass tinkled as the ice cubes hit the sides. The terrace balcony doors were open so the young redhead could enjoy the view while a stunning Oriental woman gave her a slow, full-body massage.

Quietly kicking off her shoes, Sam walked over to the massage table and motioned to the masseuse that she would take her place and proceeded to give her girlfriend a rubdown.

Starting right above the perfect ass, she spread her hands wide and firmly pressed her hands up the strong back, stopping every so often to work out any kinks that she could find. Adding more oil when needed, she worked in silence for over a half hour before moving down to massage Addison’s legs.

“My boss probably has more knots than I do. Maybe when she returns from celebrating, you could help her,” Addison whispered softly before leaning over and pouring herself another glass.

“I would rather that you would help me Addison. I only want you touching me,” Sam whispered back.

Addison jumped, turning over under Sam, she snatched the sheet up to her chest looking startled. In that moment, Sam could see bloodshot eyes from crying. “You’re back,” she whispered with a smile.

“I couldn’t stay away.” Sam reached to caress the woman’s face, but stopped when she saw Addison flinch. “I want to be with you Addi.”

“I know you do...I’m sorry. I guess all those people had me feeling kind of overwhelmed. I’m sorry that I had to leave,” Addison whispered as she closed her eyes, reaching up to grab Sam’s wrist and leaning into her touch.

“It’s okay. I won’t ever put you in that situation again. I didn’t mean to make you cry, Darlin’.” Sam’s heart broke at the sight of the tear tracks.

“It’s not your fault.” Addison knew Sam deserved to know what Becca had told her. “I-I-I...I saw Becca.”

“I know Karissa came and got me, but I was too slow. Imagine that. You had already left by the time I got to the bathroom. She didn’t hurt you, did she?” The blonde wasn’t sure that she could handle the knowledge that Addison had been hurt.

“Just a few bruises,” Addison whispered, letting Sam pull her into her arms.

Only then did the blonde see the finger size bruises around Addi’s biceps. Carefully, Sam wrapped her arms around the younger driver and held her close to her chest. “I am so sorry, Darlin’. I promise you that she will never touch you again. No one will ever touch you if you don’t want them to,” the blonde swore.

The young redhead wrapped her arms around Sam’s neck kissing her softly. “Everyone has their past. Everyone. Look at mine. And it will come back to haunt you,” Addi whispered as she looked up at her girlfriend. “I want my girlfriend to always be there for me, so I can always be there for her.”

“I am here for you Addi, I promise, and I know that you will always be here for me. This will never happen again. I’ll talk with my PR firm, and we’ll get this worked out.” She gently brushed her lips against the redheads.

“No, I don’t want us to rush things,” Addison whispered, kissing Sam slowly, but she broke the kiss to finish her words. “Tomorrow...I’m going home. Just for a week. My mother is finalizing her divorce and I want to be there with her when it happens.”

“Let me come with you. I should meet your mom at least.” The blonde felt her heart seize when she heard that Addison was leaving; she didn’t even care what the reason was. Everyone left her in the end.

“I’m not ready for that yet, Samantha.” Addison leaned back. “I can’t even let you make love to me....” The redhead was ashamed she couldn’t give Sam everything she deserved.

“Okay, it’s fine...umm, Australia’s in three weeks, so take your time.” Sam took a deep breath, berating herself from pushing. She had said all along that Addi could go at her own pace. “You need to be with your family.”

Addison looked devastated that she had hurt Sam, but she didn’t know what else to do. Scooting off the massage table, she left the room to shower.

Standing next to the massage table, Sam stared forlornly out over Singapore’s cityscape for a few moments before reaching for her phone. Punching in Sven number, she let him know that he would be travelling with Addison to her home, and that her father was not allowed to be alone with her.

Ending that call, she put in a call to Nick and had him arrange two first-class tickets to Addison’s home. When he started sputtering on where Addi was going, she cut him off. “Not now Nicky...not now.”

Closing the phone, Sam walked over to the window to look out at the skyline, not seeing it at all. Sighing, she walked over to the sofa and collapsed on it. She was in way over her head.

After leaving Samantha’s side, Addison quietly shut the bathroom door before turning around and sliding down against the door to the cold, unforgiving marble floor. Wrapping her arms around her legs, she set her chin on the sheet material and tried to think about what she was going to tell her mother and the rest of her family. It wasn’t a question of if she was going to tell them about Samantha Dupree, but how.

Gray eyes closed as the redhead sighed loudly, standing up to run some water and splash it on her face from the tub. Standing up and dropping the towel, Addison turned the shower on full blast. This was going to be her last night with Sam for at least a week, maybe a week and a half depending on how long it took her to fly back home from Singapore.

She couldn’t imagine being away from Sam for eight days, but she had to. Her thoughts drifted to Becca again as she stepped into the spray. Addison had deliberately held Sam at a distance for as long as she could but now...now she had no choice, but to let the woman in, or get out while she still had her heart in one piece. That wasn’t to say Addison probably wouldn’t be heartbroken when she left Sam if she chose to do so, but Becca was a major problem, that woman was insane. Addi thought about the crazy look in her eye, all those things she had said. What if Sam really did take her cherry and then drop her like a bad habit? The thought made the redhead cringe physically as she covered her face with one hand, leaning against the shower wall.

After a long hot shower, the redhead felt no better, but she didn’t feel like a thing from the black lagoon. All that oil was a bit heavy on her pores, so she’d scrubbed extra hard with her favorite body wash. The smells still clung to her skin; cedar, citrus, and sandalwood. Her mom had always told Addison that when she was away from home, the best thing she could do was carry something
that reminded her of home. Supposedly, scent memory was better than all other memories, bringing things back much quicker than any other type of sensory recall.

Slipping into a pair of soft small cotton shorts and a spaghetti strap shirt, both a shade of green that reminded her of Sam’s eyes, Addison set out her outfit for her flight tomorrow. Faded worn blue jeans, a pair of beat up cowboy boots she’d had for years, a brown leather vest that tied up the back and a white undershirt. With Sven, Addison didn’t have to hide her red hair everywhere she went now, which was her most noticeable feature next to her rare, gray eyes. Addison was the worst at blending in, everyone noticed her and she hated it.

Finally finished packing, she turned and left the bedroom suite, taking her iPhone with her so she could set it on an alarm only she would detect on her side of the bed. Thankfully, Sam was a heavy sleeper. The note she had written the blonde was already tucked away safely in the suitcase so she could leave it in the morning. If Sam saw her leave, she didn’t know if she could say goodbye. Riding back to the hotel, Addi had known she had to talk to her mother, and she needed focus. Addison had written the note while waiting for the masseuse to come.

Taking a deep breath, Addison opened the suite door and leaned against it, her voice caught in her throat when she saw the way Sam was lying. The woman looked devastated, Addison felt like a monster. Sam was the most beautiful woman Addison had ever laid eyes on; just the sight of her reduced the redhead to a babbling confused mess.

Clearing her throat, she came over and sat on the arm of the sofa, her hand naturally falling to trail through Sam’s hair. “Will you sleep with me tonight?” her voice was soft; Addi knew she’d understand if Sam said no.

“Of course...whatever you want.” Sam leaned back to look up into gray eyes. “Are you feelin’ better Darlin’?”
