Twisted Tales of Mayhem

“It’s the Saints!” Booker confirmed after checking the security monitors.
“Let ’em in,” Crow said, and the motor on the rolling bay doors activated. A group of five Burning Saints rode up, parked and got off their bikes.
Minus pulled off his helmet, followed by Clutch.
“What the fuck is he doing here!” Hatch growled, advancing toward the giant third man standing between Sweet Pea and Ropes.
“Whoa, hold on just one minute, Hatch. Lemme explain,” Minus said, blocking Hatch’s path.
I frowned. Not a smart move on Minus’s part. I glared up at the big man, several inches taller than Sweet Pea, which made him close to seven feet, I was sure. This must be Kitty. I’d heard his name, usually said in some derogatory tone, and since it was very likely this man had something to do with Hatch getting locked up, I didn’t care how big he was. I was contemplating how hard it would hurt to head butt him in the testicles.
“Fuck you, Minus, step aside or I’ll make sure you’re separated from Cricket for good this time around,” Hatch snapped.
Minus’s jaw stiffened, and his fists balled at his side. “I’m gonna let that go, but you need to stop and let me explain why he’s here.”
Hatch continued his advance. “I mean it, Minus, there’s gonna be six feet of fresh soil between you and my sister if you don’t get out of my way right fucking now.”
“Hatch!” Crow yelled, causing him to stop in place, but his eyes remained locked on Kitty’s massive frame, which now stood only three feet from Hatch. “What the hell is going on here, Minus? You’d better have a really good explanation as to why this giant sack of shit is stinking up my clubhouse, and why you brought it here.”
“Kitty’s the reason Hatch is out of jail,” Minus said.
“Bullshit. He’s the reason he was there in the first place,” Booker snapped.
“That was Scorpion, and Los Psychos,” Kitty said.
“You shut your fucking mouth, Ben,” Crow spat out. “You have no right to be here, and I swear there’ll be nothing but a stain where you’re standing if you don’t leave.” He turned to Minus. “I don’t know what the fuck you think you’re pulling here, but you need to go with him, and I’ll think about whether or not our clubs have any kind of future together.”
“Crow, please. That’s what this is all about. That’s why Kitty is here with me.”
“You don’t know shit about Kitty or his history with my club,” Crow snapped. “My club, Minus. My club that I kicked him out of years ago. The guy that I just found out was trying to frame my Sargent. A man I asked you to deal with to settle up your debt to me.”
“I did deal with it,” Minus continued. “I got you every shred of information you needed and then some as a matter of fact. I held up my end of the deal, lock stock and fucking barrel, Crow.”
“He looks no worse for the wear, I notice.”
“I told you the Burning Saints are out of the hurt business. I got you what you needed, my own way, without violence,” Minus said calmly.
“By cutting some sort of deal with him? By agreeing to bring him here in exchange for the information he planted?” Crow growled.
“Yes and no. If you’d just hear him out, he can explain everything,” Minus said.
“I don’t want an explanation from him. I want an exodus from all of you. Get the fuck out, or I’ll put you out.”
Clutch took a step forward and moved his hand towards his inside cut pocket, but Minus motioned for him to stand down.
“It’s cool, I’m not here to cause trouble, Crow,” Minus said. “You know the kind of future I’m trying to build for my club, and you know how much I respect your council. You also know the intel we gave you was solid, and that we’re gonna help you until this Los Psychos shit is resolved, but right now I need you to trust me. Give us five minutes and if you don’t like what you hear, you’ll never hear from Kitty again.”
“I shouldn’t have heard from him at all, and it’s your future presence around here that you should be worried about.”
“I understand. Five minutes, that’s all I ask.”
“You’ve got three.” He crossed his arms. “Start talking.”
Hatch leaned down to kiss my temple and whispered, “Club business, baby, yeah?”
I rolled my eyes. “Bloody hell, Con—”
“I’ll fill you in later, but if this gets heated, I don’t want you gettin’ hurt.”
“Well, I don’t want you hurt, either.”
“Sunshine,” he warned.
“Fine,” I snapped. “I’ll go make you something to eat.”
“Love you, baby.”
“Yeah, yeah. You’re gonna work hard later.”
“Lookin’ forward to it.”
I headed to the kitchen and started going through the fridge. My kids walked in a few minutes later, followed by several of the wives and girlfriends of club members, so I put them to work, helping me make food for an army.

Hatch
“Let me get this straight,” Crow said, stroking his thick beard. “In order to pay off your debt to me, I told you to get information from Kitty and for you to come through for me you had to agree to patch him into your club?”
“Not had to, chose to,” Minus clarified.
“As if that’s better.”
“No one gets into my club by force. Kitty agreed to give me, therefore you, access to the information you needed, and in return, I’ve agreed to bring him on as our tech guy. We have needs, he has skills, not to mention he knows the area.”
“You’re forgetting the part where I ran him out of the area years ago and told him not to show his giant face around here again.”
“Yeah, well instead of being an ass about how he found the intel, how about you just be happy he did it and didn’t ask for anything in return,” Minus said.
