Catching Chance

“You too,” I said, running my thumb across his chest.
“When’s Cameron coming back?” he asked.
“Next Saturday,” I replied.
“So, basically, we can stay in this bed naked for a week.”
I laughed. “I suppose.”
“Perfect.” We laid there quietly for a few minutes until Chance spoke again. “Monkey?”
“Yeah?”
“I think I want a piece of that chocolate cheesecake now.”
I laughed. “I thought we were going to stay in bed naked for a week. You lasted about five minutes.”
“Well, you can’t expect me to starve to death, can you? We’ll eat it in bed. I’ll be right back,” he said as he moved to get up.
I patted his chest. “Don’t move. I’ll get it. No one slices my cheesecake but me.”
“You’re the best, monkey.”
Chapter Eight
Chance
I laid awake in bed, with Andy’s head lying on my chest, listening to him breathe. Almost a week had passed. When we woke up, it would be Friday. We had one more day alone together before Cameron came home and just a few days before school would start again. We’d spent most of our time together in the safe little bubble of Andy’s apartment. Andy had picked up a couple of shifts at the bakery. I used that time to go to the studio to get a head start on sketching some ideas for my final design project. But most of the rest of the time we spent naked, in bed, as I’d predicted.
Until last night. I talked him into going to see a movie and grabbing dinner in town. I wasn’t completely comfortable, if I was honest with myself. I never knew how many people would recognize me when I was out and about on campus. But I was used to people who I didn’t know approaching me to say hello. It happened a few times last night and it unnerved me. I wanted to tell myself that I didn’t like my time interrupted with Andy, but deep down I knew I was scared someone would figure out my secret. Our secret. I hated myself for it.
What was more surprising was how hard it was for me not to touch him. As we sat next to each other in the dark movie theater, I wanted to hold his hand. I wanted him to rest his head on my shoulder. And as we sat across from each other at the restaurant sharing a pizza, I wanted to reach across the table and touch him. I wanted to reach up and wipe away the sauce that landed on the corner of his mouth. Later that night, after I waited for him in my truck while he ran into the drug store to stock up on condoms and lube, it took everything I had not to kiss him in the parking lot when he returned holding a bag with a mischievous grin on his face.
I wondered if he wanted all those things too. If he did, he didn’t say anything and he didn’t let it show. When we finally made it back to the apartment, I practically attacked him before he even managed to close the door. He dropped the bag on the kitchen island as we furiously made out in the entry way. We clutched each other’s behinds. Our hard dicks strained against our jeans as we desperately sought the friction we needed. I’d never been so horny in my life. I was pretty sure that Andy felt the same way when he frantically unbuttoned his jeans and pulled them down to his knees. He turned away from me and bent over the kitchen island.
“Fuck me right now,” he said breathlessly.
“Fuck, Andy,” I whispered, as I emptied the contents of the bag onto the counter with one hand, while I was trying to get my pants unzipped with the other. I grabbed the bottle of lube and flipped open the top as Andy ripped open a condom with his teeth, handing it to me over his shoulder. I quickly put on the condom and covered it with lube. I reached down and spread his cheeks apart. “Jesus, you look so fucking hot like this,” I said, staring at his hole. I let my thumb glide over his tight entrance.
Andy looked over his shoulder. “What are you doing? Fuck me.”
I wanted him so fucking bad. “But, I need to prep—”
“Fuck that. Do it now,” he interrupted.
“I don’t want to hurt you, monkey,” I said, breathing hard.
“Jesus, Chance. Just do it.”
Before he even finished his sentence, I slammed into him. I’d never been that rough with him before. But it felt fucking incredible. I knew I wouldn’t last.
“Monkey, I’m gonna come.” I reached around him and wrapped my hand around his hard cock and he cried out as his release covered my hand. I came about a second later.
