  Acknowledgments

Writing this book has been a bit of a saga (understatement of the century!). For those of you who read “Awoken” you know there was a lot of time between Book 1 and Book 2. In my world of self doubt and second guessing, I couldn’t have done this without the following people who helped make the magic happen.

Ellie, you’re da bomb! You keep me sane (okay, we both know I’m insane, but that’s a minor point!). Bet you’re glad I’ve finished this. I owe you a couple of vats of wine! Give Clive a pat for me.

Gabi, I have no words to express my gratitude for everything you’ve done to help me put myself back together again. I’m still a work in progress, but things get easier every day.

Christie, you’re a jewel of the writing world, exemplifying what an old school editor is: one who cares about their writers and goes out of their way to help. I’d have given up without your understanding, patience, encouragement and help.

Lastly (but not least), thank you, dear reader, for loving Meghan, Tallow, Mox and Abriel enough to read on. And thank you for your patience while I wrote Book 2. I hope I haven’t let you down.

  Much love,

  Jaya xoxo

  About the Author

Jaya Moon lives in Australia on the coast with her husband, son, two cats, one dog and six chickens. She writes by night and digs holes during the day (literal ones…figurative ones, too, probably).

In her spare time, she eats chocolate, reads every #whychoose book she can find, and binges on Netflix while eating more chocolate. Once in a while, she goes outside just to make sure the world still exists beyond on her front door.
