  “I understand you have a note for me Lieutenant,” Chris said.

  “Sir?” Lieutenant Harris said.

  “The note Lieutenant?” Chris asked.

  “Sir, it was a blank sheet of paper,” Lieutenant Harris said.

  “Lieutenant for your information Captain Waters wouldn't have made that note readable to someone who didn't know how to read it. It's something all of us have taken to doing with notes the nature of the one you discarded. You're lucky though Lieutenant, I happen to know what that note said,” Chris said.

  “If you already knew the content of the note...” Lieutenant Harris started.

  “Captain why don't you have Shorty and Tiny accompany Lieutenant Harris and I over to General Talbot's office he's waiting for us,” Chris said turning to his second in command.

  “Right away sir,” his second said.