As I laid there in bed next to him, thinking about it, my dick was painfully hard. I considered waking him up. I reached over and looked at my phone. Four-thirty a.m. In a couple of hours, Andy would wake up to go on his run. I couldn’t wake him. He needed his sleep. I let out a deep breath. Everything was about to change. I didn’t want it to. I wished it could just me and him like that forever. We’d both be busy with school. He’d be busy with work and I’d be busy with football. And even though I’d vowed to myself that I wasn’t going to try to hide Andy from my world, I knew it was going to be hard.
I must have drifted off to sleep. Because, the next thing I knew, I heard Andy rustling around in his closet. He came out and sat on the very corner of the bed to put on his running shoes. I sat up in bed and rubbed my eyes.
“Hey,” he said gently. “Go back to sleep. I’ll make breakfast for us when I get back.”
“Could I go with you?” I rasped.
“You want to run with me?”
“Yeah. I mean, if it’s okay. I know you always run alone.”
Andy smiled and leaned over to kiss my cheek. “I’d love it if you came.”
“How cold is it?” I asked, getting out of bed.
Andy looked down at his smartwatch. “Twenty-seven.”
“Damn. You’re hardcore.”
He laughed. “You don’t have to go.”
I scrambled through the duffle bag I’d brought over to Andy’s. “I only have shorts,” I said, trying to decide if I wanted to brave the cold, anyway. Andy went into his closet and came back out.
“Here,” he said, throwing a pair of black compression pants at me.
“I’m not sure I can fit into your pants, monkey,” I said laughing.
“They’re yours.” I looked up at him confused. “From the mountains. But hey, if it’s too cold for you …”
I didn’t let him finish his sentence. “Nope. I’m running.” The truth was, I wasn’t all that hyped about going for a run in the freezing weather, but I didn’t want to miss a minute with Andy that day.
“Okay. Hurry up. I’ll meet you in front of the building,” he said, leaning down to give me a kiss before he ruffled my hair.
“Ugh. How are you so full of energy this early in the morning?”
“You sound like Cam,” he said, before I heard the door click behind him.
I stopped on the front steps of his building to watch him stretching. He was completely bent over at the waist, his nose almost touching his knees. On my best day, I’d never be that limber. I looked up and down the street to see if anyone was out. It was still dark. The sun was barely peaking over the horizon.
“The view from here is perfect,” I teased.
He popped up. “It’s called stretching. Didn’t any of your coaches teach you that you’re supposed to stretch before you run?” I quickly did a couple of hamstring stretches. “I’ll show you what my coaches taught me, monkey,” I said, before I took off running down the sidewalk.
I looked behind him and saw Andy running at a steady pace behind me. “It’s not a race Chance, we’re jogging.” I jogged in place, waiting for him to catch up to me.
“So, are you saying running is not a sport?” I teased.
“No, I’m saying jogging is not a sport,” he said as he got closer. “There are no winners or losers in jogging.”
“There are always winners and losers, monkey.”
He shook his head and smiled. “That’s not true, babe.”
My heart swelled hearing the term of endearment that had just escaped from his lips. As soon as he got close to me, he took off into a full on sprint, passing
me by. I laughed.
“Oh, I see how it is. You’re a cheater.”
He laughed as I busted my ass to catch up with him. After about a mile of us trying to out run the other, Andy, breathing hard, looked over at me.
“Since you decided to turn my morning run into a competition, can we just say you won and ease up a little?”
I laughed. “Fine by me,” I said, out of breath, slowing my pace. “If you’re forfeiting.”
He laughed and passed me again.
“Again, with the cheating?” I called out.
Andy was good a runner. He had a perfect stride. If he had wanted to run competitively, he could have. But I knew that wasn’t Andy’s thing. One thing I knew for sure, he’d gotten faster. He still couldn’t beat me. But truth be told, he could run circles around half the football team. As we finished up the last of three miles, I had dropped off behind him a bit. I thought for a second about letting him win, just to give him bragging rights. But my competitive spirit kicked in when I saw that his apartment building was less than a hundred yards away. I pushed into a sprint and reached the steps to his building. I leaned over to catch my breath and looked back at him.
He had dropped off into a slow jog. But he had a big smile on his face. When he reached me, I looked up at him. “Oh come on, you didn’t even try.”