“Fuck this,” I said. “I’d rather drink than listen to any more bullshit head pussy wants to spout. Who’s with me?”
The room erupted with cheers and we spent the rest of the night drinking and eating the feast our women prepared for us.
CHAPTER FIVE
Maisie
Present Day…
“You good?” hatch asked as he held me close. Maisie Day had come again, and last night I was convinced I was over the fear that he’d be taken from me again, but this morning, it all came back.
“Not yet,” I admitted, burying my face in his neck.
He chuckled, kissing my temple. He was waiting for me to feel settled before he left for work. I’d feel bad if he wasn’t the boss, or if he didn’t have a kickass team to cover for him.
This was one of the things I’d come to fully appreciate about being part of an MC. And even more now that Hatch had been promoted to club President. There were a shit-ton of bikers ready to back you, whether in a fight or needing a morning shagging your husband.
This morning, Flea had opened the shop, and Hatch’s brother was joining him so Hatch could stay here with me. Don’t get me wrong, I didn’t freak out every Maisie Day, just this one. The one that happened at the same time of year as he was arrested.
“Poppy’s gonna be here in less than twenty minutes,” he informed me.
“She’ll understand.”
He lifted my chin to meet my eyes and stroked my cheek. God, he was a beautiful man. Long, dark hair, peppered with grey now, his beard full, and when he smiled, his eyes crinkled at the corners, proving I’d made him laugh for a long time.
“Nothing’s going to happen to me, Sunshine. Remember, I’m your escape hatch.”
I chuckled, kissing him gently. “I know that here,” I said, tapping my head. “But here,” I settled my palm over my chest, “not so much.”
“You need me to fuck you again?”
I sighed. “Need? No, because a twelfth orgasm would just be greedy, but want? Yes.”
He slid a hand between my legs and pressed his palm against my clit, slipping two fingers
inside of me.
“Mmm,” I moaned.
Then he was over me, his dick sliding into me and his mouth on mine and I was wrapping my legs around his waist, arching to get closer.
I wove my fingers into his hair and he bit my lower lip gently, burying himself deeper inside of me. “What do you want, Maisie?”
“Your dick.”
“Where?”
I blinked up at him. “Where ever the hell you want to put it,” I challenged and he hissed as his dick got harder inside of me.
Pulling out, he rolled me onto my side and retrieved the lube from the nightstand, then he pressed the tip of his dick at the tight entrance of my ass and pushed in slowly. I whimpered with need, trying desperately to keep another orgasm at bay.
“Jesus, fuck,” he hissed as I took him deeper and he slid his hand between my legs and fingered my clit.
Pressing his palm against my mound, he thrust gently, then moved faster, and I screamed into my pillow as a climax overtook me quicker than expected. As much as I loved morning sex, it was always hard for me to stay quiet, and if my kids heard me, I’d be mortified. Hatch let out a less than quiet grunt and bit my shoulder as his dick pulsed inside of me.
“Shh, love, the kids will hear.”
“Don’t give a fuck,” he said.
“Connor, you should.”
Sliding out of me, he rolled me to face him. “One day, God willing, they will have women who let them fuck them ‘where ever the hell they wanna put it,’ and they’ll understand that their Dad is a lucky man.”
I stroked his beard. “Okay, that’s a visual I didn’t need, and I highly doubt they want to know that their mum loves anal.”
He growled. “Jesus, just hearin’ you say ‘anal’ makes me want to fuck you again.”
I grinned. “Save it for tonight. My bum will be open for business after dinner. I need to get cleaned up so I can enjoy Maisie Day with our daughter.”
“Okay, baby. As long as you feel you can survive a few hours without my dick.”
“I’ll make do, darling.”
He kissed me again and we went about starting our day.
I walked downstairs to find Poppy in the kitchen with Hatch and her husband, Devon. Flash and Jamie were sitting at the kitchen island watching a Bob’s Burgers episode. “Hi everyone.”
“Hi, Mummy,” Poppy said, and hugged me. “I’m so ready for a pedicure.”
“Me too, darling,” I admitted. “I didn’t realize I got you as well, Dev.”
Devon kissed my cheek with a chuckle. “We’ve got some news.”
Hatch handed me a cup of coffee, and I kissed him before taking a sip. “What kind of news?”
“You both may need to sit down,” Poppy said.
Hatch wrapped an arm around my waist and frowned. “Just spit it out, baby girl.”
Poppy glanced at Devon who had pulled her close and he smiled.
My daughter bit her lip and nodded. “You need to start thinking of nicknames.”
Hatch frowned. “For?”
“Holy mother of god, you’re pregnant,” I blurted.
Poppy nodded, settling her hands on her belly. “Yep.”
“Shit,” Hatch breathed out, glaring at Devon, and I burst out laughing.
“Stop thinking of him fucking your daughter, love, and just be happy we’re going to have a baby to spoil.”
“Mom said ‘fucking,’” Flash said with a laugh.
“Sorry, love,” I mumbled.
“It’s all good,” he said. “It’s nice to see you’re not always perfect.”
“Cheek,” I retorted, but grinning because my kid always made me smile.
