Tammy and Eric go from strangers trying to avoid their pasts on their own to a husband and wife confronting their demons. Tammy was left by her college boyfriend because she was too “dark” to marry. Eric was left without a bride at the altar...three years in a row. But their choice to lean on each other instead of alone is manifested in a quickie wedding. With family problems, past relationships, and their own doubts clouding their future together, Tammy breaks down first. But Eric can’t hold onto the fragile relationship by himself.