He laughed. “I’ve been chasing you my whole life, I’m smart enough to know that I’ll never catch you.”
I looked up at him. I loved him so fucking much. “That’s not true at all. You’ve already caught me.”
“Now who’s being cheesy?” he said, smiling as ran past me up the steps.
When we reached his apartment, he said, “Shower. Coffee. Breakfast.”
“God, yes,” I responded. I followed him to the bathroom where I found him already stripping off his clothes. The shower was running. “You know I’m getting in there with you,” I said, peeling off my shirt.
“Suit yourself,” he said, stepping inside the shower.
I stood outside the shower for a moment, just watching him as the warm water streamed over his body. He took my breath away.
Chapter Nine
Andy
Chance stood under the shower after teasing me for hogging all the water. I stood behind him as I poured some body wash in my hand. As I began to wash his back and massage his muscular shoulders, he let out a little moan. It was near impossible to keep myself from touching him when he was so close.
I moved my soapy hands down to his ass.
He looked back over his shoulder. “God, I’m perpetually horny when I’m with you.”
I chuckled, trying to ignore my own erection. “Me too. I’m not usually like this. It’s like I can’t get enough.” I ran my soapy fingers between his ass cheeks.
Chance moaned and braced his hands against the shower wall. I could tell he wanted more. I slipped a soapy finger inside him.
“Uhngh …” His breathing increased as I fingered him. I knew I’d found his magic spot when he jerked his hips back. “Oh god, there. Oh god, I never knew … more,” he said breathlessly. I pressed another finger inside him and he moaned. He was losing it. I could tell. I’d never been so turned on. I bit down on his shoulder before I rested my forehead against his back so I could watch my fingers disappear in his perfect ass.
“Fuck me, I want you to fuck me,” he said desperately. I was shocked by his words. I never thought that would be something he wanted. I pulled my fingers from him and forced him to turn around so I could see his face.
I looked up at him as the water streamed down his body. His chest was rising and falling. “Are you sure? You haven’t ever—”
“I’m sure.” He leaned down and devoured my lips with a frenzied kiss while reaching between us and gripping my hard cock. “I want this in my ass, Andy. I want it,” he whispered before he kissed my neck.
“Fuck,” I whispered, before I reached up and turned off the water. “Go get on the bed.” He was still dripping wet when he crawled on the bed. “On your stomach,” I commanded. He rolled over and braced himself on his elbows and looked over his shoulder. I grabbed some lube and a condom from the night stand and threw them on the bed beside him. As I crawled up on the bed, he was already tearing the condom open with his teeth.
I smiled. “Not yet. You’re not ready.”
“Yes, I am. Do it.” I ignored him as I knelt over him and kissed his lower back and ass. I lightly bit his ass cheek and he moaned, before I spread his cheeks apart and ran my tongue over his tight hole.
“Ahh … fuck, oh god, what’re you … ahh ma’god, Andy …” he muttered as I pressed my tongue inside him. I’d never done it before. I’d never wanted to until Chance, but it turned me on to hear his moans and to feel him squirm under me as he humped into the mattress. His words were breathless. “Jesus, Andy, god, I’m gonna come.”
“Not yet,” I said as I moved away from him and grabbed the lube. I was shaking when I slipped on the condom and poured too much lube in my hand. He moved to his hands and knees and I knelt behind him and pressed two lube covered fingers inside him, hoping that he was stretched out enough. I didn’t want to hurt him. He groaned as I fingered him.
He looked over his shoulder with desperation. “Do it, I can’t wait.”
I lined up my cock with his hole and tried to push in gently. He let out a grunt. I was barely in. “Oh god, do you want me to stop?” I said, breathing hard.
“No. Fuck, no. Don’t stop.”
I pushed all the way inside him and stopped as I gripped his hips. I squeezed my eyes shut and tried not to come. I’d never felt anything like it. The tight warmth of his body squeezing around my cock felt incredible. I barely noticed his moans.