Flash and Jamie congratulated their sister and then Hatch released me and pulled Poppy into a bear hug. “Super proud of you, baby girl.”
“Thanks, Sid.”
“Are you feeling okay, Poppet?” I asked, hugging her next, then Devon.
“A little morning sickness, but not bad so far. I’m only about six weeks, so I’m sure I have a lot more fun in store for me.”
“I’ll be there with you the whole way,” I promised.
“Thanks, Mummy.”
“We haven’t told Dad yet,” Devon said, “so do you mind keeping this under wraps until we do?”
I nodded. “Of course, darling.”
“You’ve got until family night,” Hatch countered.
“Which is in four hours,” Devon said.
“You can tell time. Good job,” Hatch deadpanned.
“You knew he’d do this, honey,” she said with a giggle. “You were only off by an hour.”
“True.” Devon shook his head. “I thought for sure you’d give us five to fill Dad in.”
I settled my palm on Hatch’s chest. “I think he can give you that hour, right, love?”
“No promises,” he grumbled, and I grinned.
“You’ve got five hours,” I countered.
“Perfect,” Poppy said. “But for now, it’s Maisie Day, and I’m ready for some Mummy time.”
“I’m gonna drop the boys off at Hawk’s then head to the shop,” Hatch said.
Hawk was an officer in the club and lived across the street with his wife, Payton, and their sons Hunter and Case. Their daughter, Lily, was married with a daughter and had just moved out of their basement apartment with her husband, Maverick.
“Meet up at the club?”
“No, I’ll swing by here and pick you up.”
I smiled. “Okay, darling, I’ll see you in a few.”
I kissed him, then took our daughter to the spa.

“Jesus, you need to change,” Hatch growled as I walked into the great room.
I frowned and glanced down my body. I wore skinny jeans, black peep-toe booties and V-neck Harley T-shirt. I’d taken care with my light blonde hair, newly blown out this morning, and made my makeup minimal but sexy, complete with a kickass smoky eye. “Why?”
He pushed off the sofa and dropped the remote on the coffee table. “Because you’re too fuckin’ sexy for your own good.”
I rolled my eyes. “Like you’re one to talk.”
He wore dark jeans, motorcycle boots, and his cut over a tight, black ribbed Henley.
“No chance of some new recruit wantin’ to fuck me, Sunshine, so I don’t count.”
I snorted. “Honey, I’m going to be a grandmother. No new recruit’s going to want to fuck me either.”
“Bullshit,” he countered, wrapping his arms around me and sliding his hands to my bum. “I’m not the only one who’ll be imagining your clothes on the floor and your legs spread—”
I covered his mouth with my hand. “It took me a good five minutes to paint these jeans on and it’s going to take a while to get them off, so stow that talk for when I don’t need to get them back on.”
He grinned, kissing me quickly. “If one of these pups comes at you—”
“I’ll politely tell them I’m owned by the President,” I said. “That usually shuts them down.”
“Usually?” he hissed. “How many times has it happened?”
“Never, it’s never happened,” I lied.
“And how many fuckin’ times has it happened twice?” he continued.
I grinned, cupping his face and stroking his beard. “I’m guessing not as many times as the women who are new come sniffing around you.”
“Maisie…”
I raised an eyebrow and he let his thought trail off. He knew I was right, and we both knew neither one of us would ever stray, so he dropped it.
At least for the moment.
“You ready?” I asked.
He nodded. “We’ll take your car. It’s too wet to ride.”
“Okay, darling.”
We took off for the club and headed inside to find the majority of the members there along with their families.
I smiled up at Hatch and was once again reminded how unbelievably lucky I was to have this man. He kissed me gently, then we spent the re
st of the night drinking before he took me to bed and peeled me out of my jeans.

Chapter One
Bristyl
The patio is covered with sparkling lights that hang in the sky illuminating the midnight evening. Salty air fills my nostrils, while memories of home flitter around my head. This smell is something you don’t notice if you live in Florida. Only now that I’m away, coming back is a breath of fresh air.
Inhaling deep, I find myself smiling. For most, coming to the beach is a way to rejuvenate or, in my case, get married.
Yes! Married.
I have to pinch myself just to know this is real. All of it.
In two days, I’ll be Mrs. Cooper Cruz, for better or worse, ‘til death do us part. Maybe we should skip the death part. It is too close to home to even think about.
When I was younger, my dream was to get married on St. Pete beach, with the waves crashing back and forth and the sun behind us shining. We’d both be shoeless and wearing white, with flowers draped in my hair and people around who loved us unconditionally.
Part of that dream is coming true. Cooper and I are getting married on St. Pete Beach, and I will have flowers in my hair. I’ll be the one in white, but my man—he’s not wearing white. Cooper is wearing black board shorts, but I couldn’t care less. As long as he’s there when I get to the end of the aisle, that’s all that matters. He could come naked and it wouldn’t matter to me. He’s all that matters.
This moment is all that matters.
A commitment to our love forever.
Here’s where the part about the people around us comes into play. Back in my younger days, the world was roses, butterflies, rainbows and love was everywhere—at least in my little mind.