“You okay?” I asked, opening my eyes.
“Fuck me, Andy,” he whispered. I began to move in and out of him, relishing the sensations. Chance shifted his hips. “Oh god, yes. Right there. Keep doing that.”
I felt my balls tightening. I wouldn’t last much longer. I wanted him to come with me. I reached around and gripped his cock that was already slick with precum. I stroked him and fucked him with the same rhythm until I heard him cry out and I felt the warmth of his release on my hand. I finally let myself go, filling the condom. I pulled out and fell on top of him as he collapsed under me. We laid there for a while just catching our breath. Neither of us spoke. I covered the back of his neck with gentle kisses. I’m so fucking in love with you. I wanted to say it aloud, but I was too afraid to utter the words. I finally rolled off him.
Chance let out a breath and rolled over and smiled. “Oh my god. I think it’s safe to say that I’m vers.”
I laughed. “Me too.” We laid there for a long time. Face to face. Just staring at each other. I finally broke the silence. “You keep surprising me,” I said, smiling.
“Oh yeah?”
“Yeah, I figured you for a top only kind of guy.”
Chance chuckled. “Honestly, I wasn’t sure. But I had to know what it felt like. I wanted to be sure that it felt as good for you as it did for me.”
“And the verdict is?” I grinned at him.
“The verdict is my ass hurts but it felt incredible. We’ll take turns.” He grabbed my hand and brought it to his lips.
“I’m good with taking turns.” I kissed his cheek and sat up.
“Where are you going?” he complained.
I grabbed his hand. “Come on, back to the shower. We got sidetracked.”
He groaned. “I’m not sure I can walk at the moment.”
After we showered, we fell back in bed and slept for a couple of hours. I woke up to Chance kissing the back of my neck. I chuckled.
“We need to get up. We can’t stay in bed all day.”
“Why not?” he teased.
After I coaxed him out of bed, we managed to put on some underwear and make our way out to the living room. I grabbed the remote to find something on TV. Chance jumped up and disappeared into the kitchen.

; “What’re you doing?” I called out.
He ignored me and walked back into the room and sat back down on the couch. He had a pint of Ben & Jerry’s Chunky Monkey and a spoon in his hand. He flipped off the top. I couldn’t help but grin. Chunky Monkey was always my favorite as a kid.
“Is that for me?”
He scrunched his eyebrows together. “No way. I bought it. It’s for me.”
“What? It’s not even your favorite. It’s mine. You like Chocolate Therapy.”
He grinned at me. “How do you know what I like?”
“Oh, I don’t know. Maybe because we were best friends for ten years and every time we rode our bikes to the store, you bought a pint of Chocolate Therapy and I bought a pint of Chunky Monkey.”
He took a big spoonful and put it into his mouth. “Oh really? I don’t remember that,” he said, smiling.
I couldn’t help but laugh. “Oh my god, Chance. You’re lying. You bought that for me. Admit it.”
“I don’t know what you’re talking about. I love Chunky Monkey,” he teased, taking another bite.
“Chance! At least share it with me.” My mouth was watering for a taste of that ice cream. I crossed my arms and pretended to pout.
“Okay, my little chunky monkey, I’ll give you a bite.”
I furrowed my brow. “Did you just call me fat?”
Chance laughed. “I would never call you fat, even if you were fat.”
I let out an overly dramatic huff. “Just forget it. I guess I’m too fat to have a bite.”
He laughed again and held up a heaping spoonful of the ice cream. “Come here, monkey. Of course, I bought it for you.”
I leaned over and opened my mouth like a little bird.
Chapter Ten
Chance
I lifted the spoon to Andy’s lips and purposely missed, smearing a bit of ice cream on his lower lip and chin.
“Oh my god, Chance, you suck!” Andy laughed. I leaned over him on the couch and licked the ice cream off his lip and chin.
“I’m sorry, monkey,” I said, lifting the spoon to his mouth again. He clutched my arm, trying to keep it away as I brought the spoon closer to his mouth. I laughed as he turned his head away. “Let me try again.”
